As true to his word with SECNAV Jonas Wilkerson. He was able to set up the officers to be heading for the Naval Yards when it comes to the arrest of Director Anthony Lowry.
Though it was a ploy to have him think that the real Director Leon Vance was dead in the first place as part of the plan. Even semi-retired agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs knew the plan as he was involved in making of those working for Sonata Industries that Gibbs was setting up Lowry in the first place.
Three officers from SECNAV Sergeant Norman age 56 had spoken with the security officers at the Naval Yards Gate telling them that they were here to arrest Director Anthony Lowry.
Shocked for the most part with having to show the charges to them in order for the officers to move inside the Yards and head for the main office for NCIS.
Sergeant Norman had moved out of the truck driving with grabbing the arrest warrant with his two officers standing straight and tall at the fact they will be doing an important job.
Upon the four-level of the bullpen for NCIS with the team heading for Colebrook, Maine for the operation with a snowstorm happening.
Director Anthony Lowry was working in his office finishing up the last of the files from his agents as he coughs slightly needing to pour himself a glass of water from the clear water pitcher in the back of him.
Just as he was finishing up drinking the cold water. There was a loud knock on his door as he tells those on the other side of the door to come in already as he see the three Naval officers. "Director Lowry, I am Sergeant Norman of SECNAV, we are here to arrest you for a series of charges listed on this warrant. We are to take you to SECNAV to have SECNAV Jonas Wilkerson interrogate you."
"Son of a bitch, I need to call my lawyer." he will say with his own anger building...
"You will have that call for when we reach SECNAV, Director Lowry?" Sergeant Norman alluded with the comment as his men moved in closer with giving him his rights along with the cuffs to be placing his wrists behind his back.
"This is just nuts to think that I am the one to have murdered Director Leon Vance?" he threw the warrant into the air with the two officers pulling him along with one of them pointing his revolver at the man.
TOMBSTONE, ARIZONA
Director Leon Vance has been alive for the past year as part of a huge plan to try to catch a number of Sonata Industries into the open for when it came to trying to kill Leon Vance and many others including Leroy Jethro Gibbs.
Vance was riding his bicycle in the courtyard of the safehouse in Tombstone the safest in the United States. Vance had been told that his friend Gibbs and the team had landed in Colebrook, Maine during a snowstorm and hopefully will be reaching the compound in the morning as with the warehouse for where Anton Alexi Alejandro, and Riveria might be located.
Sitting down on the bench. He will be receiving a text message from Gibbs since he is the only one and a few others about the plan. He tells his friend that everything was going according to plan with Director Lowry having been arrested by SECNAV.
