So the pairings that are confirmed are Annabeth and Artemis. Who should be the next one? I'm thinking of having more than 3 soulmates for Percy. I know that the initial decision was for 3. But I really want to see Piper, and Athena in the mix.

THIRD PERSON POV

Camp Half Blood was buzzing with excitement. The valley is as green and beautiful as ever, surrounded by hills, with Thalia's pine tree standing tall. Strawberry farm spread out under blue sky. Pegasi flying above. There was a jovial feel surrounding Half-blood Hill.

Demigods, Hunters, Amazons, and all other nature spirits were waiting for the arrival of their new King and Queen. Even the Olympians, some minor gods and goddesses were also there. Today was the start of a new age. The Arena was packed to the brim, with spectators.

Two figures flashed into the arena.

One was an intimidating, tall, handsome man. His enchanting green eyes, that show kindness and authority at the same time, with messy jet black hair. He wore an assassin's garb, looking threatening and graceful. The sheer amount of power radiating from him was making even those strongest of gods want to kneel.

The other was an attractive woman. Her intimidating metallic gray eyes swirling like storm clouds, and curly blonde hair with deep tanned skin. She was looking as much like a goddess as she was. She was drop-dead gorgeous. Her striking beauty was incomparable, causing people to breathe heavily. But her aura and stance seemed of a warrior. A true goddess like Artemis and Athena, making everyone shiver at her mere gaze.

As if on cue, everybody except the gods and goddesses, got to their knees. Showing respect to their King and Queen. Percy raised his hand, and they all stood up, settling themselves down at their seats.

Percy glanced at the stage to see, two thrones at the center for him and Annabeth. Surrounded by 14 temporary guest thrones for the other Olympians. Percy and Annabeth sat upon their thrones, feeling the same surge of power course through them.

Percy cleared his throat and began, "Demigods, Hunters, Amazon, and nature spirits. You don't have to kneel down in front of us. Just your respect is enough. We have fought with, bled with half of you. And I would not like my brethren in arms on their knees for me, as for the rest of you relax. I'm not one to throw hissy fits when people don't bow. If I have not earned it, then I would soon earn your respect. As respect is to be earned rather than demanded."

The arena was filled with cheers and roars, ignoring the aghast look of the gods. Percy nodded towards where the rest of the 7 were sitting. They smiled back at him. Though Piper's expression bothered him, like she was pretending to be happy. 'Was she upset with something he did?' He thought, and decided to ask her later. "We both are here for you, as your patron, as your friends, and King/Queen, we will listen to your requirements properly."

"When I was introduced to the Greek world, I was hunted like an animal, just because of my bloodline." Percy glared at Zeus and Hades, making them both look away in shame. He looked at Thalia with a painful smile; the daughter of Zeus smiled back sadly. Thinking about the final stand she had to take, to save her friends.

"I was a kid angry at the world, at my father for not being there for me. I resented him for leaving me." Poseidon flinched slightly at that, "But when I learned of the reasons that he couldn't be with me because of the ancient laws, I knew there was nothing that could be done about it. Many lives have been perished fighting for the enemy, just because the gods didn't care. So as of now two gods will stand by you forever."

Percy could feel the proud smile of his parents. The arena was roaring at his speech, hoping for the son of Poseidon to fulfill his promise. The crowd was silenced at the raise of Annabeth's hand. "We would like everyone to live your life, without the fear of death. The new city for demigod will be built as soon as possible. Our cabin will be open for all unclaimed demigods. We will reside at Camp Half Blood mainly, but will frequently check in on New Rome too, as they are more independent. We both started as demigods too, so we know the hardships and difficulties you all go through. Now you will always have two gods fighting for you. You will not be treated like the pawn for gods anymore."

The crowd roared with approval at their words. Some of the gods turned away in shame; the rest tried to glare at Annabeth, but faltered at Percy's gaze. The demigods knew, saying one thing is easy; doing it is a whole different matter. However, they knew these gods would keep their word.

Demigod mentality was always fragile. Ever since birth they grow up with a single parent, in rarer cases where they have a step parent/guardian. They are mostly neglected there, too. Due to their ADHD and dyslexia, they are treated as outcasts in the mortal world. Finally, they reach camps and learn their parentage. Only for their godly parent to ignore them. Like nothing more than a one night stands result. Not a child, but a mistake. So they turned to the other demigods, finding solace in each other.

That's what the camp is a home. A home with a family of bunch of outcasts, that nobody wanted. Ignored by the gods, shunned by mortals, and the world. A dysfunctional home made up of dysfunctional family members.

Now come these two gods, promising to care for them. Which was already the most any god had done for them. Renewing their hope, yet they couldn't help being apprehensive of another broken promise from the gods.

Poseidon stood up, and the spectators were silenced yet again, "Now I believe that Lady Chaos would be arriving as of now. So be respectful." Percy looked at his father in surprise, only to receive a wink in return. Just then a portal formed in the middle of the Arena in front of the gods. They all got up and bowed in respect to the Creator.

Chaos waved her hand, and they all got on their throne again. "I'm here to coronate the new King and Queen of Earth, and demigods." They all knew that Percy's domain of earth makes him its Lord and King, but were still surprised.

Chaos stood in front of Percy and two identical silver crowns. "Poseidon and Athena, if you don't mind." She asked them and they nodded and got up, smiling. Pride shining from both their face. Poseidon picked up the bigger crown, obviously, for a man. It was a simple silver headband with sea-green emeralds etched in it. It wasn't high and mighty, but simple and graceful. Poseidon rested the crown at Percy's head and stepped back.

"All hail Lord Perseus, god of tide, time, earth, fate, loyalty, heroes, polygamy, wolves, assassins, carnage, destruction, power, battle, weapons, oceans, council, justice, judgment, curses, dominance, authority, order and balance. King of Demigods"

Athena stepped forward before the crowd cheered. She picked up the second crown. It was a magnificent work of art. Silver head band with a round arch on it, making it look like a halo. The center front of the crown had a gray gemstone, followed by two emeralds at each side. It was the most beautiful piece of jewelry anyone had ever laid eyes on. Aphrodite girls squealed at the very sight of it. The three queens of Sea, Olympus, and Underworld were jealous. Along with every other goddesses and demigoddesses. Athena placed the crown at her daughter's head and stepped back, and sat on her throne.

"All hail Lady Annabeth chase, Goddess of Architecture, courage, plans, loyalty, heroes and intelligence. Queen of demigods." Cheering broke out and the arena was filled with shouting and the roar of demigods. When the cheering died down, the Creator started.

"The crowns are made of Chaotic silver, and the stones are the rarest of their type. Found only in deep space. They will add to your strength, and like your weapon of power no one else can lift them now. They are a sign of Power and Authority..." Her speech cut short as a loud howl pierced the valley, followed by an even louder howl.

Everyone was on the verge with weapons in their hands. Then hundreds of wolves, a dozen hellhounds, and the Nemean lion entered the arena. The crowd was about to attack when a large yell of, "STOP," was heard. They turned their heads to see it was Percy who yelled. "Let your wild side take over, become one with the animal within you." Chaos said, looking at him to see if he understood or not. He looked at her in slight fear, wondering if he heard her right. At her nod, he accepted the animal side of him. Finally.

He stepped off stage, ignoring the panicked look of the demigods. He closed his eyes and searched for the raw hunger, he always felt during battle. The bloodlust to rip apart his enemies. To show who Alpha was. The rage he felt whenever someone close to him was in danger. The primal urge to hunt down his prey. He finally accepted himself as an apex predator.

Percy fell to his knee, his body twisting, and turning. When he was finished, a 20 foot, midnight black wolf stood. Towering over those present, leaving everyone open-mouthed. As if on a trance, both Annabeth, and Artemis, got off their throne and joined him by his side. The wolf regarded them, and gave what could only be explained as a wolfish smirk. Both ladies rolled their eyes at the wolf god.

He turned to the other wolves, and gave an ear-piercing howl. The wolves and hellhounds bowed their heads. Satisfied Percy turned to the ladies at his side and rested his head between them. Annabeth scratched him behind his ear, while Artemis admired the beast. Percy stood up and turned back to his original form, and gave Artemis a wink. Which caused the silver goddess to blush deep gold. Annabeth saw this and smirked.

When they turned the Nemean lion walked up to Annabeth and bowed. Annabeth reached out to pet the invulnerable cat, which purred at the contact. Percy saw someone from the corner of his eye and shouted, "Mrs. O'Leary." The familiar pet hellhound of his lunged at him, tackling him and licked his face. Percy chuckled as he got the hellhound off him, "Easy girl, I'm not going anywhere."

While he was admiring his hellhound, a small girl about 6 years of age ran forward. She hugged the hellhound's snout tightly. Percy was just as surprised as the rest of the onlookers. He pried the girl off the hellhound, making her pout. "She's so fluffy," she whined at the loss of contact from the hellhound. Percy snickered, hearing Mrs. O'Leary say some choice words at being called fluffy. He picked the little girl up and asked with a smile, "What's your name?" "Eva Smith," she replied shyly, and got off from him. "Who's your godly parent?" Which made the girl dejected as she looked at him sadly.

A boy stepped forward and answered, "She doesn't have a godly parent, she's a mortal. An orphan, I came upon her when I was living on the street. She was crying as her an empousa had drained her father and killed him. She didn't have anyone to take care of her, so I took her in, and brought her here. Chiron invited her inside the border." Percy looked at the kid, who answered, he was about 14 years of age. He had blonde hair and blue eyes.

"What's your name and parentage?" Percy calmly asked him with respect in his voice. "My name is Alexis Flores Lord, and my father is Hermes," he said evenly, never having spoken to a god before. Percy smiled at him, "It seems picking stray kids in the way, is a trait of children of Hermes." He said the last part looking at Annabeth, and Thalia softly. Both of them shed a tear at the memory of Luke. Remembering the caring side of him before he got corrupted.

Percy looked at the girl and felt a connection to her. His domain of fate told him that this girl had her fate tied to him.

Percy turned to Annabeth, and had a mental talk with her. Annabeth smiled softly and nodded, standing next to him. He crouched to Eva's level, "Would you like to have a parent?" He asked, unable to keep the hope out of his voice. She nodded shyly, "Would you allow me to adopt you?" He asked her and a collective gasp ran through the crowd. Even some gods were startled at his sudden decision.

Eva nodded and smiled brightly at the prospect of having a parent. Percy touched her forehead with his index finger and chanted an incantation in ancient Greek. Clouds darkened and lightning crackled in the sky. "I Perseus, God of Fate, Oceans, Time and Earth, adopt Eva Smith as my daughter. Let Chaos be witness, as my blood flows through her vein. Let the Earth welcome her, and may she have the gifts that my demigod child would have."

Everyone watched with awe as the Lord of Earth adopted Eva as his demigod daughter. Annabeth stepped forward, as she crouched down to the same level as Eva. "You can't live without a mother, you know?" She said sternly, and laid her index finger on Eva's forehead. "I Annabeth, Goddess of Intelligence, Courage, Loyalty and Heroes, adopt Eva Smith as my daughter. Let the Creator be witness, as my blood flows through her vein. May she have the gifts and intelligence my demigod child would possess."

Eva was glowing by the time the adoption was finished. If one was to take a closer look, they could see several jaws dropped to the ground. Percy smirked, and his symbol of Hourglass crossed with Riptide and his Pentadent appeared above Eva's head. Annabeth caught on quickly, and a second symbol of a Greek war helmet, embedded with a Lion's sigil appeared.

Poseidon also joined in, and announced dramatically, "All Hail Eva Smith Jackson, daughter of Perseus Lord of time, the Destroyer, daughter of Annabeth, Goddess of intelligence, Queen of demigods."All the demigods got up and kneeled. Percy turned to Eva, "Now daughter, I don't and can't have a natural demigod child as a God of loyalty, neither can Annabeth. So you would have to figure out your powers yourself. I would help too along with your new mom. You would be a warrior like your mother." He explained in such a soft voice, that some girls cooed, making Artemis, and Annabeth scowl, and narrow their eyes at them.

Poseidon stepped up to the girl and smiled, as he pulled out a 2 feet-long Greek xiphos. "A great warrior needs a worthy weapon. This is a sword of sea, forged by the cyclopes at the forges of Atlantis. It is an alloy mixed of Atlantean steel and celestial bronze. It will grow along with you as you grow. It is a weapon worthy for a Princess of Sea." "Princess?" Eva asked, jumping up and down in excitement, looking at her sword in awe. Poseidon chuckled and replied, "Yes your father is a king and a sea prince. He is also the God of Oceans, which makes you a princess." Eva looked ready to faint from happiness.

"Please drop by Atlantis sometime son, the people of Atlantis would love to meet their new god," Poseidon asked gently to his son, who nodded.

Everyone was enjoying the beautiful sight of two new gods adopting a child, until a drunken voice called out. "Well hurrah for them. Another annoying brat, to misuse their parent's power... All they do -" Dionysus couldn't finish his sentence as a knife embedded in his throne, barely missing his head, nicking his ear.

"You would do well to remember your place Dionysus. I was not capable of hearing demigods get bad mouthed even as a mortal. And I sure am not going to hear it when they come under my domain. You were once a demigod too, you should know better than anyone about the hardships and privation they go through. The powers they get are compensation from gods, for them to survive. Nothing more." Percy snarled at the wine god, defending the demigods. His eyes turned golden, scaring the elder gods. His eyes reminding them of the golden-eyed Titan. Even the demigods who fought in the second Titan war shivered involuntary.

Immortals and mortals, all present, shivered at the barely contained rage in Percy's tone. Most had the common sense to not anger this god any further. Even Ares, the most reckless of gods, understood that this was not going to end well. Percy was undoubtedly the most powerful god, even without half of his domains. The council of gods had no chance against him.

However, no one said the God of Madness, was sane. Dionysus' eyes flared with purple, and vines began to tangle Percy, wrapping him in a cocoon. Percy almost laughed out at the wine god's stupidity. 'Didn't he know, plants and vines need earth and water to grow?' He thought to himself. Rolling his eyes, Percy snapped his finger, and the vines died down. Percy knew that the god of wine never had a chance against him; but he still couldn't let him get away with it. His domain of judgment, helped him decide what to do.

Percy slowed down time, around Dionysus, rendering him useless and powerless. He stopped in front of Dionysus, and lifted him in the air by his throat. "You make mockery of gods by sleeping in the council meetings. You despised demigods under your care. But now you would attack another Olympian? Just because I spoke the truth. You are not worthy of the title of an Olympian." Dionysus' eyes went wide in fear, along with everyone's in shock.

Zeus tried to speak, "Nephew, think about what you are doing." "No uncle, you yourself know this excuse of a god only became a Olympian, because you wanted to be surrounded by your children. So your reign could remain untouched, but now without the curse you can understand why I must do it." Spectator of Gods watched as Zeus nodded in acceptance, shocking his siblings and children .

Percy snarled at Dionysus, "All those centuries ago my mother sacrificed her throne for you, for peace in family. Yet you only abused that sacrifice, by joshing around. Whilst my mother faded in background, unacknowledged by most. No one sung the tales of Hestia anymore. Even her own family ignored her. You would do well to remember that." He said, the last part glaring at other gods. They at least had the decency to look down in shame, for their treatment of her.

Hestia herself had tears running down her face, happy that her son understood and respected her sacrifice. It had been far too long, for someone to notice her. While she may have been fine with her treatment, it still hurt.

Percy threw Dionysus on the floor and joined Annabeth in their thrones. Annabeth sat silently watching things unfold. She had Eva on her lap, who watched in awe as her adopted father beat up the fat man. Annabeth took Percy's hand in hers, calming him down. Percy smiled at her and his daughter, before turning to the god in the middle of Arena.

"Dionysus, God of wine, pleasure, and madness, son of Zeus. I Perseus, God of Fate, Council, Justice, and Judgment. Remove you from your place as an Olympian. I take away your title of an Olympian." Percy announced as the temporary throne for Dionysus turned to rubble. Lightning flashed, and clouds darkened with thunder, signifying the same was being done to his throne on Olympus. Dionysus dropped to his knee; his strength weakened, the extra power he gained from his throne lost.

"Sorry for the interruption M'lady." Percy said to Chaos, who somehow had sat down with the demigods, and was sharing popcorn with them. Watching events unfold in amusement. "Oh no carry on, this is starting to get interesting. I have been alone for a long time, I'm enjoying the drama." She replied, amused at the turn of events. Percy rolled his eyes at the Creators antics, which caused many people to hold their breath in fear.

Chaos just chuckled and said, "Go ahead and finish your work. I have nothing to say more. I will contact you again, if I need you, or have something to tell." Percy nodded in understanding, and she vanished into thin air.

Percy turned to the crowd and announced, "The replacement for Dionysus' position will be picked in the next week's council meeting. Any decision considering demigods, about who to assign quests will be done by either me or Annabeth. We will decide if the quest is important enough to assign demigods. Any god that wants to take them in their ranks would need our permission first." He said, the last part looking at Artemis.

"And why would I need to ask your permission first?" Artemis asked with narrow eyes, trying to find his reasons.

Percy rolled his eyes, "Would you please relax? Gee, I can feel your love from here." Artemis blushed, but remained glaring at him. "Okay, well first, any demigod you recruit is under my responsibility. As their patron we would like to be consulted first. Second, anytime you break up a family because you are interested in the maiden, it affects my mother's domain immensely. But don't worry, I will inform you of worthy recruits, whenever I find one. As I have for the past dozens of your hunters." Artemis, and her hunters nodded.

This was the topic of discussion in Hunt, After Chaos... Well after she scolded Artemis. They could not find any objections. He had delivered at least 15 hunters to them. "That is fine by me Perse... Percy." She told him, which earned her a brilliant smile from him. That damned smile sent her heart fluttering. "Of course it is. Look who is making them Artyyy." He purposefully dragged her nickname around to annoy the silver goddess. Except it had the opposite effect on her; she blushed golden and looked away.

Apollo sat with his mouth wide open. She always shot at him when he called her that, and here she was blushing like a teenage girl around her first crush. He definitely needed to talk to her after this meeting.

"Annabeth you have something to say more?" Percy asked her, and she shook her head. "Alright meeting finished, everyone can head off to what they were doing." The gods flashed out, as the demigods bolted out, probably dying from their ADHD.

Percy, Annabeth and Eva were the only one left. "Alright sweetheart, why don't you go play with other kids? We will head home after a few hours." Annabeth said sweetly to her daughter. "I'm going with you?" Eva asked hesitantly, "Of course you are. We aren't going to leave our daughter alone tonight." Annabeth said as she pressed a kiss to her forehead. Eva ran out of the arena, hopping happily.

Percy turned to Annabeth and groaned, "This is going to be a lot of work. Isn't it?" Annabeth laughed as she patted his knee, "Don't be lazy seaweed brain, you still have to choose your Assassins." She laughed as he groaned even louder.
