This is what the Pride looked like just after Uru's death, and as such takes place just before the members of the Lion Guard are killed and Scar is framed for it. All ages listed are the ages given the week Zira and Simba are born.
In this fanon, Mufasa was never the true king, and not just because he was an illegitimate child of Queen Uru and a foreign king. As the Kings of the Past bestowed their powers on Scar, they had therefore chosen him to rule. However, due to the Lion Guard saving Scar from being ambushed during his challenge to Queen Uru, this was counted as merely a technical forfeit. Scar did not use the Roar of the Elders during the challenge. As per the Law of the Pride, this means Scar was allowed to keep his designation as crown prince.
If ages for the cubs and adolescents are not listed in the ref sheet, then they are born around the same time Simba and Zira are born, in what is presumably the week before the first scene of the first TLK movie (given Simba can in fact open his eyes).
