My Albion AU series is a series of one shots that live in the happy time after Camlann-where Arthur did NOT die-and life is good. Not perfect, but good. I mean, come on! Merlin and Arthur worked hard for this! Chapter 1: Manipulating Merlin - Sometimes there's only one way to force Merlin into taking a break: trickery.

Just a short one shot inspired by and dedicated to the first Merlin fan fiction I ever found online: Kingdom Come. (It's on Tumblr.) I love the creative ideas in that story. This little story of my creation is hanging out on the fringe of the Kingdom Come AU. Merlin seriously needs to get some sleep!-so he does. He also deserves a really nice room of his own, don't you think?

The three men finally turned to notice Merlin slumped at the table fast asleep. Upon closer inspection Merlin's friends could see that his thin body looked utterly worn out and forlorn.

Merlin had avoided Camelot for five years, not wanting to be reminded of all he lost. Yet when Camelot is threatened, Merlin finds he can't leave his remaining friends to fend for themselves. But once back in Camelot, where everyone else has moved on with their lives, can Merlin find the courage to stay? (Major season five spoilers).

Modern Day Merthur Reincarntion- includes sequel now! [Autumn Leaves:] Arthur is back. Now the only problem is trying to find him in modern day Los Angeles. And Merlin soon finds that Arthur isn't the only one who returned. "There is no way that I'm a legendary king." [Sequel- Wake Me Up:] "Piece of advice: killing an evil sorcerer doesn't necessarily mean he can't come back."

Three days to find the girl or Arthur loses his job. A vanishing girl, a car chase, a misfired gun and a mini explosion were the cause of Arthur's woes and the meeting of Merlin Emrys, an apparent escaped Comic Con attendee. It was a little too late when Arthur realized he was actually the "most powerful wizard Arthur will probably ever meet" according to Merlin.

Morgana Pendragon has brought Sir Lancelot back to life, again. But this time for revenge. She leaves him lying in a ravine, alone, and injured, until someone finds him. Is the woman on the side of Morgana or does she truly want to help Lancelot on his never-before-told quest? Rated T and all rights go to BBC Merlin. Set after the events of "The Sword In The Stone Part 2".

Merlin is happy, but he's also human, and sometimes he can't help but think of what he's given up and wonder at what might have been. Sequel to "In a Heartbeat."

Arthur rises from the Lake of Avalon days after the battle at Camlann. He returns to Camelot without issues arising, only to discover Merlin never made it back. Gaius fears something may have happened to him and with Morgana still on her warpath, Arthur fears the worst. The legends of Emrys and The Once and Future King are known far and wide. But they don't tell tales of how Arthur and Merlin fought constantly. Or how the Queen was a servant. They certainly don't speak of the woman in the dungeons of Camelot. Or how important her advice was to the young Emrys. No matter, she likes the shocked faces she gets when she calls Emrys an idiot.

Merlin is alone for centuries, and takes a moment to think about home. [Merlin/Gwaine]

A mysterious narrator recounts how Merlin is arrested for the supposed murder of Gaius. "I would be remiss if, now that the thing is done, I did not take the time to pen exactly how the event occurred, and what had happened to the persons involved, and how the matter was resolved."
