DISCLAIMER I DO NOT OWN BROTHERS CONFLICT IN ANYWAY SHAPE OR FORM

Natsume somehow managed to look away from the imagine of his babies to look at the doctor who was busy taking notes.

"Dr. Kawari?" he asked, "my wife is healthy enough to carry all 4 babies to term, right?"

"Oh yes, based on what her tests have said," Dr. Kawari assured him, "if I didn't think so, I would have said so."

Natsume nodded, "that's good."

"However, with that said, I am recommending you to a different doctor, one who specializes in helping with multiple births," Dr. Kawari mentioned, "Dr. Senyu. He's one of the best in helping with these types of pregnancies. Dr. Asahina knows him too, and she'd recommend him to for your situation."

He handed him a note with his information.

"I can try helping set up an appointment for you if you like," Dr. Kawari offered.

"Sure, thank you," Natsume said.

Dr. Kawari nodded, "if you want you can wait in the lobby while I get that set up. I'll need to send him your information as is."

"Thank you," Natsume said as the man walked out. He looked back at Ema who was just staring at the screen that still showed the image of their apparent four babies. She hasn't stopped staring this whole time.

"What are you thinking?" Natsume asked.

"I'm wondering how many are girls and how many are boys," Ema admitted, "I'm hoping it's split evenly, two of each!"

"That might be nice," Natsume agrees also looking at the screen. He himself trying to guess what the babies all were.

"Knowing our luck they're all boys or at least three boys and one girl," he said.

"I'd be happy for any scenario with those four, as long as they're born safely," Ema said.

"Yeah," Natsume agreed. He breathed a little sigh. "Well it may not be as big as 13, but it sure does seem huge in its own way."

"I know," Ema said, "I'm kind of glad. I did want a big family."

"I know," Natsume said. "It'll, it'll work out."

As they pair came out into the waiting room, they were shocked to see someone else waiting there.

"Ukyo?" Ema said surprised.

Ukyo almost fell out of his chair.

"Oh, hi," he said.

"Were you waiting for us to come back out?" Natsume asked.

"Well, I had some time before I had to return to the office," Ukyo sputtered as he stood up, adjusting his tie.

"Ukyo are you still waiting?" Tomori asked as she came back out into the waiting room herself. She paused when she saw Ema and Natsume.

"Oh done already?" she said excited, "anything you want to share?!"

"Well," Ema said a little nervous.

"Uh-oh, I don't like the sound of that Well," Tomori said, "have a moment to talk back in my office?"

"Sure," Natsume allowed. He even motion for his brother to join them.

"Is everything okay?" Ukyo asked once they were in Tomori's office. "Is something wrong with Ema or the baby?!"

"No, nothing too bad yet," Ema said.

"Yet?" Tomori asked, "that, that can't be good. What's going on? I bet I can find you a good specialist in any field!"

"Actually Dr. Kawari is already making arrangements for us to see a specialist," Natsume said.

"For what? What did he find exactly?" Ukyo asked.

Ema and Natsume looked at each other then at their family.

"We're having quadruplets," they said together.

"I'm sorry, what?" Tomori asked.

"We're going to have four, at once," Ema explained.

"Dr. Kawari heard four heartbeats and then did an ultrasound that showed four fetuses," Natsume added.

"Oh my god!" Tomori said as she sat down in her office chair. "This is incredible!"

Ukyo looked at his brother in shock.

"You seriously got her pregnant with 4 at the same time?" he asked.

"We'll, she did her part," Natsume said looking at Ema.

"Yeah, but still," Ukyo said.

"Oh wow," Tomori said, "who's Kawari sending you to see? Cause I would personally recommend Dr. Senyu. I've sent a few patients his way, like if they were pregnant with triplets or even sometimes twins if the situation called for it."

"Actually that is who he's sending us to," Natsume said.

"Good, he'd be the best choice I could think of," Tomori said.

Just then there was a knock at the door.

"Come in," Tomori called out.

Dr. Kawari immediately walked in.

"Hi, I figured you'd be in here if you weren't in the lobby," Dr. Kawari said, as he handed Natsume a slip of paper, "Did they tell you?"

"Yeah, quadruplets," Tomori said, still sounding shocked.

"Dr. Senyu says he can see you tomorrow at around the same time if that works," Dr. Kawari told Natsume and Ema.

"Yes, that would be fine," Natsume said, "right?"

"Oh yes," Ema agreed.

"Good, he'll take good care of you," Dr. Kawari assured them.

"Yeah he will, he's the best," Tomori also insisted.

"Thank you, for all your help Dr. Kawari," Ema said with a bow.

"It's no problem," Dr. Kawari said, "I wish you both, as well as your future children the best." He bowed and headed out.

"Are you sure you know what you're doing, exactly?" Ukyo asked, "giving birth to four is a big deal!"

"We know," Ema said, "but we're prepared to handle it."

Ukyo and Tomori nodded.

"Well, at least with 12 uncles and few aunts, you'll have no shortage of help and support," Ukyo said as he finally gave Ema a hug.

"Congratulations, both of you," he said as he shook Natsume's hand.

"Thank you Ukyo," Ema said happily. She looked down at her belly, "I don't know know if you heard, but that's your uncle Ukyo speaking."

Ukyo chuckled, "yep, one of your very loving and devoted 12 uncles."

"Oh, yes, all 12," Natsume muttered, "can only imagine the kind of influence a few of them will have on the babies."

He shuddered a little at the thought.

"In the meantime, you two will be quiet about this right?"

"We want to share the good news with everyone ourselves," Ema said.

"Oh yes absolutely," Tomori promised.

"You have our world," Ukyo also promised.

"Thank you," Ema said.

"We should get going," Natsume said.

"Take care, good luck," Tomori said as the couple left. She looked at her own husband.

"So, any thoughts about having another one ourselves?" she asked.

"Not for a while," Ukyo declared.

When Ema and Natsume returned home, they found Juli pacing on the table again.

"You're going to make a run if you keep doing that," Natsume said.

"Oh Chi! Natsume! You're home," Juli said trying to sound calm, "I take it, everything is safe and ideal?"

"Well, we did get quite a shock," Ema said as she sat down.

"Shock? Shock about what?" Juli asked.

"Go ahead and tell him," Natsume said.

"Well, we're having four," Ema confessed, "quadruplets."

"Wha-wha-wha-wha-wha-WHAT?!" Juli sputtered. He turned and looked at Natsume.

"You got her pregnant with four!" he shouted.

"Well, it's not like she didn't contribute in some way," Natsume said.

"But still!" Juli said, "you know how dangerous it'll be!"

"We understand, that's why we're seeing a specialist tomorrow," Ema said.

"Oh good, he better take good care of you in the meantime!" Juli snapped looking towards Natsume.

"I intend to!" Natsume said seriously, "I'll do everything in my power to keep her and the babies safe."

"Thank you Natsume," Ema said happily, rubbing her belly, "I can't wait for you to see what a great man your father is!"

"Thanks," Natsume said, "hopefully they already know what a great woman their mother is."

Ema blushed. Before she could respond, there was a knock at their door.

"Who's that?" Ema asked.

"I'll go see," Natsume said as he went to the door.

"Oh no!" he moaned.

"What? Who is it?" Ema asked.

"It's my brother, Aunt Hikaru," Natsume said as opened the door.

"I heard that," Hikaru said with a smirk.

"What are you doing here?" Natsume asked.

"I've come to see if I was right about you two back at the party," Hikaru said as he made his way in. "Of course, from your rather rude comment, I'm guessing I was right, yet again."

He smiled at Ema. "So, was I right?"

"Um, yes," Ema said. Hikaru raised an eyebrow.

"But there's something else isn't there?" he asked as he sat next to her, "something you ready to share?"

Ema looked at Natsume.

"Go ahead and tell him, we were already going to ask for his help in the matter of telling everyone else," Natsume said as he sat at his desk.

"Hikaru," Ema said, taking his hand, "we're having four, four at once. It's quadruplets."

Hikaru actually looked a little stunned by the news.

"Really?" he said. Then he looked at his brother. "Natsume, you dog!"

Natsume groaned, "we both did this, we both made them."

"But still," Hikaru said smug, "and now you want a special way to share this wonderful news with the rest of the family, right? And that's where I come in?"

"We were kind of hoping," Ema said.

Hikaru smiled and squeezed her hand, "don't you worry, I'll come up with a brilliant way to tell the family. You just tell me when you're ready."

His eyes drew down to Ema's middle, "can I feel?"

"Uh, sure," Ema allowed.

Hikaru gently put his hand on her belly.

"Hmm, I think I'm feeling, a...," Hikaru paused, "do you want to know now or wait?"

"You can't possibly know what they are," Natsume said.

"Oh yee of little faith," Hikaru said smug.

"What do you guess Hikaru? I want to hear," Ema insisted.

"He can't know," Natsume kept insisting.

"How about I say just one?" Hikaru asked, "for now?"

"Okay," Ema agreed.

"The one I'm feeling, is, a..., boy," Hikaru declared.

"Really? You're so sure?" Natsume asked.

"Guess we'll know in a few moths, now won't we?" Hikaru said as he stood up, "I mean I was right that she was pregnant. But, what do I know?"

He still walked over to Natsume and surprised him with a hug.

"Congratulations still little brother!"

"Yes, thank you," Natsume groaned.

"And you of course, sweet sister!" Hikaru said as he managed to give Ema a little hug as well.

"Thank you Hikaru," Ema said kindly.

"Don't worry, Uncle Hikaru will be for you no matter what, for whatever reason," Hikaru assured her.

"These babies are going to have some amazing uncles," Ema said happily.

"Chow for now, Natsume, Ema and babies," Hikaru said as he let himself out.

"Well, that's three now that know," Natsume muttered once they were alone. "Five possibly if we still count Louis and Yuki.

"Well, they don't know how many," Ema said.

Natsume looked at her with a smile, "I guess we really will have to start looking for a bigger place. I wonder how big we'll be able to get."

He turned and started fiddling with his computer.

Ema smiled as she looked at her belly some more.

"I bet your Uncle Hikaru's right, I bet at least one of you is a boy. I'd even believe it if he could make a guess for the other three."

"How's it going?" Juli asked as he joined Natsume at the computer after a while.

"House hunting isn't exactly easy," Natsume admitted as he kept looking, "and I need to get some actual work done."

He and Juli looked over at Ema who was working with her own laptop.

"Do you think she's going to be okay?" Natsume asked.

Juli pondered the notion, "I, can't say," he admitted, "I'm feeling too overwhelmed as it is. She might not grasp how serious this all is yet."

"True," Natsume said. He rubbed his head in frustration. "it's not just her and their health we'll have to worry about. There's all the financial situations we'll have to tackle. There's schooling we'll have to worry about. Making sure we give them all the attention they'll need. And, who knows what else we'll have to deal with!"

Juli tried to comfort him, "calm down, calm down. We'll get there. You just learned all this. Take a breather, don't get overwhelmed."

"You're right," Natsume said, "I don't have to find a house today, we have a few other things to focus on."

"Exactly," Juli said. "Deep breaths, deep breaths Get back to work for now. Focus on that. Then we'll get back to the babies and Chi."

Natsume agreed as he did just that. Although, he really couldn't seem to think about anything other than the fact of him expecting four babies.

Juli meanwhile ran over to Ema, jumping on her shoulder.

"How are you feeling?" he asked.

"I'm feeling okay for the most part," Ema insisted, "I'm actually looking at baby names while also getting these spreads done for one of the magazines."

"Hmm, you sure are acting rather calm about this," Juli mentioned, "a little too calm, don't you think?"

"Well there's not much more I can do at this point. I'm sure after we see Dr. Senyu tomorrow, he'll have some recommendations for what I should do to maintain my health and the babies' health for now."

"Aren't you just the slightest bit nervous?" Juli asked.

"A little, but Dr. Kawari said that having four should be safer than ever before," Ema assured her friend.

"Hmm," Juli moaned, "you're acting too calm, as usual. It's just like when you first moved into the Sunrise residents! I kept warning you, you were moving into a den full of wolves! But did you listen to me? No! And then look what happened!"

"What?" Ema asked, looking over at Natsume at his desk, "I found a wonderful man who became my husband?"

Juli moaned.

"I suppose," he admitted.

"What's that?" Natsume asked looking over his shoulder.

"Nothing dear," Ema said, "Juli and I were just agreeing what a great husband you are."

"Oh, okay, thank you," Natsume said returning to his work.

"Look, Juli panicking this early won't do any good. We need to keep a calm cool head so we'll know how to tackle any situation that'll be coming with having four babies at once. Right now, I just want to feel happy that I am going to be a mother!"

"I guess," Juli said, "you know I can say this with confidence, you will make a good mother."

"Thank you Juli," Ema said as she too returned to her work.

The next day, Ema once again found herself having an ultrasound with the new doctor.

He had pretty much started on it right away when they first were called in.

"Well, looks like Dr. Kawari was correct, you are indeed having four," Dr. Senyu said.

"And are they looking healthy?" Natsume asked.

"Yes, they are looking safe and healthy," Dr. Senyu assured him. "Looks like they're about two months along. And are so far developing normally."

"When could we start seeing complications? If any are going to happen?" Natsume asked.

"Probably within the next two months," Dr. Senyu said, "by then they'll be bigger and starting to develop more. That could start to cause problems as they'll need space to develop properly. With four in there, it could cause all four to be tiny and born prematurely. But some may have issues with some of their other natural developments, like with their hearts or lungs as such."

"How likely is that scenario?" Natsume asked.

"It'll probably mostly depend on how big your womb is able to grow to make room for all four Mrs. Asahina," Dr. Senyu explained, "but from your file and examining you in person, I think it should be able to grow fine to help the babies develop healthy that even when they're born early, they'll be just fine."

"Is there anything I can do to help with that?" Ema asked.

"Not much," Dr. Senyu said, "but I am going to give you a diet I'd like to see you follow as your pregnancy goes along. That'll help you stay healthy and provide enough nutrients for all four babies. Also, there's a few simple exercises I'd like you to try even as you grow bigger. It'll help with your health as well, even after you've had the babies and want to lose some of that baby fat."

"Alright," Ema said, "thank you."

'Also, I'll want you to come back and see me more often than you would with a normal pregnancy," Dr. Senyu instructed.

"How often exactly?" Natsume asked.

"At least every two weeks," Dr. Senyu said, "more if it looks like we have to keep a better watch on the babies."

"Okay," Ema and Natsume agreed.

"How often have you help delivered in a multiple birth, Doctor?" Ema asked out of curiosity.

"Well, I did do a set of sextuplets, ironically six months ago," Dr. Senyu said as he walked over to his wall full of baby pictures and pointed to one picture of six babies all wearing a blue and red outfit of sorts.

"Wow," Ema said at the picture in awe.

"I also help assist in the birth of that set of septuplets two years ago," Dr. Senyu also said pointing to another long photo of seven babies dressed in jamies all laying next to each other.

"You help with that?" Ema asked amazed.

"I was call in to assist," Dr. Senyu corrected, "my highest as head doctor has been sextuplets. I've had four cases over the course of my career."

"Oh wow," Ema sputtered.

"How many quadruplets have you help delivered?" Natsume asked.

Dr. Senyu had to think about it for a moment. "At least 12 over my career. And 17 quints."

"17?!" Natsume said. Then he had a thought he wanted to address.

"How many casualties have there been?"

"Ah," Dr. Senyu said, "well we've been lucky so far with the sextuplets. But at least two of my quadruplets lost one. And four of my quints lost a baby, one even sadly lost two."

Ema gasped.

"Sorry, but it would be better for you to know there is still a chance for that possibility," Dr. Senyu explained.

"Right," Ema said, squeezing Natsume's hand.

"But there's been plenty more that successfully given birth to all their babies and they're growing up fine," Dr. Senyu assured her, "we've come a long way with safe delivery of babies. Even with them coming early, we can help them come safe and healthy."

"How early will the babies have to come?" Natsume asked.

"At least 32 weeks, or seven months," Dr. Senyu said, "We'll probably have to schedule an actual day to deliver so we're more prepared. But don't worry, I've had babies that have come even sooner and are doing fine. There's one little girl I can think of, she was born 1 lb, 8 oz. And now she's a happy bumbling 7 year old in the first grade. I even heard she's taking skating lessons. So there is probably no reason your four born at seven months or earlier, won't be able to grow fine to someday even have their own children."

Ema nodded in understanding.

"Thank you for everything Dr. Senyu," she said.

"I look forward to seeing you progress through this, Mrs. Asahina," Dr. Senyu said happily.

"Yes, thank you," Natsume said.

"Can we start telling everyone we want to?" Ema asked.

"I don't see why not," Dr. Senyu said. "can only imagine how that'll go. Dr. Asahina told me about all your brothers. These babies are going to make your family even bigger, if that was even possible!"

"Yep,' Natsume muttered, "one big happy family."

"In fact, wait a second," Dr. Senyu said quickly as he typed on his computer and then hurried out of the room.

He soon came back with a few pictures in his hand, "here."

"Oh, sonogram pictures of the babies," Ema said excited.

"Yeah, one for you and about 13 more, one for each brother and your parents," Dr. Senyu said.

"Thank you!" Ema said staring lovingly at her picture of the four babies.

'I love you four so much already!' she thought with pride.

As Natsume and Ema left the clinic, Ema kept reading the notes on the diet Dr. Senyu had recommended.

"You want to go to the grocery store and see about getting some of this stuff?" Natsume offered.

"Can we?" Ema asked, "don't you have to get back to the office?"

"They'll understand if I'm late or can't make it," Natsume assured her. "Think you'll be okay with your boss, being pregnant with four?"

"Yeah, I'll have to talk to him, won't I?" Ema said. "I'm sure he'll understand though."

"We should look into getting another car too, hmm?" Natsume asked.

"Like a minivan?" Ema asked, looking at one drive past them.

"That probably would be the best choice," Natsume said, "I'll help you find one." He looked back at his own car.

"I wonder if I should trade in mine for a bigger car as well."

"Um well, I, guess, let's see how badly we need two massive big cars," Ema suggested, "having a small car for doing simple things might not be a bad idea."

Natsume nodded.

"But I will help you find a big car, one that'll fit all four," he promised, "one that'll hopefully be easy to get baby seats in and out of."

That made him suddenly moan.

"What?" Ema asked.

"Four baby seats," Natsume muttered, "just one cost so much. And what about strollers? Do we get one big ones or a few small individual ones? Either one's probably going to cost."

"Mmm," Ema nodded, "also cribs, and changing table," she added.

"Tables," Natsume insisted, "we'll need at least two. And all the clothes and the diapers. Oh my god, the diapers!"

"Natsume, calm down, please!" Ema begged.

"Right! Right!" Natsume told himself, "one thing at a time. I bet after a while I'll be calm enough I can figure us out a budget."

"And I can help too," Ema offered, "I'm not as careless as everyone thinks."

"I know you're not," Natsume said, "I'm sorry I act like you are sometimes. You contribute so much to our lives and help out so much. You'll probably have a better grasp on this than I will."

"No, they'll be some things that you'll handle much better than I will. We're in this together. The only thing we won't be able to share is the actual giving birth," Ema said with a laugh.

"Yeah, and no offense, but I'm not particularly interested in sharing that with you," Natsume said.

"Oh, I wouldn't want you to," Ema assured him still cheerful.

"We doing good?" Natsume asked as he and Ema walked around the grocery store, getting some of the items that Dr. Senyu had recommend.

"Yeah," Ema said, adding another item to cart. "A lot of these things actually look really tasty."

"That's good," Natsume said. "No sense in making you suffer more during than necessary during the next months."

Ema nodded happily.

"Oh Natsume, look, baby items!" she said suddenly when they walked past another isle, filled with baby products.

Ema quickly headed down, looking at the various items and Natsume casually followed.

He kept looking at the different products, as well as some of their prices. Especially the diapers.

"Do they even have the sizes we'll need?" he asked himself.

Ema meanwhile stopped when she came to the baby formula.

"Mmm," she sais as she picked up a jar.

"we'll probably have to use this with our babies?"

"Oh probably, just so they each get the proper nutrition," Natsume said, also picking up a can.

"Do you think I'll have a chance to possibly nurse any of them once in a while?" Ema asked.

"Uh, probably should ask Dr. Senyu next time you see him," Natsume suggested.

"Good idea," Ema agreed as each put their cans down and moved on.

"Did you see any diapers you liked?" Ema asked.

"Didn't really looked per say," Natsume said, "I was mostly checking out prices. I don't know what size we'll need for how small they'll be."

"Maybe Dr. Senyu will know," Ema said.

"That's what I was thinking," Natsume agreed.

Just then Ema's phone rang.

"Oh, it's dad," she said as she pulled it out.

"What does he want?" Natsume asked.

"Not sure," Ema said as she answered, "hi dad."

"Hi honey," Rintaro said back, "glad I caught you. Something's come up and your mom and I are going away for a few months. So with everyone still around more or less from Subaru's engagement party, your mom wanted to have a family dinner this Friday so she can see everyone one last time before we go. Think you and Natsume can make it?"

"Tell him yes," Natsume said before Ema could ask, "We'll be there."

"Natsume and I can make it," Ema said happily.

"Wonderful, it'll be nice to see the whole family more or less together ina more calm natural setting," Rintaro said.

"Yeah it will, see you Friday Dad," Ema said as she hung up. "That almost sounds like the perfect opportunity to tell everyone about the babies!"

"Yeah, I bet once Hikaru finds out, he'll come up with an idea to reveal it,' Natsume said.

Right then Ema's phone rang again.

"It's Hikaru," she said.

"Speak of the devil," Natsume said.

"Hello my dear sweet sister, mother of four," Hikaru said happily, "did you hear the request for a family dinner this Friday by chance?"

"Yes, Dad just called inviting us," Ema said.

"Splendid," Hikaru cheered, "so with that said, are you and Natsume comfortable to allow me to reveal to the rest that you're expecting?"

"Tell yes, we're ready," Natsume muttered.

"Natsume says he's okay and so am I," Ema assured him.

"Wonderful!" Hikaru said excited, "I already have the perfect plan! And that'll include those who might not make it!"

"How many aren't going to make it?" Ema asked.

"Don't know, I'll have to get a headcount," Hikaru said, "but I guarantee a show!"

"Thank you Hikaru," Ema said.

"Anything for you sweet Ema," Hikaru said, "you and your children, both the...,"

"If he's trying to guess what we're having, tell him to knock it off. He can't know!" Natsume suddenly declared annoyed.

"Is Natsume still insisting that I don't know what the genders are?" Hikaru asked.

"There's no way he can know!" Natsume kept insisting annoyed.

"He's always been a stubbornly practical man," Hikaru said, "one of his minor faults. Hopefully one that doesn't get passed down to your four children."

"Oh, I'm not worried about Natsume as a father. If anything I'm happy he'll be able to teach the children the more practical side of life. I have a good feeling they'll be able to handle life with him as a guide," Ema insisted.

"Oh there you go again, being the kind hearted understanding woman we all know and love!" Hikaru said, "it's no wonder even stubborn Natsume fell for you.

"Hikaru," Ema moaned embarrassed.

"Sorry," Hikaru apologized, "I'll see you Friday with my reveal show!"

"Thank you Hikaru," Ema said.

"Of course, my beloved sister!" Hikaru said excited as he hung up.

"So, we're going to let everyone know come Friday?" Natsume asked.

"Sounds like!" Ema said excited. Natsume could see her clenching her hands excited.

He did have to admit he was a little excited to share the news with people, mostly his mother.

"Do you think Hikaru might really have a good guess about what gender our babies will be?" Ema asked as they headed to the check out.

"I really don't know," Natsume admitted, "especially since there's a chance he's just trolling us. Why do you?"

"I have a small gut feeling," Ema said as she put the items on the counter.

Natsume shook his head, "you would," he said.

"Did you need come cigarettes too?" Ema asked.

Natsume looked over at the counter that had their cigarette display behind it.

"No," he said.

"What?" Ema asked surprised.

"I'm going to do it, I'm going to quit all together. No matter how hard it might be," Natsume insisted. He looked at the cashier, "where are you smoke buster section?"

"Not too far," the clerk said, pointing to where they were.

"I'll be right back," Natsume said as he ran off. Soon he came back with a few boxes of patches.

"You really serious about this?" Ema asked.

"I am, for the babies' sake and yours," Natsume said, "it's not healthy for a pregnant woman being around cigarette smoke."

"Natsume," Ema cooed, touched her husband was willing to make such a sacrifice for their family.

"You quitting will almost be as much a struggle as me being pregnant and giving birth."

"I wouldn't go far," Natsume said, "but I appreciate the support."

"Of course!" Ema said as she helped gather up their grocery bags.

She noticed something that wasn't food in one of them.

"What's this?" she asked as she fished it out to see a back of four different pacifiers.

"Natsume did you get this?" she asked.

"Yeah, they just looked like a good idea," Natsume muttered.

Ema beamed. "it's good to see you relaxing a little with helping to buy some baby things."

"It's only a package of pacifiers," Natsume said, "it's not something big like a crib or something."

"But still, small steps is maybe what you need," Ema said.

"Maybe, we'll see," Natsume said.

Arthur's note:
The little girl mentioned by the doctor being born at 1lb, 8oz is actually based on a real life person, my niece who was born that small and is now a happy healthy baby girl and really is taking up ice skating
