"jeez!! what got into his pants today!?" Tyson said in pissed off tone as he was little bit of shocked/scared. It wasn't new to bladebreakers when kai got such grumpy mood. he was mad about something and Bladebreakers (expect Hiromi) were way to scared to ask him.

"who knows!" max whispered back. Tyson and max both were having beybattle but it was more like they was chatting, they kneeled down so they could talk more comfortably. Dragoon and draceil were spinning around the edges of beydish in harmonic yin-yang motion. there were no clashing sounds, no shouting, just whispering. They had this beybattle so they could talk(whisper).

"what you guys talking about!?" An intruder said(whispered). Ray joined them as he headed in between them. They all stood in their grounds as they make equilateral triangle with their position.

"about Mr sourpuss!!" Tyson rolled his eyes.

"we don't know why he is in such bad mood today!?" max explained a little about their conversation.

"oh! now you mentioned, I noticed that too. He was being grumpy since yesterday and now it's clearly visible." ray continued.

"and btw guys why are we whispering like that!??!" ray asked.

Tyson and max looked at eachother then ray while ray just blinked.

Tyson opened his mouth to utter something but a loud-angry voice scared them.

"WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING!!! GO BACK TO PRACTICE!!!!" Kai shouted.

"aaye!! aaye!! captain!!!" they all said in unison as they stood straight like soldiers. There backs were facing Kai.

They looked back for just a millisecond but got scare even more (T﹏T)

Kai's eyes had such a deadly aura that if people could die with just glares then bladebreakers would be dead already.

"somebody help! T.T" max mumbled as he was about to cry. he was thinking that why he came for practice today. he prayed and looked like god heard him.

"good afternoon, guys!!" Hiromi Tachibana greeted them with full of cheer-up voice as she entered in tyson's home. She didn't know anything about Kai's mood or what was going on there.

Kai who had his eyes closed just opened then for few seconds to looked at hiromi with his usual cold look.

"I received a call from kenny. he told me that he wouldn't be able to come for practice for rest of the day. so I come here to inform you guys. and now he isn't here I will help you with practice" she informed in neutral tone but then got confused as she looked at their faces. why were they(expect kai) so...scared??

"is something going on??" she asked, concern was visible in her voice for her friends.

"no" kai replied coldly when she didn't even asked him. it confused everyone that how kai just kept himself infront of her.

"today's off now. you guys can go wherever you want" kai informed and he went inside the dojo.

Tyson, max and ray relaxed the moment when kai went in.

"phew" Tyson breathed calmly.

"don't be loud he can hear you" max warned tyson. now it was confusing Hiromi even more which made her to blink twice.

"btw Hiromi why didn't you come yesterday for practice?" ray asked when she walked to them.

"ohh!! actually yesterday, I found an interesting show. it was completely based on magic and stuffs you know" she said with pure excitement.

"I binge-watch all episodes even that I forgot about practice" she bit her tongue and give an apologetic look.

"ohh! it's ok!" max said "it happens"

"heyy!! btw guys now we don't have to practice anymore today. what's about we go outside to eat something...and it has been awhile since I've had junk food" Tyson uttered with enthusiasm. max and ray sweat-dropped at his antic

"can't you think anything expect food?...or beyblade?" Hiromi sneered at him with seriously look.

"and can't you think anything expect practice!?" Tyson narrowed his eyes.

"MAGIC TRICKS!!!" she said as she didn't the handsigh.

"Huhh!?" they uttered in unison.

"yeah, whatever" Tyson rolled his eyes "let's go, guys"

"btw we are going outside. wanna join us!?" max asked.

"nah!! I'm fine" Hiromi refused. something else was going in her mind.

"you guys, go ahead" she smiled.

"hmm...now let's check what's wrong with him!" she thought. she definitely felt his unusual behaviour today, something was definitely off.

As she went inside, she looked around in search of her captain. he was sitting on the couch in living room. Hiromi entered soundly to let him know her presence in the room.

Kai's ears caught her humming as she entered in. Each pat of her footsteps were increasing his heart beat but he was nonchalant, pretended like she wasn't there, his eyes were still closed. Hiromi took the front seat so they could talk face to face.

"sup!?" Hiromi tried to started the conversation but kai was like... I can't hear you!

"hmm...ok, then" she gave-up, knew he wouldn't say anything, So she planned to annoy him. she thought maybe this way, he will shout on her but at least he will talk.

First, she changed her seat and sat beside him but he turned away his head silently, she frowned. Then she got even closer to sat by him.

Hiromi kept staring at him to make him uncomfortable. She used to do that a lot of times with him.

Kai started to get uneasy inwardly but he was still nonchalanted from outside. she placed her chin on his shoulder, still looking at him but he more looked away.

"kaaaaaaiiiiiiiiii" she frustrated as she shake him. "look at me naaa" in the end she said but it wasn't end. On other side kai opened his eyes but didn't look at her. He was amused from inside but wanted to say more that how far she could go when it comes to make up him.

Suddenly, a lightbulb brightened over her head as an idea entered in her mind.

"heyy, kai !! I've magic trick for you and I can bet I will make you speechless" she tried to catch his attention and succeeded with he finally looked at her but didn't said anything.

Hiromi bought out the card-box from her pocket. She shuffled the set and asked him to choose one.

"okay, choose anyone of them!" she informed. he simply pointed towards a card but she didn't even let him see and shuffled again.

"now you don't know what was your card" she said as he tried to understand what she was doing.

"that's your card" she said as she showed him anyone card proudly.

wait!! that's it? where's the magic, where's the trick in it!!

"..." he raised his eyebrow as he was speechless... that means she won the bet XD. All going on his mind was 'oh lord! it's so stupid' but amusing at same time. The edges of his lips slightly curled up as he started shaking b/c of laughter.

"heyy!! what's so funny!?" she demanded playfully.

"nothing.." he said in between of chuckles.

"then?"

"I bet even hudini couldn't do better than this!" kai commented.(an: I worte wrong n@me on purpose)

"huhh!!" she rolled her eyes.

"where were you yesterday!?"

"I was chilling with some magic shows!" she answered but then factz settled in her mind as her eyes widened.

"ohhhhhh...so that's why you were in bad mood!?" she asked as she looked at him with curiosity.

"not really.."

"liarrrrr" she cupped his face to make eye contact.

"what could I say..." they started to change their positions and kai used her lap as pillow, his arm draped around her waist to hold her on place.

"you know if you really missed me you could just come to my place" she giggled.

"no thanks" he refused.

"and Why not!??" she asked as she got confused.

"b/c I don't want yoghurt!!" he chuckled at last.

"oh please...!! don't start again" she rolled her eyes when she got more embarrassed about what he meant.

"it would be better if we keep quiet!" dizzi suggested kenny.

"yup" kenny blushed even more.

"who had even though of that... Kai and hil-"

"shhh!! they might hear you!" kenny whispered.

I will explain in next shot, what kai's meant by YOGURT, it's quite funny XD
