Transformers: Rondo of Titan and Beyond Saga

(R1) The Spark of Rebellion

Stage 1: The Beginning

Present Day.

August 10th

The year was 2016 AD/2017 a.t.b./RY 228; seven years after, it was divided into two borders, namely Northeastern and Southwestern Japan which is known as Area 11. Tokyo Settlement (named after the city in the Kanto region from the north) was the centerpiece of the Britannian-occupied nation. Due to the incompletion of the invasion, its population was split into Four groups; Japanese, Elevens, Honorary Britannians, and Britannians. The Britannians, Honorary Britannians, and Japanese would receive better treatment special privileges and live in developed areas from the northeast and southwest. In contrast, the underprivileged Elevens (Southwestern Japanese citizens) live in the ghettos, such as the Osaka Ghetto.

Many Southwestern Japanese take the term "Elevens" as highly offensive, even reacting violently towards Britannians who use the term as an insult.

However, there are exceptions, where few Japanese grunts working for a Britannian drug dealer preferred to be called Elevens and had possibly seen it as a compliment. Within years, several people (usually Royalty) have acted as overseers of area 11, known as the Viceroy.

As with most colonies, the currency of Area 11 has the face of its Viceroy. It occupies a fraction of the area of real-world Nagoya. Dividing the concession area from both cities and the ghettos surrounding its monorail system takes place on Yamanote Line and the Former Taizo Line.

Militarily, its forces are organized into defense circles radiating from the Viceroy's Palace. The third line from the center is called the Atsugi Line, which makes it part of the expansion of the Founding Nation with the help of the Misurugi Empire, the ZAFT, and Gjallarhorn. Besides being the most technologically advanced society globally, They've also said that an ancient race forged the creation of Mana before Humanity came into existence. They helped create an advanced mobile tech through flying cars, screens that appeared out of nowhere, and hovering motorcycles for multiple games and sports.

One such sport was Iaria, which legends state had evolved from the ancient sport of lacrosse in North America. Using Mana and the hovering motorcycles powered by it, they turned what was once a game on foot into one of seemingly elevated fun and competition.

Today was a special event, where high schools from the wealthiest nations competed against each other. One team was from the Phoenix Institute, the primary academy for the Misurugi Empire, where they played the home game—while their opponent was the Flora Academy, hailing from the Kingdom of Rosenblum.

One of the main reasons this was such a big game, besides a championship, was that both teams had their stars, with the Male driver in the back—the Lacrosse player at the front. The Red Team's driver wears a maroon and silver accent jumpsuit. The Lacrosse player in Pink and Scarlet Uniform is the Rosenblum High representing the Kingdom of Rosenblum. While Blue Team wore Dark Blue and Gold accent jumpsuits, Sky Blue and Blue Uniform were the Phoenix Institute representing the Misurugi Empire. On one side was a young girl, nearly 17 years old, with beautiful golden long blonde hair in a ponytail and pinkish eyes. In front of the millions of people, they cheered and chanted her name as Angelise Ikaruga Misurugi. Besides being a talented player and the team's captain, she was also the First Princess of the Misurugi Empire. She was about to take the throne in two days for her parents. The other team had Misty Rosenblum. She was just about Angelise's age, with blonde hair wrapped into a large bun on her head. She had blue eyes and a red and pink outfit compared to Ange's white and blue one. She was also the captain of her Iaria team and the first Princess of her kingdom.

At the Skybox, as it has occurred, an older adult sat across from what appeared to be a Britannian nobleman at a game of chess with several bodyguards around him. On TV, propaganda is related to a spokeswoman, "terrorist group."

"Here's video footage of yesterday's terrorist bombings in Osaka. The secretary reported 68 casualties in this incident: 8 Britannias, 9 Japanese, and 51 others."

The timer went off as a guard turned off the TV via remote. "You're out of time. From here on, you'll make your moves every 20 seconds." "Please, I just needed more time." the old man replied. "Then I hope you'll lose. By the way, Did your substitute arrive?" The Greedy Noble chuckled as he waited patiently.

As the older adult grew nervous, believing that this was impossible to beat, he grew worried until he was relieved as he stood up. "Thank heaven! I'm saved! Are things going well at school?" The older adult spoke like two teenage boys. "Hmm, so this might be my opponent, I see." Said the Nobleman. "Hmpf. Look at this, a nobleman." the schoolboy replied with a bad joke. "I envy you kids today. You have time on your hands." The Greedy Noble replied with his arrogant voice. "Time for regrets… What's your name?" Nobleman asked.

"Lelouch... Lamperouge," He replied after introducing himself. "Whoa, Now wait a minute! You can't win this one. It's impossible, right? his classmate replied. "Rivalz, when do you think we would have to leave to make our next class?" He questioned Rival as that was his name. "In about 9 minutes, Why?" He asked. "Then be sure that you drive safely on the way back," Lelouch replied. "Wait, What?" Rivalz was surprised." Well, I'll need 9 minutes. By the way, about yesterday?" Lelouch asked the Old Man. "Don't worry about it; we'll still discuss it later." The older adult replied, who turned out to be Lelouch's employer.

"Even though. You only have 9 minutes left, so what will you do about it." Said the Greedy Noble. "Just enough time to plan my next move," Lelouch replied. He is foreshadowing a pivotal point later on.

Elsewhere at Ashford Academy.

It is implied Academy itself was once Japanese-owned and operated. Both Japanese and Elevens can enroll in the Academy and receive the same education as the Britannian students. However, they aren't free from the discrimination and persecution by the other Britannian students, such as the "self-proclaimed" Student Self-Defense Force. The Eleven and Japanese students also complain that the teacher discriminates against them because their history textbooks are "wrong," and they claim it does not reflect the true history of Japan. The students are outside during their lunch breaks as they sit in the different spots, but Elevens aren't allowed to sit next to a Britannian except for the Japanese as they have clearance. According to the UN, all Japanese must have human rights, and they must treat them as equals, which means that they can't be discriminated against by the Japanese except for the Elevens; Among them were three teenage girls sitting while eating and talking at the same time.

"Where's Lelouch" The blonde-haired girl named Milly asked. "he's properly gone out with Rivalz, I think? the autumn-haired girl named Shirley replied. "I bet he's gambling again." Said Milly. "You think so?" A shy and quiet wallflower named Nina asked. "Well, Of Course," Milly replied. "You seem to forget that they're on the student council! They're off gambling for money!" Shirley replied as she worried about Lelouch. "Lulu may be smart, but he shouldn't waste his study over some stupid things! Unless he started to apply himself to better usage than gambling." Shirley replied to Milly. "Oh, Really, I've bet your boyfriend might come home and give a kiss on a lip," Milly replied while Laughing. "It's not like that, okay, and he's not my boyfriend," Shirley replied. "Oh, I wish my darling Lulu would be a more serious young man!" How adorable is that?" Milly teased Shirley. "Please, madam president…." With Shirley trying to hide her blushed face, Milly laughed as Shirley was embarrassed for showing her emotional reaction. While they discussed Lelouch and gambling with other people and took their money, other students cheered on watching Iaira on every mobile phone and tablet.

Closer to winning, one of Angelise's team tossed the ball to her and caught it with a crosse as she determined to win at any cost. "We must make a comeback!." She encouraged her teammate as they would about to make a comeback. Both scores are tied-up, and there's only one way to break the tied and win the game, which prevails in the absolute percentage of each team head-to-head. The Flora Academy team won the aria tournament just moments ago when one of the Phoenix Institute's teammates fell off her bike. No one knows what the cause was. Still, it resulted in the Flora Academy scoring the winning goal and thus, giving them the championship. The crowds were mixed with cheers and rants as the two teams descended to the ground. Angelise landed with her maid co-pilot by her teammate, a girl with short brown hair who played a similar role.

"Are you okay, Akiho?" The princess got off her bike alongside Momoka Oginome, her purple-haired maid, her closest friend. Both came to assist their downed teammate, raising a hand to pull her up from the ground. "T-Thank you, Princess," Akiho took her hand as she lifted herself off the ground. Up at the Skybox, These were three imperial figures of Britannia and the Misurugi. On the left side were Konomi Li Britannia, who's very strong-willed, and a model student. She tends to be a little blissful, sometimes very athletic, and a faithful and trusting young woman. On the right side was Sylvia, Angelise's younger sister, who was paralyzed from the waist down after a riding accident, but now uses a Mana-powered floating wheelchair to move around. Lastly, Angelise's older brother had a similar personality, both dignified and more easygoing, as shown when he scolded her for always trying to be "the perfect princess." Overall, he portrays himself as a kind older brother.

After the game, Konomi gave a speech. "Thank you all for making this wonderful occasion, Though I'm deeply grateful for bringing peace to the world and beyond." Before finishing her speech, she said the signal to launch the firework, "Long live the Golden Age !" She concluded her speeches as everyone, including Sylvia and Julio, cheered for her after serving the imperial family for many years. With the people chanting her name through gratitude, Angelise looked up to her as she knew that they were only interested in them instead of her. But she never let her jealousy take over; instead, she showed support to Konomi as she's the sub-viceroy of Area 11 and the fourteenth princess of the Britannian Imperial Family. "Lady Angelise?" Said Akiho. "I-I'm sorry. It is all my fault."

But Angelise shook her head. As her close friend from school, she warmed up to Akiho and her teammate. In comparison, Konomi orders the cameraman to zoom in and broadcast it. "Remember the promise we made that day? That we'll aspire to something more than winning? We formed a stronger bond than any other team. That is our victory." The other teammate who came off their bikes took the words to heart. Even though they didn't win, they all admired the princess and gave them the faith to never give up no matter what. That's the reason why she keeps every teammate in high spirit. "What's an inspiration?" Said Misty. "You've truly showed us that there's more than being self-reliance and triumph." For some reason, each team cast their ambition by accepting that the only path in the field of Iaira. "Well, I'll be seeing you again at the next tournament," Angelise explained that she'll be back after the Baptism Ritual was over. No matter how demanded, her duty comes first.

So she left Akiho in charge until she returned. After giving a heartfelt speech, Julio tilted his head, resting on his hand as he sighed, "How laughable." As Sylvia left to meet with her sister, Julio got up from his seat; as he was about to leave, a ringing suddenly caught his attention. He stopped as a small video screen of mana appeared on his face six inches with his right hand controlling it as he saw who it was that called him.

She appeared to be an older version of Angelise, Caucasian, blonde, in her 40s; a tall and slender voluptuous woman with long golden blonde hair and striking fire pink eyes. She was dressed in a purple and pink golden trimmed Chinese style empress dress with a bit of Victorian hint to it. She gave off a radiance of gentle and kind nature mixed with her beauty. This was Sophia Ikaruga Misurugi, the Empress of the Misurugi Empire and wife of Emperor Jurai Asuka Misurugi. Julio politely greeted his mother and nodded his head, smiling a demeanor and charming smile. "Mother, greetings."

"My son, Julio. How did the Iaria game go against Rosenblum?" Sophia asked. "Laughable. Sadly, Angelise and her team lost," Julio replied. "Though she seemed to take the loss rather well. Angelise even brought a motivational speech. Do you think she might have time to be on the team again during her duties? She said she might lead them to victory in the next game. "That question might have to wait for later," Queen Sophia replied. "You and the girls must return to the castle. "Has something happened," Julio asked, surprised that something happened in their absence at home? "I think you all should see," his mother replied as the vid box ended. Julio put it away as he walked out, unsure what to tell his sisters when they were ready to leave.

After everyone leaves, the nobles are surprised that they've lost, leaving Lelouch as the winner in the game of chess. "I love playing against the nobility! When they lose, they always payout of pride." Said Rivalz as he's grateful for Lelouch. "Well, that's the price for being so prideful and allowing ego to get their better," Lelouch replied. "Yeah, they always let their ego get in their way. By the way, 8 minutes and 32 seconds is a new record!" Said Rivalz. "What can I say? The noble is such an imbecile, always a tepid. Besides, they're just underprivileged parasites, that's all." He replied. As they headed out, Rivalz thought and asked Lelouch. "Well then, why don't you challenge one of the Elevens? Rivalz suggested as he walked backward out the main door. "They're nothing like us Britannians!" He looked in surprise to see Lelouch was looking above him outside; he turned to see the news broadcast being televised on a massive jumbotron on a building across from them. People continued to murmur; the screen switched to the Britannian Imperial flag.

"We apologize for the delay. The royal majesty, Prince Clovis, third prince of Britannia, will address the nation."

The screen shifted to reveal a young man with olive-green hair dressed in royal clothing as he began to make his address. No one seemed to notice the subtle glare Lelouch was giving towards the image of the viceroy himself; Clovis La Britannia.

"To all my imperial subjects! And of course, Misurugians (people of Misurugi) and the many cooperative Elevens who choose to serve the empire of Britannia!" Clovis announced to the public while broadcasting half of Area 11.

"Do you never see my pain? My heart was ripped from my chest only to be torn apart! The remnants are filled with rage and sorrow! However, as your ruler of Area 11, I will not be allowed such violence! Because the battle we fight is our righteous ways, a virtuous battle to protect the well-being of one and all! Now then, everyone! I would like you to join me in observance of the eight who died for justice in the line of duty."

After exiting the stadium, he paid a parking fee on Rivalz's motorcycle. "Well, aren't you gonna join in?" Rivalz asked as Lelouch wasn't partaking in the moment of silence.

"Aren't you?" Lelouch asked in response. Rivalz chuckled slightly. "It's sort of embarrassing."

"And I agree with you. Besides, spilling tears over those people won't bring them back to life, now will it?"

"Dang, that's dark, buddy," Rivalz commented.

"It's all about self-satisfaction," Lelouch said as he looked at the screen that still showed Clovis' face. "It doesn't matter how hard you try; you can't do it. There's no way you can change the world."

Meanwhile, as part of the royal family, you drove in their luxurious Royal chariot-like vehicle during continuous driving inside the freeway.

"My heart's still won't stop pounding. Yet I thought I would have a heart attack when my older sister flew into the sky." Said Sylvia

"Barely." Said Konomi. "Luckily, Momoka was there to keep her accompany till the very end."

"Not to mention, She's braver than you," Konnie replied, smirking like it's funny. "Hey!" Sylvia replied. "I'm joking. Besides, your sister was great out there. Isn't that right, Julio?" Konnie asked. "Well, Momoka must constantly be in panic after staying at her side," Julio replied. Of Course, everyone was happy that their lives were better, except for Angelise, as she still had something in her mind that she couldn't get out of her head.

"We Lost. She expressed himself in doubt. "I was made to lead them to victory because that is the sole duty of the Imperial Princess." She replied.

While everyone remained silenced after hearing her losses at the game, Julio chuckled. "Heh, well, what you know? my sister is just as greedy as the rest."

After driving through the tunnel, they see a glimpse of a futuristic metropolis powered by the Light of Mana. A Magic fueled by Draconium is made from Sakuradite and home to the Misurugi family and the Britannian Settlement. This Settlement belonged to the Japanese before Britannia captured half of their territory and gave half of the remaining region to the Misurugi. As the road down to the district, they see billboards, posters, advertisements, and vice versa, All figures of the First Imperial Princess of Misurugi Empire, Angelise Ikaruga Misurugi. She showed her glamorous looks at the Mall, Fashion store, boutiques, and even many glamour posters and a recording of her motivational speech after the last game, which she gave to her teammate. Many decorations and flowers are everywhere dedicated to the Angel Princess, no matter what stands in her way.

"This land adored you, sister." Sylvia was amazed as she spoke the truth. "Everyone is excited to see my sister's baptism, and we've waited long enough before she's old enough," Julio replied. Angelise nodded as she agreed with her brother, "Indeed. Once I become full Manite, I will get to use the Light of my Mana to light our darkest hour."

"Doubtless, you will. I hope you'll use it at this moment." Julio replied. "Speaking of which, how have you decided whom you will marry yet?." Konomi asked.

"Konnie, this is the 58th time since you asked me about it," Angelise replied. "Oh, come on, having a husband at your side would make him a greater emperor and quite an obedient." As they enjoy some qualities time, Liza Landog and her associate are bored or talking about peace, love, and equality while discussing Angelise's future.

Later, back at Ashford Academy

With the bell ringing and class being over, Lelouch and Rivalz went to their next period after nine-minute late. "Man, that was brutal!" Rivalz relieved. "I mean, we've survived before the period started. Doesn't that bother you?" He asked. "No, Rivalz, It doesn't bother me," Lelouch replied. As they walked down the hallway, They met up with Shirley and Milly, who chastised them for skipping class, but Milly embarrassed her while telling her how Lulu was such an honest child. It would make Shirley lash out at Milly and call her a liar. Though it makes them laugh at Shirley's embarrassing moment when she gets all worked up, regardless of how much would Shirley keeps embarrassing herself while Milly, Rivalz, and Lelouch laugh at her antics.

Suddenly, they heard a loud noise coming from the courtyard; they rushed into the scene where both Britiannian and Japanese cheered as two students fought each other like animals in one cage. While Milly, Rivalz, and Shirley tried to assess the fighting, Lelouch saw a Britannian student fighting against a girl with aqua eyes; her hair was blonde in short ponytailed, consisting of red ribbon.

Although she isn't appropriately dressed in uniform, she wore a black tube top that exposes her abdomen, short blue jeans, a crimson-red jacket with a phoenix emblem on her back jacket, and black leather boots. This ruffian girl took a beating from that no-good son of a pig until she managed to use her advantage against this prick and tumble him to the ground. But he's wasn't down for a count, and he'll be damned to be beaten by a girl.

So she decided to give his arm, pinned him to the ground, and pull his right arm, but she'll soon let go if he's conceded immediately. Once he's surrendered, she let go of his arm and warned that the scumbag was never bullying her. It scared him so much that he quickly ran away in terror, and everyone was surprised to see a mere girl threaten that poor student's arm. Yet they respected that girl for her violent way but decided not to question her and walk away as if nothing had happened.

Though Shirley suggests they should be out of here, Lelouch would walk up to her instead. "Hello there, my name's Lelouch Lamperouge." He introduced himself. And you are?" He asked. She responded to Lelouch by giving him a middle finger before picking her bags up and walking away. "Hey, wait!" He said as she turned right before vanishing into the crowd.

On Mid-afternoon.

At the Viceroy Palace/Government Bough.

After Clovis's speech, his subject congratulated him for his motivational charm and, as such, an ineffective ruler. As he walked back to his office, he met Konomi, who had just returned from Angelise's Laira game. "Konnie! Perfect timing." Clovis was surprised to see her again.

"All right, Clovis. Just what's so important that you brought us all away back here?" Konomi questioned. "Walk with me," Clovis replied as he took them to his rooftop garden, which they constructed after Area 11, was created. "Beautiful garden" Konomi complements Clovis for his hard work, and Clovis thanks her. "So, What is it? She asked her half-brother as Clovis explained why he brought them here for a reason. "As you all know, I was informed that Angelise Ikaruga Misurugi is a Norma."

"What!" Konomi was shocked to believe that Angelise was a Newtype, and they never realized this whole time. "Brother, I-I don't understand." Konomi confused. "Why would Angelise not tell us that she's a Newtype? How did you know about this?" She questioned. "I have my sources," he answered. "Julio and I are the only ones who know about this grave deception and don't worry. Everything is under control. "But brother. said Konomi, "You know Angelise is one of the nicest girls we ever met. Surely you can't possibly..."

"Angelise Ikaruga Misurugi may threaten the entire human race, including the society itself." Said Clovis with a severe hatred against Newtypes, though he disagrees with believing that Angelise is a Newtype. It's for the people's good. "And I don't care what she is or what the hell she is, and she needs to be dealt with by any means necessary!"

"Which is it?" Konomi asked, "The people or you?" However, Clovis never responds to her question, but she knows that his arrogance would lead him down the darker path, and he won't live to seize his moment.
