After the fight with Kokabiel, Issei brought everyone out of the Mirror Dimension. The moment they left the Mirror Dimension, they were met with two people. One of them is a tall man appearing to be in his twenties with an average build, black hair, golden bangs, and a black goatee. He also possesses twelve jet-black feathered wings that grow out from his back.
The other is a young man with light silver hair and hazel eyes. He's wearing a dark green V-neck shirt with a high-collared black leather jacket over it, burgundy jeans with a silver chain drooping down over them and black leather chaps with three bands encircling his right calf, and black shoes with black buckles.
"What the…?!" Azazel said. He was shocked. Azazel came to Kuoh Academy because he found out that Kokabiel planned to attack Rias and Sona. This information was courtesy of Kalawarna and Mittelt. "Where did you all come from?".
"Azazel-sama!" Raynare shouted. She was shocked to see him here right now. She knew that he was somewhere in Kuoh, thanks to Kalawarna and Mittelt, but she was still shocked that he was here in person. "What are you doing here?".
"I heard about Kokabiel's plan. So, I sent Vali to stop Kokabiel, but he told me you all suddenly disappeared," Azazel said. He was rubbing the back of his head. "So? What happened to Kokabiel?".
"Dead. I killed him," Raynare said. Looking at Azazel's eyes, Raynare can tell that Azazel was dubious of her claims. "I'm not lying. You can ask everyone here".
Azazel looked at everyone, and they all nodded at Raynare's claim. It was then that Azazel realised that there was a Satan amongst the group. Serafall Leviathan was clinging to Issei. Then he looked at Xenovia and saw her holding a Fused Excalibur. He was fascinated that it was fused.
"You serious killed Kokabiel?" Azazel asked. He was looking at Raynare to make sure that she wasn't lying. When she nodded at him, he sighed. "How is that possible? You weren't strong enough to fight him a few months ago. How did you get so strong so quickly?"
Raynare did say anything and just looked at Issei. She was smiling at him. Azazel took the hint. But he was still curious how he was able to achieve it.
"Interesting," Azazel said. He was smirking. He was intrigued by Issei's existence. Earlier, he didn't notice it, but looking at Issei now, Azazel knew Issei was a Dragon and a strong at that. "Oh-ho! You're interesting! A Dragon here amongst the Devils and Fallen Angels".
"Azazel-sama! I know that smirk of yours!" Raynare said. She then grabbed Issei from Serafall. "I'm not letting you do anything to my boyfriend!".
"Oh-ho! You're dating him, fascinating!" Azazel said. Raynare knew she messed up. Telling Azazel that she was dating Issei made him more interesting in Azazel's eyes. "So, what's he like in bed?".
"Wha…?! I'm not answering that!" Raynare said. She messed up. It was well known in the Grigori that Raynare had never been with a man before. "I mean…I don't know what you're talking about!".
"Ha-ha-ha! No need to be embarrassed. It's a natural part of life," Azazel said. He was going to have fun messing with Raynare. "By the way, this is my foster son, Vali".
Vali didn't say anything, and all he did was stare at Issei. According to Albion, Issei was dangerous. The amount of power he can feel from Issei is off the charts. When Vali asked him why he couldn't detect anything and felt that Issei was human, Albion responded and told him that Issei was sealing his powers with something.
"Interesting," Vali said. He still had his eyes on Issei. "I'm as intrigued about you as Azazel is. Tell me…".
Vali was cut off by Issei.
"Stop it right there," Issei said. Sure, he spoke to Serafall and is starting to open up to having a harem, but he isn't interested in men. "I'm sorry, I have to reject your confession".
"What the hell are you talking about?!" Vali shouted. Confession? When the hell was he confessing?! "I'm just trying to tell you that you're interesting, and I'm as intrigued about you as Azazel!".
"Yeah, I'm planning to tell him that I'm not interested either," Issei said. He knew that Vali was not confessing, but it was hilarious to see a serious-looking guy be all rattled. "So, again, I'm sorry. I might be starting to be open with having a harem of women, but I have no interesting in adding a guy to the mix. I'm sorry".
Azazel knew that Issei was taking the piss. He saw the smirk on his face. Azazel wasn't stopping it because he thought it was hilarious.
"You little shit!" Vali said. He then put on his Scale Mail. "According to Albion, you're strong! So, I hope you can survive this!".
[Divide] [Divide][Divide][Divide][Divide] [Divide][Divide][Divide] was heard. But Albion and Vali were confused. They got nothing even after dividing a few times. Albion was the most confused since he could tell how strong Issei was. Was the man not a magic-user? Why was he not absorbing anything?
"What are you?!" Vali said. It's not possible. He couldn't divide the magical powers of Issei. That's because Issei is a wielder of True Magic. He inherently doesn't have magical energy. When he uses magic, there is no conversion of Magical Energy to Magical Effects. Magical Effects simply happen. "No! This isn't right!".
While Vali was contemplating what was going on, Issei disappeared from his spot and appeared behind Vali, who was in the air. Issei did a simple Karate Chop to his head. The Scale Mail shattered, and he was flung deep into the ground. Vali was strong. This was not enough to knock him out. So, the moment he stood back up, Issei hit him with a Silla, a downward kick delivered from high up and slamming the opponent's lower body. Followed by a Screw Punch to the abdomen.
Issei then dusted his hands and body to remove the dust that settled on his clothes. He then looked at Azazel.
"He's pretty strong," Issei said. It was true. Vali was strong. There have only been a hand full that was able to withstand a few hits from him. "He's quite impressive".
Azazel then looked at Raynare.
"Is he serious?" Azazel asked. He just saw one of the strongest people of Grigori get pommelled to the ground. And all the guy that beat him had to say was he's strong and impressive? Raynare just shrugged her shoulders. "T-This isn't surprising to any of you, is it?".
"Of course not! You're silly, Governor-General Azazel," Serafall said. She was giggling at him. She was the same when she first realised how strong Issei was. "I mean, he is the man who beat me. That was two years ago, plenty more time to get even stronger".
"Beat you? Strongest female Devil of the Underworld?" Azazel said. His eyes were twitching. But then again, he found someone interesting. "Ah-aha-ha! I was only here in Kuoh to meet the awakened wielder of the Red Dragon Emperor. To think I would meet an interesting individual!".
"That would mean you were here for me," Issei said. He took out the green crystal of the Boosted Gear. Azazel recognised it. "Too bad for you, there will never be another Red Dragon Emperor…besides Ddraig".
Azazel didn't hear the red of what Issei said when he saw the Sacred Gear. It was outside. That would mean that the Red Dragon Emperor of this generation is dead. But he then remembered that Issei said he would be the one he was looking for.
"How did you remove the Sacred Gear without dying?!" Azazel asked. This was the first time anyone took out a Sacred Gear without the wielder dying. "This is the first time I've seen a Sacred Gear taken out without death".
"That's secret. Best be that way," Issei said. Imagine people that get their hands on the method, and they start hunting down Sacred Gear wielders to take it for themselves. "No matter what, you'll never know".
While Azazel was tending to Vali, Issei and the other went home.
When Issei got home, he saw that there seemed to be a few additions. Akeno, Koneko, and Sona. He didn't know why Koneko and Akeno were in his house, but Sona was understandable as she planned to speak to Serafall.
Issei saw Sona look at him and then suddenly look away. No…It couldn't be, could it? Sona was acting towards him was similar to Asia, who he found out has a thing for him. No…! He barely got to interact with her. It must be something else.
Issei then looked at Sona. She blushed. Damn it! It was the same as Asia! Thinking about it, Issei imagined him, Serafall and Sona in bed…Stop! Stop! Stop! Stop being a pervert! That's not you!
As soon as everyone got inside the house, Akeno, Koneko, Sona, Serafall, and Asia all went to Raynare's room with her. He asked what was going on, but all he got was Raynare and Serafall smirking at him.
