There were unknown sounds that were bouncing off of the walls of the cave. It was unknown what the time was outside. Due to the rain, there were the small sounds of thunder echoing its way through.

Other than the sounds, SNT, Rosey, and Rookie were continuing their trekking through the cave filled with gems. It was clear that powerful energy was nearby which SNT was picking up. The energy felt very similar to the Sonichu Balls or Chaos Emeralds, but whatever it was, it was more powerful than that.

SNT looked at the watch Subaru gave her earlier. She realized that the signal between her and the workshop was severed due to being deep underground, but it still kept a record of the map where all of the Sonichu Balls were. She already had 3 in her possession. But there were 5 more signals on the map.

"Hmm..." SNT said to herself. Maybe what we are approaching is not a Sonichu ball but something possibly more powerful than that with the same characteristics.

"So Rookie?" Rosey got his attention. "How do you know SNT?"

"Oh... I don't want to explain it. Every time I do, somehow it always comes out wrong." Rookie explained.

"Oh... I don't blame you, blame the writer." SNT said back.

"What... who are you talking about?" Rosey asked.

SNT looked at Rosey, "What... you met him, don't you remember?"

"I'm sorry... my memories... there just kinda... let's say froggy right now?" Rosey announced.

"Froggy?" Rookie reacted due to the use of that word.

"Oh, don't tell me you became Big just now?" SNT facepalmed.

"Well anyway... for a while, SNT and I were one person." The wolf explained. "I became sort of a ghost in the mind of SNT." Rookie explained trying not to be awkward.

"How does that work?" Rosey asked.

"Phantom Ruby." SNT answered.

"What is that, a new Pokemon game?" Rosey asked.

Rookie explained. "It's a mysterious Gem Eggman found and copied somehow that allows reality itself to be warped by playing with our minds."

SNT added. "Honestly... It's hard to comprehend what this thing can do. It manipulates reality as we know it is the best way I can think to describe it."

"Sounds like what the Unown does back in my world." Rosey thought. "I guess it's this world equivalent."

"Yeah, due to the fact that SNT did most of the work through that whole crisis, we have been friends since." Rookie explained.

"Interesting," Rosey responded. "Rookie, I was wondering..." She got closer to him making sure that SNT couldn't hear her.

"Huh?"

"I... um... I was wondering if you have feelings for her?" Rosey asked

"WHAT?" Rookie was surprised by that question causing him to yell out loud.

SNT looked behind herself at the red wolf blushing. "Rookie... what's wrong."

"Oh... um... you know... Rosey here just... made a really... dirty joke." Rookie responded blushing in place.

"WHAT?" Rosey blushed in response.

"Wait... did I just say that?" Rookie realized he didn't think through what he just said.

"Rosey... this is a story for kids... no dirty jokes," SNT announced.

"Um... no it's not," Rosey responded. "Do you know all of the things Sonichu does to me off-screen? This is not for kids."

"Well, anyway, do me a favor and no jokes like that when I am around?" SNT pleaded.

"Fine." The two followers agreed.

SNT turned around leading the way. Rosey and Rookie both decided together to slow down a little so they had some space between them so they could have a private conversation.

"Well?" Rosey nudged him. "Do you?"

"To be honest... I had a conversation with Saki on this exact topic this morning," Rookie mentioned, "I feel that SNT is a wonderful person to be around but I feel being around me has hurt me more than it helped."

"What do you mean by that?" the pokemon asked.

"Well, I- *SMACK* OH MY GOSH that hurt!" Rookie runs into a stalagmite while talking.

"Oh, my... are you ok?" Rosey asked.

"It's ok, like I said, I'm used to it." He responded by rubbing his head and going around it.

"No... that's not right... you can't be this clumsy!" Rosey said.

"You're right... this is kinda what I mean. It's like when I am around SNT, some sort of noise comes into my life. It creates a distraction."

"SNT is... quite special... don't you think?"

"I guess... I have a little feeling for her but I... I just don't think I want to be interested." explained Rookie. "She goes against my values."

"What do you mean by that?" asked Rosey.

"Well..." How can I describe her? "It's like the story about the fisherman and the Magic Fish you know?" Rookie explained. "It's like the fish was picked up and granted you 3 wishes, then at the end, you end up murdered."

"That's kinda harsh," Rosey commented.

"Wait... that's a bad example." Rookie figured out, "What I mean is that I feel that SNT gets mostly good things to happen to her and all of the bad things happen to me for some reason. I can't seem to figure out why it happens. It just does."

"Oh... I see... It's kinda like me and Sonichu." Rosey compared. "Actually, for me... it might be worse."

"I got to know SNT a lot over the past few days and I admit that she does care a lot about our well-being. But the thing to learn is that my brother has taught me something that I carry with me to this day."

Rookie then entered a flashback when he was in school. There was another wolf in his class that he fell in love with. But it wasn't just him, he shared that love with every other boy in the class. He tried to get her on a play date but when he was able to do that, the girl ended up being one of the worst people he has ever met and almost destroyed the house when she ended up throwing a temper tantrum.

It was at that point when Rookie's brother gave him a chat. "You see Gizmo, girls are more than just what is on the outside. They may have a good-looking shell on the outside, but it is what is on the inside that counts?"

"What do you mean? Her arteries?" he asked.

"No no no! What I mean is that a girl could look good and pretty on the outside. But what really matters in a girl is her personality. You need to ask yourself what she likes and how smart she is. And you also need to ask, can I see myself with this girl for the rest of my life. Am I willing to give my life up for this one girl? Those are the questions you should be asking yourself."

"SNT in my mind is a great person... but seems to be... too perfect." Rookie explained. "SNT may be a little too naive but I don't think she is really the one I am looking for. She is only attractive for her aura, her powers."

"So I guess it's not just me huh?" Rosey mentioned. Rookie's eyes widened. "Before I ended up coming here I had a dream. SNT was there... apparently taking the form of my 'True Feelings' apparently."

"Hmm..." Rookie thought to himself.

"Somehow... I feel that SNT has a power that even she is unaware of. Somehow she is able to stay in our minds even if we try and forget. She always finds a way back." Rosey thought. "It was because of that dream... that hanging by a thread of memory, I wouldn't be here."

"Yeah... I get what you are saying." Rookie agreed.

"I guess I am grateful for that." Rosey thought. "It's nice to get out of Sonichu's influence for a while and be who I really am. "I really am a fighter. Back in the day before I took on this form. My trainer and I would constantly battle in competition after competition. There was no rest for us. If we rested, we would have died. But since my change in forms, I have always been on the sidelines."

"Yeah, I guess it's the same thing with me. I have always been in my brother's shadow. I always wanted to fight but he would always set a new standard. Every time I get to his level, he gets 3 levels further. So I felt like an outcast unable to be noticed for my accomplishments." Rookie explained.

"You know what..." Rosey realized something. She looked Rookie straight in the eyes, "You and me... we aren't all that different."

At that moment, both the wolf and the Pokemon stood before each other looking at their eyes deeply. It was like time stood still as they leaned closer into each other. The world became silent to allow the two of them to read each other's minds at the moment. Only for an echoing sound to interrupt like a kid in a classroom.

"PUMPKIN!"

"Huh?" SNT noticed "What was that?"

Suddenly, all of the team felt a surprising heat rocket through the cave as suddenly they heard an explosion and the fox's name again.

"Is that?-" Rosey pointed ahead.

"Princess Elise?" SNT finished. Suddenly the hybrid got on her one knee and got ready. She didn't have time to stretch when she did it. It was like that when she boosted off further into the cave.

"SNT, WAIT!" Rookie yelled leaving both him and Rosey behind.

"There is no way we can catch up with her!" Rosey mentioned.

"Not with her speed. We may not have that speed but... we might have the power." Rookie mentioned. He grabs Rosey's hand who almost tripped over herself in the process.

"Hey, Rookie, careful, I almost fell!"

"Let's combine our powers! Then we will be able to catch up." Rookie suggested.

Rosey looked into Rookie's eyes and listened to his words to figure out what he was talking about. At that moment both of them jump into the air and spin around. Rosechu's electric spark suddenly goes into Rookie... but for some reason, he couldn't feel it.

"DOUBLE... BOOST!" both of them suddenly dart forward into the cave. Every rock or stalagmite in their way was crushed by their impact, but it only gave them more power to move forward.

SNT kept running ahead to see the sight of someone in a white dress. Quickly recognizing who it was, she stopped her boosting and slowed herself down. Then she stopped right beside it before she could run it over like roadkill.

"Princess!" SNT called out to her. Elise was laying on her back holding on to her chest. A small flame was illuminating from it. It seemed that Elise was feeling the pain from it.

SNT kneeled to her aid. "Are you ok? What happened."

"Ugg... Ms. Pumpkin... aaaagggg!" She could barely keep her eyes open like she was clinging onto life.

"Pumpkin?" SNT realized that she was nowhere to be seen. "Where did she go?"

"PUT ME DOWN YOU CREEP! HELP, HELP!"

SNT looked up to see ahead in the cave to notice the noise from ahead.

"PUMPK-" the hybrid was suddenly interrupted by Rookie and Rosechu running in from behind her. The 3 of them proceeded to crash into the cave wall, causing dust and rocks to fall onto all of them. Luckily, Elise was untouched by this.

The 3 of them shook off themself from the dust. SNT looked at her two friends. "Are you both ok?"

"Oh... sorry SNT... We are not used to this double boosting thing." Rookie responded.

"It's fine... but right now, Pumpkin is in danger! We need to go!" SNT got back into focus and started to run forward. "Pumpkin, don't worry, I'm coming!" She looks back at her friends, "Take care of Elise please?"

Rookie took a little time to get Rosey out of the rubble than the two of them looked at the Princess. "Um... she doesn't look too hot," Rosey admitted.

"I think it's the opposite considering her chest is on fire." Rookie pointed out the flame on her.

The pokemon misinterpreted what he meant, "Rookie, this is not the time for your dirty jokes. Come on, let's not get left behind, pick her up and let's go."

Rookie picks up the Princess and follows Rosey through the cave. Both of them were on the lookout to find SNT who was still ahead. The hybrid used her own senses to figure out where the fox was looking everywhere. But there was one thing that she noticed. As she got closer to the fox, the strange power from before was getting more powerful, signaling that she was getting closer.

That was when SNT found herself finally in the middle of everything. She makes it into a large dome area with a natural pool. The water was orange and shining brightly showing a figure below. SNT hid when she found a figure ahead of her who seemed to not notice her.

When she looked behind the rock, she saw Pumpkin and a Purple white tail Rosechu who was at her aid.

"Here..." The figure took her two hands and put them into the water then scooped them up. "This should help heal that paralysis faster."

"I... I... don't want it." Pumpkin panicked. "You could be trying to kill me!"

"Don't worry, this water has special properties to help you," she announced.

"Poison?" the fox yelled.

The figure proceeded to rub the water onto Pumpkin and around her body. "Just relax and let the water do the work."

After a few seconds passed, Pumpkin started to notice the nerves in her body start to come back. "What... what is going on?"

"I apologize for shocking you earlier. I guess you surprised me when I saw you. I was in a panic." she explained. "But hopefully we can be friends after this. We got off with a rocky start it seems."

"You were the person in my garden last night!" Pumpkin realized. "Were you?"

She nodded. "I'm so sorry for eating from it without your permission. I... I just got so hungry." She looked down at her stomach. "I got carried away."

Pumpkin didn't want to forgive her, but the more she got to know this person with her confession, she bows in responce. "I forgive you. You were just hungry."

"Yeah... right now, I feel like a feral cat with no proper manners." She responded. "But I hope we can get along."

SNT thought to herself, Hmm... doesn't seem like she is a danger to anyone. She seems nice. Maybe I should go over there and introduce myself?

While both Pumpkin and the Rosechu were looking away from the rock SNT was behind, the hybrid sat up and started making her way towards them. That was when suddenly. "AHA!"

All of the people look up to see Saki and Ashlyn standing at the edge of the cave. "WE FOUND YOU BARNEY!" That was when the both of them tackled the Rosechu, both of them landing in the orange water.

"Wait, GUYS!" SNT & Pumpkin yelled at them.

Saki and Ashlyn both struggle with the Rosechu trying to manhandle her. "STOP RESISTING!" yelled Saki.

"I'm not resisting!" the Rosechu responded. But Saki & Ashlyn kept beating her down.

"I see you were tickling Pumpkin... YOU MONSTER!" Ashlyn said.

Once both of them got a handle on the Rosechu. They put her hands behind her back and spoke to her directly.

"You have tickled your last victim Barney... wait a second... this isn't Barney." Saki realized.

"Maybe this is Barney's sister... Marney!" Ashlyn pronounced.

"Yeah... close enough. Tell it to the judge." Saki said, lifting her out of the pool and throwing her violently to the ground, putting her feet on top.

That was when Rosechu spoke up. "Are you doing this because I'm a Rosechu?"

"Guys!" SNT got their attention. "Please let her go, she did nothing wrong."

"But we caught her tickling Pumpkin in the act." Ashlyn pointed out. "She has to be the tickle monster!"

"She isn't," SNT announced, "She was just trying to help."

"Yeah... do I look like I'm laughing... ha." Pumpkin said sarcastically in a monotone voice.

"Listen, I don't know what I have done to provoke any of you. But please, can you get off of me? I can't breathe." the Rosechu asked.

Saki proceeded to get off of the girl as she got up onto her feet and looked at everyone closely. That was when Rookie and Rosey finally ran into the area and noticed the Rosechu that was standing there. She looked a little afraid to see this amount of people around. She felt kinda outnumbered. When Rosey got a closer look at her, she quickly attached a name to the character.

"Chloe?" she recognized. "Is that really you?"

"Huh?" Chloe looked at Rosey's new look and couldn't recognize her at first. "Do I know you?"

"It's me! Rosechu..." she responded

Chloe walked up to her and took a much closer look at her body, "Is... is that really you?"

Rosey grabbed Chloe's hand and held it close to make sure that they were both looking into each other's eyes. "Yes... it's really me... I've taken on a new look but it doesn't mean I am gone."

"But... but... how?" the purple Rosechu asked, "How is this possible."

"We could ask the same thing to you," SNT responded. "How did you get into this world in the first place?"

Chloe looked at SNT, "Wait... are you the character Sonichu and Chris hate so much?"

SNT put her arms around her back and drilled her right foot slightly into the ground like she was embarrassed. "Maybe... who wants to know?"

Chloe took a close look at SNT in the first place, "Yeah, there is no doubt in my mind. This is the so-called SKT or SMT or whatever."

"The name is S...N...T..."

"Well, I guess we solved the mystery of who took from my garden last night." Pumpkin added.

Chloe looked around only to see Rookie who was carrying Princess Elise who seemed to be on the brink of death. When Chloe saw the small flame emulating from her heart she quickly ran up to take a close look. "What... what is this?"

"I... I don't know what happened to her... she's just like this?" Rookie noted.

"What did you do to her... YOU MONSTER!" she accused.

"No... It wasn't me!" rebutted Rookie. "I don't know what happened to her, honestly."

Pumpkin paused for a second only to stand up and Look at the Princess. Once a few seconds passed she then admitted her mistake. "It was me... I... I don't know my own power and I ended up hurting her... This stupid power of mine... something I have no control over is going to kill a princess. Is this the life the gods have chosen for me? Is it my mission to cause harm and despair everywhere I go? Sometimes... I wish I was never born because I have made so many mistakes."

"Pumpkin..." SNT listened to that whole speech and went to comfort her. "Never say anything like that-"

Chloe took the Princess from Rookie and laid her down into the special water with the large gem in the middle. Elise twitched a little when she touched the water due to the temperature. She was breathing hard and trying to hold on for dear life. "What... what's happening to me."

"I've never seen this before. I've only heard about it... but could it have happened to her?" Chloe asked.

"What's going on?" Rookie asked.

"It looks like... she... whoever this is... has the... 'Burning Heart'."

"'Burning Heart'... did the doctors run out of names for diseases? And I thought adding numbers to existing diseases was bad enough." snarked SNT.

"They only talk about this sickness in legends... I read a lot of books so I know all of this." Chloe explained. "I'm afraid this healing water that the Sunstone created won't be enough to heal her."

"What do we need to heal her?" Rookie asked.

"Only an act of true love can save her," Chloe explained.

Everybody looked at the purple Rosechu like a cliche was just prophesied.

"Ok, let me get this straight," Pumpkin tried to line this up in her mind. "By me burning her heart... she doesn't die instantly but slowly... but only love can save her?"

"Yeah... pretty much," Chloe answered.

Everyone looks at each other confused about what to do. Because Rookie was the only boy in the room, they stared at him. Rookie looked at Elise but then nodded his head knowing what everyone was implying. "OH NO, NONONONONONONONO! I am not going to kiss her. I've already had enough torchers for chapter and I don't need anymore!"

"Hey! Fourth Wall... WATCH YOURSELF!" Saki stared at Rookie.

"Who on this island is Elise in love with or better yet, who is in love with Elise?" SNT asked.

"Well I could go ask Rand but I guarantee he will say, 'Saki... do I look like I have a 'Little Red Corvette here?' or something like that," the pop star mentioned.

"It's no use!" Pumpkin brought in the negative energy into the room. "None of us here are her knight and shining arming. I believe she is just doomed."

"No... there is just no way. We can't lose her!" SNT cried, "I am just getting to know her."

Elise's body started to turn blacker like coal. Her eyes were shut but soon the sounds from her disappeared. Eventually, the fire from her heart engulfed her. SNT panicked. "NO! ELISE!" she pushed her more into the water but that didn't stop the fire. "Elise... stay with me!"

"SNT!" Pumpkin put her hand on her shoulder. "She's gone... there is nothing we can do... and it's all my fault."

"No... this can't be the end. THIS CAN'T BE!" cried SNT. SNT got into the water and held the shriveled-up body of the Princess held up close to her own. Her tears dropped into the orange water.

"SNT... I don't think we can save her." Chloe admitted. "I guess the best way we can do is just have a memorial. I hate to say that but there is nothing we can do."

"BUT I DON'T WANT TO GIVE UP JUST YET! SHE CAN'T BE GONE. PLEASE PRINCESS, COME BACK TO US!"

At that moment, everyone in the room began to blush as the mix of the orange power of the Sunstone, the Sonichu Balls in SNT's skirt pockets and her own power was placing electricity in the air. It was like at that moment, you could hear the church bells ringing from the heaven above. Like angels were called to this moment.

Elise's body started to turn back to normal. Her body became light as the twinkle in her eyes started to come back.

"Did SNT just...?" Rookie was confused about what just happened.

"You know what... I'm just going to stop questioning this." Saki said.

"Does that mean that Elise and SNT are-?" Chloe asked.

Rosechu interrupts, "No, it's probably something else."

"Maybe a joke the writer is already tired of," Saki said. "Or he just wants to end the chapter already."

Elise opened her eyes to SNT right in front of her. She started to blush. "What... what happened."

"ELISE!" SNT hugged her. "You're ok!"

"It looks like SNT's aura was enough to count as an act of true love." Rookie pointed.

"What... but that's stupid!" Saki pointed out. "That makes no sense."

"That and the sunstone in the middle there." Rosey looked at the water and the stone. But all of a sudden, she got a weird feeling in her chest. The sharp pain from earlier that Sonichu gave her was bothering her again. This time, it was once again out of control as an electric shock then came out of the water and engulfed her body. Everyone wasn't paying attention to her as she was being torched almost to death.

"Elise, I'm glad to see you're ok!" Pumpkin said.

"Yeah... it's fine. Pumpkin, I shouldn't have said these things. I never really had friends in my life and... I feel you are one of my first ones. So I don't know how to really talk to anyone. I hope you could forgive me."

"I'm sorry for getting so angry at you and attacking. It was really an accident and I wish I had more self-control over my powers. I apologize." Pumpkin and Elise then proceed to hug each other.

"Aww!" everyone with the exception of Rosechu responded.

"Well, I guess that's it," SNT said. "I bet that stone in the middle of the pond is the one who keeps Subaru's watch on edge. Probably the source of power here."

"Yeah, that is the Master Sunstone," Chloe explained.

"But the question is what is it doing here?" SNT asked. "What do you think of Rosey? Rosey... ROSEY?"

Everyone looked in Rosechu's direction to notice her body covered in electricity from the pond. It's like she was fighting it but she couldn't withstand it for that long.

"What's happening to her?" Chloe asked.

"I... I don't know." SNT answered.

All of them watched her as suddenly the light from the electricity made her body hard to see. When the power stopped being produced by the pond. They could hear the sudden sound of laughter coming off of her.

"Rosey?" SNT asked. "Are you ok?"

"The name is not Rosey... it's Rosechu!"
