Merope watched Holly all night. the little girl was soo cute. she sucked her thumb and let out a little yawn making cute faces.

she tried again to move the black strands of hair from the baby's face. " you're so beautiful Holly " Merope grinded when she got some strands to move. " much better " she said in a soft voice before she layed by Holly. the little girl moved about before waking up in the early morning. " ma ma? " she looked around A bit before looking confused. " mama? " it wasn't long till tears welled up in her eyes. " mama, mama I wan' mama! " she was crying now calling for her parents " dada! paddy! moony! " she yelled well trying to get out on the crib to go to look for them.

Merope understood that kind of pain she was in. seeing your parents die in front of you, it probably scared her the most out of the attack. she focused again and smoothed her. the crying died down to mere hiccups." dada... mama... paddy... moony... " she hugged her blankie. an hour later the shaggy haired man came into the nursery. Holly stood up with help from the crib bars. " paddy, paddy! uppie uppie! " she cried a bit as she begged him to be held.

he picked her up and held her tight. " oh Holly. it's ok, paddy's here. shhh " he rubbed her back till she calmed down. " mama ... " he looked at her with watery eyes. he lifted her up and kissed her head. " I'm sorry sweetie, I really am. but know that your mommy loved you so much... " Merope watched feeling happy for her granddaughter for having a good person looking out for her.he washed and fed her. her hair was put in cute pigtails that morning

James woke up in the hospital getting checked over by one of the nurses. Dumbledore was the first to visit and ask where Holly was. he know but Dumbledore wanted people looking for her. James nodded along with it. his head was pounding and all he wanted was to see Kara and his son. his daughter was probably with Sirius being taken care of while he heals.

Albus Soon left to contact the ministry about Holly Potter being the girl-who-lived

and to get her back to her family, safe and sound.

when the clock struck noon the man got up with holly " ok let's go see daddy, ok? " Merope sat next the Holly looking sad. she knew it was probably to say goodbye... before taking on the child to rise... they left the manor to go back to her home to say they're good byes... Holly clung to him as they walked but just as they were about to get to the other Manor where tom was at people in auras uniform's surrounded them.

she gasped and covered holly when the men pointed their wands at them. the man did the same, he covered Holly. " what are you doing!, I'm one of you! "Holly cried and hide her face in his chest. they throw a stunner at them." are you crazy! she's a baby! " he tightened his grip on her, he wasn't going to let her go. " let the girl go black, she needs to be with her father. " Merope was horrified, didn't they know her father was dead? " I'm her godfather! "

the man fought them off as best as he could be he was stunned and they took her weeping granddaughter away. Merope followed. cursing the man in the most imaginative way possible

Albus was soon alerted that they had found Holly Potter. Sirius Black had her and was now going held on trial for kidnapping. he'll tell James and he'll decide what to do. but in the meantime time, Holly would go to her aunt's home to go into hiding. for her own safety.

her poor Holly was in a holding cell like a criminal... she held her tight even when it wasn't effective much. they had been there for days. no one had come to get her. Holly would cry and barely anyone would help her, change her, feed her or hold her... what was wrong with these people! she was a baby for goodness sakes!

when Merope left to see what was going on about something or other she watched them slack off and drink coffee or play games with each other! what were they being paid for? to lounge about doing nothing. she huffed off to be with her granddaughter.

at half past 4 in the morning when a guard woke up Holly to give her give her some food before the Aura picked her up without saying a word. " put her down you no good oaf! " she followed steaming mad. he had a blanket for her. where was the rest of her things johnny law! shouldn't you have her diaper bag with her. she held on to them as he popped them to some sad looking home. it was a good size but had no color or identity. he had the goul to leave her there and pop away.

Holly was obviously scared and held the blanket tight. she stroked her head and kissed it. " it's ok sweetie, grandma is here ... shhh love... you'll be ok... " Merope didn't really believe it but she had to have hope... she stayed with her all night till morning came and a man opened the door. he had a walrus mustache, fat, and had a pig's nose.

he let out an irritated sigh. " pet the freak is here! " Merope was appalled to hear them say that about a child. they hadn't even met! " she's not a freak you fat, pig nosed wanker! " she knew he couldn't hear or see her but she wasn't going to let that go. he had moved out of that way and was replaced with horse faced woman with brown hair and a skinny body. she wore the most hideous shade of pink that didn't go with her dress at all nor her shoes.

she picked Holly up and closed the door in Merope's face. she Fazed right through it and saw Holly on the floor. " pet make sure that thing doesn't get up on the couch please while am at work. " Merope was pissed off now. Holly has been through enough heartache she deserved to have a loving home! not some heartless beasts.

when James heard where his daughter was he was relieved before he spits out his water. " call of the trail off now! " Albus looked confused " but he kidnapped Holly James? don't you want her to be safe? "

James's jaw drop before he glared at him" he's her godfather! he's allowed to take her headmaster, you know this! " Albus looked disappointed in him " but he sold you both to Voldemort... he was your secret keeper " James groaned. " he wasn't our secret keeper, Peter was! "

Albus argued that they must have been working together but James didn't want to hear it. " Sirius was not a death eater "

Albus sighed " but he's still going on trial "

it was a week after that his friend was put in Azkaban for 9 years for kidnapping ( which he did not ) attempting to run away with the Potter heir, and fighting the officers.

James was mad at the headmaster when he came to visit. " what the hell Albus! he didn't do anything " Albus looked at him with regret. " I know it's hard to believe but his trial was fair and holly is safe. " James looked at him suspiciously " what did you do " Albus sighed " she is being hidden from Voldemort's death eaters by being put in the muggle world James " James was about to have a conniption fit. he cursed him before calling for a nurse to get Albus out of the room. after he left he cried for his more than likely lost daughter.
