So it's not something from nothing. A mind would create an image and that image turned into matter. Which would then need to be a dream to be tangible. I guess an inner mind. And then time would be the force to lift the weight of the real. To make movement possible and therefore everything else. So God's power his physical always was. And so too was his conscience. It is like waking up and also remembering your dream(what happened earlier). We wake up with our body our physical.
