Granger was chasing a suspect when he tripped and blood started coming out of his head. Callen got him to the hospital where it was revealed he might have a head injury. Luckily, Hetty convinced the doctor to not hold him overnight, under the condition that she would monitor his condition for the next 24 hours.

She took him home, and immediately started to drive him crazy.

'What's your name?' Hetty asked.

'Owen. Please tell me you're not going to be like this for the next 24 hours.' Granger replied.

'A head injury is very serious, even a potential one.'

'Well, there's no need for this. I'm fine, my head hurts but there's meds for that, my memory is fine, please lay off.'

But protective Hetty wouldn't listen. After 6 hours of her nagging, he snuck out of a window and drove to work and slept on the couch in his office.

When he woke up the next morning, A very pissed off Hetty was sitting at his side.

'How long have you been there?' He asked.

'Long enough. A note in the bathroom saying that you're going to a quiet place for the night?! Really?!' Hetty replied, angry.

'Oh come on. You were unofficially putting me on concussion watch, even though you were told that I might not even have a head injury! I didn't want to put up with you trying to keep me awake, so I came here.'

'I was scared, okay?! I don't want to be losing you due to a head injury.'

'I know my body better then you. And I recall years ago when you had a minor head injury, you avoided every effort that was tried on you to convince you to rest.' Granger said.

'Sigh. I know I'm as stubborn as you when it comes to listening to medical advice, but things are different now.' Hetty replied.

'Yes I know. But you can afford to not be so worried. I know what I can handle, and you know what you can handle, and we both hate following medical advice when we don't want to follow it. Please lighten up.' Granger said.

Hetty sighed. 'I'll try, but if you worry me like that again-'

'Yes, you'll divorce me and marry a surfer dude as payback, I know.'

'Don't be cheeky!'
