Sonic X: Steven the Hedgehog

Steven's life began as a survivor in Sonic's World. Throughout the early years, Steven's heard stories about the adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog and his friends, who he wanted to be like despite his own flaws. But one day, Chaos Control happens and this caused Steven to meet Sonic, his friends along with new friends who will guide him to be one of the greatest heroes in the world.

2. Episode 1

Gotta Go Fast (Sonic X Theme) by NateWantsToBattle

At Aeneas' "Home" outside, it was a peaceful and quiet night with crickets chirping off screen as Aeneas' campfire with lit up. Aeneas was sitting at his makeshift table as he had different food in front of him. Aeneas then drops a cherry inside a small makeshift cup he made before taking a small sip of water. Aeneas then sighs. "Very refreshing" Aeneas says before he looked at dishes in front of him. Aeneas had a medium sized cooked fish, a bowl of fruits and a bowl of bugs and insects. "Another day, another big dinner at the end" Aeneas says before he looks to his right to see the full moon out in the sky. Aeneas sighs before sitting down on his chair. Aeneas then saw a few fireflies flying around. Aeneas grabbed a glass jar and caught some fireflies. Aeneas then shakes the jar, causing the fireflies to glow in the glass. Aeneas then grabbed his makeshift fork and knife and started eating and enjoying it.

At an open field of "Green Hills", it was still peaceful and quiet with crickets still chirping off screen with the full moon reflecting in a river. On land, there was a big Cat named Big the Cat, who was sleeping while holding his fishing pole with his best friend Froggy by his lap. Big suddenly wakes up as he hears an alarm blaring and looks on his left to see a tower not too far from him.

Back with Aeneas, he was about to take another bite of his fish until he heard the same alarm blaring from afar. This made Aeneas look around. "Huh? What's that noise?" Aeneas asked as he stands up and tries to find where the source of the alarm blare was. "Whatever it is, it's really loud especially from afar. I should check it out" Aeneas says before he gets up from his table and makes his way off his property.

At the tower, the lights from the tower light up. The tower was known as Dr. Eggman's Fortress.

At another area close to Dr. Eggman's Fortress, two feet were seen running.

Back at Dr. Eggman's Fortress 3 robots named E-30 Laser Tank drive around the area.

Back at the area close to Dr. Eggman's Fortress, the two feet continue running.

Back at Dr. Eggman's Fortress, more E-30 Laser Tank robots along with other robots kept coming out and got their turrets and guns ready for anything that was gonna pop up now. Then suddenly, the figure that was running revealed to be Sonic the Hedgehog. the E-30 Laser Tank robots started firing at Sonic who dodges the fire power from the robot's missiles and turrets while running and grinning and chuckling a bit. This caused a few explosions to happen around the area. Sonic then started to hop on one of the E-30 Laser Tank robots to make his way closer to the tower before landing and running while dodging more fire power. "Haha! This way, This way!" Sonic says while dodging.

At a hallway inside Dr. Eggman's Fortress, another alarm goes off and big robots named E-12 Behemoth wake up and started to make their way.

Back outside, Sonic kept running away from the first E-12 Behemoth until he saw the second E-12 Behemoth break through an entrance in front of him. "Whoa!" Sonic says before running the other way while still being chased by 2 E-12 Behemoth robots.

In the halls of Dr. Eggman's Fortress, Sonic continues running while still being chased by the first E-12 Behemoth robot, then the other E-12 Behemoth robot comes in through the wall and caused Sonic to run another pathway that leads outside with the another E-12 Behemoth following him.

Back outside of Dr. Eggman's Fortress, Sonic continued running while their an explosion from behind him. As Sonic kept running, he steps on a spring trap that had a face on it and it takes him up in the air. "Whoa!" Sonic says and then the other E-12 Behemoth robot punches him all the way in the sky. "Whoa!" Sonic says.

Back outside of Dr. Eggman's Fortress, the Tornado 2 was flying towards the tower. "Sonic!" Tails says as he and Amy were inside the Tornado 2. More robots and turrets start firing at the Tornado 2 and Tails did his best to dodge all the fire power, but a few shots were hit on the Tornado 2 and caused an explosion and for Amy to scream in fright. The Tornado 2 started to go down slowly while there was sparks and smoke coming out of the back.

In the skies with the Tornado 2, Amy looks at the smoking damages while sweat dropping. "Tails, the plane's on fire! What are we gonna do?" Amy asked, "It'll be fine, Amy! Before that...!" Tails says before he pushes a lever and launches a missile out of the Tornado 2 and it flies out.

Back with Sonic, he was then about to crash into the forest while the missile breaks apart and reveals a shiny ring.

Back with Aeneas, he was running through the forest as he heard shots fire and explosions from afar. "I don't know what's going on right now, but I've got a bad feeling all of a sudden!" Aeneas says as he kept running. As Aeneas ran, he didn't notice that Sonic was about to crash into him. Right when Aeneas was about to turn, Sonic crashed into him. This made Aeneas yelp before hitting the ground with a thud. Aeneas groans while slowly opening his eyes. "What was that...?" Aeneas asked himself before rubbing his eyes. Aeneas adjusts his eyes and opens them. As he got a clear vision, Aeneas gasped lightly to see Sonic standing up and looking up at the sky with his hand glowing due to holding the ring. The light on Sonic's hand gets brighter and causes Aeneas to shield his eyes again.

Back at the area close to Dr. Eggman's Fortress, the light was seen flashing and making wave movements.

Back with Sonic, he then jumps out the forest and into the sky. Sonic then turned into a power spin attack while smiling and chuckling from inside his spin.

Back with Aeneas, he opens his eyes again to look and see which direction Sonic was going. "Sonic the Hedgehog..." Aeneas says in surprise.

Back at the area close to Dr. Eggman's Fortress, Sonic starts to destroys 4 of the E-30 Laser Tank robots as if there were nothing, causing explosions to happen from behind. Sonic then aimed at the 2 E-12 Behemoth robots and destroyed both of them through the chest with explosions. Then the third E-12 Behemoth robot smashed its hand on Sonic, thinking it stopped Sonic. But Sonic destroyed the E-12 Behemoth robot and went inside Dr. Eggman's Fortress through the lights above, causing one of them to shatter.

Back with Tails and Amy, the Tornado 2 was about to make a crash landing while there were explosions from where Dr. Eggman's Fortress was. "Hold on Amy!" Tails says as the Tornado landed on the ground and Tails couldn't stop it while Amy had her eyes closed. Amy opens her eyes and gasps to see they were gonna crash into a boulder. "Boulder! We're gonna crash!" Amy says, "I know~!" Tails says as they get ready for the impact.

Then out of nowhere, a fist with 2 sharp knuckles was about to make contact with the readers.

The boulder then suddenly broke apart with a flash.

Back with Tails and Amy, they scream while pieces from the boulder fall to the ground before the Tornado 2 skids to a stop. Tails opens his eyes to see who saved them and smiles "Aah, Knuckles!" Tails says off screen as it revealed to be Knuckles the Echidna. Knuckles just stares at them with a smug look on his face. "Thank you!" Tails says, "Hmph" Knuckles says before turning his head towards the tower. "Knuckles..." Tails says, "What's the matter with him?" Amy asked. Knuckles continues staring at Dr. Eggman's Fortress that had explosions and gunfire all over that area. "Overkill. Just like always..." Knuckles says.

Inside Dr. Eggman's Fortress, in the hallways, the alarm continues blaring while the whole place was going on lockdown with doors closing.

In the main room of Dr. Eggman's Fortress, a yellow robot named Decoe was checking the map of the tower to see the whole tower on lock down. Behind Decoe was a machine and standing next to the machine was the human scientist Dr. Eggman. "Dr. Eggman, the facility is in 100% lockdown" Decoe says as he turns his head to Dr. Eggman. "Why does that cursed Sonic always get in my way?" Dr. Eggman asked, "He doesn't get in your way, Dr. Eggman" a Rabbit named Cream the Rabbit holding a Chao named Cheese the Chao inside a capsule being held hostage while Dr. Eggman his head towards them. "Sonic just tries to stop you from doing all the bad things you like to do." Cream says, "Chao chao" Cheese says, "Oh, is that so?" Dr. Eggman asked before he picks up a gem called a Chaos Emerald that was red. "Well, he's too late to stop me this time" Dr. Eggman says as the Red Chaos Emerald sparkled a bit. "Once I insert the last Chaos Emerald, my Energy Amplifier will be invincible!" Dr. Eggman says, "But you can't do that," Cream says, "Cha-cha-chao." Cheese says, "That's right! Sonic won't let you get away with this!" Cream says off screen as there was a Bat named Rouge the Bat watching from above looking amused while Dr. Eggman laughs off screen. "All of the barriers have been closed" Dr. Eggman says off screen.

Back with Sonic, he kept spinning while making his way towards the Main Room. "Even if it's him..." Dr. Eggman says off screen.

Back in the main room, Dr. Eggman continues. "...It won't be easy to break through-" Dr. Eggman says before he was cut off and yelps from an explosion behind him. Dr. Eggman turns around to see the smoke clear to reveal Sonic smiling. "Sonic!" Cream says, "Chao~!" Cheese says while the glow in Sonic's hand stops glowing. Dr. Eggman then looks nervous. "Sonic..." Dr. Eggman says before smiling evily again. "Too Late!" Dr. Eggman says before he inserts the Red Chaos Emerald in his machine and closes it off. Dr. Eggman then presses a lot of buttons. "Take this and that! And this and that!" Dr. Eggman says before pulling out a wire with a button. "You'll never stop me now, Sonic" Dr. Eggman says before letting out another laugh. "All I have to do is to push this little button" Dr. Eggman says and laughs again off screen while Sonic gets ready for anything. "Yeah. If you can push it before I grab it" Sonic says, "Hmm?" Dr. Eggman asked as he gets worried but when he sees a robot named E-13 Guardbot, he thought of something else and chuckles. "Ah. Why don't you give it a try?" Dr. Eggman asked and the E-13 Guardbot robot starts shooting at Sonic. Sonic chuckles and dodges the fire power while running all over the place. "Don't let him get away!" Dr. Eggman says as the E-13 Guardbot robot nearly shoots Rouge with Rouge yelping and shielding herself a bit. "Stop him, no matter what!" Dr. Eggman says. Then suddenly, Sonic lands right in front of Dr. Eggman and Dr. Eggman looks worried. The E-13 Guardbot robot turns to where Sonic was and is about to fire, causing Dr. Eggman to yelp. "No, h-h-h-h-h-hold your fire!" Dr. Eggman says but the E-13 Guardbot robot didn't listen as it tried to fire at Sonic, but Sonic simply jumped out of the way while Dr. Eggman ducked his head and the E-13 Guardbot robot shoots the machine. Dr. Eggman gasped and saw that he pressed the button. "Ah!... Here we go!-" Dr. Eggman says but turns around and realized the machine was malfunctioning as it was shooting out electricity. Dr. Eggman yells in the process. "Wha-! What have you done?" Dr. Eggman asked as the light on the machine gets brighter. "Wha-?" Decoe asked, "Ooh-?" Another robot named Bocoe asked as well. Rouge, Sonic, Cream and Cheese stare at the light in shock while the machine continued shooting out sparks.

Back outside Dr. Eggman's Fortress, the light get bigger and brighter as breaks through the tower.

Back with Tails, Amy, and Knuckles, they saw the bright light get closer as well. "Wh-What… is that?" Amy asks as the light gets closer. "It used to be Chaos Control" Knuckles says.

The light fills up the whole area where the tower was.

Back with Tails, Amy and Knuckles, they saw the bright light was getting bigger and bigger.

Back with Big, he and Froggy saw the bright light surround the area before tuning his head towards the left.

Back with Aeneas, he also saw the bright light getting close to him. "Okay, okay. Just calm down. You went through your normal day, caught the same medium sized fish, your idol crashing head first in to you, and now something big is happening now" Aeneas says before he turns around and ran.

As Aeneas ran in the forest, the bright light was getting closer to him.

Back at Aeneas' home, Aeneas arrived back. "Alright, alright. Something is definitely happening and this place isn't safe. Time for plan B: Runaway" Aeneas says before grabbing a bag. "I've gotta take some stuff! Okay, essential items only" Aeneas says before opening the bag. Aeneas then started gathering essentials. "Okay, seeds, food, water, fire fly night lights, sun flower" Aeneas says as he packed the items. "This half eaten fish. Oh, and my sets of tools. My entirety of fruits for the seasonal times. Make shift bed. Can a Make Shift Bed fit in a small bag? No, no, no! Of course not that's stupid" Aeneas says as he packed a little more essentials. "Okay, what else? The make shift axe. The make shift axe, yes of course for protection!" Aeneas says as he grabbed his Make Shift Axe. "Here we go. Run off time. New home, here I come" Aeneas says as he was about to leave, but suddenly, he saw the bright light was getting really close. "Oh no! It's getting close! I've-I've gotta hurry!" Aeneas says as he ran away from his "Home".

At another part of the forest, Aeneas stopped running to turn around and saw his "Home" get caught in the light. "...Goodbye, old home" Aeneas says sadly before running. As Aeneas ran, the bright light was getting closer. The suddenly, Aeneas tripped over a stump and fell with a heavy thud. This caused Aeneas to drop his bag with the essentials. Aeneas then turns around and saw the light was about to get him. Aeneas screams as the light gets him too.

Everywhere in "Green Hills" is getting sucked into the light as it keeps getting bigger until it takes up the whole planet with Aeneas screaming off screen.

Super Sonic Hero Appears! (Chaos Control Freaks)

At an unknown dark location, Sonic was passed out on the floor from the light. Sonic groans as he opens his eyes a bit. Sonic then sits up and shakes his head a bit. "Man, I must've passed out or somethin'" Sonic says and gasps as he looks at his surroundings. "Hmm" Sonic says as he looks around a bit. As Sonic turned his head to the left, he looked surprise sees Aeneas unconscious not too far from him. "Who is that?" Sonic asked as he wasn't sure whether to wake him up or not because he doesn't know if Aeneas is friendly or not, but due to circumstances, he decided stand up and walk up to him. Sonic then shakes Aeneas a bit. "Hey. Hey. Wake up, buddy. Are you alright?" Sonic asked. Aeneas groans and slowly opens his eyes to see Sonic's face. Aeneas lets out a yell and panics a bit. "It's okay! Whoa! Whoa! Easy there! Everything's cool" Sonic says, trying to calm Aeneas down a bit. Aeneas calms down a bit and looks at Sonic and gasps a bit. Aeneas rubs his eyes thinking it was a dream before opening again to see nothing changed. "You're... You're Sonic the Hedgehog..." Aeneas says, "That's right. Sonic's the name, speeds my game" Sonic says as he chuckles a bit. Aeneas then tried to say something else, but realized they were in an unknown area. "Where are we? What happened?" Aeneas asked, "I don't know. We must have fainted and got transported here somehow" Sonic says. Before Sonic or Aeneas could say anything else, a noise of a truck horn was heard from the right. "Huh?" Aeneas asked, "Hmm" Sonic says as he and Aeneas look in the direction and see a pair of lights getting close to them. "Wh-What's that!? Whoa!" Aeneas says as Sonic grabbed his hand and they scream and moved out the way. "Ah" Sonic says until another pair of lights and noise coming from behind them. "Ah! Wh-Woah!" Aeneas says as Sonic grabs him again and they scream while moving out the way of the other lights. Then another pair of lights came up to them as if it was gonna hit them. "Ohh!" Sonic says as he shield his eyes a bit before he and Aeneas screamed again. Aeneas falls on the ground and shields himself while Sonic stays standing, but suddenly the lights revealed to be a vehicle he never seen before as the truck stops with tires screeching and engine idling.

The area lighted up and revealed a city around them. The city was known as Station Square "Oh" Sonic says, "Huh?" Aeneas asked as he hestiately lifts his head and has the same expression as Sonic. It reveals that Sonic and Aeneas were on a street with vehicles honking in a traffic jam with humans looking to see what happened. Sonic gasps as they see they were in a city they never seen before. "Huh?" Aeneas asked as he slowly gets up and saw the buildings too while people were staring at them. "Where are we?" Sonic asked off screen. "Where is this place?" Aeneas asked nervously off screen as humans were staring at them. "And... Those people..." Aeneas says as he pointed to the humans, getting Sonic's attention. "W-What are they all starin' at?" Sonic asked, "Uh..." a woman says, "Huh?" a boy asked, "I don't know, but what are they?" Aeneas asked off screen. The humans were curious about the Hedgehogs. Sonic saw Aeneas stumbled on the floor a bit looking nervous. Sonic then gets into their fighting stance if anything happened. "Hmm" Sonic says, getting ready for anything.

Back in Station Square, more cars and trucks kept honking their horns at Sonic and Aeneas. "What is this, Halloween?" One of the truck drivers asked as he honked his horn and 2 police officers were about to investigate Sonic and Aeneas. "So, they can talk" Sonic says as he looked at the truck driver while Aeneas saw the two officers and backed away a bit. "What are those things?" Cop 1 asked, getting Sonic's attention as he turned to the police officers. "Looks like two big hedgehogs" Cop 2 asked, "A Blue and Brown Hedgehog?" Cop 1 asked, "Well, whatever they are, we better get them out of here" Cop 2 said as he kneels down to the Sonic's level. "Hey buddies, wanna ride with us down to the station?" Cop 2 asked while Cop 1 bent down a bit. "Should I call for backup?" Cop 1 asked as he looked at Sonic and Aeneas. "I have three kitty-cats at home. I think I can handle these little fellas." Cop 2 says and he started making kissing noises to Sonic and Aeneas to get their attention. "Hmph" Sonic says as he crosses his arms while Aeneas just stares at them nervously. "See that? That Blue one has an attitude, a bad one" Cop 1 says, "Yeah? Well, they won't get away from me!" Cop 2 said as he tried to pounce on Sonic, but Sonic simply side away from Cop 2 and close to Aeneas. "Getcha...! Huh? What?" Cop 2 asked before he turned to Sonic while Aeneas just watched with a surprised look. "Why you little-" Cop 1 said as he was about to hit Sonic with his stick, but was held back by another cop that was the Sargent and also known as Officer Albright. "Take it easy. I think we can handle this without getting rough" Officer Albright says, "Yeah, but, Sa-" Cop 1 says but was cut off. "Duffy, get behind them" Officer Albright says, "Right, Sarge" Duffy says as he and another cop get behind Sonic and Aeneas. 4 cops including Officer Albright were now surrounding Sonic and Aeneas. "Okay, now when I say the word, we're all gonna jump them at once" Officer Albright says he gets ready to jump. "All right then, is everybody ready?... Let's do it!" Officer Albright says as he and the cops grunt and were about to throw themselves on Sonic and Aeneas. "Got him!" Duffy says, "Gotcha!" Cop 4 says while Sonic didn't do anything and Aeneas shielded himself. Now Officer Albright and the cops were all piled up where Sonic and Aeneas were. They begin to try and grab the Hedgehogs. "Okay, Sarge, I think I got the Blue one by his leg!" Cop 4 says, "I got the Brown one round the neck, Sarge!" Duffy says, "All right, Let's pull them out at the count of three" Officer Albright says as they gets ready to pull. "One, two, and three!" Officer Albright says as they pull they all and realize they grab each other's arms and legs. the Sarge and the cops yelp as they spin around and grunt while hitting the floor. Sonic and Aeneas were seen on top of someone's red car as Sonic looked confused and Aeneas kept shielding himself. "What are they doing?" a man asked off screen from the crowd. "Where did those rats go!" Cop 4 asked. Aeneas slowly opened his eyes and looked confused to what happened before turning to Sonic. "What just happened?" Aeneas asked, "Hmm!" Sonic says and shrugs his shoulders. Then out of nowhere, a net goes over them trapping them. "Don't worry, Sarge, I got them!" Cop 5 says as Sonic narrows his eyes while Aeneas got worried again. Sonic then grabs Aeneas again and runs with the net over them. "Huh- Whoa!" Cop 5 says as he was being dragged while still holding onto the net. Sonic ran pass Officer Albright and the other cops as they tried to stop them. "Hold them down!" Officer Albright says to the other cops, but they were being pulled too and screaming with their hats flying off. Some people popped their heads out of their windows to see the cops being pulled away by Sonic. Then a cop car comes out of nowhere and another cop sees what's going on. "What?!" Cop 7 asked and stops the car with a skid. Sonic ran on top of the cop car while the other cops that were hanging onto the net went in the cop car with a collision inside. "Whoa!" the cop says and grunted from the moment as Officer Albright picked up the radio. "Attention, all units!" Officer Albright says to the radio. Sonic kept running while holding on to Aeneas and Aeneas took the chance to get the net off them. "Attention, all units! Two Blue and Brown Hedgehogs are headed North on Central street" Officer Albright says from the radio off screen.

Above the city that was known as Station Square, the Sarge continues off screen. "Shut down all thoroughfares leading into and out of Station Square and set up a roadblock just before the on-ramp to 101" Officer Albright says from the radio.

On a highway, 2 cops were in a cop car driving. "I've never seen a Blue Hedgehog before. A Brown one yes, but a Blue one no, have you?" Cop 1 asked Cop 2 and Cop 2 laughs. "It must be one of them fancy new sports cars from oversea. Hey, if we catch them, maybe the captain'll let us drive them!" Cop 2 said, "I bet it has one of those cute little hood ornaments that looks like a hedgehog" Cop 1 says before thuds were heard. "Huh-?!" Cop 1 and 2 asked as they look forward. It showed that Sonic and Aeneas were on top of the hood of the cop car with Sonic looking while Aeneas was recovering from the action that just happened. "I don't know how we got here, but we gotta find a way to get out" Sonic says, "We got taken here somehow. That's for sure" Aeneas says as he stands up a bit and looks around. "Will you be able to keep up with me?" Sonic asked Aeneas as Sonic was about to hop off the car. "I... I can try" Aeneas says, "Alright, try not to fall behind. Let's go!" Sonic says as he got off of the car and ran on the highway. Aeneas gulped a bit before jumping off the car and ran after Sonic from behind. This left Cop 1 and 2 shocked. "Hey. Did you see what I just saw...?" Cop 2 asked, "I think I did, but I wish I didn't..." Cop 1 says, "I saw..." Cop 2 says.

In the sky above the highway, a chopper was heading towards the Sonic and Aeneas' location. "They were in hot pursuit, and they got away? Can't those clowns even catch a couple of hedgehogs?" the pilot asked while the co-pilot saw something. "There they are" the co-pilot says as they shine a spotlight on Sonic and Aeneas. Aeneas looked up to see the chopper behind them. "Sonic, there's a flying vehicle after us" Aeneas says and Sonic turns his head a bit to see the chopper. "Don't worry about it. Just follow me, ok?" Sonic asked, "Ok..." Aeneas says nervously as they kept going while the chopper lowers itself to them. "Visual contact. Subjects are headed north on the central street extension about a mile and a half from the entrance to 101" The pilot says.

At the Police Station, cops and dispatchers were monitoring the chopper that was following Sonic and Aeneas. "Roger, Delta One. Unit 3, subjects are headed your way" The dispatcher said.

Back on the highway, there was a roadblock setup around the area. "Repeat, subjects are headed your way" the dispatcher says from the radio. "Don't you worry. These Hedgehogs can't get under us, around us, or through us- we'll stop them" A cop says off screen as Sonic and Aeneas are coming in close to the roadblock. "Listen, when I give the word, we're gonna do a Double Jump, okay?" Sonic asked, "A Double-" Aeneas says as they were getting close before being cut off. "Now!" Sonic says he jumps first and Aeneas quickly reacted and jumped over the roadblock as well, leaving the cops in shock. Aeneas felt like his wish to go on an adventure with Sonic was coming true after all. But before anything else, they landed and continue running. "Well, they didn't get under us, around us, or through us-" the cop said and laughed nervously knowing the plan failed while the chopper flies over them.

Back at the chopper, the pilot groans in embarrassment while the co-pilot was embarresed. "They're gonna love this down at headquarters." the pilot says.

Back at the Police Station, the pilot was about to give them the bad news. "Uh, Delta One to Base. I'm afraid that roadblock didn't work..." the pilot says through the radio. "No! Don't tell me they got through!" The dispatcher says, "Okay..!" the pilot response before hanging up. The dispatcher groans and turns around to a man in a race outfit. "Bad news..." the dispatcher says to the man while the man just laughs. The man's name was Sam Speed. "Don't worry. I think we've got what it takes to round up our furry little friends. Speed Team, get ready to roll!" Sam says.

An alarm blares with the sign light up from "Standby" to "Called Out".

Sam, a member named Hector Dragg and the rest of the team start walking with determined looks on their faces while holding their helmets in the halls.

At the vehicle workshop, Sam's team's cars are being under maintenance while there was wiring noises being heard. Sam walks up to his vehicle and observes the upgrades and asked questions to the mechanic. "What's the temperature of the road surface tonight?" Sam asked, "It's about 70 degrees and dry as a bone" the mechanic says, "Light breeze from the west?" Sam asked as he un buttoned the collar bone of his race suit. "Almost nothing" the mechanic says, "Road, pitted or smooth?" Sam asked as he put a racing mask over his head. "Nice and smooth" the mechanic says, "Then, let's see- give me the soft groove, medium soft" Sam says, "Yes sir!" the mechanic says and another one rolls a tire wheel towards the other mechanic. "Here you go!" the other mechanic says as Sam's mechanic inserts the tire wheel and drills it to the car. The mechanic finishes and puts his hands up to let the other mechanic that was cleaning the car know that the vehicle wheels are on and the car drops on the ground. Sam then puts his racing helmet on. "Alright. Everyone on Board!" Sam says as he gets in his car and the mechanics put the seat belt on him. One of the mechanics gives Sam the steering wheel and Sam inserts the steering wheel on the car. Sam and the other mechanic check the monitor above them to show the upgrades that are on in the vehicle. "I programmed gears 5 and 6 to freeway speed" the other mechanic says, "Great" Sam says, "Oh, and I filled that secret fuel tank on your car, just like you asked me to" the mechanic says, "Good work" Sam says while giving a thumbs up. The other mechanics finish upgrading the other members cars and the racers starting the engine on the cars. The windows closed on them and Sam closed his helmet visor. "Chief, they last spotted the subjects at mile 79 on 101 North" The dispatcher says from the radio. "Roger" Sam says and the sirens on the cars light up. "All right, team, let's move out" Sam says and turns his headlights on and starts driving along with the others following him out of the tunnel.

Outside, the cars drive their way to the starting line. The race lights then light up all in green. "Go!" Sam says as he and the racers make their way off the Police Station.

On the highway, they had their sirens on and go to Sonic and Aeneas' last known location.

At another part of the highway area, Sonic sat on a street light and Aeneas was hanging on the pole as they stare at the full moon and Station Square. "The sky looks the same. So do the stars and the moon..." Sonic says, "Yeah..." Aeneas says.

A flashback shows Dr. Eggman's machine malfunctions and created a warp light that took everything and anyone in it.

Back to reality, Sonic realizes how this all happened as he lowered his head a bit. "I guess Chaos Control must've sent us here" Sonic says, "Chaos Control?" Aeneas asked as Aeneas looked through the whole Station Square. "We traveled through space. Did we travel through time, too? Are we the only ones here?" Sonic asked again. Aeneas didn't know how to answer any of Sonic's questions. "Are all the others... gone? Or is everyone here with me..." Sonic asked in his head as he closed his eyes. Aeneas saw the look on Sonic's face and felt bad. "He must be worried about his friends. I wish there was a way out of this, but it looks like we're stuck here" Aeneas says in his head and gives a heavy sigh before looking at the moon. "Hey, buddy" Sonic says off screen, getting Aeneas' attention and turns to Sonic. "I'm sorry for dragging you into this. I did not mean for things to turn out this way" Sonic says, "It's okay, Sonic. I'm sure it's not fully your fault all this happened" Aeneas says, "I wish I can say the same thing" Sonic says before looking forward. "I know, but you look like you're worried about something" Aeneas says, "You're right. I am" Sonic says, "Why?" Aeneas asked, "I'm worried that we might be the only ones here while everyone else is back at our home" Sonic says with a sad smile. "Why do you think that?" Aeneas asked, "Well because this place is not familiar to me. I've never seen those type of people before and with how they were on to us makes me think we're in a different world" Sonic says, "That's true. This place is definitely different from what you're used to, but what makes you think your friends aren't here?" Aeneas asked, "Well, I..." Sonic says as he didn't really have a clear answer. Aeneas saw how Sonic answered and did his best to try and make conversation. After a few seconds, Aeneas knew what to say next. "Sonic, if you think something like that, then don't" Aeneas says, making Sonic look at him. "Huh?" Sonic asked, "You have to stay positive on things even in situations you don't know what to do in. You can't lose hope already to think you're the only one here. That's not the Sonic the Hedgehog I know" Aeneas says, "What do you mean?" Sonic asked, "The Sonic the Hedgehog I know has the bravery and courage to figure out a way out of situations like these. He will always try no matter how sticky the situation is" Aeneas says, "How do you know this kind of stuff" Sonic asked, "It's because you're someone I look up to Sonic" Aeneas says, "I am?" Sonic asked, "Yes. I've seen you and our friends save the day constantly from Dr. Eggman's plans and I know no matter how bad the situation is, you'll always come out as the winner, and do you know why?" Aeneas asked, "What?" Sonic asked, "Because you have friends to always help you. The only strong bond there is besides family, and you know what? Because of how strong your bond is with your friends, they're probably here as well and they're in the same situation as us. Overall, Sonic. I believe you can still set things right for yourself, you're friends and everybody else" Aeneas says. Sonic took every word Aeneas said and smiled. "Thanks, buddy. I feel a lot better now. I'm glad to get that off my chest. You're a savior. Thanks again, buddy" Sonic says, "You're welcome, Sonic. You may not have noticed, but I've seen you save so many lives big and small. It makes everyone look up to you and wish to be heroes like you one day" Aeneas says, "That's true. I've always been an inspiration to everyone from what I know. It makes me feel proud knowing there are those who want to be heroes one day" Sonic says, "Yeah, me too" Aeneas says in his head. "You're pretty cool. What's your name?" Sonic asked. Aeneas was about to say something but stopped as he didn't know how to answer the question. "What's wrong?" Sonic asked, "Um... I... I Don't really... Have a name..." Aeneas says nervously. "You don't have a name?" Sonic asked and Aeneas shakes his head. "How come you don't have a name?" Sonic asked, "I just don't..." Aeneas says, "Is there anyone that knows you?" Sonic asked, "No. Not really..." Aeneas says, "No friends?" Sonic asked and Aeneas shakes his head again. "What about your parents?" Sonic asked, "I... don't know my parents..." Aeneas says, "You don't even know your own parents?" Sonic asked, "Nope. I don't have a memory of any of them" Aeneas says, "Wait. If you don't have a name, friends or know your parents, then how are you wearing shoes and gloves?" Sonic asked, "I found these in the forest all dirty. They may not seem the best, but with water to rinse them, their actually not bad" Aeneas says, "So if all this you told me is true... does that mean you've been living by yourself for your whole life?" Sonic asked with surprise. "Pretty much, yeah" Aeneas says, "Why?" Sonic asked in concern. "Because I'm a survivalist. I've been living in the forest of Green Hills by myself for my whole life since I was baby Hedgehog. I even have my own home that I've been staying for years" Aeneas says. Sonic was shocked to hear about all of this. "Hold on. Not to sound rude or anything like that, but if you've been by yourself, how are you smart to know these things? More importantly, how have you been surviving for this long? It's impossible for a baby to stay alive without any support" Sonic says and Aeneas chuckled a bit. "That's the first thing I thought everyone would think of me if they saw me. But seriously, I ask myself the same thing. I don't really have a clear answer on how I'm so smart to be able to survive, but as you can see, it worked out well and I came out without a scratch. It may not seem the greatest to anyone, especially to me when it all started, but it's actually not bad once you get used to it" Aeneas says, "Okay, I may not find it too believable, but if you're honest about all this, then I'm impressed" Sonic says, "Really?" Aeneas asked, "Yeah. You faced the most difficult chapter which is surviving at a young age by yourself. I would call that a big achievement" Sonic says, "Wow. Thanks, Sonic. No one's ever said that about me. It means a lot coming from you" Aeneas says, "No problem, buddy. So what do you do exactly?" Sonic asked, "Well I do a lot of things. I have my own place to sleep which is inside a cave. I have a garden to grow crops I find around the forest. I also have a space and equipment to expand my territory. There's also a pond where I like to swim and catch fish. I have a fire place to roast and cook fish, and I do a lot of activities to keep myself healthy and strong. I've been living the best life ever on my own" Aeneas says with a smile. Sonic was really surprised with all this that he had to admit that he was impressed. "I have to admit, this kid is something else. It's really impressive for him to still be alive after all this time. Hmm... I wonder if he can do more... Hmm... I don't like the idea of him not having any friends or support and I have a feeling we're gonna be in this world for awhile. So... Hmm... I know. I'll get him to be a hero in training and I'll introduce him to my friends once I find them. I can tell this kid is more than what he believes and with the help from me and my friends, I have the feeling he can be the next hero" Sonic says in his head. "Alright. Listen up, buddy. I'm gonna make a deal with you" Sonic says, "About what?" Aeneas asked, "Listen, I can tell that we're gonna be staying in this world for awhile now, so how would you like to be my disciple?" Sonic asked, "What's a disciple?" Aeneas asked, "A disciple is someone that's a pupil or follower to a teacher or master. So I'm asking you if you would like to be my student-in-training to be a hero" Sonic says, making Aeneas look surprise. "Train me?" Aeneas asked, "Yes. I'll teach everything you need to know and what you know. That way you would be able to have a better chance in protecting yourself in life, and if you want, I can train you to be the next hero" Sonic says, "Really? A hero? Like you? I've always wanted to be a hero like you and your friends. Do you really mean that?" Aeneas asked, "Sure! After all, you got skills that I feel the both of us want to see get better, and once I feel your ready, I'm gonna bring you on my adventures so you can experience what I do as a hero" Sonic says, "Really? I'll go on adventures with you?" Aeneas asked, "That's right. So what do you say? Do you accept?" Sonic asked. Aeneas thinks about it for a few seconds before making his decision. "Sonic, you got yourself a deal!" Aeneas says and he and Sonic shake hands. "Alright, it's a deal then" Sonic says, "So what do we do first?" Aeneas asked, "Well I was thinking we can give you a name so that way we won't have to keep calling you just buddy or him/his" Sonic says, "Oh okay" Aeneas says, "Let's see... How about we call you... Steven. How does that sound?" Sonic asked. Aeneas heard the name and looked a bit surprised. "Hmm... Let's see... It does sound like a good name... Alright. From this point on, I'll be known as "Steven the Hedgehog"" Aeneas that's known as Steven says, ""Steven the Hedgehog"... I like it. Now this should makes things easier for you, right "Steven"?" Sonic asked, "Definitely. Thanks again, Sonic" Steven says, "You're welcome, Steven" Sonic says, "So, Sonic, what's next for us?" Aeneas asked while Sonic stands up from the street light. "Well, guess we'll find out soon enough! Let's go!" Sonic says as he jumps down from the street light "Okay" Steven says as he jumps off the pole of the street light.

On the highway, Sonic and Steven landed on the road. Then suddenly at a distance, they see flashing sirens and lights head in their direction. Steven was nervous at first, but since he was with Sonic, he does his best to play it cool. The cars stop in front of them. Sam opens his car's windshield before he gets out while staring at Sonic and Steven. "Hi there. You're hard hogs to keep up with" Sam says off screen while Sonic looked un-amused while having his fist on his waist and Steven just stared at Sam. Sonic gestures his head to Steven as he said "Let's go". Steven got the message and was about to follow Sonic. "Hey, hold on!" Sam says off screen, making Sonic and Steven stop for a second and turn their head sideways back to Sam. Sam then takes his helmet and mask off. "We don't get such fast company very often" Sam says and Sonic and Steven stop walking and listen. "In fact, I'm glad you two showed up. This place is way too peaceful. Over the last 12 months, I've only made one arrest. Some joker got it into his head that he was a hotshot driver. Had his own Formula One car and everything. I guess he thought he'd give a run for my money" Sam says off screen and Sonic turns his head a bit while Steven continues listening. "But it was all over in a minute. It took me longer than that to suit up." Sam says as he waited for a response from Sonic and Steven. "Hey. That was the part where you two were supposed to laugh" Sam says, causing Sonic to turn back to Sam. "Hmph" Sonic says while smiling and Steven continues to listen while turning around. Sam chuckles and continues. "He never had a chance. Of course, it's our own fault. This town's dull mainly because of us. You see, we're the high-speed pursuit unit, the S-Team, and I'm the leader of the team. They call me the Highway Star. So even if you two think you're the fastest things around, think again" Sam says and his team's cars' engines start up and catches Sonic and Steven by surprise, "Oh!" Sonic says as he began running. Steven startled at first before running and trying to catch up with Sonic as the other cars began to chase after them. Sam watches them leave while standing up and holding his helmet. "Run fast, hedgehogs. I want to be the one to catch you two." Sam says in his head.

At another part of the highway, the S-Team were driving on the highway and went on another path. Steven managed to catch up to Sonic and now they were being chased by the S-Team with Sonic smiling and Steven focusing on running."Ha! The "S-Team" eh?, The "S" must stand for "slow motion"!" Sonic says, "Alright, they wanna get fast? Let's get fast!" Steven says and Sonic speeds up with Steven catching up. "The blue one's accelerating and the brown is catching up. Boost your rear wing angle to 20 degrees!" Hector says, "Roger! 1.7 km, I'll stick to the blue one's side" the second S-Team Member from the radio says. Hector pressed a button and activated the boost in the engine, making him go faster and catch up with Sonic and Steven's left. Sonic saw this and smirked. "Well, well, well, it's starting to look like the rush hour" Sonic says as the second S-Team Member was catching up on Sonic and Steven's right. "It sure is a small one!" Steven says as Hector and the S-Team Members form a diamond around Sonic and Steven. "Oh, no, how will we ever escape?" Sonic asks in sarcasm, Steven caught Sonic's sarcasm and played along. "I don't know~! At this rate we'll be squished~!" Steven says in sarcasm and they laugh at each other's jokes. "As if!" Sonic says as he speeds up with Steven catching up. "Where are they? Did we run them over?" the second S-Team Member asked as Sonic appears next to his race car and knocks on the glass. The second S-Team Member turns to the left to see Sonic. "What!?" the second S-Team Member asked and Sonic ran off before he could be spotted. Steven did the same on the other side, making the second S-Team Member turn to the left to see Steven. "Stop that!" the second S-Team Member says and Steven ran off. Sonic then hops on Hector's car as he looks down at Hector. "Hey, you, this is dangerous! It's irresponsible! What happens if kids start trying this?" Hector asked and Sonic turned his head to the readers. "Kids, don't use Formula One race cars to chase hedgehogs!" Sonic says and Steven also jumps on the car and faces the readers. "And don't stand on cars while they're moving either, okay?" Steven asked before he and Sonic jump off the car and continue running on the highway. "You're not gonna treat the S-Team like chumps! We'll teach you two a lesson! Boost all wings point-five degrees! And let's get these guys!" Hector says as he pushes a couple of buttons in the car. "Roger!" the other S-Team Members say from the radio. The wings from the race cars shift a bit and start speeding up a bit more. Sonic and Steven continued running while the S-Team Members were almost catching up while grunting. "Full throttle!" Hector says as he speeds up more. "Scary-What?! Huh?" Hector asked with a surprised look on what he sees what Sonic was doing. Sonic was running backwards with his arms crossed with a smirk on the face as if he was trolling the drivers. Steven saw this and laughed as he continued running normally. "What the- How can- The blue one's playing with us!" Hector says.

With Sam, he was catching up to his team members while listening to the chatter from the radio. "Where'd these things come from?" the second S Team Member asked from the radio. "What on earth are these guys?!" the third S Team Member asked from the radio. "Chief! You gotta do something!" Hector says, "This is so frustrating!" the fourth S-Team Member says from the radio. "Playtime is now officially over. Attention all units, open the center line" Sam says off screen and Hector and the S-Team Members give Sam space in the center. "I didn't think I'd have to do this, but I have no choice. I will not not have anybody faster than me on my highway" Sam says with a determined look on his face. "Super Nitro, on!" Sam says as he activates a switch.

Inside the engine of the car, the super nitro engine was activated.

Back outside, this caused Sam's car to blast like a Rocket. Sam drives pass his team and this caused Sonic and Steven to look shock before sidestepping away from Sam's car.

Inside the engine, The super nitro glows green.

Back outside, Sam's car was going 500 mph and laughs. "The only way they can beat me now is if they go supersonic" Sam says and he laughs as he keeps going faster. Steven saw this and frowned a bit. "Looks like we lost this race" Steven says, "Not yet we didn't" Sonic says, "What do you mean, Sonic?" Steven asked. "Do you want to pull off a special move with me?" Sonic asked. "What move?" Steven asked, "Double Boost. It's when two people team up and create a speed up that's doubled than my average speed up." Sonic says, "We can do that?" Steven asked. "Of course. But this is my first time doing it with someone that can keep up with my average speed. So what do you say? First times a charm?" Sonic asked. Steven thinks about it and decides to do it. "Alright, let's give it a try" Steven says, "Alright, Partner! Time for the two of us to team up! It doesn't matter what obstacles they put in our way" Sonic says to Steven as they jump up with their left hands glowing, "We'll blow past everything they throw at us!" Sonic says as they High five and spin.

Sonic and Steven then were about to run. "Double Boost!" Sonic says as he and Steven ran so fast that they were about to run pass Sam. Sam sees them run past him with a three angle shot pause before resuming. "A-A Double Boost..?!" Sam says in shock.

Back with Sam, he was still shocked. "They're moving faster than a Sonic Boom!" Sam says in shock. "Chief, you're running out of road!" the third S-Team Member says through the radio making Sam gasped. Sam activates the emergency breaks which consist of three parachutes to pop out from the back. Sam was also struggling to stop while pushing on the breaks. Sonic and Steven continued their Double Boost while Sonic turns around while Steven noticed something and gasped. "Sonic, look!" Steven says, getting Sonic's attention and Sonic gasped as they see the road was unfinished. "Jump!" Sonic says as he jumped. Steven jumped too and they spun around like a torpedo. Sonic and Steven flew past wind turbine, causing them to spin and for the city to shine brightly.

Sonic and Steven are now floating in the sky smiling as they see the city glowing in front of them. Sonic then whistled. "Maybe this place isn't so bad" Sonic says, "This is amazing!" Steven says, "Yeah! And at last I know somebody I can have fun with" Sonic says as he turns his head.

Back with Sam, he was watching where Sonic and Steven took off while holding his helmet. "He's a really interesting guy to race with" Sonic says off screen. "You know, Sonic. I think I'm going to enjoy staying in this New World with you" Steven says off screen. "Me too, Steven. Me too" Sonic says off screen.

Sonic and Steven continue to float in the air as they were making their way to an expensive neighborhood. Sonic then lets out a small gasps as he noticed where he and Steven were gonna land. "What's wrong?" Steven asked as he looks at Sonic. Steven looks down to see that they were gonna crash in a big pool. "A- A p-pool?!" Sonic asked before looking at readers with a sweat drop while chuckling nervously. "Huh? Huh?" Steven asked as he looked at Sonic and at readers. "Uh-oh" Sonic says as he tries running in the air hoping he wouldn't crash in the pool, but it didn't work. "See ya!" Sonic says as looked at the readers before falling downwards. "What was...Huh?" Steven asked in confusion until he was pushed down. Steven yelled in the air before he and Sonic crash land in the pool with a big splash.

Inside the Mansion of the big pool, a boy was sleeping in his bed until he heard the big splash from outside. This boy's name was Christopher Thorndyke.

Back at the pool underwater, Sonic and Steven held their breaths underwater as Sonic tries to jump out for air but it didn't work. Steven swims up the surface.

Up at surface, Steven gasped out for air before panting. "What a cannon ball! Huh?" Steven asked as he looked down to see Sonic just sitting underwater while holding his breath. "Oh no, Sonic!" Steven says before going back underwater.

Back under water, Sonic looked around while struggling to hold his breath. Sonic then sees Steven swim down towards him. Sonic brings his hand out and Steven grabs Sonic's hand. Steven tried to swim back up to surface, but was struggling due to holding onto Sonic and holding in air.

Back up in surface, the section from the mansion lite up from Chris' room.

Back inside the mansion, Chris looks out his window.

Back outside, there was movement happening from the big pool.

Back inside the mansion, Chris leaves his room and makes his way through the hallway.

Chris runs down the steps and makes his way to the yard.

Back outside, Chris was running towards the big pool.

Back underwater, the setting was getting worse as Steven was still struggling and getting tired for not only him and Sonic getting to surface but also oxygen. After a few seconds, Steven thought this was gonna be the end of him and Sonic as his eyes were beginning to blur. Then suddenly, Chris jumps in the pool and goes underwater. Sonic gasped a bit and Steven opened his eyes wide a bit. Chris reaches his hand out and grabs Steven's hand before pulling him and Sonic out of the water.

Back outside, a splash was heard and Sonic and Steven were coughing out the extra water they had in their mouth while Chris patting their backs. "That was close. A-Are you two okay?" Chris asked while Sonic and Steven cough out a little more water. "Yeah. thanks a lot" Sonic says as he opens his eyes a bit. "Yes. Thank you" Steven says as he rubbed his eyes and Chris looks at Sonic and Steven with a surprised look. "I... I didn't think you guys could talk" Chris says, "Well, I can do a lot of things" Sonic says, "Me too" Steven says, "W-Wow! That's... That's awesome..!-that you guys can talk, I mean. My... my name's Christopher. How about you two? Do you two have names?" Chris asked, "Yeah, we have names. My name is Sonic the Hedgehog" Sonic says, "And what's your name?" Chris asked as he and Sonic turn to Steven. Steven then took a deep breath before announcing his current un-offical name. "I'm Steven. Steven the Hedgehog" Steven says with a smile on his face as he felt he had the name for a long time. Sonic, Steven and Chris smile at each other thinking this could be a start of a new friendship and partnership in this New World. Until he helps and finds the rest of Sonic's friends and find a way to get back on their home world, it is now up to Aeneas "Steven" the Hedgehog to take part in this New World Adventure and prove to everyone that he could potentially be the next big hero of the exciting adventures in Sonic X.

Clips were playing from the next Chapter/Episode. "Hello! It's me, Steven the Hedgehog! Me and my new Partner who is also my Role model Sonic ended up in the human world. After we went through a lot trouble with the public, we were saved by a boy named Chris who was kind enough to let me and Sonic stay. But the next day as we were watching TV, Sonic's friends Cream and Cheese were captured in a high security, top secret military research facility named Area 99. So with the help of Chris' grandfather Chuck, we're gonna bust Cream and Cheese out of Area 99! Next time on Sonic X: Steven the Hedgehog! "Infiltrate! Area 99" ("Sonic and Steven to the Rescue"). Here we go!" Steven says off screen as the current Chapter/Episode ends.
