It was at this particular time with Margie Wilkinson as Louise Taylor was heading for the Red Rooster, a restaurant just outside of Osgood, Montana. She pulled away out of the parking spot provided by the officials of the hospital.

RED ROOSTER BAR/RESTAURANT
There were several of the D.O.D. undercover agents inside of the Red Rooster bar in order to keep an eye out on both Russians and what they plan to do.
They had received word from those in charge of the undercover operation that Louise Taylor posing as Margie Wilkinson will be arriving soon to meet with them.
Juliette had been munching on chicken wings her husband doing the same along with ordering a Vodka to drink. He was searching for the front door on whether or not their associate will be showing up for the briefing on how to go about killing Leroy Jethro Gibbs. Even though trying to take him out at the apartment complex after the explosion.
"Do you see her, Gorbali?" she advised taking a peek at her watch anxious to get this over with already.
The front door just opened and he sees her walking in the front door with an umbrella having to close it with the rain coming down harder. "She's here now Juliette!" he spoke in partly Russian.
"Okay, wait until she gets here on whether she wants a drink or not?" she alluded with the suggestion.
She walked over to both of them a waiter came over asking the woman whether she wanted something to drink.
"It will be nice to have a Scotch on the Rocks and some Chicken Wings and fries if possible. I didn't have much of anything while I was working the desk on the eighth floor for where Gibbs is located," she tells them sitting down with a hint of a smirk.
"Louise do you have any ideas that will help us with the contract to take out our prey?" she alluded by keeping her voice down low so not to let others in the area hear what she had to say.
