A black stretch limousine pulled up outside of an old rundown arena with an empty parking lot. The driver stepped out of the limo and walked around to the backdoor opening it. And out stepped the owner Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United and co-founder of Home Depot, Arthur Blank. Arthur looked around the rundown arena with a confused frown.
"What the hell is this?"
"Your son, Andrew, asked me to take you here."
"This place is a dump. And you work for me, not my son. Get that straight."
"Calm down dad. This is me taking initiative and showing you my new business venture." said a tanned, caucasian male who walked out of the building dressed in blue jeans with "Game Royal" Air Jordan 1s with a white button-up and a blue vest over them. The man was Andrew Blank, the son of the Atlanta Falcons owner.
"You mean my business venture. After all you did use my money for this." said the older man as he walked towards his son.
"No, no, no mine. I used just about 50% of my trust fund but it's all good."
"What is this anyway?"
"This was Omni Coliseum but it's now the Blank Coliseum named after myself of course." He said as he raised his arms showing off the new coliseum that he owned.
"And you bought this because?"
"Well, you're gonna see when we walk inside. Come on." Andrew said as he waked into the arena while his father followed after him sighing. After a few minutes of walking they walked through seeing various locker rooms and several posters until they walked through a black curtain to step out on a metal stage.
He looked down to see a black steel ramp leading to a 4-sided ring with WCW on all 4 sides. The ring had black ropes with black turnbuckle pads with WCW logo on the pads. He turned around to look at the stage. The curtain was behind one of the titantrons. There was another titantron matching the one with the curtain and between both of them there were several lights.
"What the hell is this?" Arthur said to himself looking around.
"This is my business investment. WCW. It was bought out by Vince McMahon and WWE but I bought it for a steal and for a favor."
"And what was the favor?"
"WrestleMania 38 at a discounted price."
"What?!"
"Relax, it'll be fine."
"No, it won't. You're screwing with my money son!"
"Dad, relax. Because in a year, we'll be as big as WWE if not then bigger."
"It better be because if not, then you'll be out a trust fund and a job." Arthur said before he turned around leaving a son there with a smile as he looked around the arena with a smile on his face.
"So I'm guessing that's a yes."
"YES! NOW GET OUT HERE SO WE CAN GO GET DINNER!" Andrew heard Arthur as he nodded along. Then it was settled. WCW was a go. WCW: Rebirth begins now!
So that was my attempt at doing a prologue for this story, I know shit but anyway, I hoped you enjoyed it and yes this mean I'm trying my first attempt at a promotion and I'm using WCW, why because it's dead and I haven't seen anyone on this sight try it so, why not?
