This is a BWBA rewrite based on the Flying Scotsman's railtour and Thomas and his friends being famous from the books and TV show. Thomas goes on a world railtour as Sodor's representative due to being the titular character of the show/franchise.

Out of all the branch lines of the North Western Railway, the one running up to Peel Godred has been consistently overlooked. The original electric engines who used to run the line no longer do so, and there is only one surviving member of the original fleet. While it is doubtful that she will ever run again, she's made sure that stories about her fallen friends will live on.

Green Arrow hasn't been seen for almost a year after trying to get the Flying Scotsman scrapped. So when he reappears as the newest member of the North Western Railway as the newest mixed traffic engine, it shakes the small Island to its core. But with everyone keeping an eye on Green Arrow, are they letting the real danger slip into the background.

Being found after months since his kidnapping, the once cheerful Thomas Billinton was scarred in more ways than one. With his broken mental state, his childhood friend Lady comes to Sodor in hopes of helping him pick up the pieces. However the man behind it all has a master plan to bring forth his victory.

When Sodor gets a modern diesel in its fleet, how would the elder engines fare with the modernization going to their island? She may be a pretty face and a friendly one too, but there's always that stereotype that could potentially reignite the steamie vs diesel rivalry.
