Undercover Operation
Chapter 23th
Loreile grabbed her phone from inside her purse. She picked it up when her hand cramped slightly to have the IPHONE dropped to the cold floor to have it break into pieces.
"DAMN! She cursed. As she noticed something on the floor that was looking like an electronic bug. "Oh, well!" she stated with taking out a piece of paper and a pen to write something on it...
"Jethro talk about vacation. There is a bug listening in to our conversation." she hands it to him to read to began talking.
"I have been meaning to asked on whether you like to go for vacation again once I get out of here?" He asked with watching her work with taking it apart.
"How about we go once again to Orlando, Florida with those lovely casino's for where we both won a lot of money?" he responded...
"It sounds just lovely Jethro." She finally pulled it apart to be dead. "I just can't believe this Jethro?' she cried out.
The last time I had left my phone in the back of this room with the last delivery."
"Do you think that it might be the sniper coming after me? Call again the same number using my IPhone that was given to me. And in the meantime Loreile I will contact security about the possible suspect will be delivery Sherman's Chinese Food."
She remembered the number in her mind. Since she has a mind that can remember easily. She was talking to the owner giving her all of the information. She had said that she had all that information on the computer. While she was looking over at Luiz Gomez.
Loreile gave the order with the total coming to $43.00 with the extra for later. "When will it be arriving ma'am?" she asked with looking over to Jethro talking to security on the phone.
"Thirty minutes."
"Thanks. I will be waiting for the delivery in my husband's room." she hung up the phone...
Luiz Gomez taking four bags 15 minutes later to take the order outside to his black SUV to the hospital. His orders were to bring the order with getting in to take out Special Agent Gibbs.
While in the hospital the entire NCIS/D.O.D. security were ready to arrest the sniper both downstairs and on the eighth floor with Loreile to be waiting with her gun as with Gibbs revolver under his pillow.
She was a nervous wreck with her phone having been bugged of all things. This is going to be the last time that she will be keeping her phone close to her.
Gibbs was laying down with the TV on telling his wife of three years to calm down.
"You calm down Jethro?' she cried out with her baby inside her stomach was beginning to act up once again. She needed to breath for a few moments needing to have this over with.

Downstairs the NCIS/D.O.D. agents have been waiting when they noticed a black SUV pulled with the description of Luiz Gomez taken from the warehouses with Garcia the Cartel leader.
"It's him Luiz Gomez?" Lt. Dave Roberts a NCIS agent for the past ten years in Harrisburg regional office.
Everyone was ready as the suspect was carrying the bags filled with the Chinese food. Once the bags are taken from him. They will bring it upstairs to the original customers.
He walks when all of a sudden he's frozen in place with a number of weapons pointed at him. "You're under arrest Luiz Gomez for attempted murder and other charges?" Lt. Roberts stated with another agent taking out the cuffs to place them onto his wrists behind his back.
While another agent taking the bags to bring them upstairs.
"I want protection gentlemen knowing once the boss that I have found out I talked will be after me." he replied with his rights being given...
"What about your partner Jose Alverez?" Lt. Robert had to asked...
"Heading for the Harrisburg, airport to see if he can get a flight to Washington, D.C. within an hour and a half at terminal B. Flight 3451 I believe."
Lt. Roberts turned to face the rest of his team to send five agents to the airport to arrest him. "Is he holding anything on him important?"
"Yes. He has to place a tape into one of the lockers that contain intel concerning the big boss A SENATOR name Stephen Hill with conversations giving orders to Damon Garcia and his brother to take out Special Agent Gibbs and others."
"OMG! I just can't believe that the rumors were right in the first place?" Lt. Roberts was expressing himself with the news. I need to call Director Vance and let him know the news. Take him to the regional office talking to his two agents holding Gomez in cuffs.
He had watched them leave while the other agents were heading for the airport to see if they can catch him in time.
Lt. Roberts asked the hospital security guard on whether he could use his office to make the important call to Vance.
"Sure. Please this way with me Lt. Roberts."
Director Leon Vance at home with his finance after such a long hard day for him in general. Melissa was in the kitchen finishing up the last of the dishes with Leon Vance making a meatloaf that was really moist.
He had left his cell phone sitting on the marble coffee table. When he was sitting when it started to vibrate waiting to hear from his agents in Harrisburg. He needed to pick it up with Melanie stopping with the last item with placing it into dish holder.
"Go ahead Lt. Roberts what is going on?" he asked with concern with his antsy demeanor.
"Sir we have arrested both Luis Gomez and Jose Alverez. However as it had turned out they have given us evidence with us here giving them protection with the Witness Protection Program."
"Why? what happened?" he commented with the questions.
"The agents are heading for the airport to pick up Jose and the tape that was left inside a locker. It has 20 names listed working for the Garcia Cartel."
"Anything else?" he was getting annoyed with the agent not getting to the point...
"Sir, I am sorry it seems that the rumors were true about Senator Stephen Hill with being the boss giving the orders to take out Gibbs and two other D.O.D. agents. There are conversations on that tape to have you listen for which I will send a copy when I get it."
"Jesus! I can't wait to hear these conversations Lt. Roberts." he stated with rubbing his eyes...
