Steven's life began as a survivor in Sonic's World. Throughout the early years, Steven's heard stories about the adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog and his friends, who he wanted to be like despite his own flaws. But one day, Chaos Control happens and this caused Steven to meet Sonic, his friends along with new friends who will guide him to be one of the greatest heroes in the world.

Mayhem! 6 Chaos Emeralds (Emerald Anniversary)

At Area 99, it was quiet outside.

Inside a laboratory of Area 99, the Director of Central Intelligence walked in the room and goes next to a man. "It's very impressive, isn't it?" a man asked, "That's it?" the Director of Central Intelligence asked as he saw scientists developing a new robot called "Project Beetle". "Project Beetle is only a prototype, of course. Based on our analysis of Dr. Eggman's technology, but if all goes as planned, we'll soon have our own working robot" the man says off screen. The Director of Central Intelligence then faces the man. "The President considers this project to be a national priority" the Director of Central Intelligence says, "We won't let him down!" the man says.

At Station Square, everyone was doing their daily routines on the sidewalks in front of a Jewelry store jewelry store called "Teeny". Across from Teeny, Rouge was hanging upside down on a tree and Topaz was sitting on a bench with a drink in her hands. Rouge then observes the jewelry on the displayed window from her scope. "What a fabulous display" Rouge says off screen. Topaz then takes a sip of her drink with her eyes closed. "I wish I had a rock collection like that" Rouge says before Topaz stops drinking. "You're a thief!" Topaz says before Rouge faces her. "I haven't stolen them yet, Topaz!" Rouge says before Topaz takes another sip from her drink and stops. "So, then you are planning a robbery, aren't you? Excuse me, could somebody get the police and tell them there's a thief hiding back here!" Topaz says. This caused some people to gasped and turn towards them. This made Rouge scream and hide in the tree before coming out. "I know why you're so passive aggressive towards me! You're jealous of me because I'm the glamorous team member" Rouge says, "If you think I'm the least bit jealous of you, then you really are bats! Huh?" Topaz asked as she and Rouge notice a limousine drive by. The limousine parks in front of Teeny and a few security guards step out and block the Teeny entrance area. Nelson then steps out the limousine and people looks at him. "That's Nelson Thorndyke" a man says off screen before Nelson walks towards the entrance. "The computer mogul?" another man asked off screen. "What a hunk" a woman says off screen as Nelson and two more security guards were about to enter Teeny. Rouge and Topaz then looked surprised while blinking their eyes.

Inside Teeny, Nelson and the two security guards were greeted by the store owners. "Good morning!" the male and female store owners said at the same time, "Hello, thank you for visiting our store, Mr. Thorndyke. Is there something we can help you find today?" the male store owner asked before Nelson looks around. "Yes, I'm shopping for an anniversary present for my wife" Nelson says before he noticed something "You've come to the right place, sir. We've got a full line of matrimonial mementos guaranteed to make every anniversary golden" the male store owner says off screen before Nelson notices something underneath a sheet on a stand and walks towards it. "What's under there?" Nelson asked before the store owner chuckles and goes next to Nelson. "You have exquisite taste, sir. This item was acquired recently and it's truly one of a kind" the male store owner says before he pulls off the sheet and it reveal the Purple Chaos Emerald. The Purple Chaos Emerald shines brightly, making Nelson gasped and shield his eyes. The light from the Purple Chaos Emerald was so bright that the crowd along with Rouge and Topaz from outside gasped as well. Nelson then looks at it closer. "It's a perfect gift! That's it!" Nelson says.

In Nelson's imagination, he pictures Lindsey wearing a ring with the Purple Chaos Emerald as the ring. "Lindsey is simply wild about jewelry" Nelson says off screen.

Back to reality, Nelson was gonna buy it. "How long will it take you to have the ring ready?" Nelson asked off screen, making the store owners look nervous. "But, isn't that gem a tad large for a ring?" the male store owner asked, "My wife definitely likes flashy jewelry. It's our wedding anniversary, and I want to get her something special. I can't wait to see Lindsey's face when I slip it on her finger. Her birthday is coming up, I'll tell you what. Give me a couple of diamonds too" Nelson says and winks before the male store owner sweat drops a bit. "Uhhuh, sure" the male store owner says.

Outside of Teeny, Nelson leaves Teeny with a jewelry box in his hands with the security guards following. The store owners then step outside a bit. "Thank you very much, Mr. Thorndyke! Please feel free to stop by on our store anytime" the store owners said at the same time. The crowd gives a surprised as they see Nelson step out the jewelry store. "Ooh" a man says, "Whoa" another man says off screen. "Mmm!" Rouge and Topaz said as they look at each other with smiles on their faces.

At the Thorndyke Mansion, the phone was ringing off screen and Mr. Tanaka answers it. "Hello, this is the Thorndyke Residence" Mr. Tanaka says off screen.

In Nelson's limousine, Nelson heard Mr. Tanaka. "Hello, Tanaka, how're you doing?" Nelson asked.

Inside the Thorndyke Mansion, Mr. Tanaka smiles from the question. "Mr. Thorndyke, how nice to hear from you" Mr. Tanaka says before Chris, Tails, Amy, Cream and Cheese walk down the stairs. Mr. Tanaka then bows a couple of times. "Yes, everyone is doing well here, Mr. Thorndyke" Mr. Tanaka says. Cream and Cheese then turns to Amy "Why is Mr. Tanaka bowing at the wall?" Cream asked and Cheese chirps. "He's not bowing at the wall but bowing to the person on the other side of the line. He's a very polite person, you see" Amy says before Mr. Tanaka turns towards everyone else. "Mr. Chris, I have Mr. Thorndyke on the line for you" Mr. Tanaka says, "Oh, cool" Chris says before he goes to the phone. "Hold on, I thought Chuck was here?" Tails asked, "He is" Amy says before Chris takes the phone from Mr. Tanaka. "Thank you. Hey there!" Chris says to the phone before Mr. Tanaka bows. "How is it going, Dad?" Chris asked and Mr. Tanaka leaves. "Are you calling from the office or are you traveling?" Chris asked, "Chris's father is the Mr. Thorndyke on the phone. If it was Chuck, he'd say, "Hello, Grandpa"" Amy says before mr. Tanaka stands next to them. "Right it is Mr. Nelson Thorndyke" Mr. Tanaka says, "You see, I'm right" Amy says, "Yeah, now it's clear" Tails says, "She's not here. Mom is in Ferdarmo City this whole week acting in a movie. If you need to reach her you can call her at the studio, though. Okay, I'll be there" Chris says.

Back in Nelson's Limosoine, Nelson hangs up the phone. "I changed my mind. I want to go to Filmdom City right away" Nelson says, "Yes, sir" the Chauffeur says.

Outside of the Limousine, the Limousine drives into the highway.

Back inside Thorndyke Mansion, Chris hangs up the phone before facing Mr. Tanaka, Tails, Amy, Cream and Cheese. "That's weird. My dad wants us all to go to Ferdarmo City, but he won't say why" Chris says, "Filmdom City? Where the movie stars live? Yeah! Let's go!" Amy says, "It sounds like fun, right, Cheese?" Cream asked, "Chao" Cheese says, "I'll let Steven know" Chris says, "I'll also tell Sonic" Tails says before Chris goes to the basement.

In Steven's home gym, Steven was doing dancing workout while having music playing from a radio. Chris enters and sees Steven. "Hey, Steven!" Chris says, getting Steven's attention before Steven stops dancing and turns the radio off. "Hey, Chris. How are you doing?" Steven asked before he wipes himself and drinks water from his water bottle. "I'm going good. How's your exercise and training going?" Chris asked, "It's great. I'm doing some dance exercise right now" Steven says, "Really? How good of a dancer are you?" Chris asked, "I'm not too sure yet, but I'm getting the rhythm on when to dance with the beat so I'll have to find out one day" Steven says, "I'd like to see that" Chris says and Steven chuckles a bit. "Yeah, me too. So what's going on?" Steven asked, "Where gonna take a trip to Ferdarmo City" Chris says, "Ferdarmo City? What city is that?" Steven asked, "It's a city where a lot of celebrities like my mom film their movies at. It's also a city where you can be famous. My dad wants all of us to go so are you up for it?" Chris asked, "Where you can be famous? Okay, sure. I'm interested already. Just let me take a quick shower and I'll meet you guys at the garage" Steven says, "Okay" Chris says before he and Steven walked out.

At the garage, birds chirped off screen.

Inside the garage, Tails was putting the Cyan, Yellow and Green Chaos Emeralds inside the X-Tornado before closing the hatchet. "We're all set" Tails says before he faces Steven, Chris, Chuck, Amy, Cream and Cheese. "So Tails, how many Chaos Emeralds do you need now?" Chris asked before Tails uses his fingers to count. "We have four, and Knuckles is holding one. We need seven" Tails says, "Wow! Just two more" Chris says, "We're really close to having all seven together" Steven says, "Yeah, but we have to be really careful now when we add the new Chaos Emeralds to the ones we have already" Tails says.

A clip plays of the Green, Yellow, Light Blue and Blue Chaos Emeralds were shown floating together. "The four Chaos Emeralds we have now are okay because they've had time to adapt to each other" Tails says off screen before the other four Chaos Emeralds line up and the Purple Chaos Emerald comes in and there was a blue two way arrow between them. "But if we add a new emerald without following the right steps" Tails says off screen before the 5 Chaos Emeralds shoot sparks and burst into electricity. "It can cause an electromagnetic reaction that we can't control, and we'll be in major trouble" Tails says off screen before the the electricity causes a bright light to burst.

Back to reality, Steven shuddered a bit. "Yikes. Talk about extra precaution. Just how powerful are these Chaos Emeralds really are?"Steven asked in his head while Tails crossed his arms and had his eyes closed. "The last time they were all brought together, it was a disaster" Tails says while Amy had her hands on her hips while looking at Chris. "Huh, it sounds tricky" Chris says, "Then we have to be extremely cautious if we ever encounter another Chaos Emerald" Steven says, "Right" Chris says, "Hey, aren't you forgetting we're supposed to meet your father in Filmdom City now!" Amy says, "Yeah, sorry" Chris says.

Outside the garage, the X-Tornado's engine started and began to run on the runway. The X-Tornado slowly flies before it flies in the skies, causing the palm trees to shake from he wind.

At the X-Tornado, Tails and Chris were in the front and Amy and Steven were in the back. Sonic eventually lands on the back and relaxes. "Ferdarmo City, huh? I've never been there" Sonic says.

On the road in Station Square, a white car was driving.

Inside the white car, Mr. Tanaka and Chuck were in the front and Ella, Cream and Cheese were in the back while Cheese chirps.

In Station Square at a Coffee shop, Mr. Stewart was drinking coffee outside. "Huh?" Mr. Stewart asked before he sees the X Tornado fly by. "Whoa! The X-Tornado!" Mr. Stewart says before he gets up, spills his coffee and goes inside his car. Mr. Stewart then drives fast on the road.

Inside Mr. Stewart's car, he looks to where the X-Tornado was flying off to. "I'd better see what those kids are up to" Mr. Stewart says.

Back outside, the X-Tornado continues flying with Mr. Stewart's car driving after it.

At the Studios of Ferdarmo City, the white car and the X -Tornado were parked outside in front of one of the Studios.

Inside the Studio, Nelson looks at the Purple Chaos Emerald while it glows from the jewelry box. Suddenly, a knock was heard and Nelson closed the box. "Yes? Come in" Nelson says before Chris laughs and opens the door with everyone else with him. "Hi, Dad!" Chris says and Nelson steps forward. "Hello, son!" Nelson says, "Dad!" Chris before he and Nelson hug while everyone else smiles. "Thanks for coming, Chris! Boy, I am happy to see you" Nelson says off screen. Then suddenly, Sonic, Steven and Tails notice something glowing on Sonic's back. "Huh?" Sonic, Steven and Tails asked at the same time. "Sonic..." Nelson says off screen, getting Sonic, Steven and Tails' attention as Nelson steps forward towards Sonic while the glow from Sonic's back stopped. "It's good to see you again!" Nelson says while offering a handshake. Sonic then accepts the handshake. "Thanks!" Sonic says before they let go. "Hey, Dad, I want you to meet some of my other friends who came along" Chris says and Nelson first shook Tails' hand while Tails looked embarrassed while rubbing the back of his head. "This is Tails!" Chris says off screen. "Nice to meet you. Hello" Tails says and Nelson then shook Amy's hand. "Amy!" Chris says off screen before Amy bows, "Hello" Amy says and Nelson then shakes Cream's hand. "Cream and Cheese!" Chris says off screen. "Hello, sir" Cream says before she giggling and then Nelson shook Steven's hand. "Steven!" Chris says off screen. "Hello, Mr. Thorndyke. It's good to see you again" Steven says, "Hi, Steven. How are you doing?" Nelson asked, "I'm doing great, thank you. How are you doing, Mr. Thorndyke?" Steven asked, "I'm doing well, and please, call me Nelson, Steven" Nelson says, "Okay, Nelson" Steven says, "Hey, that race you won was really amazing!" Nelson says, "Thank you, Nelson. I'm glad you and everyone else enjoyed it" Steven says and then Nelson shook Mr. Stewart's hand. "And this is my teacher, Mr. Stewart!" Chris says off screen before everyone except Steven, Nelson and Mr. Stewart looked surprised. "Mr. Stewart's here!? No way!" Sonic, Tails, Amy, Cream, Cheese, Chris, Chuck, Ella and Mr. Tanaka said at the same time. "Why am I not surprised he would be here" Steven says in his head. "Hello, sir, it's a pleasure to meet you" Mr. Stewart says before they let go. "So, how is my son doing in school?" Nelson asked, "He is a model student, Mr. Thorndyke'' Mr. Stewart says before Chuck steps next to Mr. Stewart with his arms crossed. "Is there a reason we're here...? Or did we travel all this way just to say hello?" Chuck asked, "You mean I didn't tell you? This is a very special day..." Nelson says.

In Nelson's memory, he imagines how his plan was gonna work out. "Let's try one more take! Try to get it right this time, people. Ready and Action!" The director says off screen as Lindsey plays her part of the scene as she was in a princess dress with her hair done. Leaves were also blowing all over the place. Lindsey then places her hand on a tree. "The prince swore he would return someday, and I know he'll keep his word" Lindsey says until rustle was heard and made Lindsey gasped. Lindsey turns around to see a man underneath a tree with the upper part of his body in the shadow. "Is it really you...?" Lindsey asked before she runs up to the actor playing the prince and catches her. Lindsey then had tears in her eyes. "My true love, Fereja!" Lindsey says. The actor's face then revealed to be Nelson in the costume. "Why Nelson!" Lindsey says before Nelson takes out the jewelry box out of his pocket. "Here, Lindsey, with my love" Nelson says before he opens the box with the Purple Chaos Emerald glowing. "Take this" Nelson says, "Oh!" Lindsey says, "You haven't forgotten what today is, have you, dear?" Nelson asked before the cameracrew takes off their gear and it revealed Chris, Ella, Mr. Tanaka and Chuck and throw confetti and Amy, Cream and Cheese step in front as well. "Happy Wedding Anniversary to the Thorndyke's!" Everyone says while Lindsey looks at them. "I don't know what to say..." Lindsey says before turning back to Nelson. "Thank you all" Lindsey says before everyone including Tails and Steven clap. "Congratulations!" Everyone says, "Chao, chao!" Cheese says and Lindsey hugs Nelson. "Thank you, honey!" Lindsey says.

Back to reality, Nelson was hugging the air. "So, what do you think?" Nelson asked before Ella, Chuck and Mr. Tanaka had blank looks on their faces and sweat drop. "Well…" Chuck says, "That's almost as original as the time you wished her a happy birthday by skydiving onto her set" Mr. Tanaka says, "I guarantee you're going to leave Mrs. Thorndyke totally speechless" Ella says, "That's what I'm going for!" Nelson says, "Surprising Mom with that ring while she's filming is a great idea!" Chris says, "A wonderful plan, sir" Mr. Tanaka says off screen. "Hey, you can give me jewelry anytime" Ella says off screen as there was a vent on a wall.

Inside the air vent, Rouge and Topaz were eavesdropping.

Back inside the room, Nelson holds the jewelry box. "Now, honestly, you really think she'll like it, Ella?" Nelson asked before he opens the box with the Purple Chaos Emerald and the Purple Chaos Emerald glows. Suddenly, the Blue Chaos Emerald that Sonic held on to also glowed and Sonic yelped. Then suddenly, the Blue Chaos Emerald's glow went brighter and the Purple Chaos Emerald had sparks flying around it before it glowed brighter. "Oh my, it's amazing" Ella says, "What's going on...?" Sonic asked before the Blue Chaos Emerald also glowed brighter. This caused everyone in the room to scream.

Back inside the air vent, Rouge and Topaz also screamed.

Back inside the room, everyone continues screaming before Steven gasped. "It's the electromagnetic reaction! That means that's a Chaos Emerald!" Steven says in his head.

Outside of the Studios, an electrical beacon light shined through the ceiling and into the sky.

Back in the skies, the Eggfort II was flying.

Inside the bridge of the Eggfort II, Dr. Eggman was sleeping while snoring. Decoe looked bored while sitting down. "I am bored out of my circuits!" Decoe says and Bocoe also looked bored. "I would give my left servomotor for a little excitement..." Bocoe says before a beep was heard and the alarm blares, getting Bocoe's attention. "Huh, what is this?" Bocoe asked before going up to Dr. Eggman. "Dr. Eggman, we have detected a Chaos Emerald!" Bocoe says before Dr. Eggman yelps and fall from his chair. "You better not be joking!" Dr. Eggman says before he gets up and goes behind Bocoe along with Decoe. "Where!? Show me!" Dr. Eggman says while there was a red dot that was shown on the radar map in a country. "There, in the Ferdarmo City!" Bocoe says off screen, "Right" Dr. Eggman says before he points forward. "SET A COURSE FOR FERDARMO CITY ON THE DOUBLE!" Dr. Eggman says.

At Ferdarmo City, it was quiet.

On a roof of a building, Knuckles was running before jumping up.

Knuckles was then gliding in the air while holding the Red Chaos Emerald as it glowed. Knuckles looked that the glowing Red Chaos Emerald. "There's a Chaos Emerald somewhere around here" Knuckles says before he lands on the ground and walks. "That emerald could be any place in this city..." Knuckles says before he looks up to see the electrical beacon in the sky. "I found it..." Knuckles says.

Back in the room of one of the Studios, the Purple Chaos Emerald continued to glow brighter with energy buzzing sparks flying around it. Sonic yelped as the Blue Chaos Emerald continued to glow brighter too. Then suddenly, the sparks caused the light on the ceiling to blow out, making Cream, Cheese, Amy and Ella scream and shield themselves. "Soon this whole place is gonna be nothing but a faulty wiring facility!" Steven says in his head. The electricity sparks also caused the TV to go static and explode. Nelson gasped before he closed the jewelry box, causing the glow to stop. "Whoa!" Sonic says as the Blue Chaos Emerald also stopped glowing. Everyone in the room gasped from the sudden shock. Nelson then looks around. "Just what is going on here!?" Nelson asked, "The filming is about to begin!" Mr. Tanaka says before pointing to the left. "You should go get changed, sir!" Mr. Tanaka says, "Yeah, you're right!" Nelson says before he, Mr. Tanaka, Chris, Chuck, Ella and Mr. Stewart were about to leave the room.

Back inside the air vent, Rouge and Topaz heard it all. "Thorndyke doesn't know how valuable that gem really is!" Rouge says.

Back inside the room, Steven's ears perked as he heard Rouge's voice before he turns towards the air vent. "Was that Rouge? What's she doing here? I guess she found out about Mr. Thorndyke's ring being a Chaos Emerald too. Hopefully we could all come with an agreement if we get the Purple Chaos Emerald" Steven says in his head before Chris, Chuck, Nelson, Mr. Stewart, Ella and Mr. Tanaka then exit the room and close the door behind them. Amy then goes up to Sonic. "Now what!? That ring is made from a Chaos Emerald, isn't it?" Amy asked before Sonic turns towards the door. "We need that emerald to get home, but now it looks like Chris's mom will be wearing it on her finger" Sonic says before Tails goes up to Sonic and Amy and Sonic looks at Tails. "We should talk about it with Chris, but let's wait till after the surprise party is over" Tails says before Steven goes up to Sonic, Tails and Amy with Sonic looking at Steven. "Let's just hope they understand or else we'll never get the Purple Chaos Emerald unless we trade them for something else" Steven says.

In the hallways, Chris, Chuck, Mr. Tanaka, Ella, Nelson and Mr. Stewart were walking before Mr. Stewart separates from them in another hallway. Mr. Stewart then pulls out his watch. "Calling homeroom... I have just detected a possible Chaos Emerald! Will retrieve!" Mr. Stewart says before he continues walking.

At a set, the camera and stage crew was getting the scene set up. "We need more foliage over here" a woman says, "I think this is one of the greatest roles you've ever done" the actor that was playing the prince while the costume designer was fixing Lindsey's dress up. Nelson is dressed in the same costume as the actor while he hides behind a tree in the set. Chris, Mr. Tanaka, Chuck and Ella were disguised as the camera crew while Tails and Amy watch next to them. Sonic and Steven were watching from the back. Knuckles then walks in to the Studio and goes up to Sonic and Steven. "Hello, Sonic and Steven..." Knuckles says before putting his hands on his waist. Sonic and Steven then look at Knuckles. "Hey, Knuckles. How you've been since our adventure back in Oriental City?" Steven asked, "I've been at a lot of places, but quite at the most part, Steven" Knuckles says, "That's good" Steven says, "Hey there, Knuckles, what's craken'?" Sonic asked, "You tell me" Knuckles says before Sonic shrugs his shoulders. "To be honest, I'm not really sure..." Sonic says, "It's a bit complicated to explain, Knuckles, but you're about to find out right now because Mr. Thorndyke is gonna present a gift to Mrs. Thorndyke" Steven says. The camera-crew were about to start filming the scene. "Let's try one more take! Try to get it right this time, people... Ready and Action!" The director says as Lindsey then plays her part and puts her hand on a tree. "The prince swore he would return someday, and I know he'll keep his word" Lindsey says until suddenly rustle was heard and made Lindsey gasped. "Oh" Lindsey says before turns around to see a Nelson underneath a tree with the upper part of his body in the shadow. "Is it really you...?" Lindsey asked before she runs up to Nelson playing the prince. "Lindsey..." Nelson says as he was about to walk up to Lindsey. Then suddenly, Nelson was about to trip. "Whoa! Oh!" Nelson says before he falls on the ground while dropping the jewelry box. As the jewelry box fell, the Purple Chaos Emerald fell out while it shined. "Oh!" Sonic says as the Blue Chaos Emerald in his hand glows brightly. Then suddenly, the Red Chaos Emerald Knuckles held onto also glowed brightly. "Not again!" Steven says as he looks at the Blue and the Red Chaos Emeralds. "Oh, no, the ring!" Nelson says before he picks up the Purple Chaos Emerald. Lindsey then takes off the wig off Nelson's. "Nelson!?" Lindsey asked, "Lindsey..." Nelson says before they scream as the Purple Chaos Emerald glowed brightly again. Sonic screams and Knuckles grunts from the Red and Blue Chaos Emeralds glowing brightly. This caused everyone in the room to shield their eyes from the energy humming bright light.

Back outside in Ferdamo City, the Eggfort II was flying above Ferdamo City.

Back inside the bridge of the Eggfort II, Dr. Eggman, Decoe and Bocoe were getting close to the signal on the map radar. "We are closing in on the Chaos Emerald!" Bocoe says off screen. Decoe then stands up and points forward. "Look, Doctor!" Decoe says, "What?" Dr. Eggman asked before he sees the beacon coming from the Studio. Dr. Eggman then grunts and laughs. "That light beam will lead us straight to the emerald! Lets go!" Dr. Eggman says.

Back inside the Studio, the uncontrollable bright lights caused the studio lights and stage equipment to explode and smash on the ground. Everyone continued to scream before the bright light got brighter and bigger. Steven gasped as he saw the light expanding. "Sonic, that energy light is gonna explode any second now!" Steven says before Sonic looks forward. "Put that ring back in the box right away!" Sonic says before Mr. Tanaka picked the box up and closed it on the Purple Chaos Emerald. This caused the uncontrollable glow on the Purple Chaos Emerald to stop.

Back outside of the Studios, the beacon disappered.

Back inside the Studio, everything was back to normal before a stage light hits the ground, causing everyone to scream in surprise. "Oh, I think perhaps we should move off the set, sir!?" Mr. Tanaka asked while Lindsey puts her hands on her hips and looked mad. "What in the world has gotten into you!?" Lindsey asked before Mr. Tanaka walks away from her and Nelson. "We're shooting the most important scene in the entire movie!" Lindsey says, "I was only trying to surprise you, honey!" Nelson says, "This isn't going like Dad planned at all!" Chris says before Nelson stands up looking mad. "Sorry, I forgot I married a movie star!" Nelson says, "Well, how would you like it if I barged into one of your company's shareholder meetings and made a complete fool of myself?" Lindsey asked while Chuck was between her and Nelson. "At least I cared enough to come visit you!" Nelson says, "What is that supposed to mean? Are you insinuating that I don't care!?" Lindsey asked before Chuck puts his hands out. "Now, now, calm down!" Chuck says, "BUTT OUT!" Nelson and Lindsey said at the same time. Mr. Stewart sweat drops while looking at his watch again. "Homeroom, will you alert the crisis team to standby...?" Mr. Stewart asked, "You saw what happened there, Knuckles?" Steven asked, "Yeah. That reaction just now was..." Knuckles says before facing Sonic. "Sonic, we need that ring" Knuckles says, "I know, but it won't be easy to get..." Sonic says, "Let's just tell 'em we need it to get home!" Knuckles says before Sonic crosses his arms. "We can't spoil their anniversary" Sonic says, "We just have to explain to them why we need it and if they won't give it to us, then we'll have to find something else to trade with them" Steven says. Then suddenly a crash was heard, getting Sonic, Steven and Knuckles' attention. "What the?" Sonic asked before they look to see that the Eggfort II crashed in the Studio. Dr. Eggman flies in his Egg Mobile and Decoe and Bocoe run towards them. "Hand over that Chaos Emerald!" Decoe and Bocoe said at the same time. "It's Eggman... of course" Sonic and Knuckles said at the same time while sweat dropping, "It's Dr. Eggman... of course" Steven says while sweat dropping before he, Sonic and Knuckles split into action.

In another Studio, it takes place at a city and a dinosaur roars on set scaring two people who play a couple in a car. "This way, Eggman!" Sonic says as before jumps on the fake dinosaur, making Dr. Eggman crash into it. This made Sonic laugh as Dr. Eggman has the head piece stuck to his Egg Mobile while still flying. "I'll get you, Sonic!" Dr. Eggman says.

In another Studio, It takes place in space with a UFO descending downwards a bit. Knuckles grunted while bouncing off of an advance technology sphere. Decoe was about to jump, but missed. "Oh, no!" Decoe says before he falls and crashes.

In another Studio, It takes place on a Sea Ship and Steven ran around outside the ship's fence while Bocoe chases him. Bocoe continued running before he loses his balance and falls. "Whoa!" Bocoe says as he was about to fall, but Steven catches runs back and catches him. "Gotcha!" Steven says before he brings Bocoe back on the ship. "Hey, Bocoe. Have you ever flown before?" Steven asked, "Um. No, actually" Bocoe says, "Would you like me to teach you?" Steven asked, "Okay sure!" Bocoe says, "Alright, all you have to do spread your arms out and hope that you could fly like a bird!" Steven says before he tosses Bocoe in the air. This caused Bocoe to scream before he falls into the water with a big splash.

Back with Rouge and Topaz, they were watching the action from above. "With all this confusion, now is the perfect time to make my move" Rouge says before she jumps and dives down. "Rouge!" Topaz says.

Back with Nelson and Lindsey, they continue to glare at each other before Rouge snatches the jewelry box from Nelson, making Nelson and Lindsey gasped a bit. "Where's the ring...?" Nelson asked before they look up to see Rouge with the jewelry box. "Hey! You give that back to me!" Nelson says, "Sorry, but this gem is really a Chaos Emerald, which is far too precious to use in jewelry, even for somebody as glamorous as me!" Rouge says as she didn't notice Dr. Eggman in the shadows behind her. Dr. Eggman laughs before he takes the jewelry box from Rouge, making Rouge yell in shock. "Let's make sure THIS Chaos Emerald is real" Dr. Eggman says before he opens the jewelry box and the Purple Chaos Emerald glows. "Fantastic. We HIT the jackpot..." Dr. Eggman says before Rouge grabs Dr. Eggman's arm. "Hand it back, Eggman" Rouge says, "No way, it's mine now" Dr. Eggman says, "Rouge!" Topaz says before she jumps on the Egg Mobile and tries to help Rouge. "Give it up!" Topaz says, "Get away! Decoe and Bocoe, come and help me! Hurry!" Dr. Eggman says.

Back with Knuckles, he was running away from Decoe in a cave setting. Decoe stops as he heard Dr. Eggman. "Oh! Yes, Doctor!" Decoe says and runs the other way.

Back with Steven, he was chasing Bocoe in a city like setting. "Coming!" Bocoe says before he jumps down. "Aww! I was having fun" Steven says before he looks forward. "Looks like Rouge and Topaz are trying to get the Chaos Emerald too" Steven says.

With Mr. Stewart, he was running on a bridge above a water with a sky background. Mr. Stewart then pulls out his watch again. "Doctor Eggman is trying to escape with the emerald!" Mr. Stewart says as he watches he saw Rouge, Topaz and Dr. Eggman fighting for the Purple Chaos Emerald while Dr. Eggman grunted. "Come on! Drop it!" Topaz says, "I'd rather drop you" Dr Eggman says before he pushes the pedal on his Egg Mobile and it caused the Egg Mobile to fly fast. Topaz and Rouge scream while they held on. Dr. Eggman pushes the breaks and it caused Rouge and Topaz to let go and fly away. Mr. Stewart then saw Rouge and Topaz were about to crash into him. "Ladies, please, I!" Mr. Stewart says before Rouge and Topaz crash and caused them and Mr. Stewart to crash into the water. Steven turns to where Mr. Stewart, Rouge and Topaz crashed in to. "Oh...! I hope they're okay!" Steven says. Dr. Eggman laughs as he saw this. "Eggman!" Sonic and Knuckles said at the same time off screen. "Dr. Eggman!" Steven says off screen. "Huh?" Dr. Eggman asked as he saw Sonic, Steven and Knuckles on leveled platforms. "Hand over that Chaos Emerald or else!" Sonic, Steven and Knuckles said at the same time. "Ooh! Or else what? Weazo, get rid of those clowns" Dr. Eggman says before he pressed a button on his Egg Mobile.

Suddenly, a robot named E-74 Weazo crashes into the Studios from the windows.

Back with Chris, Ella, Nelson and Lindsey, they gasped as they saw E-74 Weazo lands in front of them.

Back with Sonic, Steven and Knuckles, they saw E-74 Weazo from above. "Not another robot!" Sonic, Steven and Knuckles said.

Back with E-74 Weazo, it hissed and fired flames before it started walking towards the Nelson, Lindsey, Ella and Chris. Lindsey was nervous before Nelson steps in front and spreads his arms out. "You get away! Don't you dare harm my family!" Nelson says while E-74 Weazo continued walking forward. "HOLD IT, CHUMP!" Mr. Tanaka says off screen and E-74 Weazo turns around. Mr. Tanaka was standing while grass was blown away from the wind. "Before you lay your claws on the Thorndyke family… YOU MUST GET PAST ME!" Mr. Tanaka says and grunts while performing a few karate moves. E-74 Weazo continued staring before it whirled it's tail. "Well, robot, do you feel lucky...?" Mr. Tanaka asked before he grunted as E-74 Weazo simply swipes it's tail at Mr. Tanaka, making Mr. Tanaka scream and crash into the wall.

Back with Sonic, Steven and Knuckles, they saw the whole thing. "Mr. Tanaka!" Steven says, "What's wrong with that guy?" Knuckles asked, "Too many kung fu movies" Sonic says, "At least he tries his best" Steven says.

Back with Chris, Nelson, Lindsey and Ella, E-74 Weazo continues to step closer to them while they all whimpered a bit. Suddenly, E-74 Weazo stopped as it felt someone pulling on its tail. E-74 Weazo turns around to see Knuckles holding on to the tail while grunting. "Leave them alone, Weazo!" Knuckles says until E-74 Weazo lifts its tail and tried to shake Knuckles off. "Hey! Whoa!" Knuckles says and yelps before he crashes into a couple of boxes. Steven looked to where Knuckles crashed. "Knuckles!" Steven says before he jumps down. "You won't win that easy" Sonic says off screen and E-74 Weazo turns around to see Sonic spin attack on to E-74 Weazo's head. This made E-74 Weazo crash on the ground while Sonic landed. "Come on!" Sonic says before he chuckled and runs away and E-74 Weazo chases him. Steven then helps Knuckles out of the boxes. "Are you alright, Knuckles?" Steven asked, "Yeah, I'm fine, Steven. I don't go down that easy" Knuckles says, "Good. Come on, we've gotta help Sonic and stop that robot" Steven says before he and Knuckles run.

Back inside the bridge of the Eggfort II, Dr. Eggman was wearing the Purple Chaos Emerald in his finger while laughing. "Soon I'll steal the other emeralds too" Dr. Eggman says before Bocoe gets a closer look. "This one sure is impressive!" Bocoe says and Decoe gets a closer look too. "It looks very powerful!" Decoe says.

Back inside the Studio, E-74 Weazo hisses and fires flames at Sonic. Sonic yells as he saw how close the fire was coming and jumps. Sonic then makes a turn while E-74 Weazo continues chasing Sonic.

At another Studio set, a Godzilla robot was breathing out fire before Sonic runs pass it. the Godzilla robot stops breathing out fire before E-74 Weazo shoots fire at the Godzilla robot. E-74 Weazo stopped firing and walked forward. The smoke clears to show the Godzilla robot be burnt to crisp.

Back with Sonic, he runs into a dead end corner that had sea animals in a background wall. "Huh!? It's a dead end!" Sonic says and yelps before E-74 Weazo appears from behind him. Sonic tired to get away, but E-74 Weazo corners him three times with it's flame power before Sonic goes against the wall. "I can't get away!" Sonic says and E-74 Weazo's eye shines a bit.

Back with Steven and Knuckles, they were looking for Sonic while running in the hallways. "Sonic! Hey, Sonic, where are you?" Knuckles asked, "Sonic! Are you around here?" Steven asked before they stop to see E-74 Weazo walking close to Sonic from a watered wall. "They're fighting in water?" Knuckles asked before Steven touched the gland wall. "No. This is a glassed wall with water filled inside. It's like an aquarium tank. Sonic and Dr. Eggman's robot are on the other side of this glassed wall" Steven says before E-74 Weazo walks close towards Sonic. "Come look" Steven says before Knuckles went up to the glass wall. "You see, Knuckles?" Steven asked, "Now I see" Knuckles says before he faces Steven. "Hey, Steven. Want to double team?" Knuckles asked, "How about we triple team, Knuckles?" Steven asked, "Huh? Triple Team?" Knuckles asked, "Yeah, you'll see. Let's go!" Steven says. E-74 Weazo spits out flames while Sonic yelps and tries to take cover from it. "Darn it!" Sonic says. Steven and Knuckles were about to punch the glass. "Listen, Sonic, JUMP UP NOW!" Knuckles says while he and Steven prepare their fists. Sonic jumps out the way. Steven and Knuckles grunted as they used all their strength to punch the glass. As they punched the glass, the glass shattered and water spilled out on E-74 Weazo. Sonic was on top of the glass and saw that E-74 Weazo come out a bit. E-74 Weazo tried to spit out fire, but couldn't while it hums. Steven and Knuckles then charge at E-74 Weazo. "You're through!" Knuckles says, "Punch..." Steven says before he and Knuckles punched E-74 Weazo's head. Steven lands and turns around. "...and Spin!" Steven says before he forms into his spin attack along with Sonic and they both broke through E-74 Weazo. E-74 Weazo then explodes.

Back inside the bridge of the Eggfort II, Dr. Eggman, Decoe and Bocoe saw what happened from the monitor. "Oh!" Decoe and Bocoe said at the same time. "I think I'll cut Sonic and Steven a break and call it quits today" Dr. Eggman says, "Good idea!" Decoe and Bocoe said at the same time.

Back outside, the Eggfort II takes off in the skies. "Thanks for the Chaos Emerald!" Dr. Eggman, Decoe and Bocoe said and laugh at the same time off screen and the Eggfort II disappears with a twinkle in the end.

Back inside the Studio, Nelson went up to Lindsey and Chris. "Are you all okay!?" Nelson asked before Chris and Lindsey bring him in a group hug. "You protected us, dear" Lindsey says, "Of course, you're my family" Nelson says, "This surprise party certainly was surprising..." Chuck says, "I'm all upset that Eggman stole Mrs. Thorndyke's new ring. That gemstone was so pretty" Ella says.

With Mr. Tanaka, he had tears in his eyes of defeat. "I have failed in my duties. I don't deserve this uniform!" Mr. Tanaka says as he was about to rip the shirt off before Chris goes up to him. "Hold on! The important thing is we're all here to celebrate Mom and Dad's anniversary" Chris says before Lindsey walks up to them. "And besides, Tanaka, it isn't your fault that my ring was stolen" Lindsey says before Mr. Tanaka looks on the floor. "Thank you..." Mr. Tanaka says and Chris stands up. "Hey, let's all wish my mom and dad a very happy anniversary!" Chris says before confetti came down and Ella, Chris, Mr. Tanaka, Tails, Amy, Cream, Cheese and Chuck clapped. "And many more!" Everyone says, "Chao. Chao" Cheese says, "Thank you, everybody" Lindsey and Nelson said at the same time before they look at each other. "Congratulations!" Everyone said as they continue to clap. Sonic, Steven and Knuckles watch from behind. "It all worked out okay" Sonic says, "I'm glad this day still turned into a happy ending for them" Steven says before Knuckles turns to them. "Oh yeah, except for Eggman getting away with a Chaos Emerald, it went just perfect" Knuckles says, "I know things didn't go well for us, Knuckles, but don't worry, once Dr. Eggman strikes again, we'll get that Purple Chaos Emerald back" Steven says, "Yeah, Knuckles. Take it easy. We'll get it back. One day" Sonic says, "Hmm. I guess so" Knuckles says. Rouge and Topaz were watching Sonic, Steven and Knuckles from above. "Sonic and Steven have four Chaos Emeralds and Knuckles has one... Even Dr. Eggman has one emerald, and now we're the only one who don't have any" Rouge says.

A pictures shows all the 7 Chaos Emeralds formed in a circle. "When the last Chaos Emerald is found and all seven are put together, It'll be a real blast" Rouge says off screen before all 7 Chaos Emeralds fused together into a giant Rainbow Chaos Emerald.

Back to reality, Rouge continues. "I'll get those emeralds no matter what!" Rouge says.

Back with Mr. Stewart, he comes out of the water from the pool area. "The Chaos Emerald... I couldn't get it..." Mr. Stewart says to his watch before he falls back into the water.

Back with Sonic, Steven and Knuckles, they continue to talk. "Hey, Steven" Knuckles says, "Yeah, Knuckles?" Steven asked, "When we defeated that robot, that other spinning attack was coming from you?" Knuckles asked, "Yeah it was" Steven says, "You know Sonic's attack now?" Knuckles asked, "Yeah, I first experienced it when me, Sonic and the others were looking for the Blue Chaos Emerald at the Southern Seas. I eventually learned how to master it on my own without any use of a power ring" Steven says, "Wow, really?" Knuckles asked, "That's right, Knuckles. Steven's been learning all sorts of new tricks lately" Sonic says, "Yeah, I know a lot of different types of fighting styles, I know different languages, how to cook different dishes from different places, I'm smart enough to strategize solutions, and I have decent strength and speed too" Steven says, "Wow, Steven. You're not only getting stronger, but also more intelligent, skillful, and learning a lot more about this world. I don't even know anyone else that knows a lot more about this world than you" Knuckles says, "Hey, what about me?" Sonic asked and Knuckles turns to him. "You run too fast to know more about this world than Steven, Sonic. Steven knows a lot more than you do in run-free wise" Knuckles says, "Well excuse me. I'm just doing some exploration in one day" Sonic says, "Guys..." Steven says, "You barely look and study your surroundings when you're always on the run. You don't take the time to study them, Sonic" Knuckles says, "At least I'm not a stiff while staying somewhere while you're too worried about going home quicker!" Sonic says, "Guys.." Steven says, "I'm the one that's actually trying to find the rest of the Chaos Emeralds without being too busy sleeping and running all day!" Knuckles says, "Guys." Steven says, "Oh you did not just go there, Knuckles!" Sonic says as his face went close to Knuckles' "Guys" Steven says before Knuckles' face went close to Sonic. "What are you gonna do about it!?" Knuckles asked, "GUYS!" Steven says, "WHAT!?" Sonic and Knuckles ask at the same time as they look at Steven. "Listen, I know you both have different perspectives against each other, but please don't argue about any of this right now. We don't need anymore arguments happening here today. Yes, we may have failed on getting the Purple Chaos Emerald from Dr. Eggman, but it's okay because we'll get it back one day no problem. Also, please don't compare your motives and tasks against each other. It's wrong especially coming from the two that's willing to do what they think is right direction on getting back home. You both have different ways to do your job and that's okay just as long as we get it done either way. Now apologize to each other" Steven says. This made Sonic and Knuckles look surprise before they sigh. "Alright. I'm sorry for the stuff I said, Sonic" Knuckles says, "Same here, Knuckles. I'm sorry too" Sonic says and Steven puts his hands on Sonic and Knuckles' shoulders. "There we go. That wasn't so hard. Now we're all buddies again" Steven says as he chuckles a bit. This made Sonic and Knuckles smile a bit. "Now that that's done, there's only one thing left for me to do here" Steven says before he walked away from Sonic and Knuckles. "How does he do that?" Knuckles asked, "I ask myself the same question. It's like he predicts the future and knows how to fix it right" Sonic says. Steven made his way towards Nelson and Lindsey. "Hey, Nelson and Mrs. Thorndyke. I'm sorry for what happened to your ring that was stolen" Steven says, "That's alright, Steven. All that matters is that my family is safe" Nelson says, "Yes, that's right" Lindsey says, "I know, but just so that things didn't go to waste, Nelson, do you have a checkbook?" Steven asked, "I think one of my security guards has one. Why, Steven?" Nelson asked while benting down towards Steven. "I'll show you once I get the checkbook" Steven says. A few minutes later, Nelson hands Steven a checkbook. "Here you go, Steven" Nelson says, "Thanks, Nelson" Steven says before he grabs a pen and writes on a check. "What do you think Steven is writing, Chris?" Tails asked, "I think he's writing a check for my dad, but I don't know why" Chris says, "I think Steven feels bad that Nelson lost his ring so Steven is gonna repay him back by writing a check for him" Amy says, "You're absolutely right, Amy" Chuck says, "He's such a caring sweetheart" Ella says, "Indeed. A generous young man" Mr. Tanaka says, "That's so nice of him" Cream says and Cheese chirps. "Nelson, how much did that ring cost you?" Steven asked, causing Nelson to look surprised. "Uh... 50,000..." Nelson says while Lindsey was confused a bit. "50,000... Okay" Steven says before he wrote on the check. After a few seconds, Steven stops writing and rips the check that he wrote on it out. "Here you go, Nelson" Steven says as he hands Nelson the check. This made Nelson and Lindsey gasped. "What? Steven... You don't have to..." Nelson says, "Nelson, it's okay. The balance in my bank account won't get hurt" Steven says, "Steven... I don't know what to say..." Nelson says, "Maybe a "Thank you"?" Steven asked as he chuckled a bit. Nelson slowly took the check from Steven. "Steven... Thank you... I promise to repay you one day" Nelson says, "Don't worry, Nelson. It's fine. I'm just happy to help" Steven says before everyone in the room clapped. "Let's hear for Steven!" Everyone says and Steven chuckles in embarrassment. Back with Sonic and Knuckles, they smiled. Up above, Rouge and Topaz smiled too.

Back with Mr. Stewart, he also smiled as he got out the pool.

Everyone thought today has been a happy day for the Thorndyke Family.

Shining Road (光る道, Hikaru michi)

Clips were playing from the next Chapter/Episode. "Hey! It's me, Steven the Hedgehog! While Sonic was fighting Dr. Eggman's robot to save Amy, he suddenly got a chip stuck in his ear and it's causing him to run wild! We chased him all over Station Square, but it doesn't seem he can stop himself. So we decided to set up a base in the desert where Sonic was running. After a couple of Operations went down hill with the second one having Knuckles involved, we tried to give it another go with Sam this time. We hoped that a third times a charm would work, but of course, it was scratched off the list. I don't know what else we can do, but we've got to keep trying to save Sonic before it's too late! Next time on Sonic X: Steven the Hedgehog! "Sonic Goes Wild! Strategic Capture Operation" ("How to Catch a Hedgehog"). Commence Operation!" Steven says off screen as the current Chapter/Episode ends.
