Set after Season 4, but before Season 5. This is my take on a way Arthur could have come to accept magic. Arthur and his Knights are out hunting, when they come face to face with the legendary Queen Mab, but things are not as they appear. Despite Arthurs' mistrust, this Queen and her King may have more in common with him and Gwen then he would like to admit.

Arthur is turned into a goose, and Merlin tries to catch him and turn him human again before Camelot is destroyed.

In his few thousand years of living, Merlin never thought he would run into Uther Pendragon's child in the woods or that said child would want to live with him. What could go wrong?

Merlin's a fanfic writer and just reached a milestone of words. Arthur is less than pleased.

The idea that we’ve been fooled by the one we value the most can burn a person inside and out, even if the information held from us is for our own benefit; to prevent us from harming our own self through our actions.

Spending two thousand years waiting for your King to return will change a person. When Merlin finds out how everything will go for him and Arthur and Camelot and that it never seems to pay off... he decides to make sure Arthur won't let that fate come to pass. But there are consequences to enhancing the young King. WARNING: Mature Themes Abound!

#7 Modern Biker AU - The Knights help a minor file for emancipation to escape an abusive stepmother. Meanwhile, Gwaine receives word his estranged father is dying and wants to see him.

Merlin would have done anything to save Arthur. But it was already too late. (note: major character deaths - don't read if it will make you upset)

When Arthur regains consciousness in time to hear Merlin confront the dragon, his world is turned on its head by the revelations that follow. An AU of The Last Dragonlord.
