Jaune and Courage the Cowardly Dog

Chap 28: Conway the Contaminationist

We were in the house today just relaxing. There was nothing on the agenda for today. Aside from a light cleaning that Muriel was doing. Which apparently involved vacuuming the curtains. Me and Courage were making balloon animals together on the floor. Blake had left last week to Beacon. But that did not mean we had some guests either.

"Thank you for allowing us to stay here Ms. Bagge." Winter said to Muriel.

"And thank you for the tea. It is delightful." Weiss added.

This time, in the form of Weiss and her sister Winter. After much planning, they had finally gotten a chance to spend time with each other. And for whatever strange reason, they decided to spend that time in Nowhere. And even pay us a visit. Perhaps to get away from everything and take in something new for a change. Which I can understand to a degree. But at the very least, it's nice to have familiar faces over. And even though that doesn't really apply to Winter, she is nice when you get to know her a bit and when she isn't interrogating you.

"Your welcome dearies." Muriel told them as she stopped cleaning for a bit before turning to me and Courage. "Beautiful work you two."

"Thanks." I said with a chuckle as we made a balloon duck. Placing it down, we admired the others that we made as well. I then gave a scratch behind Courage's ear.

"You know Jaune, I never knew you were able to do that." Weiss said while taking a sip of her favorite tea. Which just so happened to be the Peeko Flowery White Tea that was on Katz submarine. I managed to snag a few boxes when we were returning to Nowhere.

"Yeah, when I was younger, a clown at a party I was at for one of the few friends I had back then taught me how to do it. And I kept practicing whenever I could. I then used that skill for parties as one of the few ways I earned money before I could actually get a job." I explained.

"I'm not one who normally place a whole lot of belief in fate, but fate definitely decided to smile down upon you on that day when you met this family Jaune." Winter said as she took a sip from her tea. Hers was Oolong tea which was also on Katz submarine and that I snagged when coming back home.

"Yeah, I suppose your right." I said as I never thought about that but it does seem that way. But before I could dwell on it, I immediately reached out my hand and grabbed two of the three balloon animals we made as Eustace, not caring, walked over them and destroyed the one we just made.

'Aw.' Courage whimpered sadly seeing his balloon animal destroyed.

"Don't worry Courage. We'll make some more." I told him to try and cheer him up. He nodded though still seemed about to cry. Pulling him onto my lap, I gave a hug to calm him down.

"That was unnecessary." Winter said glaring at Eustace with her hand on her weapon.

Ever since she met Eustace, she had wanted nothing more than kick his ass. And came close to actually attacking him a few times. And all those times were just in one day. As much as I would have liked to let her do so, I knew Muriel would be upset if she did. So, I stopped her each time. She did get annoyed at this but agreed when I said to only attack him if he crosses a line and Muriel isn't paying attention or away.

"AAAHHHHH!" Eustace groaned in pain while ignoring Winter. He sat down on his chair while holding his back in pain as a loud cracking sound came from it. "My backs killing me. I ain't got no pep, no moxie. It's getting so I don't even have the energy to kick that stupid dog."

"I know how your feeling Eustace. Thet works just keep getting harder." Muriel said agreeing as she turned off the vacuum. She then turned to the window and saw white things falling from the sky. "Oh, my. Is it snowing already?"

'Yay.' Courage exclaimed jumping off my lap and going back up to my room. Probably to get changed for the 'snow.'

"I did not know this place had snow days as it's a desert." Weiss said looking outside.

"We do get snow days here Weiss. More often than you think. But it's nowhere near the time where it would snow." I told her as I stood up and walked over to the window.

"That's not snow. That's paper." Winter said walking up to the window. At that moment, Courage came back downstairs wearing his blue winter coat and went outside.

"Your right." I said as I looked closer.

"Best check it out." Weiss said as she went through the door. We followed her outside and saw Courage trying to make a snowball only to fail when he realized it was not snow.

"Live longer. Live better." I said reading a paper I caught from the air.

'Hmmm.' Courage said not trusting this.

"Up there." Winter said getting to our attention.

Looking over to her, we saw her point to the sky. Looking to where she was pointing, we saw an old plane that looked like it would break apart any moment. From it, tons of paper like the one I caught came out of it. Not to mention, a large smoke trail that seemed to indicate engine failure or something. But I have a strong feeling that it was just a part of it.

'Huh?' Courage asked confused when we saw the pilot start using a smoke trail to write in the sky.

"Live longer. Live better." Weiss read the message in the sky.

"That plane itself could negate whatever the plan is that the pilot is trying to spread." Winter said when the plane created a giant smoke cloud that blackened out the sky completely.

"LIKE NOW! MOVE!" I shouted when we saw the plane started losing control and head towards us.

Winter quickly grabbed Weiss and moved to the side while I grabbed Courage and dived in the other direction. However, the plane changed direction mere centimeters from having the propellers tear us to shreds. After it passed, we looked up and saw the pilot fly right into the windmill. Destroying the plane and windmill. A moment later, we heard the pilot yell out.

"Help." The pilot weakly called out.

"We should help him." Weiss said as we moved to go and help but Winter stopped us.

"Wait, the windmill is about to fall down." She explained. Looking back, we saw that the windmill did indeed fall down. "Now we can help the pilot if he is still alive."

"H-help me." The pilot called out from underneath the rubble of the plane.

"Hold on, we're coming." I shouted as we raced over to the wreckage. Getting there, we saw the pilot underneath the body of the plane. Grabbing his feet, we pulled him out to see two things. One, he is unconscious. And the second, is that he is not human.

"Um, is it me or is his skin green and eyes out of his head?" Weiss asked disgusted that she was standing in oil and grime.

"Not just you Weiss. But I don't recall any condition or sickness that does this to you. Either way, we should bring him inside to see if we can help him." Winter said examining him. All the while holding her nose to not smell all the fumes.

"Right." We agreed as I lifted him up and begin to bring him to the house. Getting there, we opened the door and headed inside.

"Oh, place him here." Muriel said when she saw us enter with the pilot.

"MY WINDMILL!" Eustace shouted when he looked outside and saw that the windmill was destroyed and in pieces.

"Okay." I said as we moved to the pilot and laid him down. Muriel then went over to him and placed her the back of her hand.

"Oh, heavens. The poor man is hurt." Muriel said looking him over.

"Luckily no broken bones. He is lucky to survive a crash like that. Though I am not sure what condition he is suffering that makes him green and makes his eyes pop out of his head." Winter added.

"Big deal. Tell him to fix my windmill." Eustace grumbled.

"He really has his priorities straight. Doesn't he." Weiss whispered to me sarcastically.

"Should we call a doctor?" Muriel asked worried.

"I'm not sure what doctor we should call for him. We don't recognize his condition. Best we take him to the hospital." Weiss answered.

"I will call a transport right- What was that?" Winter began to call one but stopped when the man started muttering very weakly.

"What did he say?" I asked as I moved closer to him.

"Maybe a hot soak. Or a nice cup of tea," Muriel said trying to make out what the man said. But he shook his head and continued to mutter weakly. "What can I get you?"

"If you can speak up, we can get you help." Winter told him.

'I think he said sludge.' Courage told me with hie ear pointed to the man.

"Did you say sludge?" I asked the man.

"Don't be ridiculous Jaune. Why would he ask for sludge?" Weiss asked with a glare. Only to go wide eyed when the man weakly pointed to me and nodded his head.

"How can sludge help?" Winter asked confused.

"I'm not sure. Courage, Jaune. Be good dears and go and see if we have any sludge" Muriel told us.

"Yuck." I said disgusted at having to collect sludge from around the house.

'Let's go find some sludge.' Courage said disgusted as well.

I nodded and we left the living room. Ignoring the smirking Schnee sisters. First, we went into the kitchen where Courage grabbed a giant container while I put on some gloves. We then head over to the stove and opened. Reaching in, we pulled out some sludge that was trapped there. Then we went to the roof and collected what we can from the gutters. And finally, we went back downstairs and took off Eustace's shoe's and began to remove the sludge from his feet.

"What's huh?" He asked confused moving his paper to look at us.

'Ha, ha, ha.' Courage laughed as we took the sludge from his foot into the bowl. As we did this, I restrained myself from laughing at the gaging Schnee sisters behind us. Once we were done with that, we brought it over to the man.

"Um, here is your sludge." I told him. He took and to our surprise and disgust, he started to chug it down like water.

"EXCUSE US!" Both Winter and Weiss shouted and ran to the upstairs bathroom. Most likely to vomit at what they were seeing.

"Oh, my." Muriel said bringing my attention back to the man. Only to recoil in shock that he finished the entire container. "You finished the whole thing."

'Yuck.' Courage said disgusted while sticking out his tongue. The man then sat up on the couch with Muriel moving to sit next to him.

"Feeling any better mister...?" She asked.

"The name's Conway my dear. And yes, thanks to you, I am on the road to recovery." Conway answered.

"And how did the sludge help with that?" Winter asked coming down the stairs.

"And why does smoke come out of your mouth every time you open it." Weiss asked as well. Looking over to them, I saw that they were still shaky in the knees and were green in the face and seemed like they could throw up again at any moment.

"The sludge has many different hidden benefits. With the only bad effect is having smoke come out of your mouth but that is harmless. However, I am still a little weak. I think it's the air. Something is in the air." Conway answered.

"Oh my. I should finish vacuuming." Muriel said as she got up and used her foot to turn on the vacuum.

"No, no, no, no." Conway said immediately. "My dear. You're using that machine all wrong. Flip the switch in the other direction."

"But I've always done it this way. Well, you are the guest." Muriel said unsure before flipping it the switch on the vacuum which proceeded to throw all the dust it sucked up back into the air. Causing us all to choke and cough a bit.

"AAHHH! Out with the good air. In with the bad. Out with the good air. In with the bad." Conway chanted happily.

"And how is this supposed to help us?" Winter asked as she helped steady Weiss who seemed to be struggling to breathe. Seeing this, Courage handed me two gas masks which I then brought over to them to use.

"Now, this can't be... good for you." Muriel struggled to say in between coughs.

"Would you all believe I'm one hundred and ninety-three years old?" Conway asked before getting up and doing a perfect backflip.

"I don't care how old you are. This can't be good for you." I argued as I put on my mask. Thankful that I could breathe again.

"Jaune. I'll be right back. I'm going to put Wiess in your room. Is that okay?" Winter asked getting my attention.

"Sure." I answered.

"My dears, not only are there health benefits to living like this. But think of the money you save on cleaning bills." Conway quickly said trying to convince us, Winter and a passed-out Weiss of these so call health benefits.

"Not interested." Winter said before heading up the stairs.

"Works for me though." Eustace spoke up at that mention of saving money.

"Well, honestly, I love to feel young again." Muriel said coughing.

"Me too." Eustace agreed.

"Then I'm the guy to help you." Conway declared.

"I don't think a person who crashed into a windmill in a haphazardly plane is fit to teach anyone anything." Winter said coming back down the stairs.

"Nonsense. I know how teach this for I am self-taught. Now, first of all, you must breathe deeply." Conway argued before showing what to do.

"It doesn't feel so good." Muriel said after trying to take a deep breath.

"Don't worry, you'll get used to it. Just do as I say. I've got many ways to help you live longer and live better." Conway told her.

"We don't need your ways Conway. Come on Muriel, let's get you some fresh and clean air." I said as I grabbed her hand and begin to pull her towards the door. But stopped when she started to rock back and forth.

"You know, it's not so bad. Once you get used to being woozy." Muriel said before falling backwards.

Luckily me and Winter caught he before she fell and moved her to the couch. Out from the corner of my eye, I saw Courage starting to sweep up the dirt that was already starting to pile up from the vacuum cleaner that was still on. Glaring at the thing, I turned it off and unplugged it as well. Winter even used her sword to cut the cord to make sure Conway can't use it. Though, she did assure me she would get us a replacement when this is all over. Turning back to Conway, we saw him place his filthy hand on Muriel's shoulder.

"Woozy? Well, I know just the thing to fix you up. Follow me." He told her.

"And what would that be Mr. Conway?" Winter asked with a glare.

"A nice soothing bath." Conway answered before helping Muriel up and heading over to the stairs. "Excuse us."

"I do not trust him Jaune." Winter said looking up the stairs as Conway just left our sight with Muriel.

"Yeah, he's clearly got an ulterior motive. We should follow him to see what he is actually going to give Muriel." I said agreeing with her.

'What do you think he is really after Jaune?' Courage as he came back from disposing the garbage and vacuum cleaner.

"I have no idea Courage." I answered.

"I still cannot believe that you are able to fully understand your dog Jaune." Winter said to me. Me and Courage looked at each other before shrugging.

"Same here. But either way, how is Weiss?" I asked her.

"She will be fine. She just passed out from how hard it was getting to breath. I opened the window in your room to let in some fresh clean air. Though, you may want to bring your computer into a repair shop." She answered annoyed.

"Let me guess, it crossed a line?" I asked. To which she just nodded. "Right, anyway, let's go and check up on Muriel."

They nodded and we went up the stairs to the bathroom to check on Muriel. But as we climbed up the steps, we became more nervous and disgusted at the amount of filth and dirt that already piling up. There was even some mud and mold already there as well. I ignored it while Winter wrinkled her nose in disgust and walked around everything. Getting to the top, we walked down the hallway to where the bathroom was located. Though, not before checking on Wess to make sure she was still okay. Once there, we looked inside the room to see Muriel in the tub that was filled with brown sludge.

'UGHHHH!' Courage groaned in disgust. He then immediately pulled out a bottle of shampoo and a brush.

"That stuff won't help you live long like Conway." Conway said pushing Courage out of the bathroom.

"Neither will whatever you put into the tub. Excuse me." Winter said pushing Conway out of the way before closing the bathroom door.

"Eh, I'll get back in there later. Anyway, you're a kid and you're a dog. You understand the benefits of filthy disgusting filth." Conway said to us.

"Yeah, there are no benefits." I told him.

'None.' Courage said agreeing with me.

"Well, then get used to is. With a little sprucing down, I think I can call this home." Conway said laughing.

"Yeah, and what's make you think we'll let you." I argued.

"Heh, you think this is my first time doing this. Not to mention, all I need to do stay, is convince your parents. And I have a special way to take care of your female friends." Conway countered before pulling our masks and letting go which sent us flying back. He then went downstairs.

'This ain't going to be good.' I thought as I got back up and helped Courage up.

'We're definitely going to need a shower after this.' Courage said readjusting his mask.

"One hundred percent. Anyway, we can't get rid of him now. But we best come up with a way quick. But right now, let's go check on Weiss. He nodded and we went back to my room where Weiss was only staring to wake up.

Three days later

"Filthy, gross, filthy." Weiss kept repeating back and forth while rocking on the floor.

It has been three days since Conway moved in. And it became a total hazard mess to even be near here. Aside from my room, the entire house was filled to the brim with dirt, mud, mold, grime and so many more things that I don't know the name nor want to go near. And that was just the inside of the house. Conway also made sounding area as filthy as possible as well. There were mountains of garbage and cesspools filled with liquids that I fear even going near. I am pretty sure I even saw bio waste barrels nearby.

"Was that a pig?" Winter asked when we heard an 'oink' come outside my room.

"Yeah, that pig arrived here last night. Though, not sure if Conway was the one who brought it here." I answered.

"Filthy, gross, filthy." Weiss repeated again with a faraway look.

"Weiss, look at me. Hey, look at me." Winter said grabbing her face. Forcing her to lock eyes with Winter's. "Take it easy. Breathe in and out. The air in this room is clean. Yes, that's it."

"How are you feeling Weiss?" I asked walking over to her.

"F-fine. Just filthy, I mean I'm gross. No, I just need, need..." Weiss began before trailing off.

"She's completely out of it." I said standing back up.

"Weiss may not be a germophobic, but she cannot stand any filth for long. And seeing all this must have made her lose it. We have to clean this up quickly or get her away." Winter said tuning to me.

"You know, I have to ask, but how are you dealing with all this and not freaking out?" I asked her only to shrink back at her glare.

"I did freak out Jaune. I am just better at being able to hold myself together. My training at Atlas Academy trained me to remain calm and keep myself as collected as possible even in the most unfavorable situations." She explained.

"Oh, that makes sense." I said thinking it over.

"Didn't you hear the slight banging last night?" She asked.

"Yeah, I think it was just Conway moving a barrel around though." I answered.

"No, that was me in the corner trying to get myself together from a quick, but short mental breakdown at having to see and smell all this filth that Conway brought with him." She corrected.

"Oh, um, how are you feeling now?" I asked feeling a bit guilty for not trying to help her.

"Better now. But I feel like we would all be better when we get rid of Conway and take a nice warm bath." She answered.

"Muriel, Muriel." We heard Eustace weakly call out downstairs. Followed shortly after by the sound of a barrel being moved.

"We better go and check on Muriel and Eustace." I told her.

"It would be best if you and Courage go. I want to stay here and try and help Weiss." Winter said with a worried tone as she moved over to Weiss.

"Right, come on Courage." I said getting my mask from the bed and putting it on. Turning to the side, I saw Courage shake himself clean from the small amount of dirt that got through.

'Coming.' He said as he placed his mask back on as well.

"We'll be back." I told Winter as I opened the door and exited the room with Courage next to me.

'I never understood how people can live like this.' Courage said as we made our way down the hall to the steps.

"Neither could I Courage. I may not be a neat freak, but I do like having everything clean." I said agreeing with him. Getting there, we went down the steps and saw something scary.

'AAHHHH!' Courage gasped in terror when we saw Conway rolling a barrel that had danger written on it.

"Of, course you have your health. You have better health than ever. Don't you feel fantastic?" Conway asked as he pulled the barrel so that it was standing and ripped the tab on it which releases a purplish toxic cloud of some kind into the air.

"Oh, such a pretty cloud." Muriel said when the toxic fumes went near her before coughing violently.

"WHERE DID YOU GET THAT HAZOURDOUS CHEMICEL CONWAY?!" Winter's shouting next to us startled us. Instead of answering, Conway laughed and left towards the kitchen. Winter was about to go after him with her sword drawn but stopped when we heard a strange noise coming from outside.

"What's that noise?" I asked as we headed to the door. Opening it, we saw men in hazmat suits moving what seems to be something for containment.

'EEK!' Courage shouted at we were seeing.

"I believe that is the public health department." Winter said showing us the sign that they nailed onto the door.

"CONDEMED!" I shouted in surprise at what I read.

"Perhaps they can-" Winter began but jumped back a bit when one of the guys in the suits popped out of nowhere startling us.

"OK! SEAL IT UP!" He shouted before leaving.

"No, wait." Winter said trying to get his attention before jumping back to avoid the metal door the seal us in. We then heard a vehicle driving away signifying that the men left.

'Oh, no.' Courage said realizing the situation.

"Now, what?" Winter asked turning around when we heard Muriel cough again.

"Perhaps start with the vacuum to clean up." Weiss said coming down the stairs. Trying her best to avoid the muck and grime.

"WEISS!" Witner shouted and ran to her. She then took off her mask and placed it on Weiss when we saw that she didn't have one on.

"Vacuum.! Ha! You all are going to need something much more powerful to clean this place up." Conway laughed when he heard what Weiss said as he entered the living room.

"Weiss, what are you doing here? You should be back in my room where its safe and clean." I told her which earned me a smack across the face from her.

"While I do appreciate the concern, I cannot sit back and do nothing. Even though I would like to wake up from this nightmare." She said with a glare.

"Okay, fine. But let's head back up and think of a way to clean this place up." I told her.

"Not to mention, find a way to get out of this place as the sanitation department locked us in here." Winter added.

"Actually, I do have a plan to do that." Weiss said as we headed upstairs.

"And what would that be Weiss?" I asked.

"Jaune. You said before you knew a bit about mechanics, right?" She asked.

"Yeah." I answered confused.

"Perhaps, we can use the remains of Conway's plane to make giant makeshift vacuum to clean this place up." Weiss explained.

"That could work." I said after thinking it over. As long as a few certain pieces are still functional, then we could make it happen. "But we still need to find a way to escape."

'Leave that to me.' Courage said as he raced to the attic. Coming back down a second later with something in his hands.

"A doggie door instillation kit. Better than nothing." Winter said after Courage showed us what he brought back with him.

"Okay, let's do this." I said as I grabbed the kit and headed back downstairs. After a few minutes, it was installed and we all slipped through it. We then walked down the long tube that led outside that was placed here by the sanitation department.

"Not completely clean air, but better than inside." Winter said taking off her mask. We nodded in agreement before heading over to the wrecked plane.

"So, can you do it Jaune?" Wiess asked after I went through and examined the whole thing.

"Just a few parts missing to make it work. But I did see them scattered about as we made our way here." I answered.

"Very well. Let's start then." Winter said as she took out some gloves and handed some to Weiss to put on.

One hour later

"And done." I said as we placed the finishing touches on the makeshift vacuum cleaner.

It was a painstaking hour building this. But we did it with only a few scratches from looking for certain parts. It would have been done a bit quicker but Weiss and Winter did pass out a few times when they saw some strange animal or get hit by a horrible smell as they dug through the trash for the parts I needed.

"So, are we ready to use it?" Weiss asked as she watched Courage place a balloon on the back of the machine to collect all the filth.

"Yes." I answered as I wiped the dirt and grease from my face.

"But first, I think we would need to test it before using it on the house." Winter added as she scanned the machine with skeptical eyes.

"And no better time than now. Though, you two may want to taek a step back." I told them as Courage handed me a remote. They seemed a bit skeptical but did so anyway. Pressing he button, we watched in amazement as the machine whirred to life before sucking up all the trash and muck that surrounded the house in one sweep.

"That went batter than expected. But, I would not clal this place completely clean as it has been exposed to toxic chemicals that Conway brought." Winter said admiring at how clean the place was now.

"Yeah, but we- CAREFUL!" I began but shouted and pushed both Winter and Weiss away when I saw a giant green statue of a lady holding a torch get sucked in as well.

"That has more suction than I thought it would have." Winter said shocked that the machine sucked up a giant statue.

"Wait, didn't we see that statue back in New York?" Weiss asked shocked.

"Yeah, guess this thing has much more power than expected." I answered wide eyed.

"Exactly how far is this New York from here?" Winter asked.

"I would say half the length of Vale." I answered. This caused Winter to nearly drop her mouth in shock.

"Well, let's get this into place." Weiss said as we moved to the machine and moved it so that the opening was inside the tunnel.

"This is going to be gross." I said as Courage and I put on a helmet and goggles.

"What are you doing Jaune?" Winter asked.

"We are going to use the machine to clean the house. But Muriel and Eustace will be sucked into the machine if we don't catch them. That what me and Courage are going to do. Go inside and use a giant net to catch them." I answered as we set up some bands to on the ceiling of the tunnel to keep us from getting sucked in.

"Okay, just be careful." Weiss said as we entered the tunnel.

"Of, course. Hit it Courage." I told her as we hooked ourselves on and told Courage to turn the vacuum on. And we discover that it was like being in a tornado from how string the vacuum pulled at us. Turning to Courage, I saw his skin nearly getting pulled off him. I could even see his brain from how far back his skin was being pulled.

'Ow, that hurts.' I thought as the trash stated flying towards us after the metal door was yanked open and all the filth started to hit us like miniature bullets.

'Here they come. Get ready.' Courage said covering his mouth to not let trash get in. Nodding, I turned back to the door and lowered the net we brought with us to catch Muriel and Eustace that were sucked in.

"YAAAHHHH!" Conway screamed as he got sucked up as well but we did not catch him and instead let him get sucked up.

"Turn it off Courage." I yelled after a moment when no more trash came. He turned it off which allowed us to get down safely. We then helped Muriel and Eustace out of the net and then out of the tunnel where they started to take deep breaths of clean air. Then, suddenly, they inflated and went back to how they were before Conway.

"Are you both alright?" Winter asked them.

"Oh, I haven't felt this good in days. Thank you, dearies." Muriel answered.

"Speak for yourself. I was saving me some money on cleaning equipment." Eustace complained. Looking over to Winter, I saw her eye twitch a bit at hearing Eustace say that.

"Help, get me out." Conway shouted before realizing something. "Well, you know it's actually kind of nice in here. So polluted."

"Well, I hope Conway can go where he can live like he wants to. Like a pig." Muriel said about Conway.

"And hopefully to a place that no one ever has to put up with him" I added as Courage and I removed the balloon from the vacuum before tying it up.

"Hold on. Before you sent him off." Winter said getting our attention. She then moved up the balloon and placed a tracker on it.

"So that Atlas can come and take him back and place him under quarantine and make sure he never escapes again since he is a hazard to the environment and people he goes near." Winter explained.

"Live long like Conway." Conway said happily as we sent him flying off.

"Courage, Jaune. You both look a fright. Let's go inside and clean you up." Muriel said pointing to all the filth that was on us.

"Hose them off out here. I don't want their dirt inside the house." Eustace complained before heading inside alongside Muriel.

"I think we can all take a nice warm shower." Weiss said pinching her nose as she walked up next to me.

"And some heavy disinfectant." Winter added.

"We couldn't agree more." Courage and I said as we walked over to the side of the house to hose ourselves off. Feeling great that we are a bit cleaner.

'Now just need to clean the rest of the house.' I thought as we entered the house along with Winter and Weiss. Only to see both of them faint when we saw a giant filthy pic sitting on Eustace's chair reading the newspaper.

"Great." I said as Courage helped me bring them over to the couch.
