At home
'Hey sweetie (kissed her on the cheek), what are you looking at?' Granger asked.
'Chuckle. I'm looking at these beautiful pictures of waterfalls. And I'm having this idea: What if we went on a week's vacation to go see these beautiful waterfalls?!' Hetty responded.
'A week, by ourselves?'
'Yes! I know of someone who can watch after the team while we're gone, it can work!'
'I'm in!'
A few days later
'I've decided to keep this adventure diary of sorts because I'm definitely going to want to remember this!
Owen and I went to our 1st waterfall today. It was very beautiful. In fact, I even jumped in the water for a swim! And I even convinced Owen to jump in with me. We laughed, and kissed. I think we both realized in that moment just how much we love each other. (or it was all 'in the moment').
I can't wait for tomorrow!'
The next day
'Well, this was another great day! We saw our second waterfall. A few years ago, I never thought I'd be seeing these beautiful sights with a guy I love, much less fall in love! But that's one of the beautiful things about life, sometimes, you get unexpected treasures.
Have to go. My sweetie (ha ha!) is calling me to bed.'
The next day
'Well, our vacation has been cut short.
Mr. Beale called. He said that the person I left in charge of the team, was 'scared off' by the boys. Then Mr. Callen butted in and said that he caught the guy trying to defile my office, and that he was 'protecting my honor' (that silly boy). (Something about denting my desk, breaking one of my tea cups).
Well either way, I don't feel comfortable leaving them alone for long, so we're heading home.
Owen's trying to make me feel better, even though I keep telling him I'm not that upset.
I hope we'll get to that 3d waterfall someday.'
A week later
'Wait what? We're going to that 3rd waterfall?!' Hetty said.
'Yes/ I found a very reliable 'babysitter' for the team, so we can take a couple days off. And don't worry, he won't touch your office.' Granger replied.
'This is amazing!'
'You're not the only one who felt all those feelings at those waterfalls.'
A few days later
'We made it to the waterfall! And it was incredible!'
