Previously:
For next two days Ash started to bond with his new team members and started to observe them. He explained them his training procedure, and other stuff about his family of pokemon.
"Axew use dragon rage," said Iris
"Pawniard dodge and use aerial ace" said Ash as pawniard side stepped and dodged the attack before ot slammed into axew sending it crashed into the tree
"Axew get up and use draco meteor," said Iris
"Iris no, draco meteor could lead to wild fire," said Ash to which she nodded and went for recently learned night slash by Axew.
"Use x-scissor " said Ash
Battle continued for next twenty minute before both pokemon knocked out each other.
Same evening Ash is in Driftveil City pokemon center having conversation with Professor Oak
"Ash, I have one request. You see I got two pokemon who were abandond, so will you train them," asked Oak
"Sure," said Ash
"Ok one is Bagon and another one is Mimikyu. Bagon was abandoned because he lost to a trainer and he is taking time to evolve into Salamence. Mimikyu was abandoned because trainer that caught her wanted to have Pikachu but when it found that she is not a pikachu, she was abandoned" said Oak
"Okay, send them here. I will train them," said Ash
Few minutes later Ash recieved the two pokeball. "I got them professor," said Ash
"Okay Ash, I have to go," said Prof after which call gets disconnected.Ash then recieved his pokemon. Outside the pokemon center there is a battlefield where Ash released his new team members. When Bagon and Mimikyu sent out of their confinement they looked at their surrounding until they spotted Ash and Pikachu
"Hi Mimikyu, Bagon" said Ash with smile on his face but as soon as they saw another trainer they both attacked Ash
"Hey, stop it. I know about your past. Professor Oak send you here, and he told me about your back story." said Ash making both pokemon stop
"I know he was foolish, and mimikyu you are ghost type and I think you are cool. A ghost type and I always wanted one. So what you say, can we become a good team.I know you need some time understand me and I am okay with that." said Ash
"I just wanted that it should be your own decision and if you want to be free then I can release you back to the wild. " said Ash which shocked them
"If you need some time to think, I will be fine with that," said Ash
"And I can see lot's of potential in both of you and we will improve gradually. Also I believe that you and Pikachu can be best friend. " said Ash to which they nodded
"Now we have to go back to my training spot, my other pokemon and friends are waiting for me," said Ash
Two hours later Ash is back at the training spot.
"Ash dinner is getting cold," said Cilan
"Okay but let me send two new team members out," said Ash sending Mimikyu and Bagon out. Bagon looked at Ash and then both of his friends and all other pokemon
"Where did you get these two pokemon and what are these pokemon," asked Iris
"This one is Mimikyu, ghost and fairy type," said Ash
"And this one is , Bagon, dragon type from Hoenn region," said Ash.On mention of word dragon Iris squeel in happiness and took Bagon in her arms but Bagon took it as an offense and used fire fang.
"Bagon stop," said Ash politely
"She is just fan of dragon type, she want to be a dragon type trainer and that's why she hugged you. And no one is your enemy here , we all are friends" said Ash
"Bagon and Mimikyu these two are my friends, and these are my pokemon. " said Ash as both pokemon looked at the forty two pokemon
"Bagon, Mimikyu, here is your food," said Ash giving them their share of food
"Guys I think we should get closer to the city. It waste lot of our time in travelling to the city," said Ash
"I felt that too, we loose almost four
hours everyday," said Cilan
"Everyone take rest, we will start our training from tomorrow," said Ash
Next day everyone packed their belongings and head towards the City where they will setup their new camp.
Four hours later they found very good spot which is just twenty minutes walking distance away from the pokemon center.
"Come out everyone," said Ash sending his pokemon out.
"This is our new training spot," said Ash
"Iris any idea what should we work on," asked Cilan
"Let's work on move tutoring," said Ash
"Hey Lucario, Primeape can you teach me some combat techniques as well," said Ash to his two fighting types making the duo grin.
Primeape jumped happily and landed sky upper cut on Ash making him fall on the nearby rock
"I just want you to teach me not punch me," said Ash making Iris laugh
"You are such a kid Ash " said Iris while laughing hard and then everyone started including his pokemon.
"Very funny guys," said Ash as he pick himself up and then walked towards his pokemon.
"I will learn in the night time," said Ash
Ash and his pokemon then started their training. Ash restrained himself from not putting his new team members for training unless and until they are ready by themselve.Ash and his friends help their pokemon in learning new moves. Ash's pokemon are quick learner so they learned moves in short span.
Back in the Kanto region, in Veridian Forest a flock of Pidgey,Pidgeotto and Pidgeot are resting on the tree. The leader of the flock is staring the sky covered with glittering stars.
"Leader what are you thinking ," asked another Pidgeot
"Nothing my friend, its been a long time I am away from my trainer. We came a long way from being a target if spearow flock and their leader to a powerful flock of the Kanto region. We saw ups and downs in our life. We migerated to different regions in search of better home but Kanto is the best," said the leader Pidgeot
"Yes, our home is best but occasional travel is not bad as well," said another Pidgeot
"Yes, and now I want to be retire, retire as your leader and wants to join back my trainer and friend," said the leader
"Ahh, that kid with a pikachu. I can't forget that kid.I was a Pidgey back then but I remember him clearly and I must say he is a most selfless human.Most trainers abandond their pokemon but he left you to protect us," said the pidgeot
"That's good, but I don't know where he is. None of my friend are in the ranch. It seems like they vanished," said Pidgeot
"Or maybe he is in different region," said the pidgeot
"It can be one possiblity, he has a tendency to leave for any new region he heard about," said the leader as he flew in the air and faced the tree.
" Listen up everyone," said pidgeot gaining attention of his flock
"I decided to join my trainer and a friend so I am stepping down from the position of the leader. " said Pidgeot passing his judgement which create restlessness in the flock
"Don't panic, I will be your friend but right now I must go and join my trainer and friend. But in my absence I want all of you work as one family. It's upto you yo select your leader. Just don't disappoint me," said Pidgeot
"We promise, " said the flock in unison
"I thought you everything I know, we have a longest winning streak against spearow flock and we have a contract. " said Pidgeot"We will work as a team as you said leader," said the pidgeot
"Leader if you are going, can you take this young bird we found months ago in the Galar region, it has developed liking towards you," said another Pidgeot
"You want to come with me," asked Pidgeot
"Yes sir," said the pokemon
"Come with me," said Pidgeot as he flew towards the Pallet town
Thirty minutes later they both landed in backyard of Oak's ranch. New pokemon then poked on the window of the lab where prof Oak is doing some research.
Theknock on the window grabbed his attention. Making his way towards the window, he saw a Pidgeot and a Corvisquire
"A pidgeot," said Oak as he went outside
"A pidgeot, do I know you." asked Oak as Pidgeot nodded
"Hmm, I wonder where I have seen you. " said Oak as he sat of the grassy field. After ten minutes of thinking
"Is he understanding us, it seems he is having trouble in recalling you," said the Corvisquire"Indeed it is as I was not here from a long time making it almost four years," sai Pidgeot"Do you belong to any trainer," asked Oak
making Pidgeot nod positively
"Wait for some time," said Oak as he went inside and looked for trainer info, if anyone had Pidgeot in the past.Twenty minutes later he came out
"So you are Ash's Pidgeot, I am sorry for not recognising you.Ash told me that you were incharge of protecting your flock and I believe they are strong now. " said Oak to which Pidgeot nodded
"You have grown so beautiful, so strong and so elegant.You gained some height as well." said Oak making Pidgeot hug him
"Is this human trust worthy," asked Corvisquire
"Yes, " said Pidgeot as Oak is looking at their interaction
"So I believe you want to rejoin Ash as your flock is strong and this Corvisquire is with you and you want to join Ash as well" asked Oak at which Corvisquire thought and nodded
"I will transfer you to Ash as well," said Oak but first I have to catch you
Ash and his friends took break from their training and visited near by cafe to have some delicious food. Cafe is quite good and there is a television in the corner. Ash and his friends just done with their meal and are about to make exit from the cafe until Ash heard two people having conversation.
"What , a rare pokemon which is never seen in Unova," asked one of them
"Yes, I saw them with my telescope near Driftveil beach," said another one
"What pokemon is it," asked the first one
"I don't know, but it looks like water type to me," said another one which made Ash more curious
"Hey , I heard you were talking about a pokemon, and a rare one," said Ash
"Yes, but if you are thinking to capture one, you can't because it defeated my two pokemon and both are electric type," said the one trainer.
"A rare and strong pokemon. Want to see and challenge it Pikachu. By the way where it is" asked Ash to which they pointed in particular direction
"Pika" said Pikachu
"Guys we have to find that pokemon," said Ash as he ran towards the beach.
"Let's go," said Cilan and Iris running behind Ash
Thirty minutes later they reached to a particular location where those two guys informed Ash about arrival of rare pokemon.
"Where is that pokemon ," said Ash as all of sudden an ice beam can be seen rising in the air.
"There, " said Ash as he ran towards the direction
When Ash and his friends reached to a particular location Ash saw multiple Lapras fighting many trainers. All those trainers are picking up their fallen pokemon.
"These pokemon are strong we have no chance," said the trainers as they left away
"That's Lapras pod. " said Ash in awe ad he looked at the stronger looking pod.
"Do.you think if Lapras is in among them," asked Ash to Pikachu to which he nodded
"Blastoise need a ride," said Ash sending his Blastoise out
"I am coming back guys," said Ash as he ride on Blastoise towards the pod. Pod saw Ash riding towards them until leader of the pod came forward to attack Ash and prepared hyper beam.
"Hey Lapras," said Ash waving his hands in the air
"Pika pi," said Pikachu making Lapras leader stopped for a moment until it realized that who is this human.
"Leader that human is coming to capture us, why are you not stopping him," asked Lapras
"Don't worry I know him, he is my trainer" said the leader as Ash stopped in front of her
Lapras then stared Ash for a moment before she rubbed her head against Ash
"Is that you Lapras," asked Ash making Lapras nod and then she picked Ash and placed him on her back
"I knew it, the moment I saw you guys, I felt that it is you. It's nice to meet you once again. You are looking strong, " said Ash as all those Lapras that remembers Ash came forward and nuzzled him as well
"Lapras," said Lapras as she licked Ash
"So you migerated to Unova," said Ash making her nod
"Lapras meet blastoise, our one and only squirtle ," said Ash
"Hey kiddo, you are looking stronger than before," said Blastoise
"You too," said Lapras
"What about me," said pikachu
"You are too Pikachu" said Lapras
"Hey Cilan, is Ash riding on the back of the pokemon," asked Iris
"Yes, but those pokemon were defending themselve from those trainers , but with Ash, the pod seems fine," said Cilan
"Hey why don't we spend our day together, just me and you," said Ash making her nod positively as pod started to move towards the peaceful place where they could rest for a while
"Where Ash is going," asked Iris
"I don't know" said Cilan
Lapras pod settled themselve on a small abandoned island near Milos island where there is no trainer.
"I missed you, Ash " said lapras
"You can use telepathy," asked Ash
"Yes I can, I learned it to use it so that I can communicate with the human I trust and the only humans I trust is you, your friend Misty and Tracy," said Lapras
After spending six hours with Lapras Ash is now ready to go back to the Driftveil city.
"Lapras I have to go now, it's nice to spend time with you once again.It refreshed the memory when we first met in the Orange Islands and then in Johto and now in Unova" said Ash
"Hope we will meet once again in the future," said Ash as he rides on Blastoise back to the city
"Bye Lapras," said Pikachu and Blastoise after which Lapras released a melodious song with sadness in her voice
"You want to stay with him don't you." asked Lapras's mother to which she nodded
"He showed his friendship years ago and now you go and show him your friendship " said the mother of lapras
"Yes, I wanted to tell him that I want to be back in his team," said lapras
"Go leader, make your choice. We will be happy with your decision and we can defend ourselve now," said the Lapras
"Are you sure" asked Lapras after which all Lapras nodded and then sang a farewell song
"Bye guys, take care. I will miss you," said Lapras as she swims towards Ash
"Blastoise, Pikachu I am glad she is strong and a leader now. She is just awesome " said Ash making them nod
"I will miss her but I am happy that her pod can now defend themselve on their own " said Ash as he heard the voice from behind
"Lapras," said Ash as he saw Lapras is swimming towards him. Few moments later she stopped in front of him.
"Why are you here, why you are not with the pod," asked Ash
"I am coming with you," said Lapras
"You mean," asked Ash with happiness
"Welcome to the team," said Ash as all Lapras bid farewell to the Lapras pod and they migerated towards the Kanto region.
"Bye mom, dad. I will miss you," said lapras via telepathy
"Hey Lapras, let's go," said Ash as Lapras swims towards the city. On the beach Iris and Cilan are waiting for Ash
"Is that Ash, and did he caught that pokemon," asked Iris
"Hey guys," said Ash as he landed on the field
"Ash did you captured this pokemon," asked Iris
"Yes, but she permanently returned to me now," said Ash
"Permanently," asked Cilan in confusion
"Yes, I caught her back in the Orange Islands as she was separated from her pod and she was a baby at that time. I decided to reunite her with her family. Now she is all grown up and her pod can take care of them. So she is now with me," said Ash
"You have some amazing Pokemon," said Iris
"Lapras you would be travelling in your pokeball most of the time so is that okay with you" askes Ash to which she nodded. Ash then recaptured her in new pokeball.
Ash is currently surrounded by his pokemon.
"Guys meet Lapras, I caught her in Orange Islands.Welcome her in the team."said Ash making his pokemon cheer up
"You guys stay here, I have to call professor to see if he can raise my carry limit to infinite," said Ash
"Are you sure is that possible," asked Iris
"I remember from an incident during my initial days. Charizard's ex trainer who carried around hundred pokeballs.
"Charizard's ex-trainer," asked Cilan after which Ash explained all the story
"And now we are friends right, a powerful team." said Ash making charizard spewed fire on him.
"Same is the case with Infernape, but his ex-trainer is changed" said Ash
"I saw a friendship in Paul's eyes" said Cilan making Infernape nodded as well
Twenty minutes later Ash and his friends are in pokemon center having conversation with Oak.
"Ash, I can allow you to carry unlimited pokemon but on one condition and that is, you have to make sure you don't misuse them ," said Oak
"Prof. Oak, you know that I won't do anything like this. I promise," said Ash
"Okay then, I will allow you to do this but once you registered for the tournament then you have to send me or Prof. Juniper all your excess pokemon," said Oak to which Ash nodded
"By the way Ash, I have two pokemon for you," said Oak showing two pokeball
"I have all my pokemon,and I didn't opted for any training" said Ash
"No, this one is Pidgeot and another one is a flying type from Galar region." said Oak
"A flying type from Galar," said Ash
"Yes, corvisquire, who will grow up into a flying and steel type," said Oak
"He came tagged with Pidgeot," said Oak
"Send them here Prof." said Ash
Two hours later Ash got his pokedex updated and a rise in carry limit
"I want to meet the two pokemon," said Iris
"Let's go then" said Ash as he went towards the battlefield.
"Come out you two," said Ash sending his two flying types
"Pidgeo"
"Cor"
Pidgeot and Corvisquire landed their gaze on Ash
"Hey Pidgeot, you are looking strong. I assume that flock is strong enough to protect themselve," said Ash to which Pidgeot nodded
"And is this little guy with you," asked Ash to Pidgeot getting a positive nod.
"I want you to meet your flying type team members," said Ash as he send out Tranquil,Staraptor,Swellow,Noctowl, Gliscor and Charizard.
"Charizard, Pidgeot is back with us and there is one little guy with us as well," said Ash pointing to the two pokemon. Pidgeot and Charizard shook their claws and wings while Ash's other flying types greeted the two new arrival
"So Corvisquire, are you ready to be a part of one big family," asked Ash to which he looked at Pidgeot
"Join him, he will be a great friend to you," said Pidgeot after which Corvisquire nodded
"Awesome," said Ash
Meanwhile team rocket is observing Ash and his friends from far away.
"Twerp is busy in collecting his old team members, I wonder what boss will say if we give him twerp's pokemon" said Jessie
"Probably he will give us promotion," said James
"Let's capture them," said Meowth
