"I am impressed Ash, you did an amazing job. I can say you are a worthy opponent " said Paul as he shook his hands with Ash.
"Thanks," said Ash with a smile
"Ladies and gentlemen, the final round will be conducted after a gap of three days. Till that time, enjoy and train hard, " said announcer
"You got the time Ash, utilize it well.I don't want you to loose against Tobias this time" said Paul
"Don't worry, I have planned everything. I will give all of my strength, " said Ash
Ash and Paul are back at the pokemon center giving their pokemon to get healed.
"So you are going back," asked Ash
"Yeah, there is nothing more I can do here. Plus, will be visiting Kanto for next year Indigo league," said Paul
"I will be waiting for you there," said Ash
Its already three days passed and Ash is waiting in his locker room. The final battle can start anytime soon.
"You can do it Ash. Legendaries are also pokemon and they can be defeated. Its just like that we need more power" said Ash to himself
The stadium is filled with audience waiting for the final battle to begin. Soon, announcement is made for Ash and Tobias to appear on the battlefield. Few moments later Ash walked towards the battlefield.
From opposite side emerged Tobias with his signature pokemon, Darkrai floating beside him.
Both Ash and Tobias took their place and then fireworks launched in the air and referee took his place.
"On the red corner we have Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town and on green corner, we have Tobias from Sinnoh region," said announcer
"Without any delay let's begin this battle" said announcer as image of Ash and Tobias displayed on the scoreboard.
"Ash, we are against each other once again, " said Tobias
"Yes and I want to settle our score, " said Ash
"Too much overconfidence huh, " said Tobias
" Its not an overconfidence, I believe that I will defeat you, " said Ash
"Brock, hope this time Ash can pull this" said Dawn
"Yes he can, " said Brock
"Trainers this is six on six full battle, rules are same, are you ready" asked referee
"Yes we are" said both Ash and Tobias
"Trainers send your first pokemon, " said referee
"Darkrai go" said Tobias sending his legendary dark type.
"And Tobias is starting of with the legendary dark type, now we have to see which pokemon Ash will send next" said announcer
"Go my friend, show him your skill" said Ash sending his pokemon
"And Ash selected Primeape, " said announcer
"Ash sends his Primeape and I think this is an amazing strategy, " said Misty
"How," asked Iris
"Primeape's ability is vital spirit and dark void can't put him to sleep," said Max
"And Darkrai can't learn any move that can switch abilities" said Brock
"So, Ash have an upper hand in this battle," said Cilan
"Darkrai vs Primeape, let the battle begin," said referee
Darkrai vs Primeape
Just before Tobias could say Primeape glowed green and a layer of green aura surrounded Primeape. Darkrai looked at Tobias who simply nodded.
Darkrai creates a crimson ball and holds it above its head, releasing multiple smaller balls from the larger one all around its body and shoots outward towards Primeape. Primeape ran towards Darkrai with such a speed that it seems like blur and striked Darkrai with power up punch.
Darkrai floated back and then retaliated with
focus blast. Primeape deflected it with his fist and then used double team surrounding the Darkrai. Just before Primeape could do, Darkrai vanished underground and battlefield started to
freeze which destroyed all copies of Primeape leaving original one remain on the field. Primeape used focus blast to get free from ice and glared Darkrai.
"Darkrai use psychic," said Tobais as Darkrai's eyes glowed blue which Primeape stopped with protect and then dug its way under the battlefield. As soon as Darkrai disappeared under the battle field Primeape came out with focua blast prepared in his hands.Ash closed the eyes and located the Darkrai's position.
"Primeape, launch focus blast on your left," said Ash as Primeape launched the attack that hit Darkrai.
"First hit by Ash on Darkrai," said announcer making crowd erupt in excitement.
The battle between Ash and Tobias is being telecasted all over the world. Galar, Kalos, Alola region are currently watching battle live.
In Kalos region, Bonnie and Clemont are watching the television.
"Brother look, Ash is on television. He is in finals of Unova league and he battling some random trainer with Darkrai" said Bonnie
"Who Ash," asked Clemont
"The Ash we met in Unova during our visit to Unova" said Bonnie
"Oh yeah, I remember now. Let's watch it then " said Clemont as the duo started to watch the battle.Champions from other regions are watching the battle on their television set.
In Kanto Lance is sitting in front of the television.
"He is strong isn't it," asked an old man
"Yes Charles, he is. In fact, he is the one who surprises me the most. " said Lance
"I remeber that day when his Charizard refused to battle," said Charles.
"But his past league performances were amazing. Brandon told me that he defeated him and he refused to take the position of final frontier brain," said Lance
"Don't forget Drake, " said Charles
"Drake of Orange Islands, " asked Lance
"Yes my boy. Ash defeated him as well and that time his Charizard was listening to him, " said Charles
"He has great potential. I won't be surprised ,if he becomes champion of all regions," said Charles
"And Primeape landed another sky upper cut on Darkrai, followed by a rolling blaze kick" said announcer as Darkrai can be seen
floating backwards and then Darkrai engulfed in flames.
"Not bad, " said Lance
In Galar region, a certain gym leader is looking at the live telecast of the Unova league.
"A battle between fighting type and a dark type.But who is that kid, " said Bea
"As per the league records this is Ash Ketchum from Pallet town in Kanto region. His league records showing that he travelled to five regions, and took part in every league. Plus he is the semi finalist in Sinnoh league conducted a year ago" said Allister
"Primeape use dig and then use vacuum wave" said Ash as light blue wind forms around Primeape. It then jumps in the air and fires the wind in the form of a blade. Darkrai then stopped the attack with dark pulse, causing explosion.
"Well let's go and train, I don't want to waste my time on these silly things," said Bea
On another side of the Galar region, a certain
male trainer is sitting with his brother in his house watching the battle between Ash and Tobias
"Darkrai use dark pulse," said Tobias
"Counter with focus blast," said Ash as Primape formed the focus blast orb and ran towards the Darkrai. Darkrai is firing dark pulse continuously but Primeape is dodging the attack and once he is closed he tried to thrust the focus blast but Darkrai used double team.
"Primeape on your left" said Ash as Primeape fired the attack sending Darkrai crashed on the field. Darkrai get up and ready to prepare the attack.
"This kid is good, I am impressed " said the male trainer
"No one is stronger than the champion of Galar and that is you big brother. Just one day, I will challenge you in an official league battle" said the kid
"Hop, you are small now but entering in Galar league is not easy. Only best of the best get recommendations but without that it is not an easy thing " said Leon
Back in Kalos region, champion of Kalos. Diantha and her elite four are watching the battle.
"This kid is good. " said Darsna
"We can't say anything until we see end of this round" said Wikstorm
"You are right, I saw his last battle with a certain kid named Paul. He used good strategy there and guess what he lost only single pokemon" said Siebold
"That's amazing man. I think we should get ready, who knows we may battle him in future," said Malva
"Darkrai use night shade," said Tobias
"Darkrai use thunderbolt " said Ash as both attack collided, causing explosion.
Primeape used dig but Tobias has other plans.Darkrai rises up higher in the air and then his eyes glowed blue covering the battlefield and then layer by layer battlefield started to destroy. Primeape burst out of the ground with green energy around him. As Darkrai tried to use psychic it negated and Darkrai got hit by series of kicks and punches.
"Darkrai use ice beam" said Tobias
"Primeape use thunder bolt, "said Ash
Thunderbolt and ice beam connected,causing explosion. Darkrai then used dark pulse and Primeape used hyper beam that connected and caused explosion. From with in the smoke Primeape emerges and landed focus blast on close range which dealt good amount of damage.
"Primeape use hyper beam," said Ash
"Darkrai use hyper beam," said Tobias as both attacks connected causing explosion. Darkrai then dìsappeared under ground.
"Primeape prepare focus blast, jump and send it below you" said Ash. Primeape launched attack but Darkrai destroyed the attack and used ice beam. Primeape counter with overheat attack and overpowered ice beam which connected with the Darkrai. Without any delay, Primeape then used close combat. Darkrai grabbed Primeape and used will-o-wisp making Primeape burned. Darkrai then used dark pulse and threw Primeape in the air. Primeape did backflips and landed in front of Ash.
"Primeape can you battle buddy. You can take rest of you don't want to" asked Ash but Primeape started to glow red and then charged at Darkrai with power up punch. Surrounding the Darkrai, Primeape launched focus blast. Darkrai disappeared under the battlefield and came behind Primeape. Primeape sensed the Darkrai and landed a critical power up punch sending Darkrai back.
Primeape then used close combat which Darkrai stopped with hyper beam on close range. This time Primeape is becoming more angry and started to send vacuum wave. Darkrai dodged the attack and used ice beam which Primeape countered with thunder bolt and used dig. Primeape came out and grabbed Darkrai.
"Primpeape is now holding on Darkrai. Would he be able defeat the legendary pokemon," said announcer
"Now use seismic toss," said Ash as Primeape jump in the air and then used sesimic toss slamming Darkrai on the ground but Darkrai disappeared and came out and launched Dark pulse. Primeape did backflip and saved himself and then launched focus blast. Darkrai used his arms to deflect it and then disappeared under the field.
"Primeape use focus blast on the field," said Ash . Primeape plunged focus blast on the field making it glowed in white color and then battle field errupted with energy blast throwing Darkrai out. Primeape then assaulted Darkrai with close combat knocking it back on the field.
Darkrai got up and used full power giga impact and Primeape used giga impact as well. Both of them connected in middle of the battlefield.
"I will defeat you," said Primeape
"I your dreams," said Darkrai
"Sorry to say, but I can't sleep" said Primeape as he launched focus blast that weakens the giga impact and overpowered Darkrai which leads to explosion.
In the smoke Darkrai got assaulted by close combat which consist of blaze kick,fire punch,thunder punch, mega punch,sky uppercut, poison jab, ice punch ,vacuum wave and power up punch. This exhausted Primeape and drained Darkrai's energy. From within the smoke another explosion occured which is the result of Primeape's hyper beam.
"You gained my respect Primeape. Best of luck to your trainer and your fellow pokemon friends for further matches of the final round" said Darkrai as he used will-o-wisp which cinnected with Primeape before he collapsed on the battlefield.
When smoke clears Darkrai was out, and Primeape is heavily tired with burns on his body
"Ladies and gentlemen, Darkrai is out of the battle. Primeape wins, " said announcer as Ash walked to his Primeape.
You did great job, I can't ask more from you. Thanks Primeape, Anthony surely trained you well. " said Ash
"Thanks but it was also possible because of the training we did in special dimension." said Primeape
"Take a well deserved rest" said Ash as he recalled him back.
"I am impressed, you defeated Darkrai but this time without loosing single pokemon.Now, let's see how you will defeat my Latios," said Tobias
sending his psychic type and dragon type.
"Claydol go" said Ash sending his claydol out.
Claydol vs Latios
"Latios start with steel wing" said Tobias
"Claydol double team and then use our special move," said Ash
Latios flew towards Claydol who evaded the attack using double team and settled on the ground after which multiple black circles of energy come out of the center of its nose and travel outwards. Then Latios started to drawn down to the ground. Claydol's body glowed blue and creates a forcefield around Latios's body that prevents it from moving.
"Latios get up, and use steel wing, " said Tobias but It is unable to do so. Claydol is also settled on the battlefield. Tobias is now worried and before he could command,Claydol releases a blast of light at the Latios, preventing it from using health-recovering moves.
"Now Claydol, use earth power," said Ash Claydol's body glows gold, and the ground all around it starts to shake, with glowing gold cracks spreading all around it. When cracks reached beneath Latios it exploded dealing great amount of damage to Latios.
"You dealt good damage. Latios use recover" said Tobias but he is shocked when Latios unable to do so.
"Claydol use teleport and get above Latios and use rapid spin, " said Ash as Claydol disappeared and appeared on Latios's back and started to spin dealing more damage.
By this time effect of gravity wore off and Latios flew back in the air and striked Claydol with steel wing. Claydol once again used gravity making Latios fall towards the ground.
"Now use rock tomb," said Ash as Claydol formed massive boulder and threw it at Latios after which small boulder surrounded Latios
"Now use stone edge and then earthquake, " said Ash as Claydol used stone edge after which pillars of stones erupt from under the field and striked Latios dealing good damage.
Post stone edge Claydol used eathquake making battlefield shook violently dealing good damage.
"Claydol use your attack GH" said Ash that made everyone confused including Tobias
Claydol once again used gravity and releases a blast of light at the Latios, preventing it from using health-recovering moves once again.
"Now use stealth rock and five times rock polish" said Ash as Claydol's eyes glowed blue and multiple rock pillars surrounded battlefield. Claydol started to glow white in consecutive order for five times. Claydol then used
earthquake followd by earth power dealing good damage.
"It's amazing, Ash is keeping pressure on Tobias. From his look we can clearly see how frustrated he is" said Dawn
"Yes, using Claydol is a good idea" said Brock
"Hey Pikachu, hope you are okay with Ash not using you," asked Misty as Pikachu nodded with smile as he is in her arms chilling out.
"Now freeze the battlefield " said Ash as Claydol used ice beam freezing the battlefield.
"Now use hyper beam, " said Ash as Claydol fired hyper beam from his two arms that striked Latios which results into explosion. When dust settles down, Latios can be seen severely damaged.
"Claydol use rapid drill, " said Ash as Claydol teleported away and then used rapin spin like a drill on Latios dealing more damage and teleported back on Ash's side.
"Use earth power," said Ash. Just before earth power can hit Latios it flew in the air making Tobias smirk.
"Use luster purge," said Tobias
"Use light screen, " said Ash as Claydol created a wall of psychic energy that stopped luster purge.Claydol then teleported behind Latios and then used ice beam freezing him. Latios get free from the ice block and used giga impact. Just before Latios could strike Claydol, it disappeared and Latios started to look for his opponent. Claydol appeared above Latios and used heal block once again and used gyro ball knocking Latios on the field.Latios tried to use psychic but it didn't worked.
"Latios use shadow ball" said Tobias but Latias unable to do that as well.
"It won't work Tobias. Claydol used imprison on Latios. " said Ash that shocked Tobias
"Claydol use our move GH and then used earth power followed by earthquake" said Ash as Claydol once again used gravity and heal block. Then used earth power that dealth good damage and earthquake increased damage making Latios unable to battle.
"Ash defeated Tobias's second pokemon ladies and gentlemen. " said announcer making everyone go crazy.
"Now you defeated my second pokemon. Not bad, you did major improvement from last time. Sorry to say, these two are not even my strongest pokemon" said Tobias that shocked Ash
"I don't care, I will win this final round. I believe in my pokemon and I believe in myself" said Ash as he recalled his Claydol thanking it for his contributions.
"Go my friend" said Tobias as he send his next pokemon. From within the pokeball, emerged the Lugia. Lugia extends its wing and screams loudly.
"No way, Tobias has Lugia," said Dawn in complete shock
"Meloetta " said Meloetta as she is getting worried for Ash
"Don't worry, Ash will pull this off, " said Pikachu
"I think you are right, I believe that he will win this whole tournament," said Meloetta
Ash then sends his Charizard out who released loud roar making the battlefield shake violently.
"And Ash ketchum is going with charizard" said announcer
"Lugia vs Charizard let the battle begin" said referee
Charizard vs Lugia
Lugia released a loud scream, and flapped its wings that results into heavy wind that started to blow in the stadium. Ash is holding the cap as it is about to flew away in the wind.
"Charizard, this will be our toughest battle. Let's show them the power we posses.Our bond will surpass the legendary power" said Ash
"Yes, we are going to be the winner " said Charizard
"Guys look at the massive power that Lugia possesses.Will Charizard be able to defeat it, " asked announcer
"Lugia use aerial ace" said Tobias as within a blink of an eye Lugia slammed into charizard with aerial ace.
"What an amazing speed everyone, Lugia slammed into charizard with in a second" said announcer
"Char" Charizard shook his head and balanced himself.
"Charizard we have to look for Lugia's speed, " said Ash to which he nodded.
"Charizard let's show them our speed" said Ash as Charizard extends his wings and then flapped them and within second Charizard is in the air.
"I must say, your Charizard is fast too, but not for long" said Tobias
"Lugia follow him and use steel wing" said Tobias
"Charizard stop Lugia" said Ash giving a huge smirk on his face making Tobias little doubtful.
Charizard is flying in the air, after which Lugia is chasing Charizard.Charizard turned downwards as Lugia is chasing him with steel wing. Charizard flexed his muscles and then brings his hands forward and tried to stop Lugia. The steel wings are now in grip of Charizard, due to
Lugia's speed Charizard is pushing backward. finally Charizard's strength stopped Lugia.
"And we can see Charizard's strength here folks, " said the announcer
"Lugia get out of there , use telekinesis" said Tobias
"Now Charizard , quickly use incinerate" said Ash as Charizard released intense stream of flame that engulfed Lugia. Suddenly all flames started to accumulate in the air in one giant orb and then it exploded. Lugia then used aeroblast at close range, causing Charizard to crash on the battlefield.Charizard's eyes snapped open and balanced itself.
"Charizard use double team followed by steel wing, " said Ash as Charizard created his multiple after copies and then charged at Lugia with steelwing.
"Lugia use psychic" said Tobias
"Charizard use protect while you use steelwing" said ash as Charizard created the protective shield protecting him from the psychic and then
slammed into Lugia sending Lugia crashing towards the battlefield.Tobias gritted his teeth and then commanded " Lugia use aeroblast"
"Charizard dodge the aeroblast, and use inferno" said Ash as Charizard tried to dodge but aeroblast hit his left wing making Charizard crashed on the field.
"Ladies and gentlemen, Charizard got hit by aeroblast on his wing, will Charizard able to fly" asked announcer
As charizard landed Ash asked " Charizard can you battle" to which Charizard nodded and then started to fly back in the air
"Ok Charizard , use smoke screen " said Ash as Charizard released the black smoke that covered the field.Lugia is hovering above the field in order to find Charizard.
"Ok Charizard now, dragon claw" said Ash
as charizard emerges from smoke below Lugia with dragon claw and slashed through Lugia's wing making Lugia started to fall towards the field.
"Ok Charizard grab Lugia by tail and use siesmic toss" said Ash making Charizard grabs Lugia and taking Lugia higher in the sky.
"Lugia get the hell out of there, use aeroblast" said Tobias but nothing works , Charizard held Lugia strongly and then took 360 degree and
then dived towards ground and tossed Lugia into the ground. Lugia flew back in the air and used recover to get itself healed.
"What a turn of the events everyone, Lugia is recovered its lost health." said announcer
"Charizard we will stay strong. Use dragon pulse" said Ash
"Lugia stop dragon pulse with psychic and use hyper voice, " said Tobias
Charizard launched pulse of draconic energy and then Lugia used psychic to stop dragon pulse.and then Lugia released hyper voice that made Charizard and Ash uncomfortable.
"Hyper voice making difficult for Ash to command his Charizard, and with
the looks of Charizard, he is unable to concentrate" said the announcer
"Lugia use hydro pump" said Tobias and Lugia opened his mouth and then heavy pressurised water headed straight for Charizard.
"Charizard dodge and use overheat" said Ash as Charizard's tail flame got bright and took flight in the air and released the high intensity flame
that collided with hydro pump. Hydro pump easily overpowerd the overheat striking
Charizard knocking him on the field. Charizard released a weak growl and then stood back on his legs.
"char" said Charizard giving nod to Ash as he is panting heavily.
"Charizard use dragon claw" said Ash
"Lugia counter with ice beam" said Tobias as Lugia prepared the ice beam and launched at incoming Charizard. Charizard successfully dodged the attack and slashed Lugia with dragon claw making Lugia flinched.
"Charizard use overheat on close range, " said Ash as Charizard launched powerful stream of flames that hit Lugia making it cry loud.
"Charizard use dragon rush" said Ash
"Lugia use aeroblast" said Tobias
As Charizard is dashing towards Lugia with dragon rush. Lugia opens the mouth and gathers blue energy and fire massive beam on
Charizard. Charizard's successful attempt to dodge aeroblast fails as aeroblast hit Charizard knocking Charizard towards the ground. As Charizard hit ground, a huge crater forms releasing dust and smoke.
"Charizard" said Ash but nothing happens
"And it seems charizard is un-ab" said the announcer but he is cutoff by a loud
roar that filled the arena and orange glow of light filled the arena as Charizard started to glow and flew higher in the air.
"Charizard" said ash as Charizard released loud roar in the air
"Charizard is back guys" said the announcer
"Lugia use hydro pump" said Tobias
"Charizard full power inferno " said Ash as both torrent of water and flames collided each other.Lugia and Charizard are using their full power behind their attacks, hydro pump started to push inferno back and inferno is pushing hydro pump back and ultimately leads to explosion.
"Charizard giga impact, Lugia dragon rush" said Ash and Tobias as Charizard used giga impact and Lugia used dragon rush. Both Charizard and Lugia connected and huge explosion occurs. Lugia and Charizard are falling towards
the field and ultimately crashed on the field.
"Charizard" said Ash in worry as Lugia flew high up in the air.
"oh no" said Ash to himself but then Charizard also flew back in the air.
"Lugia use aeroblast" said Tobias
"Ok Charizard let's end this forever, use draco meteor" said Ash shocking everyone and Charizard glowed orange and then orange orb started to form outside and then charizard launched the draco meteor that split into
multiple orbs. Charizard got hit by aeroblast making him fall on the field and Lugia got pelted by draco meteor but it only leads to drain of
energy. With all of his energy left, Charizard stood up.
"Lugia use hydropump, " said Tobias
"Charizard fire spin around you and then use inferno " said Ash
Charizard used firespin to protect himself and then launched powerful inferno that hit hydro pump. Hydro pump pushed inferno back knocking Charizard straight wall the wall. Charizard released loud roar and then flew back
in the air.
"Charizard use steel wing into thunder fang" said Ash as Charizard extends his winds and hit Lugia making Lugia cry in pain and then Charizard pierced his thunder encased fangs in the neck of Lugia electrocuting it.
"Now Charizard use seismic toss" said Ash as Charizard grabs Lugia with tail and then took Lugia in the air. Being heavier than Charizard, Lugia is difficult to carry. Charizard then swings Lugia before slamming Lugia on the field.
"Ok Lugia use hydro pump" said Tobias
"Carizard finish Lugia with blast burn" said Ash as Charizard glowed yellow and orange before slamming first on the field sending fire energy
towards Lugia after which flames erupted from underground.
Lugia flew high up in the air to gain distance due to which blast burn is failed. Lugia used recover once again to gain lost health back.
"It seems Lugia's recover is making difficult for Charizard gain upper hand in battle," said announcer
"Charizard return" said Ash but Charizard denied to return
"You want to give your all" said Ash as he put his pokeball back.
