What's two reforming outlaws to do when they have to be in a certain town by a particular time and the road ahead is closed? They take a detour. Released from prison after thirteen years, and serving one year probation which confines him to Wyoming, Kid has heard not a word from Heyes in eight years, and seemingly no one else has either. But Kid's inquiries make one man very nervous.
