Sans, Papyrus, And Kirlia

Yellow and Chuchu were hit by a cold breeze. There was snow everywhere. It looked like they were in a forest.

Yellow shivered. "Brr! I didn't think it would be so cold out!"

Chuchu swatted a bush. It had a camera in it.

"Probably for security reasons." Yellow thought aloud.

The two continued to walk on, but felt uneasy, as if they were being watched. A snap came from behind them. They turned around, but there was no one there. However, the stick that they had stepped over had snapped.

"It was a mistake leaving the Ruins." Yellow said. "I should call Toriel. Maybe she'll take us back."

Yellow called Toriel on her phone, but there was no answer. Yellow hung up.

"I guess she's still upset."

Meanwhile…

Toriel chased a dog through the house.

"Give me back my phone you dog!" She shouted. "What if my child calls me?!"

Yellow and Chuchu continued walking. The feeling of being followed lingered. They eventually came to a gate. Yellow bent down and picked up Chuchu. When she stood up, she felt someone directly behind her.

"human… don't you know how to greet a new pal? turn around, and shake my hand."

Yellow turned around to shake the mysterious person's hand, only to be met with a farting noise. The person laughed as he came into view. It was a short skeleton, about the same height as Yellow. He wore a blue jacket, and black basketball shorts, with a white stripe on each leg. He also wore pink slippers. Next to him was...a Kirlia. Now that was a Pokemon!

Yellow started to chuckle as the skeleton spoke. "heh heh the old whoopie cushion in the hand trick. it's always funny. anyways, you're a human, right? that's hilarious. the name's sans, sans the skeleton. this here is my buddy kirlia."

Kirlia waved. "Hi," She said telepathically.

Sans continued. "we're actually supposed to be looking out for humans right now. i don't know about kirlia, but i for one don't care about capturing anybody."

Yellow breathed a sigh of relief as Sans continued.

"now my brother papyrus on the other hand...he's a human-hunting fanatic."

"He really wants to capture a human." Kirlia added.

"i think that's him over there." Sans pointed behind Yellow.

"What do I do?" Yellow asked.

"i have an idea." Sans said. "go behind this gate thing. my bro made the bars too wide to stop anyone."

Yellow went through the gate. On the other side was a station, and a lamp that was conveniently shaped.

"quick, behind the lamp." Sans said.

Yellow did as told, and went behind the lamp. A tall skeleton wearing some kind of armor approached the area.

"sup, bro?" Sans asked the other skeleton, Papyrus.

"YOU KNOW WHAT'S UP, BROTHER!" Papyrus said in a rather loud tone. "IT'S BEEN EIGHT DAYS AND YOU STILL HAVEN'T RECALIBRATED. YOUR. PUZZLES! YOU JUST HANG AROUND OUTSIDE YOUR STATION! WHAT ARE YOU EVEN DOING?!"

"staring at this lamp." Sans replied. "it's really cool. do you wanna look?"

"Is he giving us away?" Yellow quietly asked Chuchu, who was still in her arms.

"NO!" Papyrus shouted, stomping his foot. "I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT! WHAT IF A HUMAN COMES THROUGH HERE?! I WANT TO BE READY! I WILL BE THE ONE! I MUST BE THE ONE! I WILL CAPTURE A HUMAN! THEN, I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, WILL GET ALL THE THINGS I UTTERLY DESERVE! RESPECT...RECOGNITION… I WILL FINALLY BE ABLE TO JOIN THE ROYAL GUARD! PEOPLE WILL ASK, TO, BE MY, FRIEND? I WILL BATHE IN A SHOWER OF KISSES EVERY MORNING."

"hmm... maybe this lamp could help you." Sans suggested.

"SANS! YOU ARE NOT HELPING! YOU LAZYBONES!" Papyrus yelled, stomping his foot again. ALL YOU EVER DO IS BOONDOGGLE! YOU GET LAZIER AND LAZIER EVERY DAY!"

"hey, take it easy. i've gotten a ton of work done today. a skele-ton" Sans punned.

Yellow couldn't help but giggle at the bad pun.

The pun seemed to upset Papyrus more. "SANS!"

"come on, you're smiling." Sans pointed out.

"I AM AND I HATE IT!" Papyrus admitted. He then sighed. "WHY DOES SOMEONE AS GREAT AS ME… HAVE TO DO SO MUCH JUST TO GET SOME RECOGNITION?"

"wow, sounds like you're working yourself… down to the bone." Sans punned again.

"UGH! I WILL ATTEND TO MY PUZZLES… Papyrus said. "AS FOR YOUR WORK? PUT A LITTLE BIT MORE, BACKBONE INTO IT! NYEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE!" Papyrus laughed as he ran away.

"He's so cool." Kirlia said.

Sans nodded in agreement, and then turned to the lamp.

"ok, you can come out now."

"Well that was something." Yellow said, stepping out from behind the lamp.

"you should go now. he might come back." Sans advised. "and if he does, you'll have to listen to more puns."

Yellow began to walk off when Kirlia approached her.

"Hold on a sec!" Kirlia said. "Could you do us a favor?"

"What is it?" Yellow asked.

"You see…" The Pokemon began. "Paps has been kinda down lately. I think it might make his day if he saw a human. He's never seen one before. You get what I'm trying to say?"

Yellow nodded. "I think so."

"Great!" Kirlia exclaimed. "See you later!"

With that, Yellow continued to walk through the forest.

Author's note: I tried using different fonts for Sans and Papyrus, but they didn't make it when I transferred them from Google Docs. Oh well!
