A/U story. What if Chuck and Sarah were a couple from the very beginning? How would that change the evolution of the stories? Here's my take on answering those questions. This story is, internally, broken up into arcs which (sort of, mostly) conform to episodes of the show. There's a rough table of contents on my profile page. Reading them in order is suggested.

Chuck gets shot by a Fulcrum agent, and to protect his cover, needs to hide that fact from Ellie... which is easier said than done. The reality is, Sarah Walker is his neurologist, and he has a brain injury from falling backwards after reading an e-birthday card, sent to him by Bryce Larkin. Charah.

When the new Intersect was to be activated by the CIA, what if Sarah had arrived at the apartment before being notified that Graham was dead? AU following canon.

The Piranha shocks Washington D.C. by hacking into all its most important entities, and Washington responds by creating a task force to catch him and putting him to work. This Chuck AU story leverages only some of the canon framework, with very different character backstories and NO INTERSECT...but there is plenty of action, adventure, humor, and of course lots of romance!

Exhausted from the events with her mother, the baby, and Ryker, Sarah takes a break and turns down Graham's next assignment. With her not there to intervene, Casey's Intersect plan is realized- Chuck is thrown into a bunker. When she learns the truth through a twist of fate, Sarah realizes all she missed out on in not taking that mission, and the gift she never got to know.

At the end of Season 2, Sarah leads Chuck to Casey to be tranqed and sent to the Bunker. Something happens on the way and Chuck ends up on his own. Bryce Larkin becomes the intersect and joins Casey/Sarah. Do Chuck/Sarah have a chance to come back to each other. Adventures arise.

At Sarah and Chuck's son's ninth birthday party, his family caught a glimpse of something unexpected. They soon learn the scope and magnitude of what it means. Their son is the Ultimate Intersect. Suddenly the normalcy of their lives is perilously endangered. There begins a battle for all time-will verses destiny. And it will take everything that they have to win it.

Chuck heads to Rome despite his strong feelings for Sarah but he can't wait for her anymore. Sarah tries to deny her feelings telling herself that she can't love him anymore and for a time it works...Will it be too late, does she have it in her to fight for him no matter what the consequences will be. Set around S3

What if Chuck didn't stay in a daze when Scooter opened the door and found Sarah on top of him? Another Charah AU, this time from the beginning of "Chuck versus the Truth."

Casey would do everything he can to save the people he cares about. He is trying to do his job protecting the intersect when a special girl came across one of his mission. His cover will be endangered but what will happen when the truth is known?

Chuck, the show, always danced to the edge of tragedy. What would happen if it fell into one?

Hannah's arrival in Chuck Bartowski's life wasn't the coincidence portrayed in the show. AU Charah, but close to canon.

Sarah decided to stay, after the kiss. Three months later, the walls finally come down, and they are truly together again. It's a long road, but a love as mighty as Chuck and Sarah's can move mountains. Slowly but surely, Sarah is learning this.

AU S1/S2. Chuck removed the Intersect from his head, but the NSA still wanted to kill him. Sarah hurt him to save him and disappeared from his life forever. Three years later, they're forced back together to solve an impossible puzzle.
