Dear Readers, although it has taken quite a bit of time to do so, I present Chapter 1 of my tale concerning the Hocus Pocus character, Thackery Binx! Chapter 1 opens the tale with Binx and Dani hanging out in Dani's bedroom, late one Halloween night. Before the 5 angels, or the 5 tasks given to him, Thackery recounts his earliest days, revealing the truth about his gift of speech.

In Salem, 1693, Allison Sanderson is accused of witchcraft after sharing white magic with her friend Max. She is put through a witch trial, trial by water and then tied to a stake. Max must step up to rescue her and prove her innocence. Max x Allison.

Plot: Alissa Dennison has heard stories all her life of the Sanderson sisters and their plot to steal the lives of children from her school teacher. Every Halloween Max and Allison have forbade her from going up to the old house and to touch anything. Frustrated and annoyed she finds Winifred's spellbook in the house reads a spell and brings the sisters back to life again.

Rumour has it that three evil witches live in the darkly whispering woods on the outskirts of Salem. Gnawed human bones are found and when an ominous purple smoke rises over the treetops of the forest, bringing an eerie song Nora was sure she had come to the right place. Little does Nora know that she will be getting more than she bargained for.

This follows a very hormone-driven version of Max, Allison, and Dani's lives after the events of the movies and sees them use intimate relations to escape the past. It is not to be taken as a canon continuation but rather a teenage love story used to escape the more true PTSD-fueled aftermath that likely would be realistic.

AU: Three hundred years, the Sanderson sisters attempted to silence Thackery Binx by turning him into a cat but they were unaware that his sister Emily was still alive and ready to rescue him. Binx returns to his family where he has to live as a house cat to avoid suspicion. These reflections are just what he needs when he meets Dani many years later.

Allison, unlike Max, is highly passionate and interested in Halloween and the supernatural, and shows a particular interest in the history of the Sanderson sisters. She comments that her mother was the previous owner of their cottage when it was a museum, however she abandoned such ownership following several strange and supernatural occurrences in such property.

Three children were lost to their sorcery, Emily and Thackery Binx and Abigail Cromwell. When Max lights the candle on Halloween in 1993, the ghosts of the past come to life for one night.

Alison has always been a witch witch, now she needs to tell Max. Dani is still looking for Binx.
