First time writer, I pull a lot from Doc Ock Year One. Rhea had only been in New York for a week and already she's seen things she never thought she would. Superheros, villains, and adventure seem common place here. All she wanted was to get as far away from her home as possible. But when her mutation makes life difficult for her she finds assistance from an...unexpected person.

Dying ain't easy. But it can finally be that fresh start you always wanted. Now I'm in another universe doing just that. However, someone messed up by letting me be bit, and not Peter. That's something I'm not sure I can live up to. Do I have a choice? That couldn't have been an accident, right? That's a lot of responsibility, I'm not sure I'm up for it. Or that I'm the right man.
