That Night, Konoha Hospital, Private Lab
We see the twins curled up taking a nap in a shared bed, while Tsunade has her head resting on her fist staring at a monitor examining test results with the moonlight gently illuminating the room.
Shizune walks in with a tray with a tea kettle and cups. "Tsunade-sensei, I brought tea, you should take a rest. You have been pouring over the results for half a day already." Tsunade gains a tick mark, "I haven't been your sensei for over a decade, and I won't rest till I know how this is going to affect him and where it came from." Shizune sighs taking a seat next to her "Regardless, we have seen nothing to indicate that either the trace chakra or the Rinnegan is harming him, I hardly think it would be the eye of legend if it caused him to keel over and die." Tsunade sighs as she grabs a cup of tea "I trust you a great deal Shizune, but there is a part I haven't been telling you." "What?" she asks "It's well known how the Sharingan and to a lesser extent Mengekyou awaken when they do so a special type of chakra is produced in the user, I have had a theory for a while that you could jump-start a Sharingan via chakra infusions from one who is already producing it."
Shizune's eyebrows hit her hairline "And you think you can do the same with the Rinnegan." "Yes, but the Uchihas of the past would never allow me to do so because they believed doing so would 'corrupt' the dōjutsu." Shizune snorts, "That or more likely it's because you are a Senju. Besides that, how close are you to knowing if you can?" Tsunade rubs her forehead before looking at the twins "From the small scale test I have done already I believe we can, her core reacted well to the initial treatment. I suspect two or three full chakra transfusions will need to be done before her core becomes self-sustaining." Shizune cuts in "Really that's surprisingly few." "Yes, my original estimates said that in theory, it would take ten or more. In this case, I suspect that due to their shared seal and being twins their chakra is highly compatible hence the larger reaction. In the past when they were learning how to do a chakra infusion we learned they are capable of doing almost a full 75% infusion at once safely, nearly double the standard safe limit." "Wow… I have never heard of people with chakra so compatible even with identical twins 40% would be outstanding but 75% is, just wow." Tsunade remarks "I wasn't that surprised, their whole lives their bodies have been absorbing and adapting to the Kyuubi's chakra combined with the highly specialized nature one requires for the Mokuton, it is not that far fetched of an idea." "Still the thought that it may be possible to accomplish in just a week rather than months for regular people is surprising. Also how likely do you think this is to succeed and what kind of side effect are we looking at?"
Tsunade sighs again "And that's the hard part, from the initial small transfusion we did I estimate an 80% chance of success. But for side effects it is uncharted territory, outside of the normal one for a transfusion, your guess is as good as mine." "Are you going to go through with it then?" "Personally, no but professionally, yes; so I'm going to leave the choice up to the kids although I suspect they will say yes and never look back."
Shizune looks back at the kids "They are cute together you know; It is also hard to believe they could practically look at the village too hard and turn everything to ash." "It is, even knowing they as well as I do I still don't know everything and probably never will, I also hope no one ever will, a battle at that scale won't just ruin a village it will reshape the map permanently." she sighs "Alright you win, I'll take the other bed no point in waking them up it's nearly morning now." Shizune rises from her chair "Good to see you still can see reason, I have a hospital to run, if you need me let me know." Tsunade raises an eyebrow "Don't you need to sleep too?" "I already did," she answers before walking out of the room. 'Cheeky brat.' she curls up in the second bed before quickly drifting off herself.
Noon
"Should we wake her?" Naruto asks "Well we are not supposed to be seen and I want ramen."Naruko answers "Key phrase not seen" she rolls her eyes before they both henge into nondescript civilians before flashing away.
"20 Miso ramen please." Naruko facepalms at her brother's stupidity. Teuchi crosses his arms "I know of only two people who can eat that much ramen in one sitting, and they are supposed to be in the chunin exams right now." he sighs "So it does not surprise me at all that you are here now I won't say anything but I won't lie for you either." Naruko nods "Thank you Teuchi-san" "Don't mention it, now I suspect you want the same young lady?" "Yes please, and two to go for bāchan" Teuchi nods and turns back to his pots to begin cooking "I didn't know she was in town, you Senjus do love your ramen."
20 Minutes later
SHHHHHLURP "That hits the spot" Naruko hits him over the head breaking the ground under his seat sighing "Manners" He rubs the back of his head "Careful, that would have killed most shinobi." "You aren't most shinobi" "Touche, still mean though" He places a wad of bills on the counter "thanks for the meal but we need to get going." Naruko grabs the Togo bowls. "Come on, she is mad enough with us leaving already." "I'm still impressed that she found our marker and her patience to stand there tapping her foot." since the coast was clear they both vanished.
Tsunade upon noticing the bowl of ramen just shakes her head and sighs "Some things never change, at least you brought me some." She grabs the bowl before sitting down at her desk while the twins sit on their bed. "Now, after going through the results, I believe it is indeed possible." massive grins spread across the twins' faces. "However, because we need to have Naruko drain her core and have a chakra transplant from you repeatedly; it means you will have to cut off your seal to prevent interference, it also means for the next week or so you won't be able to train not that you need it anyway." Naruto sighs "So basically we flash off probably to Myōboku drain her reserves to the point of chakra exhaustion flashback here and do a chakra infusion till I'm borderline exhausted." "More or less" Tsunade answers, Naruko beams "That just means I get to use you as a body pillow for a week." he shakes his head "only you Hime, we will have to force Kurama to talk and figure out why he keeps ejecting us." "It is odd, I assume he has a good reason, but it's hard to tell with him sometimes," she says looking over at him.
"Before you two get absorbed in each other's eyes again" they blush "remember this is uncharted territory I have no idea what the side effect might be and even if it does work you two will be on bed rest for a week after reopening the seal so you can resync and recover from repeated chakra exhaustion" he sighs "This will be a long two weeks." she sighs again, "you are forgetting something, we have to wait in case there are prelims after the second task." he rubs his head "forgot about that it has been a hectic few days." Tsunade remarks "Not to mention I told you two not to leave this room." Naruto says "Lord third told us not to be seen and we left under a henge we are fine." She replies "Yes but I told you not to, so as a punishment while you two undergo your procedure for the whole two weeks YOU WILL eat the Hospital food you are provided." He crosses his arms "You are evil, grandmothers are supposed to spoil their grandkids." "Yes, well, I'm not most grandmothers." he sighs. Naruko rubs his back. "There, there it will be fine."
Tsunade sighs "Regardless you two need to get back to the tower, Me and Shizune will continue to go over the data and see if we can get some solid ideas on possible side effects." Naruko replies "Probably the clones only have half a day left and it's a good idea to see who made it in person." "Maybe I can finally beat Shikamaru at shogi when his team makes it." she snorts "Maybe" before vanishing in a flash.
"Damn Brats, I'll never get used to that," she remarks before digging into her ramen.
Tower That Night
Naruto walks into their room before flopping down on their bed "This is so boring, Gaara's team won't leave their room, and with Shino's bugs running from us that just leaves Hinata and Kiba." Naruko lays on top of him, her chin resting on his chest. "I know what you mean, I like talking with Hinata, but Kiba trying to hit on me all day is annoying." Naruto hugs her gently, she continues "Don't worry about him I'm only for you" before she begins to slowly make out with him. This back and forth continues with his hand slowly moving lower till he begins to hesitate.
"Nii-chan" Naruko mumbles blushing "You can grab my butt if you want." "I just don't want to go faster than you are comfortable with." she smiles "I promise I'll let you know if you make me uncomfortable." "And we never go back on our promises," he responds before finally moving his hand down to her ass and gently groping it causing her to moan softly before she reaches his lips again continuing with more intensity while occasionally moaning into the kiss. After a few moments, he stops groping her and retracts from her lips a string still connecting them "We should probably stop, we still need to get showers tonight." she pouts, hugging him tighter, "I don't want to." he sighs "Damn hormones, come on we need showers, probably cold too." she begins to sit up blushing "if you would let go of my butt it would go faster" he quickly removes his hands blushing as well. She then feels something throbbing against her groin "EEP" before she jumps off him. His whole head begins to look like a tomato "sorry nee-chan." she grabs his hand "It's ok, it just startled me, now I think we both need long cold showers." She then walks to the bathroom, closing the door behind her.
Morning of the Final Day
Kakashi appears outside the door of his two "students" as he reaches his hand to knock on the door, it is suddenly opened by Naruto "What's up Kakashi?" "I have come to remind you to be in the arena by 10 sharp if you are late you are out." "Finally some action sitting around all day sucks." "While it has not been announced yet there are likely going to be prelims, we have five other teams here already so the numbers will probably need to be cut in half." "Team 10 just acquired their second scroll and will be here in the next 15 minutes or so." "Thanks for the heads up they have my summoning scroll." "See you in the arena then I'll let nee-chan know."
Tower Arena
All 20 contestants stood groped by team, facing the Hokage, the two sannin, and their respective Jonin-senseis. Hiruzen begins "Congratulations contestants, you have successfully passed your second task." small cheers are heard from the crowd before he continues "The chunin exam finals are a contest between the best each village has to offer and as such is observed by many potential clients and daimyos included; because of this your performance in these exams will affect the number of jobs your village receives. Regardless, this is an exam so remember one does not have to win to be promoted, Just display skills that exemplify the characteristics of one, and that starts from this moment on." the genin began to look around nervously. Hiruzen nods "Hayate," a sickly ninja steps forwards.
"Hello, I am Hayate Gekko and I shall be your proctor for the third exam," he coughs Tsunade frowns, "Due to the number of you there shall be a preliminary round. As there are 20 of you, everyone shall have one match to half the number."
Ino raises her hand "We only got here a few hours ago are we going to get a chance to rest?" "No it is unfortunate but your poor performance in the second round will handicap you here as shinobi we won't always get to choose when our battles take place, as such you must adapt accordingly." he coughs some more.
"Names shall be chosen at random and displayed on the board behind me, the rules are simple, victory is determined by knockout, incapacitation, or unfortunately death." "Killing your opponent while not strictly forbidden Will impact your chances at promotion. If I declare a match over that is the end, and finally, if your Sensei interferes on your behalf that will also be the end for you. Any questions?" He looks around and nobody speaks up.
"Very well the first match is." he turns to face the screen.
Match 1:
Sasuke Uchiha vs. Yoroi Akadō
"Sasuke Uchiha and Yoroi Akadō remain here while everyone else goes to the raised platform."
Following his instructions, everyone else moves to the platform.
"Ready" Hayate looks to both contestants gaining a nod from both "Very well, HAJIME"
Sasuke immediately charges Yoroi whose hands begin to emit a blue glow, Sasuke lashes out with a high right hook which is caught, and a left aiming for Yoroi's gut, who twists to avoid it before clamping down with his other hand.
"What, how?" Sasuke gasps, falling to a knee, "how are you" "absorbing my chakra?" Simple Kid that's what my jutsu does. You stood no chance once you caught you. He smirks.
Sasuke screams in a mixture of rage and frustration before lashing out with a leg sweep forcing Yoroi to let go of his hands, he proceeds to backflip away gaining distance sweating heavily and gasping for air 'I need to finish this quick I'm almost drained if only I had the Sharingan already."
He throws a wide spread of shuriken and kunai to get Yoroi moving before flashing through six hand signs ending on tiger "Katon: Hōsenka no Jutsu" (Fire Style: Phoenix Fire Jutsu) he spits a large ball of fire before it splits into nine smaller balls using the cover of the fire he flings shuriken into the balls of fire as a desperate last measure to end this fight.
Yoroi already on one foot from the previous barrage of weapons, is forced to jump to dodge the two coming straight at him, he twists mid-air to try and dodge one but it clips his thigh leaving a nasty burn while the shuriken slices his muscles rendering the leg useless, he screams out in pain as he lands hard on his good leg causing a crunch to be heard as his bones crack from the landing. He falls onto his side "Forfeit I forfeit" he screams out.
"Sousa, Sasuke Uchiha; Medics" Sasuke then falls to the ground unconscious from exhaustion.
Tsunade appears next to Yoroi while the twins Appear next to Sasuke all of their hands glowing green as they begin to stabilize their patients. The regular medics then arrive with stretchers as they relay diagnostics to the medics.
"Troublesome, what can't those two do?" Shikamaru mutters. "I just wonder why my old man put two medics on a single team." Asuma questions "Troublesome, I suspect it's because they are on another level from us completely." "What do you mean they can't be that much better than us?" Ino asks "Whenever we have seen them spar do you remember them being hit? Not to mention they seemed to have to force themselves to hold back a lot as well." Shikamaru replies. Chōji pauses eating "Well there is one way to find out and that's to watch them in their fights here."
The board lights up again flashing through names before it stops on…
Match 2:
Chōji Akimichi vs. Shino Aburame
"Will Chōji Akimichi and Shino Aburame come down for their match."
"An interesting match-up," Naruto says, "Yeah if Chōji hits Shino that's it but his expansion jutsu gives more room for Shino to attach bugs and drain him." "So it comes down to whether Chōji can hit him before he is drained dry."
"HAJIME"
Chōji forms his two hand seals and shouts "Baika no Jutsu" (Expansion Jutsu) while Shino raises his hands and releases a swarm of insects "Nikudan Sensha" (Human Boulder) Chōji quickly rolls towards Shino who dodges by a hair's width using his insects under his feet to shove himself aside while attaching more to Chōji.
Chōji undeterred stops spins up again and charges again resulting in Shino once again dodging this time with a few inches to spare.
"If that is all you are capable of I suggest you forfeit before I drain you dry"
Chōji sighs releasing his expansion "I forfeit, I'll never be able to hit you and I'm already half out of chakra." Shino then recalls his insects.
"Shosha, Shino Aburame" both bow before returning to their respective teams.
Kurenai puts a hand on his shoulder "Good job, I'm proud of you." "That's one for team 8, we are going to sweep this." "G-good job Shino-san." "Thank you all, but don't be so sure Kiba, a lot could happen.
"Good effort Chōji, but I see what you need to work on now" Asuma Comments Shikamaru Just hands him his chips back, Ino just huffs.
Match 3:
Misumi Tsurugi vs. Kankurō
Winner: Kankurō

Tenten vs. Temari
Winner: Temari
Both of these fights are the same as cannon and I don't feel like rewriting them.
Naruko comments while healing Tenten "that was a bad matchup for her, but I applaud her tenacity." "Yeah, Temari was far crueler than needed with that ending she could have broken her spine." Naruto replies, "I am ready to see you two fight, I got good money on both of you." Tsunade finishes. "Only you bāchan," they both say, shaking their heads.
Match 5:
Kiba Inuzuka vs. Naruko Senju Uchiha
"Looks like I'm up," Naruto says with a big grin, Naruko kisses him on the cheek "You don't need it but good luck Nii-chan" she whispers into his ear before jumping back onto the platform.
"Let's do this Akamaru, when I prove that I'm an alpha I will finally get Naruko to go out with me."
Kakashi turns to Naruko "Is Kiba going to live?" "Probably" she answers, shaking her head Asuma cuts in with a worried look "What do you mean,'' Probably?" "It manages to keep his mouth shut he will, but if he pisses off my overprotective brother enough we will be scrubbing his stain off the floor if we can even find it." "I'm going to have to jump in aren't I" "Yes" she answers Ino cuts in making her doubt known "He won't really kill Kiba will he" Naruko sighs "He has before, but that was an enemy." Ino gulps "Poor Kiba."
Meanwhile, Naruto just stands there not moving a muscle with his face hidden by shadows, Kiba just smirks "What, scared I'll show her what a real man is like once I'm done with you."
"Nii-chan, don't kill him please" Naruko shouts out.
"HAJIME"
Naruto vanishes, no flash, no leaves, not even a gust of wind.
"Where did he go?" Kiba asks sniffing the air "Nothing, where are you uuuuuug." Naruto suddenly reappears with a fist glowing with chakra in Kiba's Gut who is sent flying back into the wall causing spider web cracks to appear on the wall behind him.
"What… What the hell was that." Kiba chokes out.
Akamaru growls at Naruto and lunges to bite him, but Naruto just turns his head and glares at Akamaru blasting him with killing intent. Akamaru Lands at his feet and lays down bowing his head whimpering to Naruto who then turns back to Kiba.
"What did you do to Akamaru, I'LL KILL YOU," Naruto responds in a mocking tone. "I showed him who is alpha"
Kiba growls before shouting "Tsūga" (Passing Fang) charging as a spinning buzz saw. Naruto just raises his hands and catches Kiba's shoulders, stopping him dead in his tracks. "Weak, slow, and ineffective" Naruto mocks, successfully enraging Kiba. who tries to head butt Naruto who once again vanishes This time reappearing above Kiba still in the air, hitting him over the head with an ax kick knocking him out cold.
"Shosha, Naruto Senju Uchiha"
Naruko and Tsunade appear, Tsunade nods to Naruto before beginning to heal Kiba's concussion. Naruko hugs him tightly whispering into his ear "Thank you for not seriously harming him, but you need to let go with things like this before you do something you regret." "I know but… It twists my gut every time I hear it." "Come on, let's get back to the platform for the next match.
