Long ago. The land was overrun by darkness and shadow creatures. Together the brave Madrigal triplets would fight back the shadow creatures using their magic gifts. But then one of them went missing. Fifteen years after the disappearance of Bruno Madrigal. Little Mirabel gets lost in the big forest and encounters a beast. This beast though... Might not be all that he seems.

One night was all it took to change everything in Gabriela Álvarez's life. Without warning, her family moves to the mythical town of Encanto. Fate leads her to meet Bruno Madrigal, the "black sheep" of the magical Madrigal family. They both discover that there are some things that people just don't see. Dylan is then called into action again, but once he's in trouble it's up to the Madrigals to save him.(Encanto plot x The Incredibles plot)

Then there's little Brunito, who seems to know more than he should. Alma and Bruno-centric, family-centric. NO INCEST, ya nasties.

After being fed lack luster food at home, Mariano decides to take a bite at Waffle House. But soon, he was a meal he won't soon forget!

The events of the Encanto fim from start to end, but from Pepa and her side of the family's perspective. Stays canon compliant, but explores scenes that may have happened in the background, exploring characters that didn't get as much screentime, how they interact with one another while Mirabel is saving the miracle, and how they react to key points in the story

Takes place in the gap between the villagers pledging their help and when the new house is finished. Assumes that it takes at least a month to rebuild. Mirabel is still trying to save the miracle, but getting their magic back means dealing with ugly secrets and healing long-standing wounds. How did the Madrigals bond so that they get their happy ending?

"Si only… I've never had a friend before." Bruno's eyes left mine and went to the ground, and he rubbed his arm like he was embarrassed. "I haven't, either. Can we try?" There was a pause as he considered this. "Only if you promise me two things." I nodded for him to proceed.. "One, you have to always be nice to me. Two, you can't ever ask me for a prophecy."
