Gwen Stacy just saved Miles Morales' world from being destroyed by Kingpin. She's attempting to get back home, the particle collider should have sent her back to her world. Instead, Gwen finds herself in a strange city called Brockton Bay.

Things are strange after locker. Taylor doesn't need to breath, can sense danger from a mile away, has an insatiable Hunger for chocolate, and there's a voice inside her head that wants to make her a hero. (Or the one where Taylor makes a friend in the Locker.)

During the final fight at the particle collider, Alchemax spider 38 descends through the dimensional instability and ends up inside a certain locker in Winslow High. Her trigger event effectively hijacked by the Spider totem, Taylor Hebert becomes Brockton Bay's newest hero, Arachne. However, Alchemax spider 38 survived to deliver its bite to three more individuals...
