~Prologue~
The Note
It was a silent night in Burbank. Well, as silent as it could be. There were still cars zooming by and the occasional drunk yelling on the street. But other than that, it was a peaceful night. A familiar friend was walking down the streets of toon town. It was Jaeger, going for an evening stroll. Although, something didn't seem… right.
He smelled a putrid odor coming from an alleyway. As he walked down the alley, the smell got stronger and stronger. He approached a dumpster with a mysterious thick red fluid oozing out of the lid. He slowly opened the lid, and what he saw horrified him…
There were the heads of two wolf toons. But these weren't just any toons, they were Jaeger's parents. Jaeger's heart dropped. 'Who would do this?' Jaeger thought. He noticed a note covered in some trash. The note said this:
"Dear Jaeger,
I know you'll find this. This is the route you usually walk at night. I just want you to know that we're not done. It will be you next unless you come to the Acme Gag Warehouse at midnight. And trust me, you're not alone in that alley. I have a few things to discuss with you about the last time we saw each other.

South"
Jaeger couldn't believe it. South killed his parents and will kill him unless he comes to talk to her? He couldn't help but wonder if he would die either way. "Wait, what did she mean by-" Jaeger was knocked unconscious. As he was fading out of consciousness, he could hear very familiar cackling. It was the fox twins. As he was being dragged away, the cackling echoed in his mind like a chorus of nails on a chalkboard re-creating the song in the hall of the mountain king. Only God knew what was waiting for him at that warehouse.

(Hey guys! Sorry I haven't uploaded in… uh… forever. Life sucks. In fact, one of the reasons for me not uploading in so long is because I'm on my computer so much that I got grounded from using it until I'm "Not an addict" anymore. That's how much I was uploading. I was uploading and writing to a point it worried my parents. But I'm using my mom's computer to upload this story and my computer at my dad's house broke somehow and now it won't charge so I need to replace the battery AGAIN in order to not lose EVERYTHING I am working on. Anyway, please be patient for the next update because life decided that I am a workaholic and needed to be stopped. Anyway, that's all for now, goodnight everybody!)
