These are the stories of one such outfit, Misfits Company. A ragtag crew of MechWarriors always on the lookout for their next profit. Based off the various games I've played in the past.

The Commander of the mercenary outfit Misfits Company faces off against a Smoke Jaguar Star Colonel with the lives of his crew as the wager in a deadly game of chance and honor. Only one will survive this one on one fight to the death. A dramatization based on a one vs one game I recently played to expand the personal canon of my mercenary company.

This is a story inspired by the Battletech CYOA . I rolled the dice and decided to see what interesting stories I could tell based on them. This story will feature two protagonists. A female OC, who has access to some memories of my SI from my story GSI and a second SI based on another round of CYOA dice rolls, which would make for what I hope to be an entertaining tale.

The author finds out that internet fanfiction-writing ineviteably results in egotistical power-fantasy, self-insert silliness. The author then finds out they're not egotistical enough and didn't give themselves nearly enough power...Or perhaps gave too much. Battletech self-insert that hopefully defies some of the genre conventions while living up to others. It's practice.
