After a Dust experiment gone wrong Jaune ends up on Earth during WW1 and somehow ends up being a pilot for the Americans. Meanwhile Jaune's friends back in Remnant are trying to find him after he mysteriously disappeared. How will these two worlds clash when the deadly Ace known as "Yellow Death" returns home.

After the battle for Haven and the death of Lionheart, the academy has started to rebuild itself with new professors and students but due to the lack of qualified manpower, the teachers are struggling to keep the academy running. When the rumors about potential surviving Mistral huntsmen reach the ears of the new headmistress she decides to send two teams to look for them.

On a mundane and routine morning, Professor Ozpin comes across something he wasn't expecting to find in his office. With the weight of the world on his shoulders and the stress of running an academy screaming at him to take a break, perhaps this brief respite with his students, colleagues and even a few strangers is just what he needed.

There are many other teams that were formed apart from RWBY and JNPR on that fateful day. Jaune Arc was born with no aura and no semblance. For his entire childhood, he wanted to help people by becoming a Huntsman, but his lack of aura and semblance made it near impossible for him to even be considered. When private military company finds Jaune and his disability, they tell him he can do what a hunter does in only 2 years. There has to be a caveat to it, right?
