Missed me? Yeah, nearly done with something else and that's taken all my attention. Will make an announcement at the end so read this! I wanted a cute and fluffy today.

Also, Ben Aflek(sp) as Batman? Unless they pull a bunny from the hat with the movie, DC's shooting itself in the foot again. Wait, not a bunny, an elephant. Viva la Peanut! XD

Timmy - 6

Monsters in My Bed!

"Daddy..."

Bruce popped one eye open at the familiar, scared whine he heard. Looking to the side of the bed where the noise originated, he spotted his youngest clutching his stuffed dog, half asleep. Was he sleepwalking? "Hmghm... Yes Timmy?"

"There's a goa'uld in my bed."

Had to be sleepwalking. That couldn't be a real thing. "A what?"

"A goa'uld," the boy repeated, still half asleep. "Its name is Kobald, he's fourteen hundred years old, and wants to make me evil. Can you get Jack to kill it?"

Slowly the adult turned onto his back, waking up and stretching as he tried to figure out what he was talking about. Goa'uld. Jack. Why where those names so familiar together? Oh, he was so tired... "In the morning. How about you sleep here until then?"

"But if you don't stop it, Kobald will take over Vala and infiltrate the Tok'ra. Then they'll make a supergate and bring Darth Vader to Earth."

Names started to click in Bruce's head, a sure sign he was waking up. Internally he groaned. Okay, no more scifi marathons for Timmy until he could realize these things weren't out there. Who knew watching Star Wars and Stargate would influence his dreams this much? Maybe he should count his lucky stars he hadn't brought up tribbles yet.

"I'm afraid O'Neill is busy with the Alterrans," he fibbed quickly, looking back to his son. Maybe this will be easy to fix, like Jason and those 'spiders' in his bed last year. "Is there anything I can do in his place?"

Pouting slightly, Timmy's shoulders wilted with his head. "No... You don't kill. Even goa'uld."

"Not entirely true. I have no problems killing snakes if they're trying to take over you, or the world." He gave his son a slight smile, pushing himself upward to handle this and put him back to bed. "Come on. Let's get rid of that parasite and save the universe."

The clearly dozing boy seemed to think about it for a minute before nodding. "Okay..."

The sleepy child slipped into his father's arms as soon as he was vertical, picked up, then carried out of the room and back to his own just before nearly losing complete consciousness again. Bruce smirked to himself, cuddling the boy against his shoulder as he slid inside and pulled back the covers completely. It was a bit tricky, but the large man managed to search the bed for anything that may resemble the goa'uld in Timmy's imagination without waking him.

Smoothing out some surfaces, he nodded in satisfaction before laying the child back into his bed. Carefully he tucked in the kid, smoothing out as much as he could to prove there were no snakes in his bed. Mystery Dog laid against his chest, keeping him safe from evil once again. That toy apparently didn't work on sleepwalking though.

Smiling fondly to himself, Bruce kissed his son's forehead to reassure them both and ensure this wasn't a fever influenced dream. Unfortunately it brought back the kid's consciousness at the same time. "Daddy?"

"Yes Timmy?"

"Did you get it?"

The man smirked in amusement. "I got it, all thanks to you. The universe is safe."

"Good." He yawned a bit, then snuggled down into the covers. "I knew you could do it. Batman can do anything."

"Then why did you ask for O'Neill?" Honestly Bruce was a little worried when Timmy said 'Jack'. Had he remembered something about his father, Jack Drake?

"Because he kills all bad guys," the boy murmured, slipping back into his dreams. "Batman tries to fix them."

His insides settled a little as he brushed the boy's hair aside. "There's a little good in everyone."

"Not Goa'uld."

"What about the Tok'ra?" His question fell on deaf ears, his son already asleep again. Sighing slightly, Bruce shook his head and left the room to get some shut eye of his own. He paused a moment at the door and looked back to make sure the boy was really asleep this time. So far so good. "Sleep tight Timothy. Sweet dreams."

A/N: Guess what I've been watching! It's been about eight years since I watched SG-1 and then I saw an ep on TV and remembered my roomie has the entire series. Been marathoning it and one night last week I woke up convinced there was a Goa'uld in my bed. Knocked down a cup trying to switch on a particular light blindly. As soon as it was on, I realized it wasn't real and wasn't possible. Did this only once before in high school, when convinced there were giant spiders on my bed and to get rid of them I had to turn on the light and wipe them off my bed. This is the closest I've gotten to sleepwalking that I know of, and this is what happens when I watch too much of a single series. ^^; Yeah, I'm nuts. Figured Timmy and the others would be Stargate, Star Trek, and Star Wars fans, along with a lot of other Scifi and fantasy series. So... *shrug*

Anywho, I'd like to announce that Sacrifice, the extended version, is nearly done being written. It still will need a heap load of editing to make it flow right, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel! It's just pulling teeth doing Cass' chapter, which is nearly done now. I have chapters 1-30 consecutively on my deviantart page as a rough draft (I'm still editing) if you want to see what I've got thus far, but it's not perfect.

So yeah, that's what's up. Quick question though: can anyone name all of Lucius Fox's family? I've got names for two daughters and a son, but not his wife or any other children. Names and ages relative to the Waynes would be awesome. Thanks!
