Ever since Toby Fox made the RPG game know as Undertale 5 years ago, many people made their own versions of it, known as AUs, or Alternate Universes. Here is my AU, which stars a most likely forgotten character from the Pokemon Adventures Manga: Yellow. This is also kind of takes place after a whole bunch of stories that expand on Yellow's character. Hope you enjoy!

23. Interlude 3: The Kid in Grey

The Kid in Grey

Author's Note: We interrupt the main story to bring another interlude!

Yellow and Chuchu walked down a bridge, when they thought they saw someone familiar.

"Hey, Monster Kid!" Yellow shouted, but the young monster didn't turn around.

Upon closer inspection, Yellow realized that it wasn't Monster Kid, but someone who looked similar to him, but in all grey.

"Hey, are you okay?" Yellow asked.

Not turning around, the mysterious monster spoke. "...Have you ever thought of a world where everything is the same, but you don't exist? Everything functions perfectly the same without you. The thought terrifies me."

Yellow tried to pat the monster on the back but they disappeared

"Please, forget about me." Was the last thing they said after they vanished.

Reluctantly, Yellow and Chuchu left to continue on their Journey

Author's note: it looks like our heroes just encountered Goner Kid. Will they have a bigger role to play eventually? To find out, you'll have to wait a little while.
