HEY GUYSSS! I'M BACK BABBBYYYYYY! Anyhow I'm glad to be back and I promise this time Imma try and stay for gooooood! With this new series I'm excited to say that I'll be working on it as both a fanfiction as well as a comic! The written story will of course contain spoilers as it takes me more time to draw than it does to write so beware: THE WRITTEN STORY WILL SPOIL THE COMIC AND CONTAIN UPCOMING INFO! If that bothers you then you don't have to read it, that's cool. This is just to connect with more communities and express more skills.

BOOM
The door to Gumbald's cabin was kicked in.
"GUUUUYYYS!" the orangish dog yelled as he ran over to his friends. "I saw vampires!" He exclaimed.
Marceline narrowed her eyes slowly, taking her time as she leaned towards the dog from the couch she sat upon.
"Mmmm. No way." She said in a dull tone.
"I'm serious! There were like five of them! All hissing and groaning and-"
"No way!" Marceline said, cutting off the dog. "Vampires haven't existed in hundreds or even thousands of years; I dunno I stopped counting, either way there's no way that you saw vampires just in the woods somewhere."
"I'm telling you I did! Here, let me describe them. One was a bearded wet uncle type of guy, the other was uhhh a l-lady, A LADY with her head covered and a jewel thing. The other was like flying or something crazy, I dunno; there was another with a weird thing coming out of her head and the last one was this really weird looking guy. He had this odd crown and gnarly fingers, but the one thing I remember is that his face looked like a lion." Jake described.
It was upon hearing the word lion that Marceline's eyes widened. For a moment the room went silent.
"Umm, woah. That sounds crazy, almost kinda like monster biz." Finn stated, jumping into the conversation that had once before excluded him.
"It would explain why there's been a bunch of animals with vampire bites." Princess Bubblegum added.
"No I believe him... After all, I never told you guys how I became a vampire. And I especially never told you about the Vampire King..." Marceline said. With a sigh she then stood up and stretched for a moment.
"Well" she said as she finished her stretch and a smile crept onto her face. "It looks like we have to go after them!" She said, excitement creeping out of her voice.
"Going after vamps? Count me in! Besides you, I've never fought one before!" Finn said, thrilled about another adventure.
"Trust me, these guys are the real deal and sorry you're not even gonna get a chance to see their true nature. Because we're gonna stomp 'em out before they can ever even express it."
"Wait a minute guys." Princess Bubblegum said, raising a hand of caution. "If these are serious vampires then maybe we should wait. Marceline you just became human. That means no super strength, regeneration, or even basic flight. How are you even gonna fight these guys?"
Marceline retorted with a smile "I killed 'em once when I was human, what's gonna stop me from doing it again? Besides, it's not like it was just my powers doing all of the work back then. What I need is my axe!" Marceline grinned.
"Your axe..?" Princess Bubblegum lifted her brow.
"Yup. My axe - well it's guitar now, but my axe was used to torture demons in the Nightosphere. It's a family axe and over the generations we decided that killing and torturing demons was the way to go... Of course I didn't really wanna do that but hey, I got left with it. Anyway the axe is imbued with crazy super natural power and can slice through demons and evil spirits, that includes vamps."
"That's math dude!" Finn jumped in, "The Finn sword's kinda the same way!"
Finn then gripped the sword before unsheathing it away from his back, as he held it with both hands and peered into it, a faint light was given off by the blade.
"I don't know how or... Really even why. But with the Finn sword there's just a good energy that just like... Pours out of it. Whenever I use it, especially against really bad guys, it slices through them no matter what. Ever since I got this sword it feels as though demons aren't nearly as hard to deal with as before." Finn explained.
"Duude, that's wicked! Definitely use that! You two on the other hand are probably gonna need a stake or two." Marceline said, pointing at both Jake and Princess Bubblegum. Jake was still shaking.
"My blood man! I wanna keep my blood!" He said.
"Not to worry, with this assortment of tools, I can assure you that no vampire is going to be drinking any of our blood on this or any other night!" Peppermint Buttler said as he then laid out a large cloth full of assorted weapons.
"Woaahhhh." Everyone said in unison as they stared at the wide assortment of stake variations. From double sided hammer stakes, to the standard classical stake, to even a spear-like stake, almost every variant had been present here.
"Umm Pep-But why do you have this?" Finn asked.
"Because I didn't know when a certain vampire might go savage!" The butler stated, glaring at Marceline.
"Peps!" Princess Bubblegum chastised.
"Nahh that's fair." Marceline said, looking away "Besides when I was growin' up I didn't like vamps too much either."
"But you weren't that bad Marcie', just because the other vamps were jerks doesn't mean you were. Besides you changed and now you're super good!" Finn exclaimed.
Marceline chuckled before smirking, "Oh I've changed alright. Anyway, Finn, Jake, do you guys have any other super cool weapons back at the treehouse?" Marceline asked.
"Umm pshh I think maybe?" they both said in unison.
"Good, go get those while I go get my axe at my place. We'll meet back here at sundown, and after that... We're going on a Vamp Hunt!" Marceline said.
"Sounds like a plan! Woo hoo!" Finn shouted as he darted out of the house, Jake followed behind slowly, muttering "Oh boy" underneath his breath.
"See ya tonight Peebs" Marceline said as she readied herself to reclaim her former murderous weapon.
"Marceline!" She heard, before turning back towards the former Princess.
"Be careful" Princess Bubblegum stated.
"Of course. Always dude!" Marceline stated before slamming the door in excitement.
