After being sucked into a portal Ruby and Weiss are transported in the harsh world of the Dark Souls series, will they be able to come back to Remnant alive? will they find someone that chould help them? only time and my nonexistent writing skills will tell.(cover art by me)

Guiding Light had, for centuries now, sought out his partner. His Guardian. When earth offered nothing, and he found his purpose there ended, he reached out to the rest of his home - Sol. When even that failed, desperate, he pushed beyond it. Across the stars, he journeyed, seeking his Guardian. Until, at last and on a far-flung world, he found him.

Hanzo Hasashi and his daughter Ruby Rose are the only two Shirai Ryu's clan member who survived the attack from the Grimm and a mysterious group of killers. Now, Hanzo must ask a friend to take care of his daughter for him as he make the murderers of his clan feel the wrath of the Hellfire Scorpion.

Team RWBY encounters Roman and Neo at a set of ruins. Before the battle could break out, an unknown monster appears and devours the six. They awaken to discover a new world of creatures unlike anything they have seen before. Now, they are on a journey to find each other and a way back home. I do not own Pokemon or RWBY. Broken down, warped beyond repair and traumatised he fought on, sacrificing and adapting as need be. He lost so much but now he is past the Nightmare and returned to a world he scarcely remembers. The Shadow Isles were home to many things. One of these things was a man. A man lost to time, and to history. A man who's Kingdom had been forgotten. He ripped his blade from the ground and destroyed more of the architecture. Suddenly, a flash of light erupted from a destroyed pillar. The man was left dazed, and suddenly was in a forest. He felt someone he knew. "Isolde..."

After losing his final fight with Sasuke and getting sucked into a portal, Naruto finds himself on Vytal teeming with magic and Grimm. Eventually he earns the God of Light's attention, where he is then offered to become the first Hunter. Losing most of his power and gaining new skills, he accepts. Beware, foul Grimm, for the Hunter comes for you...(CHAPTER 3 EDITED!)

But the Huntsmen of the four main kingdoms and the Demon Slayers of the fifth kingdom, Japan, work together to vanquish their enemies. Centuries later, a Huntress in training and a new Demon Slayer, along with their comrades, must bring peace to Remnant once again.

On the dragon shaped continent of Remnant, it is known that there was an attempt at civilization. What many don't know was the fate of that kingdom. Its fall to the Grimm and the King Regis Lucis Caelum dying to protect as many people as he could. He sent his newborn son with the survivors. 16 years later, that child has grown and has an ambition to revive his homeland.
