9 Months Later (12th birthday)
"Happy Birthday you two, 12 years old now" Jiraiya says handing them each a small parcel wrapped in brown paper and tied with string.
"Now here is your gift from me, it's the first book I ever wrote." he continues.
"I thought we were not allowed to read your books." Naruko states in confusion.
"This is a special book, it's where your parents got your names, and the one you are allowed to read." he replies, giving them a hug and gesturing to open it.
When they open it they find a book called the 'The Tales of an Utterly Gutsy Shinobi"
"You can read it later your grandma has a gift for the two of you as well." he states.
"Here you two brats go" Tsunade states, handing them each a small wooden case.
When they open the cases they find two halves of the necklace she always wore.
"This necklace was given to me by my grandfather and it's only fitting you two receive it now."
When they put the necklace on the two halves glow slightly giving off a warm feeling to the twins.
"Now we need to get a move on, sensei is expecting us in Konoha by tonight." Jiraiya states handing the three their traveling packs
"Remind one of us to put a mark on the gates when we get their traveling like this sucks" Naruto states in frustration.
"You can suck it up and walk, not all of us have no less than two different ways to teleport somewhere" Tsunade replies.
That Night Konoha Gates
"It's good to see you four again. I haven't seen you in what, eight years." Hiruzen states as the four arrive at the gates.
"It has been a while, sensei" Tsunade says, giving him a hug.
"Have we seen you before?" Naruto asks
"I remember he came to one of our houses when we were younger, he caught us in the blink of an eye." Naruko nearly shouts.
"So you do remember me." Hiruzen states.
"Yes lord third, or is it fifth now" Naruko responds.
"It's still third, tomorrow since your grandparents haven't told me anything about your training, I would like to spar with you" he states.
Jiraiya and Tsunade start balling out in laughter
"Sensei, can we go to your office we need to have a talk about that." Tsunade responds when she stops laughing.
"I can get us there; I can feel Dad's old marks all over this place," Naruto says, grabbing Hiruzen and Tsunade while Naruko grabs Jiraiya and they all vanish in a flash of yellow.
In The Hokage's Office
Hiruzen looking a little pale says "I see why you wanted to talk about them"
"That's just the tip of the iceberg, sensei" Tsunade remarks.
"You mean there is more to them than just that" Hiruzen asks.
placing his hand on the floor Naruto says "Fuinjutsu: Room suspension" when he does this kanji erupt from his hand all over the room and they begin to glow a soft purple.
"Now we can talk." Naruko says.
"What was that seal? I don't recognize it." Hiruzen asks.
"It isolates the room from space time itself, right now this room is completely secure, nothing in nothing out" Naruko answers.
"Amazing you truly are just like your parents." he replies.
"Now what exactly are they capable of if this is just the tip of the iceberg" he continues.
Jiraiya begins "We don't know we truly don't"
"What do you mean Jiraiya?" Hiruzen asks in confusion.
"Exactly that, both of us with preptime using both sage mode and the strength of one hundred seal, were absolutely annihilated by one of them in less than 5 minutes that was before they were nine, Hiruzen, since then they have learned mastery over the kyuubi's chakra, hell they are friends with the damn thing, and don't even get me started on Mokuton or the Mangekyo Sharingan, those are just unfair.
"Did you say Mokuton and Mangekyo?" Hiruzen asks The twins nod, he continues "I can understand Mokuton to an extent, but how do they even have a sharingan."
Naruto starts "The sharingan is relatively simple" Naruko continues "Our great grandfather was madara uchiha, our father awakened his sharingan but never used it because he feared the repercussions and question that would surface."
"Ok, that gives me more questions than answers but that's for a different time.
I hope to god you two are aware of the repercussions of the eyes, every time you use them you lose more of your vision." Hiruzen responds with a few sighs.
Naruko begins, "We are completely aware and those no longer apply to us," "We sort of purposely over used them to go blind so we could swap eyes and gain the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan." Naruto finishes.
"I see" Hiruzen replies in thought.
He turns to Jiraiya and asks "how would you rate their individual skills?"
He replies "with no Sharingan, Sage mode, Strength of a Hundred Seal or Mokuton It would be as follows,
Taijutsu-10, their raw strength and speed are just off the charts.
Ninjutsu-10, they are masters of Water, Earth, and Air with about a hundred jutsus watch all the way up to S rank.
Genjutsu-6, they never spent much time here without the sharingan, but they are immune to all but level Mangekyou genjutsu.
Kenjutsu-7, they lack any true teacher in it as we only know the basics, but combined with wind and their speed its still very deadly
Intelligence-10, their IQ was tested at 232 and 231 respectively and they know how to use it when they want.
Chakra control-10,surpasses Tsunades.
Medical skill-9, second only to Tsunade.
Hand Seals-10 faster than I can see.
Strength-9.5 they can match Tsunade's enhanced strength quite well.
Speed-10, We haven't been able to track them since they were 8.
Stamina-10, It's just off the charts if I could I would give them a 20
Fuinjutsu-sealmaster level 10, well you have seen that.
Total, 110.5 out of 120; and that is with all of their big guns taken away."
"I see, well regardless, here are your papers for the academy the new term starts tomorrow, just whatever you do don't accidentally kill your fellow students." Hiruzen states seriously.
"Don't worry, they trained us on what shinobi of different levels are capable of and we will adjust according to what the others can do.
"Well let's go back to the hotel for the night, we need to set off again in the morning, officially we are not supposed to be here for another 6 months." Tsunade says.
"We will set you two up with an apartment, while you are at the academy, and then we will be off." Jiraiya finishes.
Next Morning Academy
"This is room 306, our 'Sensei' will be Iruka Umino" Naruko says with joy in her voice.
Naruto knocks on the door, and an average height man with his brown hair pulled back into a ponytail with a scar across his nose opens the door.
He begins"Ah you two must be the new students I was told about, I am Iruka I will be your sensei, now papers please" Naruko hands him two yellow folders and they follow him into the room.
"Alright class, we will have two new students joining us this term." He looks down at the papers "Lets see here, Naruto and Naruko…" he looks at them "Is this correct"
"Yes sensei" Naruko responds
He begins again "Naruto and Naruko Senju Uchiha"
"UCHIHA" A dark haired boy yells
"SENJU" a bunch of the girls yell with hearts in their eyes, 'fangirls' Naruto thinks.
'I don't know why but the way they are looking at Naruto really bothers me' Naruko thinks her fists tightening.
"You can't be an Uchiha, I am the heir and I have never seen or heard of a blond uchiha." the dark haired boy practically grows out.
Both twins activate their 3 tomoe sharingans glaring daggers at him.
Naruto speaks "You must be the infamous douchebag, 'almight last Uchiha'" He states sarcastically.
"HOW DARE YOU HAVE THOSE EYES" Sasuke shouts dashing straight towards the twins with a fist cocked.
They watch him in super slow motion and as the fist is just fractions of an inch from Naruto's face Naruto's Fist suddenly finds itself in Sasuke's face and Naruko's fist finds itself in his gut.
When both fists make contact Sasuke is sent flying straight back into his seat face first after doing a backflip mid air.
Iruka shouts "That's enough Sasuke, I will see you in detention for the rest of the week."
He continues "I am sorry that you two, Sasuke loses himself every time his family is brought up."
"It's no big deal he couldn't hurt us if she tried." Naruko responds.
Another dark haired boy who was awoken by Sasuke's yelling mutters trouble and goes back to sleep.
"You two can take a seat, there are two in the back next to Hinata if you want." Iruka tells them.
As they walk up the stairs Iruka begins "Today we will be reviewing…" The twins just tune him out and meditate in the back.
When Iruka Turns around and notices the twins only half paying attention he asks "Well if you to can only half pay attention I must assume you already know how to do the transformation jutsu"
They look at each other and with a ram seal they both turn into each other "Is this acceptable Sensei?" They ask in perfect unison.
"Yes, very good I can see you are quite skilled to only do it with one hand seal."
A pink haired girl speaks up "Iruka-sensei I thought the transformation requires three hand seals to use, how can they do it with just one?"
He answers "When someone practices a jutsu enough they can begin to use less and less hand seals and sometimes for basic techniques even none if they have enough chakra control"
The rest of the day till lunch is just Iruka reviewing their ninjutsu.
After lunch comes Taijutsu weapon practice and physical training.
And to say they were unimpressed by the other students Taijutsu was an understatement.
Only the clan children did anything even remotely interesting, when it came Naruto's Turn he was paired up with kiba who made a very large mistake.
When he was going up to spar he said to Naruko "I'll show him who's boss then you will have to go out with me, a true alpha" in a poor attempt to flirt with her and brag at the same time.
Normally taunting would not bother him but something about Kiba saying that made Naruto mad.
"Kiba, You made the mistake of hitting on my sister, I was going to give you a chance to show your skill but you sealed your fate for a beat down". Naruto said in an agitated voice.
Kiba cockily responds "Sure whatever loser, you have never gone to the academy before this will be a breeze."
The more sensible students and even Iruka were thinking 'When Sasuke attacked him he move faster than any of us could see'
As they take their stances Naruto puts a blindfold over his eyes and states "I won't even need my eyes for this." Little did most know Naruto's sensory ability was good enough he could in most cases see better without his eyes.
Iruka hesitates but says "Begin"
The second he does, Naruto disappears and Kiba is sent flying only for Naruto to appear before him mid air and punch him again.
This dance of Kiba being sent flying and Naruto intercepting him continued for about 30 seconds till he was hit hard in the back and coughs up blood before Iruka called it.
"Winner Naruto"
As Naruto stops, Kiba lands harshly outside the ring, Naruko walks up to him and with her hands glowing green begins to heal all of his wounds in a few seconds.
She says "I'm only a little sorry my Knuckle head of a brother, did this to you but you did need to be taken down a peg or 10"
Everyone just watches in awe at her skill in medical ninjutsu, one of the hardest forms of ninjutsu.
After Iruka recomposes himself he calls "Final match, Hinata Hyuga, and Naruko Senju Uchiha."
Naruko Allowed Hinata to show off, while doing so herself.
During the fight the only contact she made was to ironically correct Hinata's Taijutsu stances before Hinata just surrendered knowing her opponent was not going to fight.
"Winner Naruko"
"Wow, Hinata was the best of the girls at taijutsu, and Naruko just humiliated her." Ino states in absolute shock.
Sakura responds "No, it was less of trying to humiliate her, it was more her trying to help."
"Those two are way stronger than we are, I get the feeling they are still holding back considerably" Shino states.
Later that night
"Too bad grandma and grandpa, can't stay with us right now, it's going to be lonely without them." Naruto states
"Well at least we can get used to living on our own for awhile" Naruko replies
"It's going to be really boring not being able to train seriously, and the academy, it is pathetic. The three basic jutsus are all that is needed to graduate really, we could do those when we were like what 4 years old" he rambles on.
"Well grandma always said we are so far out of the norm that it is not even funny" she replies.
"Come on, let's go find our new apartment" she states.
At Their new Apartment.
As they open the door to their new apartment they find a small, living room kitchen combo with a hallway, the hallway has two bedrooms on either side and the bathroom at the end.
"Well this is the place, it's a little smaller than I would have thought." Naruto says.
"Well it is just the two of us." Naruko replies.
"Don't know why they got us two bedrooms though we have always shared a room." he says.
"They probably want us to stop sharing a room, but I see a full sized bed so that's not happening" she replies.
"I wouldn't have it any other way sis" he says, giving her a kiss on the forehead.
"Now, we need to get ready for bed we still have class in the morning" she says
They both pull a scroll out of their packs and unseal their pajamas for the night.
Nothing out of the ordinary for the two, but this time naruto cant keep his eyes off his sister as they change.
'Damn, what the hell am I feeling, I want to keep watching but I shouldn't" he thinks
Meanwhile 'I know he is watching me. For some reason i'm getting this warm feeling in my gut almost like I want him too." she thinks.
When they are done changing, they both take a side of the bed.
With both of them facing away from each other they can't see the blush on their cheeks.
Kurama says in thought 'Damn oblivious kits, they are worse than their father.'
Suddenly Naruko rolls over and places her head on Naruto's chest.
"Something wrong?" he asks
"No, something is very right" she replies as she snuggles closer into his chest.
'Man, girls are weird, but this feels right for some reason.' he thinks.
6 Months later (Graduation day)
Little has changed physically for the twins over the past few months for the twins; Naruto stands at an impressive 5 feet 6 inches and Naruko stands at 5 feet 4 inches.
The biggest change was in that of their relationship which is now stuck in a weird state of limbo.
They are also tied with perfect scores in the academy.
Iruka begins "Alright students, first we will have the written test, you will have one hour to do so.
"It will then be followed by a weapons, Taijutsu, and Fitness test"
"We will then finish with the ninjutsu portion, where if you pass you will receive your headbands" he finishes while he passes out the tests.
"Now if everyone has their test, begin" He shouts.
For the twins it was laughably easy; they finished all 60 questions in less than 5 minutes, this also set a record for speed.
Then after they were awoken from their meditative naps for the physical skills portion.
When the class reached the training grounds Iruka began "For the Taijutsu portion, you will have 2 minutes to get a hit in Mizuki, if you pass you will proceed to weapons throwing, if you pass you will then head to the track and you will be timed for both distance running and speed."
The Taijutsu portion was mildly interesting to watch, the students lashed out with their most aggressive combos while Mizuki tried to dodge.
The twins tried getting a hit in less than a second by completely blitzing Mizuki; Naruto's hit broke a rib and Naruko's hit fractured his jaw.
Most of the students who were civilians just tripped over their feet and failed to hit him; about half of the class was eliminated at this stage.
For weapon throwing they had 10 kunai and 10 shirkans; they needed 20 points to pass a vital hit was two points and just hitting it was one point.
The only noteworthy ones were shino with 28 points, Hinata with 29 Sasuke with 32.
The twins unlike everyone else who threw then one or two at a time grabbed 8 at once, one in between each finger and landed them all at once.
More civilian kids were eliminated here leaving 6 of the original 21 of them.
The fitness test was a joke, they had to run a mile in five minutes and then do 100 yards in less than 10 seconds which for a civilian would be the peak but for a shinobi whose body is enhanced just by having chakra is pathetic.
Only 4 of the civilians were left, a girl named Sakura and a boy named Sai.
Sai was an enigma to the twins, they could sense he held back a lot he had solid chunin level skill but pretended to barely get by; and Sakura they were surprised she was still here, she only met the bare minimums for the physical skills.
They then take an hour break for lunch.
When the class arrives, the Ninjutsu portion begins.

Hinata-pass
Kiba-pass
Shikamaru-pass
Sasuke-pass
Naruko-pass
Naruto-pass
Ino-pass
"Congratulations on passing, The rookie of the year is Naruto, and Kunoichi of the year is Naruko, congrats you two" Iruka says with pride.
Sasuke roars "This is unacceptable, I demand a match for the title of Rookie of the Year."
"It's your choice Naruto" Iruka states.
"Alright, what are the conditions Taijutsu only or anything gose?" Naruto asks.
"Anything goes." Sasuke replies.
In The Ring
"Anything goes, just no mameing or killing understood" Iruka asks they nod.
"When I declare a winner it's over, now BEGIN" He shouts.
Sasuke takes the lead going through hand seals, Naruto instantly recognizes this as a fireball jutsu.
He counters by making a half ram seal and shouts "Suiton: Water Bullet Jutsu" a bullet of water forms over his head and flies towards Sasuke; at the same time Sasuke shouts "Katon: Fireball Jutsu." sending his fireball to intercept.
Both jutsus collide covering the ring in steam blocking everyone's line of sight.
They then see a gigantic wall of earth appear and then fly forwards.
As it exits the ring Sasuke is seen pinned to the gigantic wall.
"Winner by ring out Naruto" Iruka shouts.
Naruto then takes a deep breath, and blows a large gust clearing the mist away he then makes a one handed seal and the wall collapses back into the earth freeing Sasuke.
"If that is all class is dismissed, come back tomorrow for team assignments." Iruka says.
"Want to celebrate graduation with some ramen?" Naruto asks his sister.
She replies in a teasing tone "Sounds like a date"
He blushes while she giggles. Before he takes a thinking pose.
"Hmm, only if you want it to be" he states sarcastically.
She blushes and replies "I would love it to be." she says giggling, and Naruto grones with his blush deepening.
"I walked myself into that" He replies in defeat.
"Yep" She says in a cheery tone.
"I still find this whole my sister wanting to date me awkward." he replies.
"You will get used to it." she says.
At Ichiraku's
"Another" the twins shout.
"Sorry kids we are out, how can you two both eat 33 bowls of ramen anyways" the old man behind the counter says.
"Darn, I was just getting full too." Naruko says.
"Maybe next time sis, now we need to get going." Naruto replies as he pays for their dinner.
That Night, The Twins Apartment.
As the twins lay in bed Naruko speaks in an apologetic tone "I'm sorry about earlier, I shouldn't have forced you into taking me on a date like that."
He replies "It's fine I enjoyed it, but i'm just not sure about us, It feels so right, but my mind knows it's not generally an acceptable practice to date your sister." he sighs and pulls her against his chest.
"I know, and I agree every time I hold your hand I get this warm feeling in my gut and I don't want to stop feeling it." she states.
Naruto says "I have been thinking, remember when mom said find the person you love no matter who they are, and we have her approval?"
"Yeah, what about it." she replies.
"She implied it didn't matter who they are or what they look like as long as they make you happy; well you make me happy and I don't want to lose you." he finishes.
She rolls over to face him, just inches apart.
"You make me happy as well and I don't want to lose you either, promise me that no matter where our feelings go we can always be brother and sister." she asks.
He replies "I promise" when suddenly she rolls on top of him, and a pair of lips smash into his, making his eyes widen in surprise..
After the moment of shock wears off he starts kissing her back in a moment of absolute bliss.
When they break off, Naruko looks away and mumbles "I'm sorry I shouldn't have done that."
"Don't be, it was… nice" he replies, and pushes her chin up to look back at him.
"We never cared what others have thought about us, and no force on earth can keep us apart and he gently places a kiss on her lips and whispers "Goodnight."
She snuggles her face into his chest and whispers back "Goodnight"
