Today we're following up last week's analysis of how much jail time would be awaiting the "Devil of Hell's Kitchen" if he were to be apprehended by the law (hint: it's a LOT of jail time) to discuss the legality of his vigilante activity in the United States and abroad.

While the teenage superhero is not currently a defendant in any active legal proceedings, we try to answer the questions: Would Peter Parker be tried as a minor? Is he bound by the Sokovia Accords, and are the Sokovia Accords still legally actionable? Does Spider-Man have outstanding warrants with the NYPD? Who are Nelson, Murdock & Page, and why might their envolvement be bad news for the potential prosecution?

He's a vigilante who assassinates people without due process for crimes they didn't commit. In his fights, he also puts residents in danger and creates a lot of collateral damage. He's a very terrible and dangerous figure who should be pursued aggressively. He'll face charges of aggravated assault, criminal vandalism (the webs), interfering with investigations, and other serious offenses.

Has anyone figured out the Nick Furey thing yet? It's not on the masterpost and most people seem to be glossing over it. He's ex-SHIELD and there was a rumor that Parker's first defense was that he'd been under direction of nick Furey but then LE released a thing saying Furey was never there? Did Parker ever retract it? Or did LE get it wrong?

Because if Parker wasn't lying that explains a lot and also wipes some of the accountability since he'd been acting under orders right? If Furey had the authority to order him to kill someone?

I don't know about the Nick Fury thing but I think this is 100% what happened.
Beck was dangerous and he was going to kill people so Parker killed him in desperation and Beck outed him before he died.
Self-defense would probably even hold up in court.

There's a huge power disparity there. Is there anyone who knows if she's okay? Is she even capable of leaving if the relationship is toxic?
He's usually sooo carefully blank-faced in pap photos and those cell phone recordings from his classmates (DPD maybe?).
And she's always acting overprotective of him like a bodyguard.
His supposed best friend had a Reddit account (now deleted but archived) and I think we need to comb through that for clues too.
I'm not claiming he can spider-hypnotize people to do whatever he wants, like the Enquirer said, but I'm also not denying it.

ALERT | Manhattan & Liberty Island | Spider-Man (UNCONFIRMED)

Guys, you know the drill! If you're in the afflicted borough, SHELTER IN PLACE until Damage Control or other law enforcement officials give the all-clear. According to helicopter footage, Spider-Man is on his way to Liberty Island, but this is unconfirmed due to changes in the costume.

The Supers: We're 99 percent confident it's Spider-Man according to this tip to the Daily Bugle, but security footage shows his ass getting absolutely handed to him so it's unconfirmed. Thread on Damage Control and the possibility that Spidey has been injured here.

The Damage: One uptown apartment complex has been completely destroyed, see the Bugle livestream here. Ownership of apartment unconfirmed. Local paramedics are on standby but so far there's only one reported casualty, name not yet released.

Who's Who: See the original thread from yesterday here for the guy with the metal arms on the bridge. There looks like there's at least three others too, but LE hasn't confirmed if all sightings are related yet. At least one of them is highly visible and appears to draw power from electricity. One might be a dinosaur, info here. As per they are all to be considered armed and dangerous.

either he's badly out of practice from lying low after the doxxing or this is possibly another civilian in costume which is obviously impersonating a super and therefore illegal outside of times square

there was also another spidey sighting on park ave earlier today and that one definitely turned out to be just a rando in costume because the outfit was way different and he was too tall. it seems like there's a lot of impersonators running around rn

This is going to seem utterly insane and I'm fully aware of that, but if you want to see proof of what I've claimed in the past check out my prior posts on r/EarthsMightiest, as well as r/supersightings and my Instagram.

I'm from Queens, and I ran into Spider-Man today, before all of this craziness (aka your typical Tuesday) began. So I know that's not exactly uncommon, though it has gotten a lot harder since the Bugle doxxed him, but it was noteworthy for a few reasons:

The suit was unique. I'm sure he has at least five, including the one with the metal legs, but I thought I'd bring it up. He was about a foot taller than Peter Parker. He gave me a funky little wave and then I literally watched him shoot a web at a rooftop and swing away, so this was not some random person impersonating him.

I have no clue about what any of this implies, since I'd wager my only remaining dollar that wasn't Peter Parker yet the DOJ can't actually hand over his tech the manner in which they did with Cap's safeguard can they, particularly with no declaration? (#justiceforsamwilson)

At any rate, I know when the Beck video at first surfaced there was some "alternate world" speculation, and this is the first time it hasn't felt insane to me. Like, possibly Spider-Man did kill Beck, but it wasn't our Peter Parker?

This is going to be a wet blanket of a comment, so warning for unpopular opinions:

It's not funny to me anymore and hasn't been since last summer. That's a kid. That's a kid and he's risking his life for people and it's not the first time. He pulled my coworker's son out of a burning car six months ago and he's not old enough to have a baby himself. He was my son's age when he fought a monster face-to-face who wanted to destroy the universe.

That's a kid.

I hope someone out there's taking care of him.

I worked with her, and we all adored her. She was always a bright spot in her neighborhood. They examined the surveillance tape and believe that one of the killers followed her home from the shelter where she worked. So dreadful. This is why, for occupations like this, it's critical to employ the buddy system, yet she was a widow who lived alone. We miss her terribly. They need to track down the perpetrators.

Julie M Wasn't she dating a SI employee. Last year my cousin worked at F.E.A.S.T. and said something.
I doubt anyone followed her home then, they were probably after Stark technology and she was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Or spiderman killed her ,we know he is a murderer and some people think he was there that night.

I'm surprised you guys didn't cover the two MIT students who were found at the scene. They were Midtown Tech grads, the same class that was saved by Spider-Man in Washington AND ALSO in Europe and their stories to LE were super shady. I think one of them is one of the non-OG Spider-men (or women!) from the fight that night. Whoever they are, I firmly believe they saved the city and have nothing but thanks for them. #PostMortem
