The king has organized a ball to find a bride for his son Arthur. Kind of AU.

This is what I think Merlin's life would have been when he was younger, he tries to avoid James and his gang but they are pretty hard to miss. When Will comes along all the bullies try to make friends with him Merlin just stays in the background but what happens if will doesn't want to be there friend?

Merlin accidentally reveals his magic to Arthur. Arthur doesn't take it well. Merlin decides angst doesn't help anyone. He could have sent the memo to Arthur. PS: I'm not sure whether this angst masquerading as crack or crack masquerading as angst. Arthur thinks it's angst. Everyone else think it's hilarious. On the other hand, this is in Arthur's POV.

Merlin helplessly watches as his world crumbles into dust for the half that makes him whole is here no longer. Major angst. Arthur/Merlin. Character death.

Like others, I enjoyed most of the final episode ever of Merlin, but felt it could be improved upon. So this is the real story of what happened after the battle of Camlann. Has Arthur's destiny - and Merlin's - been fulfilled? Merlin feels there is still more to do. Spoilers for 5:13, starts very close to episode, but now developing into its own original story.

There are many ways to say it.

Merthur Lancelot/Gwen. Loosely based on the episode 'Lancelot and Guinevere' (2x04), with a few twists. Gwen and Merlin are captured from a trip accompanied by Morgana and Arthur to the grave of Morgana's father. Meanwhile, Morgana is saved, returning to Camelot with Arthur, begging the king to save the servants, which Uther turns down. Arthur goes to save them, but needs help.

Gwen is afraid of a storm. Arthur is there to comfort her.

Mithian is in Camelot for a royal funeral that looms over the entire kingdom, and does what she can to help the one most affected by the loss. Merthian Spoilers for S5
