Things escalated quickly. One moment Issei was having dinner with Irina and Xenovia, and then the next moment, Kokabiel has highjacked Kuoh Academy and told everyone that God was dead. The elf reject was trying to cause another great war by killing bot Sona and Rias. Though, Serafall was nonchalant about the entire thing. Why? Because, even if she wasn't allowed to kill Kokabiel on her own, she knew Issei would be able to take care of it. After all, he was the man who could take her down two years ago.

Looking around, Serafall realised that after Kokabiel summoned Cerberus, the surrounding area looked fractured like a broken mirror. She recognises this place. This was the Mirror Dimension, a dimension only Issei could enter.

Issei was surprised with Kiba, the guy was no longer obsessed with the destruction of the Holy Swords, but that's not why he was surprised. Kiba was able to access his balance breaker, a Holy Demonic Sword. Issei whistled at the sight of a Yin and Yang sword.

Kiba fought the man named Freed Sellzen, a wielder of multiple Holy Sword Excalibur. Or used to be a wielder of multiple Holy Sword Excalibur. Valper Galilei combined Excalibur Rapidly, Nightmare, Transparency and Mimic.

Poor Psychotic Freed, he had a fused Excalibur and thought himself invincible. Too bad he had to go against Kiba and his Holy Demonic Swords. The fused Excalibur may be stronger than before, but it was still not that great. Issei was laughing on the inside as the fused Excalibur was shattered.

After Kiba shattered the Fused Excalibur, Issei picked up all the fragments. He was going to piss off Valper Galilei.

"Hey, Xenovia!" Issei called Xenovia, who looked at him, and she saw all the fragments of Excalibur in his hand. She thought that Issei was going to hand over the fragment to her. But instead, when Xenovia arrived beside Issei, he took her Excalibur Destruction. "Watch this…Hey Valper! You wasted a huge chunk of your life trying to fuse the Excalibur, right? Watch this, you dingbat!".

Valper Galilei watched as Issei summoned forth flames from his hand and tossed the fragments of Excalibur. Mimic, Rapidly, Nightmare, Transparency, and Destruction were thrown into the Flames of Transmogrification. Not long later, a new fused Excalibur was born. But unlike the Fused Excalibur of Valper, the one Issei made was stronger as he made sure to synchronise the power of each fragment.

The ex-priest was dumbfounded. After years of research to fuse the Excalibur fragments to get back at the church, he could barely combine them. Yet, here was a guy that summoned a flame and merged the fragmented within seconds.

Valper was blinded with rage at what he saw. He charged towards Issei to kill him, not remembering that the man was no ordinary person. However, Issei did nothing. Instead, Xenovia used the newly fused Excalibur that Issei gave her and cut Valper in half.

"T-This…Amazing!" Xenovia said. She looked at the person who could easily do what Valper had to research for a long time. Issei, well, he was still not impressed with the sword. "Why do you always look so disappointed in the Excalibur's power?".

"Because it's disappointing," Issei said. He sighed. Five out of the seven fragments barely touched a D rank weapon from the Fate System. "I thought that adding your Excalibur Destruction would increase its output. It did, but not as much as I thought it would. Such a shame for a sword with the name Excalibur".

Issei was aware of another Excalibur with so much power that it could kill a being that was able to end the Age of Gods in another world. In fact, he has it sheathed in his Avalon.

"By the way, Issei," Xenovia called. She was curious about the power he used to fuse the fragments. "What were the flames you used to fuse the fragments? I've never seen a flame do that before".

"I'm not telling you that," Issei said. He didn't mind telling Xenovia, but he wanted to tease her. Issei then came close to her, put his finger on her chin, and whispered close to her ear. "The only people that get to know about such abilities I have are people close and dear to me".

Now, Xenovia was from the church. Such close contact between males and females was not something she was used to, especially when Issei blew into her ear. This made her blush. A girl that was stoic and unfeeling.

Not far from Issei and Xenovia were Irina, Koneko, and Akeno. They were fighting multiple Cerberus. With Excalibur Mimic gone, Irina was borrowing Balmung from Issei, but she had no clue how to properly use the true power of Balmung. Hence, she is wielding it like an ordinary sword. Otherwise, she would have obliterated all the Cerberus a long time ago.

As for Akeno, well, she's Akeno. She was playing with her Cerberus in a sadistic manner, electrocuting it just enough to be kept in place but not die.

And for Koneko, it didn't take her long to kill her Cerberus. With a single 3rd Stance Hwechook, she blew up each of the heads. 3rd Stance Hwechook is essentially Hwechook, a kick that has gathered force through rapidly spinning on a central point executed three times in a row either from left or right, followed straight away from the opposite direction, then from behind. If the victim flinches and tries to evade by going back damage increases.

Issei saw Koneko kill Cerberus, and she was damn sexy. He shook his head at such thought, and he looked at Kokabiel. Issei can tell that Kokabiel wasn't like Raynare, Kalawarna, Mittelt, or even the fedora-wearing creep known as Dohnaseek. No, this man was truly blood lusted. He wants nothing but chaos.

"Well? Do you have anything up your sleeve to get you out of this situation?" Issei mocked. Why wouldn't he? Kokabiel was the man responsible for nearly killing Raynare. "Well? I'm waiting".

"Hmph! Just because you've killed Valper, Freed, and my Cerberus doesn't mean you've won!" Kokabiel said. He was sure he was stronger than all the people in front of him. Sure, Issei might have been able to fuse all the Excalibur fragments, but he was nothing more than a human. "I'm different from those pathetic fools!".

Kokabiel then fired a Light Spear at Issei, but Raynare intercepted it. She knew that Issei could easily stop the spear himself, but she wanted to be the one to kill Kokabiel.

"If you want to fight Issei, you'll have to go through me first!" Raynare shouted. Issei was going to stop her, but he knew she needed to do this. Raynare wanted to prove that she was strong enough, and she wasn't the weak and pathetic Fallen Angel that easily fell from a single Light Spear of Kokabiel. "This time, the one going down is you!".

Raynare created a magic circle and fired multiple Light Spears at Kokabiel, who, in turn, did the same thing. They took the battle in the sky. The fight looked evenly matched.

"Hah! I see that you've gotten stronger," Kokabiel said. He was still looking down at her. "Such a shame that you are nothing more than a traitor!".

"A traitor? I'm not the one that betrayed Grigori. That was you!" Raynare said. She never betrayed the Grigori. She resigned. "You were the one that wanted me to kill Issei when our object was to observe. You were the ones that broke the rules!".

"Ah-ha-ha-ha! Do you think I care?!" Kokabiel said. He never cared for anyone. "All I care about is restarting the great war and showing the world that Fallen Angels are the superior beings! Bloodshed would only be a bonus".

"Lies! You want nothing more than bloodshed, Kokabiel!" Raynare said. She knew Kokabiel. There was nothing in his head but killing. "It's killing that you enjoy! That's why you fell in the first place!".

The fight continued. Raynare was keeping up with Kokabiel, who was getting frustrated at the changes of Raynare. Her power far surpasses what it was before. That was a massive jump in power. How? How is it possible?! Out of frustration at Raynare being to hold her own, Kokabiel got close to Raynare and grabbed her. Big mistake.

Raynare saw this and made her move. She dodged Kokabiel's attempt to grab her, and she used Fang on him, a double downwards elbow strike which sent him hurling to the ground. She followed it up with A Gor Yo when Kokabiel tried to stand back up, a technique that utilises two horizontal kicks performed in quick succession at the head or neck of the opponent using the base of the feet sending Kokabiel flying.

Kokabiel got up and fired more Light Spears at Raynare. However, Raynare blocked it with Ground Drawer, a technique that grinds the floor with the tip of the user's foot while spinning. It can also uproot the ground and be used as a shield with enough mastery.

Raynare wanted to end the fight. So, she used Bo-Bup to get in front of Kokabiel, who was surprised at her sudden appearance. Raynare followed this with a Baek Rok to his jaw, an upwards vertical kick where the user lifts their leg 180 degrees to deliver the kick and lands using the heel. But she wasn't done. She connected it with a Rising Back Kick, a technique performed when the user turns their back on their opponent while their back is facing the opponent and turns while kicking the opponent in the head.

This ended the fight. Why? Because Raynare's kick was so powerful, it turned Kokabiel's head into nothing but mist. Issei whistled to Raynare as he did Koneko. He realised something; he was into strong girls. Especially when they can kick a person's head off.
