It was Wednesday, June 4, 1986, just right in the middle of their first week of summer vacation. Lori, her boyfriend Bobby and her son Lincoln, who were wearing their summer clothes, were getting ready to visit the grandfather of the family at the Sunset Canyon Retirement Home.

"Ahhh. Sunset Canyon Retirement Home. A place full of fun. A place of peace and harmony. A place that contains a pool, shuffleboard tournaments and it's all filled with old, kind elderly people. Ahh. What a romantic place to be when you visit one of your elderly family members," Lori said to herself.

"It sure is dear. I just can't wait to see your grandfather and his pals there," Bobby said as he kisses Lori on the cheek.

"Oh, honey. You and the kids always keep me smiling for many years to come," Lori said sweetly as she kisses Bobby back in a romantic way. Some moments later, she realizes something, " Oh. I almost forgot. Kids! How are you doing? Are you getting ready?"

Lily and Lincoln were in the bathroom getting ready and Lincoln was combing their hair and washing his face clean of any pores, acne or rashes.

"Yeah, we're just washing our faces, doing our hair and getting our teeth brushed," Lincoln responded.

"Okay! We'll be ready within ten minutes," Lori explained.

Ten minutes later, Lori and Bobby were all set. Lori grabbed her purse with her and they were both downstairs.

"Well, dear. We ready to go to the retirement home?" Bobby asked Lori.

"Yep. All set. Can't wait to see ol' Grampa at the retirement home. Hey, kids! Are you ready?" Lori called for Lincoln and Lily as they came downstairs.

"Yes, Mom. We're ready!" Lincoln said after he and Lily came downstairs.

"All right! Let's get going then," Lori said as they all went to the driveway and they all get inside the Mustang with Lori at the driving wheel and the kids sitting in the back, "Are we ready to see Grampa at Sunset Canyon?"

"I sure am," Bobby said happily.

"Yes, Mom. I truly am," Lincoln said happily.

"Goo!" Lily babbled in happiness.

"Well, all right! Let's go," Lori said happily as they pull out of the driveway and onto the road, making their way to Sunset Canyon Retirement Home, where the elderly reside in harmony and peace.

Sometime later, they arrive at the retirement home. Lori then parks the car on the curbside right up by the retirement home.

"Well, this is it, fellas. Ready to have some fun?" Lori said to them happily.

"I sure am, Mom," Lincoln said happily.

"Goo!" Lily said happily.

They all then get out of the car and head to the door with Lily being carried in Lincoln's arms.

"Thank you guys for letting me visit the old Pops with you guys," Bobby said happily, "It's been so long since we've all seen him!"

"Believe me, honey. It's going to be a fun time at the retirement home," Lori said sweetly when suddenly, an elderly man is coming out with a box of his belongings.

"But..but...but...but..." It is revealed that the retirement home's guard, Sue was leading an elderly man out of the retirement home.

"Sorry, man. If you would have gotten your butt home by the curfew, you'd still have yourself a place to live," Sue said as she chuckles, "Now why don't you find somewhere else to be for a while? That might help your situation, fella."

"Well, that explains it," Lori said nervously as she, Bobby, Lincoln and Lily all enter the retirement home and Lori rings the bell. Suddenly, a seventy-year-old elderly man with white hair named taps Lincoln's shoulder followed by him tip-toeing to the side.

"Huh... could it be?" Bobby said in surprise.

"It is. It's..." Lincoln said in surprise.

"Grampa/Pop-Pop!" Lori, Bobby, Lincoln and Lily all shouted happily as they hug the old grandfather.

"Boy, are you a sight for sore eyes?" Bobby said happily.

"I sure am, Bobby," Albert said to Bobby and Lori, "And it's really good to see you again, Lorraine. You and Bobby must be the mother and father of Lincoln and Lily Loud."

"Uh-huh. We are, Grampa," Lori said.

"Lori, I know you and Bobby are 17 years old and you're the parents of two kids, Lincoln and Lily.

"Yeah, We are, we know that," Lori said.

"But since you were the one sibling that took Lincoln in as your son and Lily in as your daughter after they were born, Lori... I'm proud to call you my special granddaughter," Albert said softly to Lori.

Lori becomes lovestruck upon that statement because Albert called her his special granddaughter.

"Wow. You actually know that I'm their mother since I took them in, Grampa," Lori said happily.

"And Bobby. I'm proud to make you part of the family," Albert said as Bobby patted his shoulder.

"Don't mention it, Grampa. Lori and I are quite used to raising our kids back home," Bobby said softly.

"So Lori, how are your sisters doing?" Albert asked before Lori replied, "Perfect. They've never been better."

"Though I have to say. Your new place looks nice by the way," Lincoln commented.

"Thanks kiddo. It took me months to get in here. I had to wait for three people to move their butts out of the home to find houses of their own before I got myself a room of my own. This place has got a pool, shuffleboard tournaments, and it's filled with all my old pals. I'm really loving it here," Albert explained, "So, what's on today's agenda for you all, by the way?"

"It's fairly simple. Mom, Dad, Lily and I have all got our whole day planned out," Lincoln explained.

"Yeah. With the arcades, carnival, and maybe even a little laser tag," Lori explained.

"Wowsers!" Sue replied out of nowhere, "That sound's like oodles of fun...

"Yeah! Especially the laser..."

"If you wanna wind up in the ER. Ha ha ha. I think Albert will be happier spending the day here at Sunset Canyon. Right, Albert?" Sue asked.

"Don't even mention it, Sue," Lori responded suspiciously.

"Ha ha ha. Ya think?" Sue asked her.

"No! I don't! Now get back to work, Sue!" Lori shouted at Sue.

"Yes, Lori! I'll get back to it as you command, you... your royal highness!" Sue said nervously as she quickly runs off to get back to work.

"Boy. That nurse is very strict. I'm afraid I can't go," Albert said dejectedly.

"But Grampa, We..."

"It's okay, Lori. Sue here takes real care of us. She knows best," Albert explained.

"Excuse me?" Lori asked Albert when suddenly, Scoots comes speeding on her electrical scooter.

"Scoots!" Sue screamed as she pulls out a velocity speed gun, "You're going 5 miles over the speed limit! Someone just lost her pudding privileges!" she runs after the speeding elder, "Get back here!"

"Wow. She knows too much!" Lori said to herself.

"Talk about a stereotypical super smart nurse similar to Hitler," Bobby said to himself.

"Stwict Nurse," Lily said to herself.

"Hey, how 'bout we all have a swim together?" Lincoln asked happily.

Albert obliges and walks with Lincoln, Bobby, Lily and Lori. Albert changed into his swim shorts, Lincoln, Bobby, Lily and Lori also changed into their swimwear. They all then ran to the pool together.

"Are we ready for a little swim, everybody?" Lori asked happily.

"I'm ready! I'm ready! Ready for a swim!" Bobby said happily.

"Ready for a swim!" Lily said happily.

"More than ever, guys!" Albert said happily.

"Cannonball!" They all shouted but stop as they hear Sue's whistle.

"Cannonball? That sounds like a hoot, if you want to end up breaking a hip, Albert," Sue informed but Lori was mad at Sue upon the statement.

"Sue! Can you just mind your own goddamned business for one?!" Lori said angrily at Sue.

"Look, Lori! I'm doing the best I can to make sure elderly people stay safe and unharmed!" Sue informed Lori before she gave her a death glare.

"Do you really want to ruin our day, Sue? Huh?! DO I REALLY NEED TO GET SOMEONE ON YOU SUE?! HUH?!" Lori said angrily to Sue who is really frightened by Lori's death glare towards the nurse.

"All right. You, Bobby and the kids all go right ahead into the pool and have fun," Sue said despondently.

"Thank you!" Lori said as the four hi-five together and jump into the pool together.

"Let's have fun together, Mom and Dad!" Lincoln said happily.

"STAGE DIVE, DUDES!" Lori said as they jumped into the pool while imitating Luna as they all make a splash into the pool.

"Well, what about me?" Albert asked Sue.

"Say, why don't you grab a seat on the helper chair in the meantime?" Sue suggested nervously, "Just trying to be nice since Lori's here. You know. It's Lori's orders, by the way."

An elder is on the helper chair with a line of elders waiting for their turn.

"Very well, Sue," Albert said as he walks towards the helper chair.

"And speaking of pool safety, I have something for you," Sue said to Lincoln and Lily as they look to each other.

Later, Lincoln and Lily were floating unhappy in the pool with their parents Lori and Bobby, wearing life vests and water nose-plugs.

"I was one for safety when I was young, but even I think this is too much on you, son," Lori said nervously.

"Let's face the facts, dear. That is just one dastardly nurse running this supposed to be peaceful retirement home," Bobby explained.

"Okay, everybody. Splash fight in 3,2,..." Albert said before they then get interrupted by Sue's whistle.

"Okay fellas. Out of the pool. It is time to reapply sunblock," Sue commanded.

"D'oh!"

"Does she never shut up for once?" Lori said disappointingly as Albert goes back up in the helper chair.

"But we're indoors," Lincoln explained.

"Like I said, that's one dastardly nurse here," Bobby said.

Lily blew a raspberry in agreement.

"Now fellas, Sue knows best," Albert said as Lori, Bobby and their kids swim away off-screen.

"But Sue. I-I just got the hang of this noodle and I need some more time in the water," Seymour begged.

"Very well, Seymour, you can stay in the water. You're gonna have to be very careful because if you don't get sunblock, you skin's gonna flake off like a burnt potato," Sue said coolly as she chuckles.

"Oh... Good call Sue..." Seymour said as he paddled backwards but suddenly...

"Wait! Seymour!" Lori called for Seymour as he stops and looks at her, "Hold up! I think Bobby might supply you with some sunblock."

"Okay, thank you. I'll be right there," Seymour said as he heads out of the pool to get some sunblock that Bobby brought.

Later that day, Albert, Lori, Bobby, Lily and Lincoln were back in the grandfather's room playing Twister. Lincoln spins the board.

"Left foot red!" Lincoln said as Albert tries to stretches his left foot onto a red panel and blows a raspberry upon placing it. Lori prepares to spin, but Sue stomps on the arrow.

"OW! Sue! What is with you?!" Lori asked angrily.

"Well, doesn't this look like a great way to end up in traction? Why don't you go help Scoots with her cat puzzle?" Sue suggested while Scoots is eating from the pudding dispenser despite having her privileges taken away and blows her whistle, "I EXPRESSLY SAID NO PUDDING, SCOOTS!"

"You'll never catch me, SHREW!" Scoots laughs and scoots off while Sue gives chase and keeps blowing her whistle.

"Boy, that shrew is gonna need a lot of shaping up to do," Bobby said.

"I agree. I was thinking about getting a bailiff on her," Lori said but they look at her with surprised expressions, "Relax, everyone. I was just thinking about it.

Later, they were in Albert's room.

"Grampa, you really need a nap? Because I can certainly use one. I am so sick and tired of Sue's rules!" Lori screamed.

"Now now, Lori. Sue knows best," Albert tried to calm Lori down.

""Sue knows best" "Sue knows best". Sue does NOT know best!" Lori said angrily.

"Yeah. I'm with dear Lori on this," Bobby agreed.

Lily blew a raspberry indicating that she agrees with her parents Bobby and Lori.

"Can't you see what Sue's done to you? She's convinced you you're old and frail. But you're not," Lincoln replied.

"Yeah, the last time we hung out together, you crushed those Navy SEAL's in paintball," Lori said happily.

Flashback to the SEAL's screaming and being splattered by Albert who comes swinging on a vine vigorously. End flashback.

"Ho, ho. I took it to 'em. But that was years ago, guys," Albert explained.

"Actually, it was last month, I think we should go have a fun day out on the town like we used to," Lincoln explained.

Albert: Okay, you, Lily and your mom and dad all sold me. Let's blow this popsicle stand!" Albert replied.

"Off to the downtown area we shall go!" Lori shouted.

Sue is monitoring the lobby when she spots Lincoln, Lily, Lori, Bobby and Albert heading out the door.

"Ahhh. Where are you three Peppy Pete's off to? Albert, shouldn't you be in bed?" Sue asked.

"He's not tired, Sue!" Lori screamed at Sue.

"Oh, I didn't realize we had geriatric experts on the premises," Sue explained.

"Well, these experts know best unlike some people!" Lori replied but Sue becomes a little afraid at Lori.

"We're just going out to have some fun!" Lincoln explained.

"Yeah, my kids and dear Lori know what we're doing!" Bobby explained.

"We'll that sounds like a good way to miss our 6:00 P.M. curfew. And you know what happens if you miss curfew? You'll be heading right out the door on your proverbial keister," Sue explained but Lori got angry at her.

"Don't even get me started, Sue!" Lori said suspiciously.

"Uh...come on, fellas. Race you to the shuffleboard court," Albert said before suddenly...

"No!" Lori yelled as she stops Albert, "We're taking Grampa on a well-needed day out of this maximum security prison! And you are not going to stop us from enjoying it!"

"And we promise you we will be back by 6:00 o'clock curfew," Lincoln explained.

"Hm, okay, fellow Louds. Lead the way," Albert exclaimed.

Just as they're about to leave, Sue nervously points to her watch to remind Lincoln, Lily and their parents Lori and Bobby not to be late as he glares at Sue, Lily blows a raspberry at her.

"We'll see about that, twerp!" Lori said angrily at Sue as they head out.

Later that day, when the five arrive at Dine 'N' Dance, Lincoln, Lily, Bobby, Lori, and Albert are ordering lunch.

"Five cheeseburgers, five fries, and five chocolate shakes, please," Lori said.

"Oh, not for me. I'll just have the cottage cheese and melon slices," Albert said but Lori, Bobby and their kids all look at him confused.

"Excuse me?" Lori said in confusion.

"Sue says I should stick to foods that are a little easier to digest," Albert explained.

"Wait, you mean this from the guy who cleaned out an entire Chinese buffet?" Lincoln asked him.

Flashback to Albert eating everything at the buffet, forcing the family who owns the restaurant to close up the shop. End flashback.

"I took it to 'em. Ah, what the hell? I'll have what he's havin'. And put chili on everything," Albert replied.

"Well, not everything. Unlike Aunt Ruth, my stomach's actually a very big delicate for great foods. Porkchops and steaks are great examples," Lori explained.

After lunch, Lori, Lincoln, Lily, Bobby and Albert are all stuffed and Albert passes gas.

"Ew. Grampa!" Lori and Bobby said in unison.

"Wasn't me! Someone must've stepped on a frog," Albert explained.

"You can say that again, Grampa," Bobby said as they laugh together.

"Hey, hap cats and kittens! It's time to do the twist!" A waitress announced as a 50's style greaser dances with one of the waitresses and another waitress offers to dance with Albert.

"Uh, thank you, but I really shouldn't. Sue says dancing is a great way to slip a record," Albert said to her in concern.

"But, Grampa, you love to dance," Lori said nervously.

"They did call me "Jitterbug" in the Army," Albert said as he actually dances with the waitress after all while the waitress laughs gleefully while dancing with Albert.

"Wow. He sure can dance really well," Lincoln said romantically.

And so for the rest of the day, Bobby, Lori, Lincoln, Lily and Albert spent the whole day together. Playing Laser tag, carnival rides, mountain climbing, and seeing whoever can go the longest without brain freeze.

Lincoln gets him, his sister Lily, mother Lori, father Bobby and their Grampa five hot dogs and notices he made a new friend.

"Lori, Lincoln, Lily, and Bobby, my new friend T-Bone here was just telling me about a mechanical bull riding competition," Albert explained.

"Well, why don't we tell him some other time? I think we gotta get back before 6:00. Sue said..." Lori explained sternly to Lori.

"Aw, nuts to Sue! You were right about her! She got me thinking I'm an old geezer. But I still got some pep in my step," Albert said as he shows off a few dance moves.

"Yeah, but Sue said if we miss curfew, you'll be out on your proverbial keister," Lincoln said in fear as Albert finishes his hot dog.

"You let me deal with Sue, kid. Now, you ready to saddle up?" Albert asked.

"Ummm... okay. I'm in," Lincoln responded.

"Okay, worrywarts, then I'm outta here. Let's ride, T-Bone!" Albert shouted as the biker and the geezer head off.

"Hey, wait! What are we doing, guys?" Lincoln screamed as they all chase after Albert down the street and spot the motorcycle parked next to a bar.

"T-Bone's bike!" Lori, Bobby, Lily and Lincoln all shouted in unison.

"But, where's Grampa?" Lori said in fear.

"Maybe he's in there," Lincoln explained as he points to a bar the bike was parked in.

"Um, you go on ahead. I'll stay here..." Lori said nervously but...

"Come on!" Lincoln shouted as he grabs Lori and they enter the bar, "Mr. Bone, do you know where her grandfather is? And I'm talking about my mother when I'm asking that."

"Oh, you mean Cowboy Al?" T-Bone asked.

"Cowboy Al?" Lori and Bobby asked in unison.

"Your Pop's bull rindin' name. Haven't seen him since he won that dadgum competition," T-Bone explained as he shows a recording he took of Albert on the mechanical bull on his camcorder.

"YEE-HAW!" the recording shouted.

"Well, if he's not here, where is he?" Lincoln asked.

Wait! I may have an idea!" Lori shouted as she points to the bar's TV where a baseball game is on.

"Martinez goes back for the catch, and...what in blazes? There's an old man on the field, in his boxers! And there go the boxers," the Sportscaster announced as Lily, Lincoln, Bobby and Lori cover their eyes upon hearing that last part.

"Off to the ballpark we shall go!" Lincoln shouted.

They leave the bar and head for Sterrett Field. But later, while they were watching the game, Albert gets kicked out for that little incident and a crowd comes raging out and seems to have carried him off. Now Albert is skateboarding off a half-pipe and lands right on a breakdancing stage in style. The heavy metal band Horns on a Rabbit then grabs him and takes him in their van where he performs sax on stage with them with the crowd raving as he then performs a stage dive outside of the theater with Lincoln, Lily, Bobby and Lori trying to catch up every which way to no avail.

"Oh no! Kids! Bobby! It's 5:30! Grampa's curfew is in 30 minutes," Lori said in fear.

"Well then let's waste no time and get him back to the retirement home immediately!" Bobby shouted before he looks up to see that he's riding a plane, skywriting "Grampa Rules". He grabs some passerby's glasses to get a better look while he crashes off-screen.

"LOOK OUT, WORLD! ALBERT'S ABOUT TO TAKE IT TO YA!" Albert shouts as he jumps out of the plane, "YAHOO-AH!"

Lincoln yells as he, Bobby, Lily and Lori rush to where Albert's gonna land and he lands somewhere in the trees nearby and lets out a fart.

"Ewww, Grampa!" Lori complained.

"Whoops! Guess I had too much chili. Sorry, kiddos. I think I overdid it a little today," Albert explained.

"Ahhh, you think?" Lori asked.

"That's okay. If we hurry, we can still get you back in time. Hold on," Lincoln said as he proceeds to get him down.

"Alright, we got you down! Now let's get you back home and get you to your curfew immediately! Let's go!" Lori explained before they immediately head for the retirement home. When they arrive, Lori, Bobby, Lincoln, Lily and Albert reach the front door only to find that Sue's patrolling the lobby again and split up. She gets out her keys, ready to lock up, and looks at her watch which shows it's a few minutes before curfew.

"Ah, close enough," Sue said to herself as she locks up.

Lincoln tries to open the front door, but it's no use.

"Attention, residents! Time for room check!" Sue said on the voice box.

"Oh no!" Lori said in fear

"I think we're a little late, dear," Bobby said in fear.

"We can't give up yet, fellas!" Albert shouted with full force.

"Psst! Al! Up here!" Bernie called as Lori, Bobby, Lincoln, Lily and Albert turn to the others at their windows, "We saw you at the ball game on TV. Didn't know you were a boxers guy."

"I saw your name in the sky, Al. You really do rule!" Seymour shouted.

"We're not gonna let Shrew kick you outta here. Come on, you old farts! I need your canes!" Scoots commanded as Bobby, Lori, Lincoln, Lily, and Albert smile with hope.

Meanwhile, Sue's checking on the rooms.

"Evening, Melba. Ah ah ah! Hold it, Mel. No liquids before bed," Sue shouted.

Scoots hooks Seymour and Bernie's canes down to Lincoln, Lily, Lori, Bobby and Albert who use them like a climbing rope and get up to her room, but Sue is checking up on that room next only to see Scoots.

"Just workin' on my cat puzzle," Scoots replied.

As soon as Sue leaves, Lori, Bobby, Lincoln, Lily and Albert pop out from behind her sofa and they sigh in relief.

"That sure was a close one, guys," Lori said quietly.

"Poo..." Lily said to herself.

"Albert?" Sue called while preparing to check Albert's room before suddenly, Seymour comes out in a towel holding a shower head.

"Sue! Help! I can't turn my shower off," Seymour shouted before Sue goes into his room to help him out and Albert and the others sneak over to the door to Albert's room only to find it's locked and checks his pockets.

"Nuts. Can't find my key," Albert said in fear.

"I got ya. You gave me a spare," Bernie replied as they enter his room and get the spare key.

"Thanks, Bernie," Lincoln said softly.

"Yeah, it sure was nice of your help," Bobby replied and they use the key and get into Albert's room.

"We did it!" Lincoln said happily.

"Yeah, that sure was a piece of cake, son!" Lori said happily.

"Goo!" Lily said happily.

"We sure took it to Sue," Albert said happily and they all fist bump, but...

"Oh, did you, now?" Sue replied to them.

"Yeah, we sure did! That sticky old monkey, didn't see us coming!" Lori explained.

"Guys?" Lincoln asked in fear.

"Sure I'm not one to break rules. But the rules that ball-brained bitch makes are totally unfair!" Lori continued.

"Guys?" Albert asked in fear.

"I'm surprised you guys haven't stood up to her!" Lori continued.

"Guys?!" Bobby asked in fear.

"Look, fellas! I mean she's only one stubborn nurse! She..." Lori continued before suddenly...

"Ahem!"

Lori turns around to see Sue is behind not only her, but also Bobby, Albert, Lincoln and Lily as well.

"D'oh!"

Now, Albert is being kicked out of the home.

"But-but-but-but-but Sue. Albert didn't do anything wrong! He was just a little late! I..." Lori replied but...

"Nope, sorry pal. You missed curfew and it's out on your keister!" Sue explained before she closed the door. Lori starts to feel dejected by this. But then she decides to think of a plan.

"We're sorry, man. We never should have made you leave today. And now you're getting kicked out. I know how much you loved it here," Lincoln said dejectedly.

"Besides, you can come live with us, Grampa," Bobby explained, "It will be a real pleasure having you in our house with your daughter and son-in law."

"No worries, kiddos. I regret nothing. You see that day we just had? I don't wanna be livin' in a place that makes me feel like an old geezer anyhow," Albert replied as Lincoln, Lily, Bobby and Lori smile at what he just said and Sue was touched by it.

"Well, that's quite nice," Sue said nicely, "All right, fellas. Let's get back to our spots."

Scoots then comes in with an angry look on her face.

"Hold on there, Shrew. If you kick Albert out, then you gotta kick me out, too," Scoots said angrily.

"What? Are you asking for it now?" Sue asked in fear.

"And us, too!" Seymour shouted angrily as all the seniors are shown to be standing up for Albert.

"Wait. What's going on with you guys?" Sue said nervously.

"Yeah! You won't have much of a seniors' center without seniors! Zing! That's a burn from Bernie!" Bernie shouted as the seniors all give death glares at Sue, convincing her to let Albert back into the retirement home.

"Guys, please. I can explain everything. I didn't mean to be this forceful to you elderly people," Sue said nervously.

Lori then spoke angrily and suspiciously at Sue, "Sue! You need to listen to them! Give them another chance here at this retirement home! Otherwise, I'm getting the law enforcement on you and we'll hire a new nurse to run the retirement home! This is your last chance, Shrew!"

At this moment, Sue was frantically nervous. Knowing that Lori threatened to call the law enforcement on her and hire a new nurse to run the home, Sue had no choice but to obey Lori.

"All right, guys. Albert can stay," Sue said sadly and the seniors cheer when she says so as she lightens up, "But from this moment forward, I, Nurse Sue, will make sure to treat all of you properly from now on under Lori's command when she visits."

"Don't you worry! We'll go back when we are good and ready. We are not babies and you are going to stop treating us this way or we're gonna get us a new nurse here like Lori said!" Albert commanded.

"Read you loud and clear, Al! Also. I don't really think I need this clipboard anymore," Sue said happily as she throws the clipboard aside out of her hand, "Come on, everybody! Let's hold him up!

With that, she leads the seniors away as they along with Lori, Lincoln and Bobby hold Albert, but that proves to be a mistake as they drop him on their frail bodies and they moan in pain.

"Boy, there goes the hip," Albert complained to himself.

"Hey, it's getting late. I think we should head on home," Lori explained as they head to the car where Lori parked.

"Hey, fellas. Thanks for taking me out on that beautiful day with you guys," Albert commented.

"No problem, Grampa. We all handled it just perfect," Lori said happily.

"Well, so long, fellas. I just cannot wait for your next visit," Albert responded, "Especially you, Bobby. And, bring your chaps in case we wanna do some bull riding."

"And my parachute," Lincoln replied.

"And some lifeguard swimsuits when we go to the pool," Lori added, "In fact, Bobby may show me how to be a lifeguard one day during this summer."

"Girl, you know how to treat children well," Albert commented positively.

"Gee, thanks, but maybe we can do something less dangerous the next time we visit?" Lori asked.

"Yeah, maybe we'd have a little night out at a fancy restaurant. Don't you think?" Bobby asked.

"Hey, Big Al! We're having a celebratory late night swim! Go grab your trunks!" Seymour shouted for Albert.

"Don't need 'em! Till next time, fellas!" Albert said as he heads inside and takes off all his clothes.

"Now this guy knows how to party!" Scoots said happily.

The expressions on their faces indicates they doesn't wanna see that.

"I think we should probably get on home, kids," Lori replied.

"Yeah, it's getting late," Lincoln replied.

"Yeah, let's go," Bobby replied.

"Poo..." Lily replied.

With that, they all get in the car and drive back home to the Loud House. When they get back home, they were eating turkey and mashed potatoes with gravy for dinner.

"So Lori? How was your trip to see your grandfather?" Rita asked.

"It was great actually. Bobby, the kids and I all did tons of fun things with him today. First off, we went for a little swim at the retirement home's pool, then we played a little Twister. But man, was that Nurse Sue really strict. She might possibly be similar to Adolf Hitler, Prime Minister of Nazi Germany during World War 2," Lori explained.

"No kidding," Rita commented.

"And we all had lunch at Dine N'Dance and had us some cheeseburgers and french fries," Lori explained before Lincoln and Lily burp from the lunch they had earlier. Bobby follows suit with a deeper burp, "And then, we all played laser tag, went on some wacky carnival rides, went mountain climbing, and guess what. The four of us went and saw whoever could go the longest without brain freeze while drinking smoothies."

"Wow! That is really amazing," Rita commented.

"Then soon afterwards, we went to Sterrett Field to watch a little baseball game," Lori continued.

"Wow. I saw my father getting kicked out of the field for a little incident getting carried off by the crowd," Rita commented.

"And then, the kids and me and Bobby all went skateboarding within half-pipes and then we saw Albert play a sax on stage with a heavy metal band Horns on a Rabbit and the crowd was raving and he then performs a stage dive outside of the theater while we trying to catch up every which way to no avail. And let's not forget to top it off with him riding on an airplane in the sky. Woo-wee!" Lori explained.

"Well, I'm very glad you all did all of those things together," Rita commented.

"Oh, and I also know that they nearly kicked Grampa out due to him missing his curfew," Lori explained.

"Oh dear. This meant that he would have to move back in with us," Rita commented.

"But... thanks to my bravery and my full knowledgeable personality, Sue had no choice but to let him back in under my command. And now, she's starting to treat the elderly nicer and show them more care and respect," Lori explained.

"Wow! That sure was a lot of stuff you said to me today. Well, it sure was a long day for you all and I think we should rest up for tomorrow. Okay?" Rita suggested.

"Alright," Lori responded.

Later that night, after Lori, Lincoln, Lily and Bobby all washed up, got into their pajamas and brushed their teeth, the four were in bed together. Leni, who was in her bed, getting ready to sleep, decided to speak to Lori.

"Hey, guys. I was so worried about you all. Where have you been all day?" Leni asked.

"We met our grandfather at the Sunset Canyon Retirement Home, Leni. You and Ronnie Anne should've seen what we all did with him," Lori explained.

"Like what?" Leni asked.

"Going for a little swim at the retirement home's pool, playing a little Twister, eating at Dine N'Dance, playing laser tag, going on some wacky carnival rides, and going on some serious mountain climbing," Lori explained.

"Wow. That was like a great day for you guys," Leni said before she yawns, "Well, goodnight Lori," She then goes to sleep.

"Goodnight, Leni," Lori said softly and then gives her son Lincoln a goodnight kiss who has already fallen asleep, "And goodnight, dear Lincoln. Sweet dreams."

She and Bobby then fall asleep together after Lori turns off her bedroom lamp. Rita then comes by Lori's doorway, adoring what she is seeing.

"Wow. Lori and Lincoln do look cute when they sleep together," Rita said to herself as she closes the door and goes to her bedroom to sleep with Lynn Sr. The scene then cuts to the Loud House where the living room light is turned off when Rita goes to sleep with her husband.
