Undercover Operation
Chapter 77th
Doctor Miles of the local coroner's office had finished up with the two bodies that were shot and killed at the Carousel restaurant of Dulles International Airport.
He had written up a full report for when his assistant Jason came in to tell him that he was heading home. He looks up at him with a hint of a smile.
"Is there anything I can do for you, Doctor?" Jason needed to ask him with the doctor looking up to say.
"I am good Jason since I am finished writing up the report on the two Spanish dudes. I must admit that it's strange that these two men were working for Sonata Industries?" he had to say to him. "Have a good few days off Jason?" he says with watching his assistant turn with walking out of the office.
Watching him leave. Doctor Miles still had work to be done with sending the report to NCIS and Director Lowry, local police as with the D.O.D. this was a strange one.
NCIS an hour later with Director Lowry working late had come back from talking with SECNAV in regard to the operation with the NCIS agents and Gibbs heading for Sierra, Montana on the long flight. He had received the updated coded report from the undercover agent working for Sonata Industries during the past eight months.
Sitting down at his desk exhausted after such a long day. Lowry saw the faxed report from the undercover agent. "Son of a bitch!"
he had cursed out. He began to read the report on the location of Anton Alexi and most of all Alejandro Riveria. This agent had been working closely with the two in the Coppermine and the fact that both men had set up a trap for the NCIS agents and most of all for Leroy Jethro Gibbs.
He needed to call Gibbs on his cell phone. Hopefully, he will be able to answer his phone while they were on the flight... he dialed his number on the office phone with waiting for the number to be connected...
FLIGHT...
Gibbs had been checking out his phone when all of a sudden a call was coming in for him of all people the director of NCIS. "This is Gibbs, what can I do for you, sir?"
"Bad news Gibbs, I received a full report from the one man working undercover for Sonata Industries. He states in his fax report that your team and yourself are a trap with the Coppermine that had been set up with explosives in the smaller tunnels. Whatever you're going to be doing is the fact you're going to be needing to be careful with your movement?" he tells him in a soft whispered.
"Understand Sir, I will let Tim know of this fact?" Gibbs alluded to the mention of McGee's name as he was listening in to the conversation between the both of them.
"See that you do, Gibbs, and good luck tomorrow or when you're going to decide to search the mine?" he says.
"Sure enough Director about the trap," Gibbs said with ending the connection with McGee to be getting up to join him as Gibbs will be able to explain the situation to him.
