Chapter 59th
Doctor Angela Silvers as a bystander watched the ambulance arrived at the entrance of the emergency entrance, with Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs being pulled out by the technicians and with Senior Field Agent McGee moving out to help out.
McGee didn't like the way his friend was looking as they moved inside. "McGee, I am Doctor Silvers, Loreile asked me to check on her husband. How's he doing?" she had to ask with the question to really scare him no less.
There was a lump in his throat trying to keep down the bile. "Not good at all Doctor. I have never seen him this bad and this included over the years." he defensive had to say to her.
"Please don't tell Loreile what I told you?" he walked inside to head for the admissions office to give the updated information on Special Agent Gibbs."
"Listen I won't tell her. Since I need to be going with one of my patients needing my help with the delivery of her daughter." she moved away as Doctor Cyril Taft and another specialist came over to check over their patient seeing the wound in his stomach and right shoulder.
"Jesus, this doesn't look good at all?" Taft makes mention with his heart beginning to race. "We need to get him into surgery STAT!" he croaked out with his response.
Moving the stretcher into the freight elevator. Doctor Cyril Taft needed to order quickly the x-rays and Cat scans on his stomach and shoulder to check for any further damage or fragments that might have been moving.
Taking in a exhale with moving out of the elevator with the transporter operator heading through the double doors of the operating section of the hospital.
Meanwhile sometimes later...
Loreile Gibbs had been waiting on word from Doctor Angela Silvers on her husband. She tried to keep herself busy on her laptop after feeding her newborn son with the bottle. The nurse had taken Daniel back to the nursery to sleep. While she was told to be doing the same, but her mind was reeling with any news.
There was a knock on her door. When all of a sudden...
It wasn't Doctor Silvers but rather Senior Field Agent McGee. "OMG! Tim, I am so sorry in regard to what has happened to Jethro?" she stood up from her chair to give the younger man a hug.
"I am sorry as well since it was Lemere that had caught Gibbs off guard all of the ways. Boss had suspected that something like this was going to happen in the first place." he was miff for the moment.
"How well I know it, Tim. Just before he left. Jethro told me he was scared that he might not come back alive." she makes mention...
"OMG! Boss had been trying to kill himself for years with all of the dangerous cases he will take on from the director."
