Pikatwig: Okay, one thing Ghost and I need to be clear about. This has nothing to do with desire for Yua, Gai does not care. What he cared about it power and making others 'know' they are lesser than him. It is the scientists that are the sickos with Yua. Gai just cares about his orders being followed as people act like mindless followers for what HE wants.

Dragon Rider 66: It wasn't a 'walk a mile in each others shoes' thing. They had to fight so they'd let out their frustration, let the fists do the talking, so any conversations could take place. And Aruto needed to prove himself to Fuwa, that he could keep up and be trusted. It was a trust thing, not an understanding thing.

Chapter 12: Extintion has arrived

We begin today at the National Digital Hospital, where all members of Hiden Intelligence were getting their monthly check-up to see if they were in good health. Some were doing well.

"Well, Ma'am. You've been keeping your diet and showing signs of progress." The doctors and HumaGear spoke positively.

Others were getting looks of concern.

"You're drinking how much coffee?" The doctor consulted with the patient.

And some were...difficult.

"You need to sleep more and work less this is getting bad for your heart." A HumaGear doctor spoke out to a member of Hiden Intelligence.

Outside of a different room, waiting for their turn, Mr Fukuzoe was grumbling and sighing heavily. "Where is President Hiden? Shouldn't he be here with us?"

"President Hiden is currently with a different doctor, Mr Fukuzoe," Shesta informed.

"What, why?" He frowned.

"According to President Hiden, it is a personal physician that he needs to see," Shesta answered.

"A private physician." He scoffed to himself, crossing his arms and his legs. "Too good for a normal doctor he had to go private?"

"Not at all, Sir. He expressed his sincere concern that he couldn't be here with the staff." Shesta explained.

In another room in the hospital, Aruto was lying on an examiner's table having his check-up.

He had his eyes closed as he was being examined since this could be relaxing for him. "Alright, thank you, Mr Hiden." The HumaGear doctor spoke as he and the nurse had scanned him.

Izu was maintaining watch on Aruto through the viewing window of the different room, she was a little worried for him right now since the past few days he was asked not to get stressed. However, that hasn't been in the cards as of late.

"Izu?" A gruff voice asked, Fuwa standing behind her.

"Fuwa? Why are you here?" Izu asked.

"Personal reasons. Why's the Prez in there?" Fuwa asked.

"Medical check-up." Izu calmly and simply explained.

"We are here for AIMS' annual medical check-up." Yaiba responded, looking in through the viewing window and frowned "You, said a medical check-up, right? That can't be right. Not with that set up."

"HumaGear. Taking even doctor jobs." Fuwa grumbled as he sadly remembered some of his students who wished to become doctors.

"HumaGear doctors help improve the odds of survival of patients dramatically. They are the best with what they do." Izu informed. "Their super precise movements and diagnoses are a massive help. Ms Yaiba, what did you mean by your statement?"

"These are thick lead-lined doors, bolted shut. These are used to block out radiation from x-rays. Why would he need this for a normal medical?" Yaiba asked.

Her answer was given as a light suddenly passed over Aruto's body, a large screen showing an x-ray a few moments later.

"He's getting an-?" Fuwa asked in a confused growl before his jaw and eyes opened in shock.

"Oh my god." Yua's mouth was covered by her hand as she saw the results.

Aruto's skeleton. Or at least...what passed for a skeleton.

Izu wanted to say something to prevent them from seeing it, but there was nothing that she could say to dissuade the sight that they could see.

Aruto Hiden's body was partially human. Partial mechanical.

"He. His. How did-?" Yua stammered, looking in awe at Aruto's body.

"What the hell happened to him?" Fuwa asked in horror.

"You weren't the only one to suffer through DayBreak, Mr Isamu. President Aruto was near the epicentre of the explosion." Izu explained solemnly. "Saved only by his father, a HumaGear, who gave his life so that Aruto would live."

Both Yua and Fuwa looked at the designs of Aruto's skeleton. High technology holding him together. It grew with him, or it looked like it was replaced with the most state-of-the-art artificial limbs that seemed to dwarf those belonging to HumaGears of today. Even his mind, protected and synthesized with robotic parts, kept Aruto himself and grew with whom he was...It was such a shock to see how much of his body was cybernetic and mechanical.

Fuwa looked on in shock. 'Prez...had this inside him?'

"So much...how? Why didn't he-?" Yua whispered.

"President Aruto did not think it was important to inform you everything about him." Izu answered. "Some things he wanted to keep private."

THUMP!

Fuwa had slumped into a chair, he couldn't believe how much of Aruto was part machine, kept alive by this...He himself was on the outer ring of the devastation when DayBreak happened...Aruto was right in the middle of it.

Aruto's right foot, his less preferred foot, had a series of plates and wires and bolts keeping it together with several of his toes being artificial. His knees were both reinforced. The veins and arteries around his forearms were man-made. Attached to his lungs were a series of devices to keep them fully functional. His left shoulder had been completely replaced. His heart was much like his lungs. His skull and has had more artificial parts and attachments.

And his brain had a series of pieces integrated with his brainstem.

"If any of these parts were to stop working, President Aruto would be unable to function properly." Izu explained "And it would endanger his life. If those on his heart, lungs or brain were to be damaged or stop working, he would die. And it requires him to have a much higher iron fed diet as well as forces him to stay active and avoid stress. As these devices have limits and give him very few to no enhancements over a normal human."

Fuwa ran his hand through his hair, while Yua was getting teary-eyed as she saw him lying there and being scanned by the doctors. He seemed...peaceful on that table. "E-Excuse me." She whispered and left the room.

"Yaiba!" Fuwa called after her, only to sigh "Damn it." He mumbled, looking back... "I didn't... Damage him, did I?"

"You mean from the fight the other night?" Izu asked, with a condescending tone to Fuwa like a disapproving parent. "No. His implants and systems weren't damaged to that extent." She softened up. "The metals and materials used are very resilient and do not break so easily."

Fuwa looked down at his feet before he headed out to find Yua. It didn't take her long he saw her trying to catch her breath while sitting on a chair. He sighed and sat down next to her. There were no words to say. "You okay?"

"I. Just seeing him like that. I didn't know. Is he in pain? Is he alright?" She responded, not knowing what to do with the information she now had.

"He doesn't...I don't think so." He shook his head. "He doesn't wince or anything."

"Maybe he's good at hiding it?" She asked before sighing "God damn it. I've seen, met and heard of people in his condition. But... Not to that extent. And I admit, I can't imagine being in his place. No wonder, even with a limo and a motorcycle, you see him on that damn pushbike all the time. He needs it so his body doesn't start rejecting the implants."

"Now I feel bad for pushing against him." Fuwa commented.

...

"Don't." She sighed.

"Alright." He whispered back and leaned on the chair. 'Just hope he's alright.'

In the room, Aruto was waking up after his examination, sleeping always helped him pass the time when in the hospital.

"Hmm...is it over?" He asked as his eyes opened.

"Yes, Mr Hiden. Your examination is over." The doctor spoke as they had turned off the X-Rays and let them dissipate before entering.

"Oh, thank you." Aruto responded. "Izu, is everything okay?"

"I believe so, sir. But it is for the doctor to make that choice." She nodded, thinking Aruto was asking about his check-up.

"I could hear Fuwa and Yaiba." Aruto answered. "Or...was I dreaming?"

"No, they were outside." She confirmed.

"Oh, I see. Meaning they saw..."

"Yes, President Aruto." She nodded.

"Ah...Okay." He nodded while looking embarrassed.

"I think they were more concerned for you, Sir." Izu spoke up.

"Oh, I see." He nodded, rubbing his eyes a little before smiling. "Well. It'll give us something to talk about; right?"

"Of course, President Aruto." Izu nodded.

Ping

The little light turned off, showing that it was safe to enter the room and Aruto could leave.

"Your clothes are ready for you when you leave, President Hiden." The doctor spoke. "But we will need to talk about your recent activity."

"Really? What's wrong with me?" Aruto asked.

"Nothing too serious. But your body shows some strain, like from three different fights." The doctor answered.

"Ah...Yeah." Aruto nodded.

*Time Skip*

Yua was at a ZAIA facility several hours later. And she was wearing the training suit, no underwear underneath as per Gai's instructions for the scientist's statistics for future needs. "Welcome back, Ms Yaiba." Some of the members of the company spoke as she walked through, even though they didn't know it was making her feel embarrassed.

"Hello." she nodded confidently, looking at a wall of silver ShotRiser's to her left.

"Ah, Ms Yaiba, we've been constructing a new 'Attache' weapon, we think that you might like it." A scientist spoke.

"In a moment. I've been instructed to see the more pressing agenda." Yaiba commented.

"Yes, of course. Right this way." The scientist responded.

Yua was lead into the larger section of the laboratories, going into a large mechanic's area where three massive robots were being built. Hulking dark black and dark silver metal, purple markings with silver tusk-like protrusions, pointed radar antennae for a head.

"The Giga are coming along quite well." The scientist spoke proudly as the machines were carefully constructing it.

"Good." Yua said plainly as she covered her chest even though she was wearing her uniform over the training suit. "Hopefully...things will be alright."

She took a few steps forwards and looked at the machines... And smiled.

Typing away at a tablet she held for a moment, a document soon appeared.

Documents which revealed clearly incomplete blueprints for the Giga.

"Well, Mr Hiden." She said proudly "I hope you would have been happy with my interpretation of your design."

"I'm sure he would have been." The scientist responded. "Thank you for the data with the suit."

"Yes. Yes, of course." She answered.

"At this pace, the Giga should be operational within the week." The scientist spoke up, looking at the data.

"Brilliant. This should help curb the Magia attacks before they happen." Yua agreed, before closing the tablet.

"However, we have come to a stop with the mass-production model of the ShotRiser." Another added nervously.

"What? Why not? On whose orders?" Yua asked. "The Risers are our-"

"President Amatsu is scrapping then for his own project." The scientist said nervously "And on top of that we were... having trouble working out how to fulfil your plans for them."

"He was...?" Yua whispered as she heard that. "I...That can't..." She gripped her hand into a fist. "Hnn! F-Fine. I understand." She ran a hand through her hair, biting her lip "... Get out of here." She ordered.

"Um. Y-Yes, Ms Yaiba." The scientists responded, leaving Yua on her own with the Giga and the sounds of machinery whirring in the background.

...

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" she screamed into the sky.

Luckily, the sounds of the machinery muffled the screams to anyone outside...it didn't stop them from worrying about what happened.

Yua panted as she felt humiliated and enraged, her heart growling in her ears as all her hard work was being taken away or replaced.

She looked at the silver ShotRiser's and cursed.

"Damn it." She mumbled as she pulled one from the wall "These BlastRiser's would have helped us greatly. We can't mass produce the ShotRiser's nor their keys. But there are several weaker Progrise Keys we COULD mass produce. And these, while not as powerful... They would have HELPED damn it! So many members of AIMs have already been heavily injured. It is only a matter of time before someone dies."

...

Yua fell to her knees, gripping the gun tightly

"Damn it. Damn it." She cried

She wanted to pound her fist into the ground just because of this...betrayal. But...no. She couldn't. This was her boss' orders. Gai's orders. She had to follow them.

Why? Why didn't Gai allow the productions of the BlastRisers? It would save so many lives, it would help those on the front lines against Magia attacks and save not only their soldiers but also the civilians who were caught in the crossfire.

Him putting his own inventions out. What was he planning? What could be more important than people's lives? It was hard to try and gain the system around him, he always felt like he was ten steps ahead of everyone.

Yua sniffed sadly as she tried to compose herself, she got back to her feet and brushed herself off. She had to remain strong here. 'Damn it; what am I going to do?'

Yua looked behind her, looking at the Gigas; her greatest creations at this point. She couldn't let Gai get rid of these. "I won't let anyone take these from us."

*Elsewhere*

Horobi and Jin were in DayBreak, with Horobi typing away at the computer while the latest Little Assassin had its data updated and uploaded.

"Jin. We have another mission." Horobi spoke as he finished typing on the computer to fully upload the data into Little Assassin, whose hair seemed to gain some red bangs.

"Really? What is it?" Jin asked.

"We have to hack the hospital's HumaGears. We free them, the humans will be sentenced to extinction." Horobi answered.

"Really? Will we get more friends?" Jin asked excitedly, loading a gun ready for the outing.

"Yes, potentially. But we cannot go in headstrong. We'll need to do recon." Horobi answered.

"Ahhh." Jin groaned as he heard that. "Really? Sneaking around again?"

"Yes. And unfortunately, Little Assassin will have to be undercover more than us." Horobi answered. "His face is recognisable by the public now because of Hiden."

"Oh yeah. That's a big problem." Jin sighed and nodded. "Well...Guess it's sneaking and striking right?"

"'Sneaking and...'; what kind of talk is that?" Horobi glared.

"Just trust me." Jin responded.

Horobi looked at Jin with a confused sneer...but relented. "Very well." And brought out the Dodo Key. "The upgrades should be noticeable."

"'Upgrades'? What's Dodo going to look like?" Jin asked excitedly to which Horobi just smirked darkly.

*Elsewhere*

We arrive at AIMS headquarters where Fuwa was training with the Trapping Spider Key. It had been useful so far, but he couldn't be slack with it. MetsuBou JinRai could attack again. And knowing them, it was a high possibility.

He sighed heavily as he lowered the ShotRiser and placed it down on the table in the shooting range. 'Damn it.' He thought to himself as he was thinking about Aruto and Yaiba. It was hard for him right now and the way he treated the young President. "He's not a bad guy."

He detached the belt around his waist and put on his coat. He was going to go talk to him.

Beep, beep. Beep, beep.

"A message?" He asked himself, looking at his phone. "MestuBou JinRai?" He immediately took to the doors and ran out. He was going to take them down! 'They're not getting away this time!' The Papa Wolf was on the hunt and going to fight. He contacted Yaiba on his phone, if Jin was there, there was going to be more than he could handle on his own. "Come on, Yaiba. Pick up." He growled as he tried to call.

"Hello?" Yaiba spoke.

"Yaiba, it's me! MetsuBou JinRai has been seen! We need to get there quick!" Fuwa informed.

"I'm on my way, do you know where they are?" Yaiba immediately responded.

Fuwa looked at the map on his phone. "ZAIA, they're attacking there!"

"ZAIA?" Yaiba panicked, before being cut off.

"Yaiba?! Yaiba! Yaiba!" Fuwa yelled into his phone, looking down in horror "YAIBA!"

*With Yua*

BOOM!

"They're here?" She frowned, grabbing her ShotRiser.

She grunted, covering her eyes as the debris almost got into her eyes. She wasn't going to let any Magia destroy anything from her labs! 'Where are they?' She thought determinedly.

"Assassinate!" A familiar voice called out, catching her off guard making her roll out of the way and grab her Progrise Key.

"You again? How many times do we have to put you down?" She glared angrily.

LIGHTNING HORNET!

"Hrargh!" She called out, leaping at the Dodo Magia and saw that...it had changed. Not massively, but it had become more armoured. Its chest was covered in red metal armour with silver designs that made to look like it had bullet bandoleers on with two protruding shoulder guards with three small silver grenade launchers under each shoulder and on the arms. "What the-?" She backed up, with her flying wings as the Dodo Magia attacked her not wildly but with much more precision.

CLICK!

"Oh no!"

"Assassinate Yua Yaiba!" The Magia spoke, aiming his grenades at her and fired. Although clumsily.

Yua flew up and attempted to fly around, the grenades flying about her area made it hard for her to get purchase with her ShotRiser or her feet.

However, what was more pressing was Jin and Horobi had entered ZAIA's science area.

"Jin. Take the right." Horobi ordered.

"Okay! Sure!" He nodded.

"Then, when it's done; get back too Little Assassin." Horobi split the party and headed to the weapons division.

Jin was stuck to responding to anything...but then he thought about fighting Yaiba. And that got him back on track, giggling like a child as he ran into the construction area where the Gigas were being built. "Whoa~! You're huge! I can't wait for you guys to be my friends!" And he pulled out a Zetsumeriser.

BOOM!

Suddenly the wall exploded, as Yua came crashing down.

Yua coughed heavily, her armour taking the brunt of the damage while she felt the remaining pain. She was really struggling against the Dodo Magia's grenade attacks.

"Get. Out." She panted, struggling to get to her feet as she saw Jin who just walked past her.

"Hmm. Nope. Sorry, Valkyrie." Jin joked as he kicked Yua way, rolling her out of his sight and attached the Zetsumeriser to...somewhere.

Yua rushed to the side, grabbing a BlastRiser. Slotting the Rushing Cheetah Key into place on the weapon, she tapped the button atop.

DASH!

"Huh?" Jin asked and turned around, hearing that from her weapon.

Yua raised the BlastRiser at Jin and shot, the bullet that formed into a mechanical Cheetah, her own animal that rushed forwards.

RUSHING GUN!

Jin's eyes widened as the cheetah came at him and caught him in the chest. "ARGH!" And shot him right out of the hole, rolling onto the ground. "W-whoa! That...that hurt!"

SHOTRISE!

"What-" Horobi began only to raise his sword, blocking a bullet.

TRAPPING SPIDER~!

"Vulcan." Jin grunted, attaching the ForceRiser around his waist.

"Jin!" Fuwa glared at him, having turned into his new form. "What the hell are you doing here?"

"Our own business." Jin responded. "Henshin!"

WING!

FORCERISE!

"Fuwa, we need to get rid of them!" Yaiba called.

"Yaiba!" He gasped as he heard her. "What the hell do you think I'm doing?" He responded, ready to shoot bullets before the Dodo Magia grabbed his attention.

"Assassinate!" It called out, shooting grenades at Fuwa.

"Watch out for me!" Jin called out, flying around in his form.

Yua tried to shoot at Jin again, but her aim was off. Being thrown through that building was a massive drain on her and felt like her arm was about to shoot off.

"You blasted-!" Fuwa growled angrily as he tried to get in close and attack the Dodo Magia. Even using the web bullets from the Spider Key.

SHINK!

"Spider webbing. Assassinate." The Dodo Magia remarked as it sliced through the webbing with its blades.

Fuwa looked at his ShotRiser and realised that his webbing wasn't going to be enough. This Magia had learned from those other times it was destroyed! "Damn it!"

"Come on, Valkyrie! Are you out of breath already?" Jin remarked, having gotten back to his feet.

"Not. Not even close." She answered, shooting with both her guns.

Jin's eyes widened and flew off, dodging the bullets as best as he could.

"You damn Magia!" Fuwa grunted, trying to punch the Dodo Magia who dodged and slashed into him.

"Jin!" Horobi called out, holding a purple striped Attache Case.

"That's!" Yua turned around and the smirking Horobi there. "Let go of that!"

WHOOSH!

"Ooh! Horobi! What's this?" Jin asked as he unfolded the case and revealed it to be a bow-type of Attache weapon.

Its main body was black, silver tips at the top and bottom with a nozzle, a purple grip and stripe going over its body.

"AIMS' new weapon." Horobi remarked. "The 'Attache Arrow'. Shoot well."

"Ooh!" Jin smirked as he pulled the grip back on the Attache weapon and began to fire.

KABAN SHOOT!

A strike of multiple purple arrows came from the Attache Arrow, shooting out and hitting Fuwa and Yua.

"ARGH!" Yaiba screamed as she was caught in the arm and flung back in pain.

"YAIBA!" Fuwa called out, enraged that they were overcome by these MetsuBou JinRai. "RARGH!"

BANG!

Fuwa's shots caught the Dodo Magia right in the stomach as he rushed in close, all the while Jin was peppering him with arrows.

Jin was laughing, treating this as all some sort of game. That is until he saw someone leaping in to knock the weapon out of his hands. "Argh! Zero-One?"

But no, it wasn't Aruto.

A golden blur rushed through the battlefield, sending their foes flying.

It was like a literal golden wind, rushing and jumping around the battlefield. Kicking Jin, striking the Dodo. Back and forth.

A golden fist, a golden boot. A knee strike, a chop, a strike.

Eventually, the golden blur came to a stop, a flash of the shimmering light showing that whatever this power was... Was no more.

A normal ZAIA employee stood there, panting. Around his waist was a Riser belt, like the ones of the ShotRiser, but Fuwa could not see the buckle... And then suddenly the person screamed and exploded.

The ZAIA scientist fell to the ground, bloodied and bleeding. Twitching lightly. He was bald and tall, his white lab coat cut into tatters and soaking red.

"What in the..." Fuwa whispered

"Jin! We are leaving! Now!" Horobi ordered.

"But we-!" Jin panicked.

"Now, Jin!" Horobi demanded. "Assassin!"

The Magian nodded and rushed with Jin and Horobi, escaping in the confusion and the weakened Riders.

"Get! Get back...here!" Fuwa grunted and fell to his knees, while Yua went to the bleeding scientist.

She felt her transformation end as she tried to see the belt on the person...but she was in too much pain. "F-Fuwa. Need. Hospital." She pained, reaching for her phone.

*Time Skip*

Fuwa was waiting in the waiting room, Yaiba and the scientist were taken in for surgery. Yaiba's wasn't too severe, the scientist however was touch and go. 'Damn it. We lost this time.' He thought angrily, his fist hitting the chair beneath him. 'Prez, where the hell were you?'

THUD!

"Fuwa! I heard what happened!" Aruto called.

"Prez." Fuwa got up, having some adhesive bandages on his face. "Why weren't you-?"

"Before you start accusing President Aruto of being lazy, he has been in meetings that take up his time." Izu responded, interrupting Fuwa's anger.

Fuwa took a deep breath and nodded. "Right...I don't know what happened back there. The Dodo and Jin...And the other guy. What's his name? They ambushed us."

"Horobi? He was there?" Aruto asked.

"Yes, they attacked ZAIA's science area. I don't know why they were there." Fuwa answered.

Soon the doors opened behind them, Yaiba walking out with her arm in a sling and her cheek bandaged. "I have to get back, there is trouble-; President Aruto?"

"Yua/Yaiba." Both Aruto and Fuwa walked to her.

"I'm...alright. You don't have to worry about me." Yua frowned.

"Fuwa told me what happened," Aruto explained.

"Did he?" Yua asked, looking at her partner.

"Yaiba, what happened to the other guy?" Fuwa asked.

"Whoa, what? What other guy?" Aruto asked

"He's...In intense care. He lost a lot of blood." She answered sadly. "I knew him from the science division."

"What happened back there?" Aruto asked.

"Some...new device. I don't know. I couldn't see it before we got taken in." Yua answered heavily, before holding her head.

"Excuse me, Ms Yaiba. You should be resting." The doctor HumaGear spoke as he approached Yua.

The three looked at the HumaGear doctor, who was looking concerned for Yua. "I can't. I'm on duty. And this will heal in a few days, you said so yourself."

"Even so, you must not exacerbate it." The doctor answered.

"She'll be fine." Fuwa answered.

"President Hiden. Why are you-?" The doctor asked in shock. "Are you involved with this?" He asked in concern.

"Yes, I am." Aruto nodded.

"I cannot allow you to put any stress on your body." The doctor responded.

"I'm sorry, but I have to," Aruto answered. "Give me a minute, please." He asked Fuwa and Yaiba.

"President Hiden, I've been your doctor for most of your life. You must know the worries that I have for your safety." The doctor responded with concern in their voice.

Aruto sighed and nodded. "I understand, doctor. But this is part of my job too. Bad people are hurting HumaGears and humans and I can't just stand by and watch."

"But your life is in constant danger should you continue this! You don't have to do this!" The doctor answered.

"No. I do. Because that's who I am." Aruto explained. "Doctor Omigoto, we have our purposes in life. Your life is a doctor to save lives here. Mine is to protect people so they don't die."

The doctor heard what Aruto said, his headset whirring as it took it in. "I...I understand." He whispered and felt something inside him open.

"Thank you for your concern, Dr Omigoto. I will ensure that President Aruto does not have too much stress." Izu responded, worried for him as well.

"That's...That's all I ask. I would not want to let your grandfather down."

"And you haven't. Thank you." Aruto reassured and smiled.

"Prez, are you coming?" Fuwa called out, grabbing his attention.

"Yes, I am. Thank you for your concern, Dr Omigoto." Aruto finished and left.

Dr Omigoto held his head gently before looking at the sight of the three Riders going together. The sight of them was...reassuring.

The three Riders, Izu included, walked out as they didn't know what was going to happen now.

"What the hell is MetsuBou JinRai going to now?" Fuwa pondered. Besides the Attache Arrow that Horobi stole, they didn't do much.

"I remember that Jin had a ZetsumeRiser. I don't know what he was doing with it." Yua responded.

"Just great." Aruto mumbled.

*Elsewhere, ZAIA*

Gai Amatsu was currently in his office, he was on his computer and had a program up.

"Hmm, it seems they've been busy." Gai muttered to himself, looking at the program.

"Yes, Sir." The voice responded, it sounded like a woman HumaGear's voice.

"We might have to fix that; won't we?" He smirked darkly.

"How do you mean, Sir?" The woman's voice responded, almost sounding apathetic and robotic.

"Specifically, my tool...you." He answered with a cocky smile. "You're going to play a part much more befitting your scale."

"I do not understand. My function is to serve ZAIA." The program responded in confusion.

"And you will. You'll be serving ZAIA and I." He responded.

Gai opened a port in his computer and inserted a chip. Which was downloading the entirety of the program.

"What is happening? Where am I going?" The program asked in confusion as it was being downloaded.

Gai just smirked as the program was being ripped away and screaming, being downloaded into the chip. "There, isn't this better?" Gai remarked. "Don't worry, you'll be going to a much more useful place."

*Elsewhere*

Aruto, Fuwa and Yaiba were still together. But something was nagging in Aruto's mind, wondering what Jin was doing in that science lab. "So...um...Not to pry; but why was Jin there?"

"I'm sorry?" Yua asked.

"At that science lab. What's in there?" Aruto asked innocently.

"I-I can't say. That would be a breach of-"

"Some new mecha thing." Fuwa answered.

"Fuwa!" Yua snapped.

"What? You said you couldn't tell him." Fuwa snarked.

"Cool~!" Aruto gasped as he heard that. "I can't believe that you've made something like that."

"Oh. Um...thank you. But please do not tell anyone. They are still being constructed and they're a ZAIA secret-." Yua responded before stopping herself.

"I won't tell." Aruto answered. "Right, Izu?"

"Of course, President Aruto." Izu nodded. "But, these 'Mechas'; are they like in your manga?"

"I. Did you really?" Aruto asked from embarrassment.

"You still read manga at your age?" Fuwa responded.

"I'm in my twenties. It's not that much of a stretch." He responded.

"That aside, I don't know what they didn't destroy-" Yua muttered before she had a terrible thought.

"What? What's wrong?" Fuwa asked.

"The-The Gigas. The can shut down..." She realised and needed to get back to ZAIA.

"'Shut down'? 'Shut down' what?" Fuwa asked as he heard that.

"Corrupted HumaGears." She responded.

Aruto began to think, coming to a scary conclusion. "If...if they have those Mecha. Then that means-"

"More HumGear will-!"

BOOM!

The ground shook as the Riders felt a colossal thud come to the ground...as a large robotic figure loomed over the hospital. The functioning Giga had crashed its feet into the ground and turned to the hospital's separate servers.

"Oh my god!" Aruto screamed as he saw the mecha. "Izu, run!"

"President Aruto!" Izu blinked as she was given that order.

"I don't want you getting hurt! Please, run!" He explained.

Izu's eyes whirred as she took this on and nodded. "Yes, sir." And ran back to Hiden Intelligence.

"Damn you, MetsuBou JinRai!" Fuwa growled angrily.

"You called?" Jin called out as he, Horobi and Little Assassin had arrived.

"Jin!" Aruto called out.

"How's the arm, Valkyrie?" Jin remarked as Horobi stood tall and silent.

"Bastard." She glared. "What did you do to my Gigas?" She shouted.

"'Your Gigas'? You misunderstand. They aren't yours anymore. Or...never were yours, to begin with." Horobi responded. "They now belong to Ark."

CRASH!

"The servers!" Aruto panicked.

"Take control, we'll handle them." Horobi ordered the Giga.

BULLET!

"Like hell, you will!" Fuwa growled, pulling out his Key and tried to wrench it open.

JUMP!

THUNDER!

"We're going to stop you!" Aruto added as he and Yaiba activated their own Keys.

AUTHORISE!

Kamen! Rider!

"Ooh! Assassin, let's go!" Jin smirked as he grabbed his Key while Little Assassin drew his swords.

WING!

"HENSHIN!" The group responded, while Horobi looked down at them.

PROGRISE!

SHOTRISE!

FORCERISE!

The four animals flew and rushed around as they clashed and pounced upon each other before forming over their bodies and into their respective forms.

RISING HOPPER!

SHOOTING WOLF!

LIGHTNING HORNET!

FLYING FALCON!

"Yaiba, blast those bots. Keep them from the server!" Aruto called.

"Prez, you take the Assasin." Fuwa responed.

"And you take down Jin." Aruto nodded back, the two showing their leadership skills. As well as a quick grasp of the others thought process.

Yaiba's wings shot out and buzzed as she flew towards the Gigas, blasting them with her ShotRiser.

Fuwa took aim at Jin and fired, using his training to try and take down the flying menace.

"Assassinate!" The Dodo Magia leapt over and slashed at Aruto, with the young president dodging and kicking him, only for the swords to try and cut him only to be countered by the AttacheShield, Aruto gripping it tightly.

"Oh no you don't!" Aruto grunted.

Shink!

Crrrcrrrk!

The Dodo Magia grunted as it tried to cut through the shield...but it couldn't. "Grargh!"

Whoosh!

Aruto backed up and slammed the shield in the Dodo Magia's head, disorienting it. He then brought the AttacheCalibur down, cutting it across the back.

"ARGH!" The Magia screamed as it was struck, dropping one of its sabres as it reacted in pain.

"Come on, birdy!" Fuwa snapped as he saw owned fire "Stay still!"

As Fuwa fired, Jin just gave an irritating laugh, like Fuwa was a hunter after an elusive prey. "Now why would I do that?"

"Grrr!" Fuwa growled angrily as he tried to aim and shoot.

Horobi saw this, walking calmly away from the scene but staying close. He could see how wild and uncontrolled they were, no experience, all firepower. Not the refined restraint and technique of his stride. "Everything that you are. Ark will take away. Every human you fight for. MetsuBou JinRai will kill. This is His Will." Horobi spoke out to demoralise the Kamen Riders.

"No! It won't!" Aruto responded, fighting back as hard as he could while trying to see Fuwa and Yaiba if they were making any headway with their opponents.

Yua's wings were working overtime as she tried to destroy the Giga that was affecting the servers.

BANG!

"Damn it, their armour's too thick!" She gasped and struggled as she fired off shots, trying not to fully destroy the Gigas.

The Giga soon turned and looked at Yua, their burning red eyes glaring at her as they were controlled by the malicious programming and aimed to destroy her like the annoying hornet she was.

Seeing those red eyes... She felt terror rush down her spine.

Like a deer in the headlights, she felt small compared to this massive machine that could easily crush her. Its hand rose and she had to snap out of her stupor, seeing that she was close to being crushed by a single hand like an insect.

Down on the ground, Jin was making Fuwa angrier and angrier. His flying was more annoying than damaging since he couldn't get a close shot. "Bastard. Going for this!"

TERRITORY!

C-CR-CRACK!

AUTHORISE!

"HA!" Fuwa roared, shooting out the bullet with the Spider Key inside.

SHOTRISE!

"Whoops! Missed me!" Jin called out, shooting down and striking at him, only for the bullet to separate and surround Fuwa and form into his Spider Form.

...

And suddenly there was some webbing wrapped around his ankle.

"Huh?" He looked down at it and was whipped into the ground like a hammer while his feet were bound by Fuwa's webbing and shot at. "Argh! Ow, ow, you son of a-!"

"You! Are! Staying! Down!" Fuwa glared as he let off round after round into Jin's body, sparks flying off his body.

SHINK!

"Huh?" Fuwa looked and saw Horobi's katana slice through the webbing and soon carve into Fuwa's armour. Though it didn't cut deep, it was shocking to see the weapon cut through.

SLASH!

"Argh! Hnn!" Fuwa grunted as the katana sliced through him.

"Fuwa!" Aruto called out, before defending from the Magia.

"Stay down!" He roared, energy around his weapon as he inserted a key into his sword while hitting his belt as well.

RISING IMPACT!

FREEZING KABAN STRASH!

"ASSASINATE!" the robot called, hitting the button on his own belt.

ZETSUMETSU NOVA!

"HA!" Aruto roared as he gave a mighty sideways slash.

"ASSASSINATE!" the robot repeated, bringing a sudden downward slash.

...

Aruto quickly rushed past, via yellow energy.

SHINK~!

Ice grew over the assassin from the impact, Aruto stumbling for a moment as he tried to stand.

The slash mark cut deep into the Dodo, making it stumble slightly itself. However, it never fell, as the ice quickly grew over it and making it unable to move.

"HA!" Aruto roared as he span around and gave a second slash, this slash made of yellow energy.

"ASSASIN-" the Dodo Magia roared into the air, interrupted by the energy wave that ripped him apart.

KABOOM!

"Don't make me do this..." Yaiba mumbled as she flew around the Gigar

THUNDER!

LIGHTNING BLAST! FEVER!

"KIYA!" She called, coming down in a quick drop. Her leg extended with a glowing blue stinger extended. The glowing sparking blade slammed into the Gigar's back, allowing her to rush inside easily.

Once inside she drew the Attache Launcher, slotting her key into place.

FULL CHARGE!

"I'm sorry." she mumbled, before pulling the trigger.

RUSHING KABAN DYNAMITE!

The Giga's body began to spark and shudder, electricity and explosions coursing through its body as it had the massive explosions erupting from within.

Yua came rushing out, skidding across the ground.

"Forgive me." She whispered as the Giga exploded behind her, collapsing into the ground.

CRASH!

Aruto and Yua turned around, seeing that Fuwa had been sent crashing into a nearby warehouse. "FUWA!" The two called out.

"Ooh! Horobi! What're you doing?" Jin called out in excitement.

The three Rider's rushed into the warehouse, seeing Fuwa stumbling back.

A sea of sparks was flying from the Trapping Spider armour as Fuwa lost ground, metal scraping against his suit.

Horobi spun his sword elegantly before sheathing it.

"You have all. Been an eyesore." Horobi stated as he held up his free hand... revealing a belt.

Revealing...

A ForceRiser!

"Another one?!" Aruto gasped.

"The design... there is no mistaking it!" Yua hissed as the yellow eyes of her suit began to glow.

"That belt." Fuwa hissed.

FORCERISER!

With the belt in place, Horobi had a small and mocking smirk on his face as he pulled a Progrise Key from his robes.

It was a purple Key, it had a purple back with a black front with a purple screen with the imprint of a scorpion and name stamped on it.

STING SCORPION

ABILITY: POISON

Horobi extended his arm with the Key's button pushed.

POISON!

Horobi stood there coolly as he proclaimed the famous phrase that the Riders said. "Henshin." And slotted the Key into his Driver, and pulled on the yellow claw to open the Key up.

F̸̼͑Ǒ̶͍R̸͖̓C̷̹͆E̵̙͝R̴̛͇Ȋ̴͚S̴̪͝Ę̸̂!̴̞͌

Purple lightning sparked around Horobi as a metal scorpion crashed down into the warehouse and skittered around him, before jamming its tail into Horobi's chest. Using it as leverage, the scorpion went to Horobi's back and encapsulated him in its claws and legs as a purple bodysuit appeared on his body.

STING SCORPION!

"It stabbed him!" Jin panicked but was also enthralled by the sight.

B̴̢̑R̸͓̂E̴̼̍A̵̝͝K̶̹̀ ̷̩̆D̵̖́O̸͉̅Ẇ̷̭N̴̯̍!̵̜̆

As the lightning formed over Horobi, the scorpion erupted and slammed onto him, bound in black wires and diamond-plate metal slabs. Horobi's body was fully covered in the purple bodysuit, dark metal coverings were slapped and bound onto his feet. His shins were bound in wires holding the metal in place, diamond-plate metal on his shins and bound metal on his thighs. His waist and chest were covered in plain and diamond-plate armour, showing the bodysuit underneath, wired metal on his shoulders and arms; with his left arm not having the same symmetry as his right, as it had a protruding spike-like stinger on his wrist that covered his hand, looking like a scorpion's tail. A thick metal neck-guard and a purple helmet with piercing yellow eyes and wire bound spiked face-plates.

"Horobi! You've had this the whole time?" Jin asked excitedly.

Fuwa took a gasp in shock, seeing that figure again. "...You! You were on the video!" As he remembered the distorted purple figure in the video from DayBreak.

All as MetsuBou JinRai decrees.

"You're the one...Behind DayBreak!" Fuwa growled angrily and rushed at Horobi with mad abandon.

POWER!

"You're the one... WHO RUINED MY LIFE!" Fuwa roared, as he rushed forwards.

PUN~CHING~ KONG~!

Now in his pure power form, Fuwa began to throw punch after sloppy and desperate punches. All of which, Horobi dodged easily.

Horobi repelled each punch, seeing the irrational and emotional human wildly act like an animal, it was...too easy.

Slap!

PUNCH!

"Argh!" Fuwa grunted in pain.

"Fuwa!" Aruto and Yua ran towards him, only to be blocked by Jin.

"Nope! Not going to interrupt!" Jin called out, kicking the pair of them.

"You're a wild animal." Horobi commented.

"RARGH!" Fuwa roared angrily.

"And I... Don't even know who you are."

ATTACHEARROW!

Fuwa's eyes widened as he was point-blank right in the range of the arrow as he was shot in the stomach by Horobi.

"You thief!" Yaiba snarled.

Horobi just ignored her, continually shooting at Fuwa while Jin distracted the pair. "Weak humans." as he slashed with the bladed part of the weapon.

"ARGH!" Fuwa screamed as the armour he was wearing was cut in and sparked off because of Horobi's strength. "B-bastard. I'll. I'll kill you."

POWER!

Horobi looked at how desperate Fuwa was. Going straight for the finish. "Very well." As he grabbed his yellow grip on the ForceRiser, pushing then pulling it open.

PUNCHING! BLAST!

"HAAAAA!" Fuwa roared, launching his rocket fists surrounded by energy.

Horobi stood still as the explosion collided with him, covering him with flames and dust...only to emerge with little more than a few scuff marks.

"Wh-what?" Fuwa gasped.

"Humanity's fate...is to go extinct." Horobi calmly answered as he walked forwards towards Fuwa who was exhausted from firing the attack as a metallic snake-like scorpion tail wrapped around Horobi's leg.

"Fuwa!" Yua called out, trying to fly towards him.

"DON'T!" Aruto tried to run.

Horobi rose his leg, and with a swift and vicious kick, his stinger wrapped tail struck true. As it connected to Fuwa's body. Not his armour, nor his stomach...but his neck. Fuwa's neck was penetrated, the stinger going through and cutting deep within his throat.
