TIMELINE- SEASON 2, BEFORE 2ND WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS_

A peaceful evening in Grenger's residence, all boys were relaxing after their tough daily practice. Hilary was done done with her chores and decided to stay at Tyson's for this weekend. And now, she had nothing to do the rest of the day, she decided to watch some J-drama.

Hilary went in living room and played the recording in his flat TV and sat in kotatsu table b/c it got cold after sunset.

After 10 minutes of watching the perticular genre drama, Hilary concluded these stuffs weren't her cup of tea but since she had nothing to do, she continued watching it.

Few moments later, Tyson came in the living room while others were still relaxing and chit-chatting in dojo.

He took seconds to analyse the room and instantly made fun of Hilary.

"HAHAHAHA! Since when you started watching these stuffs. you have turned into typical japanese aunty. dude, who watch these stuffs, and why?"

10 minutes later...

Tyson was sitting next to Hilary and more interested than Hilary. He was so lean into the drama that he forgot to blink, drowning into every detail of character's work.

"DUDE!!! HOW CAN HE DO THIS TO HER!!! THE MC IS PIECE OF TRASH!!!!!" Tyson burst out as he was getting all the feelings, he slightly pushed as raged out and threw his fists in air. Hilary stared him with bored-disgusted but more like I'm-so-done-with-it look.

"really! and who are saying who watch stu-" Hilary was throwing a critical sarcastic reply.

"SSHHHHH!" but Tyson cut off her sentence before she could complete it.

Max stood from his place and went to check on Tyson as he was taking long to come back.

when he opened the door of living room he was Tyson was watching the J-drama like it was climax of some action movie and Hilary was pissed off b/c he couldn't enjoy, more like she was annoyed by Tyson's antics, and guess what how max reacted?

"buddy! now you also started watching these stuffs, even my grandma don't want these soap operas" He chuckled but received murderous glare frim Tyson b/c he ruined his vibes.

"SHHHH!!!!" and turned back to concentrate on the show and Hilary simply tried to enjoy the show even after these disturbance.

"dude, it isn't even entertaining" max said in boredumb tone.

another 15 minutes later...

"DUDEEEE! HOW COULD HE LET HER GO LIKE THIS!! THIS GIRL IS LITERALLY HAVING MENTAL DEBATE!!!" Max sneered out as he was unexpectedly shocked, his eyes widened and he was having debate with Tyson after the episode ended. he also explained max the part he missed.

"Ikr. there had two chances for him but no he let things happened" Tyson continued his conversation.

"if I were on that FL's place I would kick his ass and ask my parents to set blind date" max added his ideas and slammed the table with his both fists.

"yeah! but I've to say these deuteragonist pairs are pretty good too, specially the FL's bestie" Tyson stated his opinion.

"yeah!! they deserve their own drama" and max agreed with him.

"they have their own drama!" Hilary who was silently listening their conversation, bluntly interruped them in bored expression. tbh, she barely understood anything in the show and didn't know how to actually react.

There was complete silence for a moment and then they both screamed.

"WHAT'S THE NAME!!!" they yelled in demanding tone as they near their face to Hilary's.

"uhh...XYZ!" she answered with unease like they would eat her if she didn't.

They continued to binge-watch the series and played the next episode.

But...

Hilary was getting bored and she also couldn't watch stuffs like these for hours, her body got stiff, specially her butt and lower back and all above this the boys were sitting on each side to make her ears bleed by their conversation. FOR GAWD SAKE! why couldn't they watch it silently. do they had to scream, frown, making disappointed and angry noises, etc etc.

Ray felt empty as his friends didn't come back, he was sitting alone with kenny who was busy with dizzi. they got into what? He had an urge to check on them since he was done with sitting for an hour.

"I'll checkout others!" ray politely informed kenny and he didn't want to look weird by leaving him alone.

"sure!" kenny replied without breaking his position.

Ray checked in kitchen but no one was where and next he went to look in living room.

When he opened the door, he was stunned to see them watching the drama. he had seen some C-drama when Mariah used to watch it but these J-dramas were giving him different tradition vibes. he wasn't really into these stuffs but he wouldn't mind either.

He stared at them and then shrugged his shoulders when everyone stared at him but Hilary was fed up with this interruption, why don't they come at once?

"count me in" and he sat on different side. max and Tyson explain him the portion he missed and then Hilary played the next episode.

another episode later...

"MAN!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S ACTUALLY A LOVE TRIANGLE!!!" ray stunned to see the scenerio then, he let his feelings out. none on them expected this plot twist.

"yeah! now this is what we call love triangle. every love triangle contains atleast one LGBT plus ship" max pointed out.

"now it explains why the ML was cold to the FL, we wasn't sure if he was romantic attracted to her. THAT BOI IS ACTUALLY BISEXUAL!!!"

"dude, I mean, just see, the ML has crush on the guy who actually loves FL and she loves the ML, who could have thought that, " ray stated as he was fascinated with the twist.

'literally, every person who had seen the intro' Hilary rolled her eyes as she got more frustrated with the guys.

As their conversation grew louder and deeper, it bothered hilary, she instantly concluded, the whole J-drama plan was a big flop.

All time, she thought she was the one who got frustrated by them but then she realised, it's actually her who was ruining their mood but they were so much into the show that they didn't mind her off mood, she felt like she could never never blend in their surroundings, she felt she barely know them, not only in Beyblade's case but in real-life also. Her bangs covered her eyes and she tightened her fists.

Suddenly she stood up from her place and went out the room.

"you guys enjoy. I wouldn't watch anymore, my back is hurting." she said as she rubbed her stiff body and said in neutral tone and left the room. oh well, she didn't like that drama either than why she was getting pissed.

Hilary exhaled heavily after closing the sliding door.

She need to lit up her mood and what could be better than having a walk.

She lazily walked on the wooden porch and took a round for backyard.

when she took another turn she found kai leaning against the wooden pillar in his kai-ish style with closed eyes and folded arms and crossed his legs one over another.

Hilary froze on her grounds and had second thought to go to him or turned back. both situations were hella awkward for her.

one side, she thought what if kai was having his quality time alone and she ruined his mood by interrupting like the boys did to her while her other side thought to go back but what if kai knew her presence and think something else if she left without anything. it would turn their moments more wrong.

Hilary swore to gawd and went to him. she asked if she could sat there unlike other boys who invited themselves in earlier. kai didn't flinched at all nor opened his eyes to look at her. she lean against the pillar next to him but didn't exchange any comments.

It was so peaceful that she could hear his breathing patten even and out. she looked up at the starry sky, man, she didn't notice before but the cloudless sky was looking even vast that usually.

Kai was normally walk-in around before finding a perfect place for him to sit. when he walk by living room, he saw the other guys were watching and talkin' senselessly about show while Hilary was pissed and looked at them with bored narrow gazes. he disgusted to see them doing all these again and slightly felt bad for Hilary. he had to intention to get in, so he walked away.

Kai was sitting alone under starry sky, enjoying himself like he normally did. When kai felt some was coming in to him. He immediately found out it's Hilary according to her walking Pattern. he had very sharp and catchy mind, of course his brain programme things fastly, but suddenly he realised she stopped, he could feel his presence she was there standing for few seconds and then she started walking again to him.

He didn't get why she need to ask, wasn't like it's his place, according to him, she could she where she want but, maintaining a certain distance. see! the person is talking about distance who stand next to her all time.

well, her presence didn't bother him as long she was fine.

"it's not first time when they did that!" kai said out of the blue and cracked the silence.

"huh!?" Hilary's head jolt up to look at him.

"the show! they irritated you, right" he said.

"oh! it's that, I felt I'm the only one who wasn't enjoying the drama while they were appreciating even the small factors, so I left" she replied with nervous laugh but kai didn't said anything at all.

"well, this is much better!" she said with warm smile, she was appreciating the surrounding and also, hiding her frown, trying to change the topic since kai was actually freely talking to her.

After a complete silence kai called her.

"Hilary" he neutrally said without cracking his character and she looked at him.

"never feel like you are left behind just b/c you can't blend in sometimes" he said in serious but determined tone.

Hilary's eye's slightly widened as her pupil expanded and her rosey lips slightly parted.

"uh!..SURE!" she nodded and widely smiled, showing her white pearl teeth n.n

.

"There drama, here romance~" kenny said to dizzi "good, good" and he chuckled when he saw kai and Hilary talking and smiling together.

I think I should write a crack kaihil drabble too.

anyways, I'll upload the sequal of YCMW soon b/c I've already announced it and the first chapter is ready, so come check it out later.
