Spectre: I've seen a lot of Gundam Seed and 00 Crossovers, which unfortunately many were discontinued. So I decided to try my hand in creating one.

Chapter One: Towards a New World

"You call, Ian Vashti?" Setsuna called out as he floated through the open doorway that led to the mobile suit hangar.

When he did,he was met with the face of the 00 Raiser, his second Gundam. It has been a while since he had last seen the unit, since he had to leave it behind to pursue Ribbons after it was disabled by his Reborns Gundam.

There floating next to 00's head was a man. The man appeared to be in his late 50's and wore a grey engineer's spacesuit. It was revealed to be Ian Vashti, their Chief Engineer

He looked up from his work at the sound of his name being called. His eyes widened excitedly when he saw Setsuna.

"Glad you could make it, Setsuna. I need your help with the 00" He said as Setsuna floated up next to him.

"What is it, Ian?" Setsuna asked. Ever since the events regarding Ribbons Almark and the other Innovaters, as well as the event regarding Setsuna and thelightemitted from 00 Raiser, Setsuna had treated 00 as though it were alive.

"I called you here because we need you to test pilot the 00 Raiser and its new modifications." He replied.

"Modifications?" Setsuna questioned while Ian nodded his head in response.

"I've made some changes so that 0 Raiser is made redundant, and you'll no longer need Saji as a co-pilot for the unit. It will from now on permamently be in the 00 Raiser form. Secondly I have added a stealth feature which will render the 00 invisible to the naked eye for a period of time. This will work in conjunction with the disruption to communications caused by the GN particles." Ian explained as Setsuna looked at the unit with interest.

It's just as well. After all that has happened to him, Saji deserved to live in peace after numerous tragedies that had occured to him with Louise. And Setsuna will make sure it would remain that way.

"I've also increased the GN particle generation and slowed down the dispersal. This will allow the 00 to move faster and put more power behind its blows." He finished as Setsuna gave him a grateful nod.

"You need me to test the Trans-Am System, isn't it?", Setsuna guessed as the engineer looked surprised. He sighed and rubbed the back of his head.

"The data tests said it would only work properly after being used for a first time and when used by you, it seems whenever someone else tries to attempt to even enter the cockpit 00 won't let them. That's why we need you to take it out for a test run." He told him. Setsuna didn't say anything for a moment and continued to stare at 00.

After what seemed an age he gave a slight nod.

Setsuna sat in his cockpit looking at the vast depths of space. He had launched mere moments ago and was allowing himself a moment of peace before he bonded with 00 once again.

"Setsuna, are you ready to go?" Ian's voice came crackling through the communications inside the cockpit. A small screen appeared showing Ian's face as he was speaking to him.

Setsuna turned his gaze upon the world, parts of it still marred by the wars of the past. Sighing, he knew this was made by humanity itself, and not of God.

"Something wrong, Setsuna?" Ian asked. Setsuna closed his eyes momentarily and took a deep breath.

"Nothing, preparing for activation of the Trans-Am System." The cockpit took on a pink glow as the main monitor flashed pink, words appearing on the screen.

TRANS-AM

All the power levels of the GN drives were displayed below that in the form of table graphs. They continuouslly rose to higher levels. That's when Setsuna felt it... a pull of sorts, something calling to him, something important.

Let go of it all... and go to her, she needs you as you need her. 00 spoke to him, Setsuna nodded... and let go, his quantum brainwaves soaring.

Then there was a flash of light and then nothing.

In the midst of the emptiness of outer space, a familiar Mobile Suit could be seen floating lifelessly amongst the space debris and stars. Inside the cockpit, Setsuna would have rested if the Gundam's warning system stopped blaring like an alarm clock in the morning.

"Urgh... Hrnggghh…" Setsuna groaned, his head felt heavy from all the noise that the alarm was making. Instinctively, he flexed his muscles first before rubbing his eyes.

The first thing Setsuna saw when he opened his eyes was that he was inside the 00's cockpit, and debris all around him. He scanned his minimap, realizing that the base was nowhere in sight

'Have I gone too far?', he asked to himself. As the panoramic screen showed the live image of his surroundings, Setsuna noticed that he was alone in the middle of what appeared to be a shoal zone. There were no Mobile Suits around the area at the moment, not even those from the Earth Federation patrolling the area.

"What...? Where am I...?" Setsuna wondered aloud but shrugged it off immediately as there was something more important. Then he began typing again and this time, his panoramic cockpit showed him the current condition of the 00. Condition-wise, his machine was still combat ready.

Setsuna stopped thinking what could've possibly happened at the moment when he saw something among the debris that took his interest. Some broken mechanical arms, legs, a head, and a torso which he zoomed in on and immediately recognized as…

"A Mobile Suit?"

It was indeed a Mobile Suit. But what caught his interest was the appearance of the Mobile Suit itself despite it having been reduced to scrap. The head, while it resembled a Tieren's monoeye. Another feature he noticed was that there were a few of them which meant these Mobile Suits were either mass produced or prototypes for use by special forces.

"Are these models from the Federation?" Setsuna wondered. If it was, then why hadn't Celestial Being's intelligence division told them anything about them? He tried to compare the scans to the mobile suits from his Gundam's database, however it kept giving the same result: No matches found.

"What...?" He trailed off, almost finding it unbelievable despite the common traits they shared. Shaking his head, he opened his comms to try and connect with Ian.

"Heliopolis… is gone? Why?" Kira muttered under his breath with his hands still shaking on the controls. For a civilian student like him, jumping in the Mobile Suit and taking part in a battle all of a sudden, and on top of that killing a Mobile Suit pilot despite his act to defend himself and seeing how Heliopolis was destroyed was too much for him that he couldn't even find the right words for it.

"X-105 Strike! Respond!"called the voice of the Archangel's executive officer, Natarle Badriguel from the comm. unit,"X-105! Can you hear me?"

"X-105 Strike! X-105 Strike! Kira Yamato! If you hear me, if you're okay, respond!"

Finally snapping out of his stupor after realizing that he was being called many times, Kira turned on his comm. device and replied, "X-105 Strike… Kira here."

Natarle sighed in relief after knowing that the Mobile Suit was okay along with its pilot and then asked him back,"Are you okay?"

"Yes."

"Do you know our position?"

"Yes."

"Then return. You're able to, right?"

"Yes." The young Coordinator nodded and leaned on the pilot seat before taking a long breath to calm himself while thinking about his parents' safety,'Mom, dad… you're safe, right?'

"Hmm…?"Noticing that his sensors were picking up an incoming signal, Kira shifted the Strike's optics to examine the source of said signal. As he located the source of the signal, Kira quickly caught that the signal was being transmitted from the floating space lifeboat nearby, "It's a Heliopolis lifeboat."

While still trying to contact Ian and the rest, to no avail, Setsuna's attention shifted to thr beeping sound from his monitor. "Something's nearby?" Noticing the blinking sensor, Setsuna turned the main camera to the direction where the signal came.

However as he zoomed in on the object, it wasn't a Mobile Suit. It was rather a huge battleship with its front shaped like it had two legs and somehow the overall shape of the warship gave Setsuna a sense of familiarity, as it had some similiarities to the Ptolomeios 2.

"A warship?", Setsuna said to himself before realizing it wasn't any of those belonging to the Feneration but at this point, he had little options. "I would have to ask then dock 00 before I could investigate this place further."

Then all of a sudden, realization it hit him. Before he could bring his machine to move, Setsuna realized that he was in the middle of nowhere. The ship also didn't belong to the Earth Federation, given from the recognition code he got which said unknown. He wasn't stupid, he knew that getting near a warship, especially an unknown one with a mobile suit could result in said ship firing in self-defense.

"If I reveal my position, they might think that I'm an enemy", Setsuna whispered to himself, not in the mood for any alctercations. He then pressed a button at one of the panels.

"Hmm? Captain Ramius! We're detecting a signal nearby the Heliopolis remnants." Tonomura, one of the Archangel's operator's said, turning to the new captain of the Archangel, "It's a signal, captain."

Murrue then jerked toward the operator "What is it? Another lifeboat?"

Before she could make any decisions, Natarle quickly spoke up, "Captain Ramius! With all due respect, there's no way that we could accommodate more refugees after the lifeboat that kid brought in! Thus, we already have two ZAFT warships out there that haven't been located yet." For the vice-captain, letting Murrue allow Kira to bring the lifeboat inside the Archangel after that debacle inside Heliopolis had already made her almost lose her temper.

Tonomura zoomed in his computer, and what he saw nearly caused his jaw to drop. "No, it's not a lifeboat, captain. It's… it's a Mobile Suit!"
