Sup, guys? Lighting wolf here, back with another story, this one about Resident Evil. Enjoy the 800-word chapter. I don't own Resident Evil; Capcom and a few others do.

To the very least? The idea of bringing a child into the world was a beautiful idea. It gave the family something to focus upon, it provided a chance to teach that young soul skills upon which they could aid humanity with.

A bioweapon, however? Was NOT a child, least of all to the people who created them.

They had created a similar bioweapon to what they had seen among their benefactor's allies. One was based to be a fungus-based bioweapon who took upon the appearance of a little girl.

The other? Well after seeing how the first one was far more based in organics like fungi? The other was designed to be more based in the mechanical section.

"How is E-001 and E-002?" One of the scientists questioned as he looked at the two tubes.

"E-002 has been far more docile since creation." One of the scientists pointed out. "We haven't even had to resort to sedatives." One of the scientists put in to which the head researcher stood perplexed at the moment.

Perhaps it was due to the creation of him, rather then simply create a regular bioweapon? E-002 was designed in part to serve as a counter to E-001, after all? Why create a bioweapon without a counter, a failsafe in the situation that this backfired?

And seeing how every OTHER attempt to market bioweapons would be? They knew this would backfire, let the higher ups look upon this instance with annoyance, it was better to cover all of their bases than anything else.

"And E-001?" The scientist questioned to which nobody said anything at the moment.

None of them doubted how dangerous E-001 would be. E-001 was far more powerful then E-002 was going to be. Her powers over the 'mold' meant that she'd be able to bring armies under her thrall without almost ANYTHING being able to stop her.

While E-002 was designed to as direct a combatant as possible. They knew he could be controlled because of the tests run on him. He accepted the group the more tests they ran, if they needed? They'd cannibalize the project entirely and start from scratch.

None of them realized just how monstrous this duo could be at the moment… However? They also didn't care, there was far more money to be made in selling the 2 bioweapons off.

"Will they be ready for transport?" He questioned to which he got a nod. "Then prepare them for departure. We can check on them in the transport when their not active." He ordered and turned to leave.

None of the staff said anything and simply complied with their orders. E-001 and E-002 would be the finest specimens of their research. The head doctor looked at the future of the E-Series.

Neither would turn out to be how they were made to be. The E-Series would die, but not without creating side effects they couldn't foresee on a level that couldn't have been fathomed at all.

Still? None of them wanted to see that.

There might have been fallout, but this would undoubtably be worth the price… Both figuratively and literally.

"Well? Is anyone going to prepare them for transport?" The head scientist questioned to which he was greeted by nods. "You know one of our competitors… E-001 and E-002 have been getting eyes from people I don't need to name for you to know what their planning." The scientist stated before turning and looking around once more.

He watched them start to strap in the vials of the duo in before starting to drag the canisters backwards and out the door.

"All this research and yet only 2 specimens came out of it?" He questioned while rubbing at his temples. "They better make up for this investment." He muttered and crossed his arms once more and then turned to look up at the ceiling.

He could only ponder what the duo would do upon awakening from their chambers. Both were beasts of flesh, but both were meant to balance the other out.

And yet? Their monstrous exteriors only covered their humanity… Not consumed it.

He shook his head once more and walked away, interested in the future of the company more than anything.

Phew. First chapter done! I want to point out that this story wont be updated for a while. Next chapter will be in 2-10 months and will show E-001 and E-002 awakening and show more about E-002 at the moment and such. Until then, Lighting Wolf out!
