Primary Codex Entries
Sangheili
Not much is known about the Honor-Bound Sangheili with the only source of information being from Major Tezo 'Watum. After contact with UNSC-XCOM and the Citadel was made Intelligence Organizations mainly the Systems Alliance Office of Naval Intelligence and the Salarian Union Special Task Group have been keeping a close eye on the Sangheili, it has been observed and hinted at during interviews that not everyone in UNSC-XCOM trusts the Sangheili although when questioned why interviews would abruptly end, the cause of this distrust and sometimes hate is unknown.
Unggoy
Much like the Honor-Bound Sangheili not much is known about the Unggoy, the only source of information is from one Minor Yapper. Standing at five feet, one of the distinctive features of an Unggoy is their larger then usual arms. Interviews with UNSC-XCOM Marines has lead to a basic understanding of the Unggoy, they have been referred to as Grunts in many interviews and many marines reminisced about their fearful attitude towards combat. When pressed for further details interviews would abruptly end. The Unggoy wear breath methane and where tanks on their backs as a source of methane. Much like the Sangheili there is a state of distrust and sometimes hate towards the Unggoy but the cause is unknown, many suspect that the cause of the distrust towards the Sangheili and the Unggoy is from the same cause.
Humanity
After contact with the faction known as UNSC-XCOM it was assumed that their were from the Systems Alliance, this believe was quickly disregarded after an interview with a UNSC-XCOM Spokesperson. In fact, there are not two different humanities but three, a fact that has shocked many in the galaxy, some even outright not believing what they call such an obvious lie and condemning the UNSC-XCOM for spreading this information. UNSC-XCOM has stated the facts and said if they don't believe the facts then that is not on them. The first of these new humanities is the UNSC Humanity, it should be noted that the UNSC Humanity is also called the UEG Humanity but not as frequent. Not much is known about them but unlike their Systems Alliance counterparts UNSC Humanity is a warrior culture fighting for what they call humanity's right to exist. They appear both more advanced and primitive to the Systems Alliance Humanity. The third humanity is XCOM Humanity, next to nothing is known about this humanity as they are extremely secretive. What is known is that they call themselves survivors and would do anything to ensure humanities survival. There are also rumors that these humans are augmented both genetically and mechanically and that they possess some kind of mind power different to Biotics.
Known People
Tezo 'Watum is a member of the UNSC-XCOM NAVSPECWEP unit NOBLE Team, currently serving as NOBLE Two, it should be noted that he does not serve as the second in command of the unit, he serves as third in command. Not much is known about Tezo 'Watum, what is known is that he is an Honor-Bound Warrior and a Spec Ops Vanguard/Scout for NOBLE Team. Preferring to use his plasma-based technology he will engage targets at range with his Type-51 Plasma Repeater or Type-25 Plasma Pistol before moving to engage in melee combat with his Type-1 Energy Sword and Wrist-Mounted Energy Dagger. Tezo 'Watum will refuse to engage in dishonorable combat unless the person he is fighting is dishonorable themselves. It is said that Tezo would listen to human music before going into battle, something he calls remembering my dishonorable mistakes. Tezo 'Watum is distrusted and sometimes hated by the other members of UNSC-XCOM something he says is well deserved when questioned about it.
Yapper is a member of the UNSC-XCOM NAVSPECWEP unit NOBLE Team, currently serving as NOBLE Seven as a scout and Heavy Weapons Expert. Not much is known about Yapper, those that have seen him in combat call him mentally unstable and trigger happy, it has been recorded that he has fired his Type-33 Fuel Rod Gun at close range to himself and friendlies. After a battle several people have witnessed Yapper feasting upon the enemy fallen, sometimes when they were alive. Yapper will engage at range, sometimes close range, with his Type-33 Fuel Rod Gun before switching to his Type-25 Plasma Pistol, it has been recorded that if he runs out of ammo Yapper will rip his enemies apart. Yapper is extremely loyal to Tezo 'Watum and has stated that he would die for him.
Field Commander Theodore Harrison often going by his callsign of Warlock is an officer in UNSC-XCOM, it is rumored that he is a high ranking as captains and admirals have taken orders from him. It may be unclear to any non UNSC-XCOM personal where his rank lies in their chain of command but no one can doubt his combat prowess. It is often joked by many that Warlock is the deciding factor of battles in the Reaper War, the joke continues on to say that he turns complete and utter losses into pyrrhic victories. To much is known about his unique mind powers, what is known though is that he can turn allies against each other in an instant or kill a person by attacking their minds with his mind. Research and investigations by many organizations have failed to find out what this power is. It is also rumored that Warlock possesses highly illegal genetic modifications. Warlock also services in UNSC-XCOM NAVSPECWEP unit NOBLE Team, serving as NOBLE One the team leader.
Master Sergeant Ela Foster callsign Stash is a heavy weapons expert for UNSC-XCOM NAVSPECWAR unit NOBLE Team, serving as Noble Three. Non UNSC-XCOM personal that serve with Stash are unnerved by her utter quietness this is due to an injury she suffered during the Raid on Intai'sei where she was shot in the throat, it is unknown how she survived man speculate that the rumored and illegal gene mods are the cause for this. However, she survived Stash has been rendered permanently mute. Not many outside of UNSC-XCOM has seen her without her helmet on, but those that have are horrified at her scarred and disfigured face which she says she earned after a lifetime of fighting, this statement has been solidified in many military veterans with her heroic and sometimes life risking actions during the Reaper War.
Gunnery Sergeant Zofia Molska callsign Terminator is an extremely controversial subject in Citadel Space, having lost her body combat she became the first MEC Trooper, where your body is removed and replaced with a mechanical body only leaving your head intact. Whether or not you think Terminator should even exist you can't doubt her combat ability, going into combat in her MEC-7 Vindicator Armor she stands at almost three meters and engages in melee combat with an Oversized Type-2 Gravity Hammer and a Wrist-Mounted Flamethrower, Terminator is a force to be reckoned with. During the Battle of Palaven Terminator used this combo to great effect, devastating entire Reaper Armies on her own. When she needs to engage in ranged combat she does so with her Elerium Phase Cannon a super-secret and classified UNSC-XCOM Technology.
Lance Corporal Nicole Arrow callsign Kidd is another extremely controversial subject to do with UNSC-XCOM, having lived on the Systems Alliance Colony of Intai'sei until the age of nine when a Batarian Slave Group raided the planet and killed her family and friends, Kidd joined UNSC-XCOM when they went off-world. Not much after that is known about her except that when the Reaper War started her actions of being a Combat Medic are well documented during the Battle of Palaven and during the rest of the Reaper War. It is also well known that you don't want to be a Batarian if Kidd is the only medic around as she will most likely shoot you in the head rather then heal you, the most famous instance of this occurred during a press conference on the Citadel where in the background she executed a wounded Batarian for begging her help.
Lieutenant SPARTAN-B312 serves as NOBLE Six and as the second in command of NOBLE Team, nothing else is known about Six.
Private Johnathan Doherty callsign JD is an Orbital Shock Drop Trooper that serves as NOBLE Five, JD has been described as a quiet but ruthless man, he only speak when he needs to and spends most of his time between missions sleeping. In combat he goes out of his way to protect his fellow combatants but always choices to save humans over aliens.
Admiral Benjamin Murphy is the Commander in Chief of UNSC-XCOM, as such he rarely leaves the Epsilon Eridani System, little is known about him expect that he cares deeply for UNSC-XCOM and for humanities survival. When Alliance Navy Commander Jane Shepard claimed that the Reapers existed in her hunt for Saren it is stated by several UNSC-XCOM High Ranking Officers that Admiral Murphy immediately begun preparations for what he calls the Coming War. Having spent most of his life in command of a small flotilla of UNSC-XCOM Heavy Corvettes in guerilla warfare there was an adjustment period for him in which he relied heavily on more conventional officers.
Fleet Commander Miranda Keyes served as a captain and later rear admiral in what many in UNSC-XCOM call the Early Years. Spending most of her time away from the UNSC-XCOM Home System of Epsilon Eridani Miranda commanded many operations ranging from recruitment to retaliatory operations. Many in Citadel Space questioned her ability and right to be an officer after it was discovered she gave a no prisoners order during the Raid of Intai'sei leading to the execution of many captured and surrendering Slavers, she is often compared with Commander Jane Shepard. These doubts were put to rest when she commanded the UNSC-XCOM Anti-Reaper Fleet at Palaven, many Turians considering her a hero for saving their Homeworld.
Organizations
UNSC-XCOM is an acronym for United Nations Space Command – Extraterrestrial Combat Unit not much is known about them as they are secretive about their history and exploits, they first appeared on the galactic stage in 2180CE during the Batarian Slave Raid on the Systems Alliance Colony of Intai'sei where they repelled the attack. It is known that they use a combination ballistic-based, laser-based, and plasma-based weaponry on the handheld to ship-mounted scale. They also don't seem to use Mass Effect in many of their technologies including ship building allowing them to, although it is rare, to build ships over two kilometers and these ships are build with extremely powerful but slow MAC guns making their technology highly sort after by everyone as they are not restricted to the Mass Relays.
NAVSPECWEP is an acronym for Naval Special Weapons and many UNSC-XCOM Special Forces fall under this unit. These include the infamous Orbital Shock Drop Troopers, the mysterious SPARTANs and the teams such as NOBLE Team and AMBER Team, these teams served UNSC-XCOM greatly in the Early Years and were used to great effect in the Reaper War.
Planets and Locations:
Epsilon Eridani System is the Home System of UNSC-XCOM, during the Early Years heavy colonization and industrialization occurred on the planet Reach and later Tribute. Many aspects within Epsilon Eridani are automated and controlled by AIs, the Eridani Asteroid Mines, Aszod Industrial Area and Aszod Titanium Mine are prime examples of this, completely controlled by AIs, these areas are the main source of UNSC-XCOM Mining and Ship Building and can operate without human interference. Also located on Reach is Fleet Command and High Command which is responsible for all UNSC-XCOM military operations and actions. In orbit of Reach and Tribute is an AI controlled Orbital Defense Grid which led to a major UNSC-XCOM victory when engaging Reaper forces in Epsilon Eridani.

When the UNSC Fearless arrived it was overpacked with survivors, anyone and anything that could be put onboard was as they escaped, UNSC-XCOM has been extremely tightlipped about what they were escaping. The Fearless was apart of the Epsilon Eridani Fleet and now is the Flagship of said fleet.

Ships – Systems Alliance Navy
The Carrier may be the linchpin in Alliance Naval Strategy and the most famous symbol of the Alliance's determination to rewrite the rules of Space Warfare, but it is the Battlecruiser that is the most human ship to sail the void. Alliance Carriers with their complement of fighters and bombers may be recognized as the most advanced and numerous in the galaxy but many other Races are known to field Carriers. The same can't be said for the Battlecruiser, which is fundamentally a human attempt to solve a uniquely Alliance problem; how to maintain a naval force worthy of the respect of the Citadel Races without being a Council Race. Every other Race does not require Battlecruisers as they can simply build Dreadnoughts or do not desire to invest into a large navy. But humanity, limited by the Treaty of Farixen to a mere seven Dreadnoughts has managed to design a class of ship that barely squeezes below the minimum tonnage limit defining a Dreadnought in Farixen's official classification system, yet it hits just as hard. They are not as well protected as Dreadnoughts relying heavily in more powerful Kinetic Barriers due to the significant reduction in armor plating to come below the limit but they hit just as hard. For this reason, human battlecruisers are commonly referred to in other navies as "Pocket Dreadnoughts", in a strange mixture of derision and respect.
Battlecruisers were used heavily during the Skyllian Blitz Reinforcement Fleet and later was the main class of ship to lead pockets of Cruisers and Frigates during the Torfan Campaign and Theshaca Raids, the most notable of these is the SSV Yenisei Mumbai-Class Battlecruiser that engaged in single combat a Slave/Pirate Fleet that ambushed the Battlecruiser and got twenty confirmed kills before the Yenisei was reinforced by addition Battlecruisers and other ship classes.
The Mumbai-Class Battlecruiser is the only class of Battlecruiser serving in the Alliance Navy. They have achieved a reputation of 'Don't fuck with me'. The most notable being the SSV Yenisei during the Theshaca Raids.

UNSC-XCOM Military Units
UNSC-XCOM Airforce – AMX-42 arrived on the UNSC Fearless and has been regulated to Reach to serve as a Transport Squadron in the ever-expanding expansion of Reach.
UNSC-XCOM Army – 34th Infantry Brigade arrived on the UNSC Fearless and since their colonization of Reach has been constructing defensive locations in coordination of the 124th Mechanized Infantry Brigade. – 8th Armored Brigade, although an army unit the 8th has deployed on the Fearless along side the Marine Corps during the Reaper war.
UNSC-XCOM Marine Corps – The 21st Marine Division is the most viewed marine unit during the Reaper War having deployed to Earth, Palaven, the Citadel and many other well-known locations. – 105th Shock Troops Division is the main Special Forces unit of the UNSC-XCOM serving under NAVSPECWEP. It has been said by many that these Helljumpers are said to be mentally unstable for willingly dropping from orbit in a metal coffin, often into large groups of Reaper Ground Forces. When the 105th is dropped at your location you immediately know the battle is going worse then you thought it was.
Non-Military Units – The Reach Militia arrived on the UNSC Fearless and are not a military unit, although many have volunteered to supplement the losses in military units, these people are content with remaining on Reach but will take up arms when their home is threatened. The most well-known instance of this is during the Reaper attack on Reach where they held out for weeks against concentrated Reaper Forces until military units were able to rescue them. They may not be military but they sure can fight.
The Epsilon Eridani Fleet is one of the most well-known UNSC-XCOM Fleets, reasonable for the protection of the UNSC-XCOM Home System, they field the most advanced ships within the UNSC-XCOM Arsenal however many ships in the Epsilon Eridani Fleet have been temporary or permanently reassigned to other fleets
The Operations Fleet was formed immediately after the colonization of Reach, at first consisting of two Gladius-Class Heavy Corvettes. This fleet was used for many operations in the Early Years, the fleet gaining an almost mystical status among pirates and slavers. Many horror stories within the criminal galaxy claims that if anyone goes missing, ends up dead or stations go offline, you have been visited by the Operations Fleet.
The Local Fleet was in use during the Early Years by Captain Miranda Keyes for Operation: LOCAL SUPPPORT, one of the many exploits of the Local Fleet is it's repeated intrusion into the Widow System, much to the annoyance of the STG, they were never able to spot the Local Fleet when it went to the Citadel.
